UN declares south Somalia famine and Al Shabab helped so we reward Al Shabab by feeding them to kill another day as Al Shabab denies any famine

UN declares south Somalia famine: Al-Shabab, an al-Qaeda-affiliated group which controls large swathes of south and central Somalia, had imposed a ban on foreign aid agencies in its territories in 2009, but has recently allowed limited access. An estimated 10 million people have been affected in East Africa by the worst drought in more than half a century. More than 166,000 desperate Somalis are estimated to have fled their country to neighboring Kenya or Ethiopia. Come on get real!

Al-Shabab says aid group ban remains in effect: Islamist rebel movement rejects UN's famine claims and will not allow certain support groups into drought-hit Somalia. They just want to kill those people and get them out of their way. WTF?

Access to Al-Shabab-Dominated Somalia Difficult: The militants have accused foreign workers of being spies, have kidnapped some, and even killed some others. They have routinely diverted food and other supplies meant for starving Somalis into their own hands, leaving many foreign donors unwilling to send more aid.

UNICEF has been operating successfully in this area since 1972. Can anyone in their right mind not realize UNICEF has been feeding and keeping Al Shabab alive to kill another day?

Recently UNICEF has heralded a successful large air drop of much needed food and supplies in a Al Shabab held town and they are pretty pleased with themselves. They can't possibly think Al Shabab is not going to keep this for themselves. They are starving too. Why do you think they are allowing the world to feed them and the people are in famine.

Those people are in serious trouble. Come on, 3.7 million people are starving and in need of serious humanitarian aid compliments of Al Shabab who is starving themselves and we trust their guarantee to let the supplies in and give it to the people. Come on man! If you believe that I have a bridge to sell you. This is Al Shabab they make the Taliban and other Al Qaeda look like school kids.

The Somali Government is running out of time

Of course we do not want to get involved in Somalia but what do we do? Pakistan learned first hand the folly of trying the course of appeasement as has Afghanistan and all the rest of the world. With our success in squeezing them in Pakistan and Afghanistan they are moving to Somalia to a new Jihad. Now they have stopped fighting each other long enough to bring down the Government as destruction of the western installed Government and the installation of strict Sharia law is top priority. We know what that means! Somalia "hopefully not in addition to current fronts" but it will be the next front in the so called war on terror along with Yemen. Gulf of Aden the next front in the war on terror!

Britain takes the lead looking for a way out as US and UK try to give Libyan rebels Gadaffi's money

Britain leads NATO effort to find Libya exit strategy: In one swoop, Britain has recognized Libya's rebel government, expelled the remaining London diplomatic staff of the Tripoli-based regime, and freed up millions in assets that can now be funneled to the cash-strapped rebel troops. That is taking the lead looking for a way out? Seems much deeper to me and Ramadan is approaching, hm? Meanwhile

NATO Strikes Target Gadhafi Compound as Tripoli increasingly under NATO attack: "In Tripoli there were two command and control nodes, two surface-to-air missile launchers and one anti-aircraft gun [hit]," the NATO official said from the mission's headquarters in Naples. Two blasts occurred at 12:50 am local time in the area housing Gadaffi's residence in the heart of the capital, followed by others in the city's eastern and southeastern suburbs.

Libyan Rebels Attack Gadhafi Forces Near Tunisian Border: The fighting is taking place in the town of Ghezaia, which Gadaffi's forces have used as a base to launch attacks on rebels in the region's mountains.

U.S. struggles to free money for Libyan rebels: Despite its decision to grant diplomatic recognition to Libya’s rebels, the Obama administration is struggling to find ways to provide them with the $34 billion in frozen Libyan assets held in U.S.-controlled bank accounts, officials say.

I think it is right to give the rebels a portion of the 34 Billion dollars we seized from Gaddafi's assets but at the same time I believe 100% that we should also pay back the USA for our considerable expense incurred in helping the rebels. I also agree the rebels would agree with that.

The rebels are doing their damnedest with the help of increased NATO attacks to persuade Gaddafi to take an offer to leave but once again there is no way in hell he is going to. I was listening to Saif on CNN and he is more defiant than ever, they are going nowhere.

Whatever happens we have to get out of there and let the rebels now see if they can do this themselves. They now have the weapons they kept saying they needed. If we want to kill Gaddafi as I heard John McCain said was the goal and a must if NATO was to survive we must use bunker busters and do it in a mass attack of every site he may be at whether he is shielded by civilians or not. If they are stupid enough to be around Gaddafi they have made themselves targets.

I just want to end our commitment and head home where we should be. We have enough to do and Yemen and the Gulf of Aden the next front in the so called war on terror are heating up as we speak and getting ready to explode.

Women are now volunteering to fight for Gaddafi, they "the forces loyal to Gaddafi" are not going to relent period. We can not get any deeper than we are so I am happy to see the rebels making gains but leery with Gaddafi forces encroaching on Tunisia and attempting to widen this war or whatever you want to call it.

Gaddafi and his son Saif will never leave their Libya while they are alive so fulfill Gaddafi and Saif's desire to die on Libyan soil though the rebels do not want that as originally said they do not want Libyan soil polluted but at any rate that would barely be a start to the cleansing that will be necessary but by the rebels not us. So sad especially when you look at the large picture of our future. We really got ourselves into a pickle on this one. We are damned if we do and damned if we don't. We are now in a lose, lose situation!

The Haqqani's were hit again as 80 more insurgents killed in 3 days, there is a reason why

80 insurgents killed in Afghan Paktika province: official: A total of 80 anti-government insurgents have been killed in Paktika province 155 km east of Afghan capital Kabul ove three days, a statement released by provincial administration said. Taliban leaders fighting Afghan and NATO forces in Paktika Province have had no comment. Hm?

The insurgents killed in the NATO attack were affiliated with the Haqqani group, a particularly effective and brutal militant faction based around a family originally from neighboring Paktia Province, according to a NATO statement on the attack. For several years the Haqqanis have been headquartered in Miran Shah in north Waziristan, one of Pakistan’s tribal areas, which explains why many of the fighters appear to have been drawn from there rather than from the Afghan side of the border.

On 6/11 we discussed that Taking down the Haqqani network was more important than Killing Osama Bin Laden to Afghanistan

With the death of Osama Bin Laden we were asked what his death would mean for the war in Afghanistan. Like the so called war on terror which includes the Taliban, Al Qaeda of every creed, and extremists of every ilk looking to carry on Osama's vendetta against the west, it will serve to fuel their cause. His death should mean just the opposite and it does to all true Muslims.UBL "Osama Bin Laden, betrayed Islam!

The Haqqani's are most important to the war on extremists in Afghanistan. Eradicating them is of utmost importance to our ability to succeed and go home as we hopefully really are in the process of right now. There is good reason why we are having increasing success but first, the Haqqani's and their legendary stature are holding the so called terrorists force together. Their stature is legendary and hard earned.

The Haqqani network and their increasingly foreign fighters have become the main focus after 9 years of fighting. The Haqqani Network's North Waziristan leadership -- usually called the Miram Shah Shura consists of a number of Haqqani family members and closely associated long-serving commanders.

At the top of the network is Sirajuddin Haqqani, who oversees the group's political and military activities and is the main liaison to the Mullah Muhammad Omar led Quetta Shura Taliban, the Taliban's leadership body (named for the capital of Pakistan's Baluchistan province). He is also one of the network's liaisons to Pakistani Taliban figures and al-Qaeda.

He travels regularly into Afghanistan to coordinate with field commanders and occasionally to Peshawar and South Waziristan to connect with militants there. Remember Bowe Bergdahl? There are many field commanders in Afghanistan, but turnover is high because many get killed or captured. The most prominent is Mullah Sangin, who is believed to be holding Pfc. Bowe Bergdahl a captured U.S. soldier and Zakim Shah the movement's shadow governor of Khost province. Inside the Haqqani network

Jalaluddin Haqqani legendary leader who fought the Soviets and his son, Sirajuddin who directs operations are increasingly the targets of drones and now manned NATO aircraft in Pakistan as the Pakistani's have been leery to go in the area for whatever reason. Many are being killed, I heard over 80 in a week with no civilian casualties.

Anyway now we have killed 80 more in one encounter at a so called "secret camp" Bad days and bad times for the Taliban, they are being decimated There is a reason for this success as I said!

The Taliban think they are getting away with something but they are being watched closely by JSOC ready to pounce and take them out when given the command. I say give it now and save lives. My guess is the command has been given. The network is important but I think "they" should take out the Haqqani's first. I wish we would quickly kill the Haqqani's, both Jalaluddin and Sirajuddin and leave the rest to Pakistan.

The US will veto Palestine's bid for statehood at the UN because they are Israel's lapdog

Chief Palestinian Authority negotiator Saeb Erekat criticized the U.S. inability to revive peace talks, saying the U.S. has no reason to veto the resolution for the establishment of a Palestinian state "after it failed to move the peace process forward or halt settlement building." It does have a reason! The US is Israel's lap dog and Israel will not allow a two state solution period!

Vice Prime Minister and Strategic Affairs Minister Moshe Ya'alon said that he saw "no chance of reaching a peace deal with the Palestinians in the near future". There is no way in hell ever because neither side really wants it. They want the other subversive, end of discussion.

"In the eyes of Palestinians, the occupation began in '48 and not in '67," Ya'alon told Army Radio. "Not only Hamas thinks this – Abu Mazen [Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas does too." I think that too! I refuse to believe we took it upon ourselves to displace the Palestinians and give their land to the Jews in 1948 because we felt bad for them.

I reiterate: Palestinians for their part are doing their share for peace but it is futile: They are willing to let Israel control the wailing wall and just want East Jerusalem as their capital but there is no way in hell Israel is going to give that up as they swear it belongs to them. It does not belong to them. They do not want peace unless they get everything they want and they will not. This will only end in war and we will be dragged in. That is why Bush ignored Afghanistan to get into the Middle East. Right from the get go helping Israel against Iran was the goal.

Again I reiterate there will never be peace in the Middle East, period! Israel wants it her way and Iran/Syria want Israel obliterated, period, seems like peace is in Palestinian hands and depends on how much they are willing to bend because Israel will not. Israel and Iran have long been in preparation for this confrontation. As you know, when asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran in 1979 after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply was “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. The drive even then was to possess a nuclear weapon though that desire is still denied until Iran can get their hands on one.

On the other side there is Israel who will give nothing and expects Palestinians to give up everything! I realized a long time ago that Israel is the world's chief war monger and we seem to do their bidding and fighting. If they get into a war with Iran we will end up coming to their rescue regardless of what they do or what Hillary says and that is sad! We should in fact take care of Jewish American's and American's and our interests in Israel and otherwise tell them in no uncertain terms they are on their own if they continue to instigate war not peace and expecting us to come to their rescue.

You know I say often that we are Israel's lap dog, her pit Bull that will do the fighting for her when she gets in trouble. Israel I came to realize is the worlds chief warmonger and the US the enforcer. It became obvious that coming to Israel's rescue would be how the US has the excuse to go after Iran. No bargaining make Israel adhere to UN resolution 181, no alternative! It is more than fair and equitable.

The Israel, Palestinian, Iran, Syria, Middle East issue will never be resolved peacefully Knowing that I have to agree with Ahmadinejad when he said if the US and Europe felt so bad for what happened to the Jews during WW2 then they should have given them part of their country.

* The ball is in Israel's court and I do not like what they are doing with it as they want to hold the ball till they get their way. Well the heck with them, we have given enough force their hand!

Philippine President Again Warns China on Maritime Claims, says they're ready to issue contracts for oil and gas exploration

Philippine President Again Warns China on Maritime Claims: Mr. Aquino said his government is ready to acquire more weapons and to press its claims to territory in the Spratly Islands chain to a United Nations' tribunal. His remarks were seen as aimed at China, though he did not mention that country in his address. Beijing claims sovereignty over the Spratly's and their surrounding waters. But the Philippines and Vietnam, as well as several other countries, hold competing claims in the potentially mineral-rich region and several recent confrontations involving Chinese patrol boats have sparked international concerns. Aquino means he is prepared to instigate action that will antagonize China to act thereby making the US defend the Philippine's once again.

Philippines' Aquino says 140 firms eying energy, gas projects: The Southeast Asian country expects to award early next year contracts for oil and gas exploration requiring total investment of at least $7.5 billion as it aims to lessen its dependence on imported fuel. Oh that will help? Want to bet they end up working for China?

ASEAN Chief says the world is watching the West Philippine sea: Asia must find ways to resolve its territorial disputes if it wants to play a more central role in world affairs, Association of Southeast Asian Nations chief Surin Pitsuwan said Wednesday. Flash points such as the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) need to be settled to give the international community confidence that Asia can “manage its own affairs” and continue to attract trade and investment, he said.

US senators warn Beijing on S China Sea: “We are concerned that a series of naval incidents in recent months has raised tensions in the region,” said John Kerry, the Democratic chairman of the Senate foreign relations committee, and John McCain, the former Republican presidential candidate. “If appropriate steps are not taken to calm the situation, future incidents could escalate, jeopardizing the vital national interests of the United States.”

ASEAN Ministers Urged to Pursue Early Agreement on China Sea: Southeast Asian foreign ministers were urged to speed up talks with China on a binding code of conduct for the South China Sea at the start of their annual gathering in Bali Tuesday. It was noted it has been nine years since ASEAN and China agreed in principle to negotiate a binding agreement to settle disputes caused by overlapping territorial claims in the oil- and gas-rich waterway and things "do not necessarily have to be this slow." Tensions over the sea have spiked in recent months as nations step up oil exploration, especially near the Spratly islands which are claimed in whole or part by six governments.

The Chinese vice foreign minister warned the United States on Wednesday to stay out of the increasingly tense territorial disputes and maritime conflicts in the South China Sea, which has some of the busiest shipping lanes in the world and is believed to be rich in oil and natural gas reserves: All or parts of the sea are claimed by China, Taiwan, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Brunei.

In response Vietnam to hold joint naval drill with US Still no date given but I disagree with the notion that it will promote relations. Most definitely not with China!

In recent weeks, Vietnam, the Philippines and Japan have all voiced concerns or made formal complaints over Chinese nautical movements.

We must maintain as much of the old world balance and order as we can to maintain a balance as we try to move progressively and successfully through the 21st century! I know of China and Japan's past, I know of the still ongoing Island disputes, the disagreement over natural gas and oil in another area of the East China Sea, I also remember that with China's economic clout rising she took the number 3 seat on the world bank and we talk constantly that China is taking the leading role in Asia and Asia relations.

Being in a superior position puts one in a unique position of power and that power must be handled gracefully, with humility, responsibly, and not abused. That is something I taught all my sons and America under Bush did a lousy job of handling.

I am a little worried that China too is getting a little too heavy handed and abusive with her new position of power and beginning to take what she wants instead of being content with what she has which is what I constantly lecture has to be the case if we are to have a future. The time when man and the planet could handle war and colonialism is over, period or else!

We are Taiwan's, the Philippines, and Japan's protectors and now Vietnam's. Vietnam is no real threat to China so what is up here? As China flex's their military muscles in the area we are not supposed to worry. Just what are we supposed to think they are going to do with their advanced weaponry, missiles, stealth aircraft, aircraft carriers and the like.

Their threats are going to become more ominous until they cannot be ignored and it is too late. We have been here before. The world was not supposed to worry as Hitler built his arsenal and we know how that turned out. If peace is truly the goal then try something unique and share the wealth. We need peace to succeed as a world into the 21st century not more and never ending war.

It is time for lets make a deal. I do not understand why whatever is there for resources is not shares by all Asian countries. All that is needed is to work out the apportionment. It is a very provocative move for the Philippines to be ratcheting this up and saying they are ready to award contracts to those interests in the energy field. From day one with China's military antagonizing some have been telling me not to worry. I wonder what they think now?

There is truth in rumor: Is Mullah Omar really dead?

Afghan Taliban deny Mullah Omar's death, blame CIA cell phone hacking

Afghan Taliban Denies Leader's Reported Death: A Taliban spokesman said Wednesday the message was sent after the group's phones and website were hacked, and blamed U.S. intelligence agencies. Omar has been reported dead before, including in March when an Afghan news channel said he had been killed by members of Pakistan's spy agency.

Taliban denies report that Mullah Omar is dead: Afghanistan’s main intelligence agency said it is investigating reports that Taliban leader Mohammad Omar and some of his top commanders have left their hideout near the Afghan-Pakistan border and cannot not be located. The reports led some Afghan media outlets to say that Omar may have been killed.

Mullah Omar mystery: Afghan official says ISI took him Knowing he has been under their protection for years I believe that.  Supposedly  a group of armed officers in plain clothes led by Gen Hamid Gul former ISI chief, took Mullah Omar in their custody. Supposedly he was moved from Quetta to North Waziristan but some feel he has been detained or killed. Well we can hope can't we?

An anonymous source inside Afghanistan's intelligence Agency under promise of anonymity has confirmed that mullah Omar was killed. Whether that is true or how he died is still in question. A Taliban spokesman said that Omar was not killed in Pakistan and was in Afghanistan fighting infidels with his commanders. They called rumors of his death typical western propaganda. I believe it, that is what they said about Osama Bin Laden's death.

*In closing, under Bush's misdirection we caught and killed no on because he was ignoring Afghanistan and everything else to attack Iraq to get into the middle east in order to help Israel with the disorder they thought would be a new middle east order. Under Obama we have had one high visibility kill and or capture after the other including as you know Osama Bin Laden.

I remember when McCain said it was naive of Obama to say he would violate Pakistan's sanctity to get Bin Laden. Who is naive now? We have had one big accomplishment after the other under Obama but this is the head of the hydra and many more will keep taking their place. We need President Obama at the helm to continue the success we have had against the so called terrorists. Republicans painted him weak on defense, well, well, well, and oh yeah 9/11 happened on their watch too.

Taliban bid Canada farewell with retrospective statement' U.S. drawdown begins in Afghanistan amidst increasing murder of civilians by the Taliban

Taliban bid Canada farewell with retrospective statement: "The people of Canada have to ask their government and military chiefs what are the objectives and achievements that they have obtained during the past decade, apart from the innumerous losses in life and equipment," reads the English translation of the statement, posted last week to the Taliban's website. "If they have no answer, then why (do)

NATO, Afghan army kill at least 13 Taliban...The fighting at the Taliban held "empty school" ended Sunday with a NATO air strike and there were no casualties among civilians or security forces. The insurgents were armed with machine guns, assault rifles and rocket-propelled grenades.

U.S. drawdown begins in Afghanistan: The first U.S. troops have left Afghanistan as part of President Barack Obama's planned drawdown of about a third of the 100,000 U.S. forces there during the next year.

Afghan blast kills five civilians including women and children The Taliban killed 5 more civilians they must be happy but sad they did not kill more.

Afghan civilians deaths increase, no kidding, they are the Islamists cannon fodder Afghan civilians deaths increase: The first six months of 2011 were the deadliest for civilians in Afghanistan since the war began in 2001, a UN report has found. The country saw 1,462 civilian deaths in January to June, a 15% increase on the same period last year. Most of the deaths were caused by roadside bombs and anti-government forces such as the Taliban

Remember a year ago when Mullah Omar ordered the Taliban to attack civilians, Afghan women

Not a month ago 10 civilians and all 6 gunmen killed in terrorist attack on the intercontinental hotel attack in Kabul Most of those killed as you may know were civilian workers so the Taliban must be pretty proud of themselves.

Taliban's offensive to destabilize region: In a recent six week period more than 200 Afghan civilians have been killed and hundreds more wounded in a series of brutal suicide bombings, gun battles and improvised explosive device (IED) attacks across the country

When are those people going to get the message and wake up? The bloody winter offensive targeting them is over but fighting season is on.

Bombs Kill at Least 21 in Afghanistan
Ten civilians killed as Taliban attack Kabul hotel, another successful Taliban attack

When are they going to get it? The Taliban are killing more civilians than ever hoping to get in control of them to kill and maim even more as they were before we attacked. Those civilians better realize that and take it upon themselves to start betraying and fighting the Taliban

Sixteen members from one family die in Taliban bomb

Taliban behind most Afghan civilian casualties: Insurgents are now responsible for about 85% of civilian casualties in the Afghanistan War, an increase from last year and a sign that efforts by the United States and its allies to limit their firepower are succeeding

When are the people going to realize the Taliban are their enemies. The civilians are the Taliban's low hanging fruit. They must come together and turn against the Taliban as many tribes in Pakistan have done and some in Afghanistan are now doing. Leaving Afghanistan is a good deal and a must for us.

However the people better remember the Taliban cutting off limbs and heads and just getting a severe beating for talking is getting off mild. The people better wake up and put the Talibam down before it is too late and they are much worse off than they were before.

Libya rebels claim strike on regime officials: Libya denies report Gadhafi would blow up Tripoli

Battles rage as more than 30 countries, including the United States, recognized the rebels' TNC Friday and declared Libyan leader Moammar Gadhafi politically illegitimate. We really got ourselves into a pickle on this one. We are damned if we do and damned if we don't. We are now in a lose, lose situation! We better leave this up to the rebels now!

Libya rebels claim strike on regime officials: Rebels say rare RPG attack hit meeting in Tripoli attended by Gaddafi's son, intelligence chief and prime minister. The Libyan capital was rocked by a series of explosions, thought to be the result of NATO air strikes, in the early hours of Saturday ...

Libyan rebels in big push on two fronts: Libyan rebels have launched a major double-pronged offensive against forces loyal to the regime of Colonel Gaddafi in the biggest push for several. Hundreds of fighters have moved on two fronts to the south and east of Tripoli.

France: Libya emissaries say Gaddafi ready: France said Muammar Gaddafi was ready to leave power, according to emissaries, the latest sign contacts were underway between the Libyan leader and NATO members to find a way out of the crisis. Gaddafi's son Saif is in talks with France. They better make an iron clad deal because "Saif is not Safe"

Libyan rebels set for renewed push to Tripoli: Libyan rebels looked set for another push against leader Muammar Gaddafi's forces on Friday, just days after the opposition made hefty advances towards Tripoli on two fronts.

UK sends more warplanes to Libya: The UK is sending four more Tornado warplanes to support the Nato mission in Libya, in addition to 12 aircraft it has already deployed. You have to wonder if the mad man will break and what disaster will ensue in the region if and when he does.

Libya denies report Gadhafi would blow up Tripoli: Kremlin envoy Mikhail Margelov was quoted in Thursday's edition of the Izvestia newspaper as saying Libyan Prime Minister Al-Baghdadi al-Mahmudi recently told him "if the rebels seize the city, we will deluge it with missiles and blow it up."

The rebels are doing their damnedest with the help of increased NATO attacks to persuade Gaddafi to take an offer to leave but once again there is no way in hell he is going to. I was listening to Saif on CNN and he is more defiant than ever, they are going nowhere.

US senators warn Beijing on South China Sea, China warns US to stay out of it

ASEAN Chief says the world is watching the West Philippine sea: Asia must find ways to resolve its territorial disputes if it wants to play a more central role in world affairs, Association of Southeast Asian Nations chief Surin Pitsuwan said Wednesday. Flash points such as the West Philippine Sea (South China Sea) need to be settled to give the international community confidence that Asia can “manage its own affairs” and continue to attract trade and investment, he said.

Israeli gas finds lead to border rows with Lebanon / war with Gaza

I am as disgusted with Israel as I am the US and the rest of the so called civilized world: Israeli gas finds lead to border rows with Lebanon / war with Gaza. Scary thought is some offshore field discoveries were pre 9/11. Think!

It took the Bush/Cheney misadministration to make me realize absolutely everything was about oil and other energies and natural resources. It might be the purist in me but I firmly believe that until 9/11 and the illegal war with Iraq we fought wars for the age old reason of dominating and capturing new territories.

That is no longer the case! I have long said that like it or not countries must be happy with what they have or we are in serious trouble as we jockey for position to progress successfully through the 21st century. In man and the planets Life's cycles we are in the final stages! (I wrote this 4 year's ago)The nurturing stage is where man should be in its and the planets Life Cycle! However as the current unfolding middle east and world situation is proving, man is attempting to turn the clock back and nature works only in one direction, forward. We are acting like we are in the infantile stage and it will not work!

* The Nurturing Stage – This is mans mature stage. This is mans preservation period. The time is now. This period marks mans awakening as to the realization of mans negative impact on the life sustaining life cycle of the planet as a whole. This period marks the awakening of man as to the as to the necessity of revitalizing Natures life sustaining ecosystems.

This period marks the necessity for an end to all out war. We must come to the realization that as a world we must destroy all advanced weaponry and their systems throughout the world. This is an absolute necessity for the survival of man and the planet. We must form a world board to ensure compliance by the entire world. It is for the benefit and survival of mankind and the planet. We now know the fragility of our planet and our negative role in it. As a world we must act responsibly, be held accountable, and act accordingly. Life's cycle, the final stages It is short but important please give it a read.
Anyway by now I would hope the entire world was familiar with the fine work done at Global research.

* 2 and 3 years ago I discussed The Israeli Invasion and Gaza's Offshore Gas Fields by Michel Chossudovsky hoping it would get out to someone to who the truth mattered and they were consequential enough to make a difference but it to date has not happened. What Michel writes about the Gaza gas fields being discovered in 2000 and political changes to go after the gas fields occurred in 2001 along with new oil fields and the war on Lebanon in 2006 must be read

Knowing from day one we discussed that 9/11 was allowed to happen not to go after Afghanistan but as an excuse to get the power through the Patriot Act to attack Iraq to get into the middle east and help Israel, finding out that These offshore gas fields also occurred at the same time really make one think.

I use to think that at least Israel was righteous and fought only for pure Religion and survival of their Jewish State. Global Research made me realize I was wrong and Israel was no better than the rest of the so called civilized world. Everything is now about dominance and energy as they too jockey for position for the 21st century and beyond.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told his cabinet. “Our goal,” he said, “is to determine Israel’s position regarding its maritime border, in keeping with the principles of international maritime law.” Israel’s line stakes out more territory for itself than one that Lebanon drew and submitted to the United Nations a few months ago. Between the gas fields off Gaza and the gas fields off Lebanon you have to first rethink the wars and realize Israel would become an exporter of gas. To guess who? The US I would presume. Rival Claims to Sea Territory Made by Israel and Lebanon What do you think about all this?

Ahmad (Ahmed) Wali Karzai Karzai's brother shot dead because of politics or drugs?

Afghan president's brother, Ahmad Wali Karzai, killed as head of the Kandahar Provincial Council, he was a staunch ally of US and allied forces in Afghanistan - to the extent that they turned a blind eye to accusations he was involved in drug-trafficking.

I remember Hamid Karzai telling us to stop unforewarned night raids and my first thought was "yeah we must be interrupting the family drug business. I knew we were turning our backs on Ahmad's illicit drug and other dealings because he was working with us and trying to turn the locals onto our side. He was supposedly a great asset and his death is a great blow to our efforts but I really don't think so. The illicit actions will just switch hands good or bad.

Just last November a NATO drug raid carried out by United States and Russia without Karzai's permission raised his ire and we said Great, they were probably his! The raid netted more than a ton of heroin and morphine worth $US250 million ($256.1 million), as well as equipment, Viktor Ivanov was quoted by the Interfax news agency as saying. The report said Afghan interior ministry officials had been involved in the operation. This is huge and in the past Russia frequently criticized what it describes as the inadequate anti-drug policies of United States and NATO forces in Afghanistan, leading to an increased flow of drugs into Russia through Central Asia.

I think this was great and despite Karzai's anger at the raid saying he was not informed and we had no right performing a unilateral attack on drug labs without his permission, this Russian US cooperation was perfect and I love it. Hell Karzai is upset because those drugs and labs most likely were his, his brothers, families and friends. He couldn't warn them and spoil the raid, boo hoo!

Remember discussing this exactly a year ago: It was terrible finding out Ahmed Wali Karzai a brother of Afghan President Hamid Karzai is a CIA agent. It was bad enough knowing he is a Drug Lord and frauded the election for his brother but finding out he is in bed with the CIA raised many questions.Remember the chopper that crashed killing DEA agents returning from a mission? I suspected foul play. I am sure of it as Karzai knew of this in advance and this time he did not. Hmm go figure!

Knowing how illicit Ahmed's activities were I was a bit surprised to find out he has been working with the CIA since day one. Have they been turning their backs on his poppy growing and drug trafficking? In exchange for what? There has certainly been no real accomplishments in Afghanistan since day one despite our soldiers heroic efforts.

Ahmed runs the National Protective Program amongst numerous other things. Ahmad (Ahmed) Wali Karzai News - The New York Times Quite interesting! I do not know what you thought about Ahmad working for the CIA or "rumors" of him being a Drug Lord but think about this!

First hearing he was a drug lord made me wonder what was being discussed in all the pictures I see of him visiting towns and conversing with tribal leaders. Being a a prominent political figure in the southern region of the country with regular visits makes for a lucrative convenient position in the opium world. I refuse to believe it can be ignored though Ahmed denies any involvement. Yeah like the million rigged ballots he didn't rig.

Okay! Ahmed was a drug lord. Him and his profits were probably helping to fund the war against us. Think about it! It gets worse. Remember this While returning from a successful mission searching a compound for drugs the helicopter crashed killing 7 troops and as we now know, 3 DEA agents. In the fight after the crash 12 "insurgents" were killed. They were just returning from a successful mission cleaning out opium interests in Ahmad's region. Makes you wonder doesn't it? Poor Karzai's! Go Russia and US cooperation! Okay we're still in the drug business because of the rest of the Karzai family until we leave Afghanistan!

At Least 40 Killed in Mexico in 24 Hours in Suspected Drug Cartel Attacks: The rest of the world says end the drug war it is lost, what is wrong with this picture?

So why does Mexico and the US continue to add more money and men to another lost cause.Mexico sends extra 1,800 agents for reinforcements in Michoacan state backed by Black Hawk helicopters, the US vows to add more money. With all our wars in progress and our extensive war history isn't it obvious we have a need and penchant for war? Democracy increasingly appears to be the worlds problem not the solution.

At Least 40 Killed in Mexico in 24 Hours in Suspected Drug Cartel Attacks: Mexican officials blamed turf wars between some of the country's most brutal drug cartels for a wave of violence across the nation that killed more than 40 people in three attacks, including 21 people massacred in a night club in the northern business capital of Monterrey, The Wall Street Journal reported Sunday.

Mexico sends extra 1,800 agents for reinforcements in Michoacan state backed by Black Hawk helicopters, as officers battle Knights Templars drug cartel.

US to increase drug war spending

A report compiled by the Global Commission on Drug Policy, which includes former heads of state, a former U.N. secretary-general and a business mogul, the report calls on governments to end the criminalization of marijuana and other controlled substances. Report: 'The Drug War Has Failed with devastating consequences' Bingo! Wow think about what this would mean to the US, Mexico, the entire world, violence, terrorism, everything. How do we get away with justifying continuing this fools war?

Our 100 year drug war is tearing Mexico and the world apart. After 40 years the front line is now the entire US covering every State and all of Mexico. It has now engulfed and is endangering the very being of Mexico as a country and safety for its citizens. However this is not Nixon's 40 year drug war but the US 100 year drug war and we are losing so instead of ending it as the world wants our answer is to add more to the trillions already wasted. WTF?

With our 100 year drug war and guns being purchased here and sent to Mexico then drugs being sent here feeding this drug war. This has not spilled over from Mexico it has spilled over from the US. That said, I think it is great that the cartels are killing each other over drug routes but I do not like civilians endangered. I would rather there be no drug routes and no problem. I just wish it was possible for the drug runners to eradicate themselves.

We keep hearing that Mexico's war on drugs is spilling over into the US. Now Congress is meeting about it. We even had National Guard troops called to help because Mexico's drug war has endangered Border States. Weapons are being purchased from gun dealers around the United States and being smuggled into Mexico to be used by the Drug cartels to fight Mexico's military in fighting Mexico's drug war. I have a few questions for our brain dead Politicians as they are once again in denial!

First I want to say when you work with the US you are taking on a lot of trouble. Anyway if I remember correctly our authorities have bragged for years that they are fighting a war against drugs! war on drugs the price tag, updated for 2011 It is $4 trillion by now, America can not afford a war on Drugs and neither can the world, end it! Don't waste more, legalize everything and neutralize the illegal market. That should be the business and emphasis.

We know they do not but you want to say don't they ever think? They are purposely feeding the violence on the border they are supposedly very concerned about? If you buy marijuana in the US you are fueling the cartel drug wars in Mexico. Are they doing this on purpose? Last year there was 7,000 killed there.

So far this year thousands more have been added to those Butchered, beheaded, murdered, for what? Juarez, New Mexico on the Border with El Paso, Texas is a battle zone. It is the hot spot in the cartel's fight for smuggling routes. The drug cartels and those officers and military not bought off by the cartels are in a full blown war.

Of course there are big fears of our drug war that spilled South to Mexico now spilling back to our side of the Border as violence and it is happening The violence is only there and fed by our insatiable hunger for marijuana and other drugs. We can end this! We can control the border as we still are not and put our military on the border. That is where they should be not on 733 US bases around the world.

Forget poor Mexico, forget Nixon's 40 year war on drugs, end America's Own 100 Year Failed War on Drugs!

We have been fighting a self professed war on Drugs for one hundred years! I wish someone would be able to figure out at what cost. It seems to me that the drug war has spilled over the Border with Mexico. However it went north to south. It is our drug war that has spilled into Mexico. It is us that have made Mexico the narco State it is.

Legalize marijuana at least then if it works follow with the rest! That would kill much of the incentive for Cartels to be waging a war on drugs. Yes there is cocaine heroine and other drugs but marijuana is America's number one cash crop! That blew me away.

According to official Government figures The value of the annual harvest exceeds that of corn, soybeans, or hay, the country's top three legal cash crops with an annual crop value of $35 Billion. There have been an estimated 100 million pot plants destroyed between 1981 and 2006 yet production has still increased 10 fold to 22 million pounds!

Legalize it, secure the border! Just imagine what it would be if it was legalized. Regulate it like alcohol, sell it in package stores! Tax it! Look at the potential revenue. Legalizing marijuana would end a hell of a lot of problems and create exactly zero! Think about it!

The number one abused drug in the world is legal, Alcohol! It destroys numerous lives! What sane argument is there against legalization? None, none whatsoever! All we are doing with this insane war on drugs is driving people and not just kids to experiment and find a legal way to get high with common household products. We are only making the problem exponentially worse. END IT! LEGALIZE!

With the state of the worlds economy I think ending this loser of a war on drugs is doable. The world has shown that it can come together when it has to. We can do this! We can figure out a way to turn this into a win, win for us and a loser for all those gaining illicitly from the illegal drug trade.

Syria reacts with fury to US involvement in Hama as they do not want any interference with Iran

Syrian VP calls for transition to democracy as Syria reacts with fury to US involvement in Hama as they do not want any interference with Iran
Syrian VP calls for transition to democracy: Syria's vice president called Sunday for a transition to democracy and credited protesters with forcing the regime to consider reforms.

The US State Department has summoned Syria's ambassador after receiving reports of Syrian diplomats filming people protesting peacefully in the US. Imad Mustapha was told of "a number of US concerns" involving embassy staff, the State Department said. The US says it is also investigating reports that Damascus may have acted against protesters' families in Syria.

Syria reacts with fury to US involvement in Hama: The city has seen repeated demonstrations and is a sensitive flashpoint as the base of the biggest uprising in Syria’s recent history, which ended in the deaths of 10-20,000 people in 1982.

The United States has tightened pressure on the Syrian regime of President Bashar al-Assad by sending its ambassador to a city at the center of the anti-government protests and Syria and Iran are in an uproar because of the US trying to sway the outcome as only Iran is allowed to do.

I know the protesters vowed not to be deterred stating they will break the Government period but there is no way. The Syrian Government will kill and arrest who they have too. Iran will accept nothing less and they "the IRG" are in charge!

I remember the Syrian opposition saying that they would not stop and would ultimately defeat the Government saying Democratic transition would safeguard Syria from violence. As outsiders looking in we know nothing could be further from the truth. People are being imprisoned and murdered and I can not see that stopping until the Democracy movement is crushed. Supposedly this expected situation is begging for us to get involved but we damn well better not. Unless that is going to war with Iran is the goal.

Those of you that follow me know going after Iran is why Bush lied to get to attack Iraq and get back into the Middle East. Iran is helping Syria, us helping the protesters is exactly what Iran wants so they can bring out in the open the war against the United States.

I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to. You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. As expected this democratization started by Bush has taken on a life of its own.

I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.

Saddam Hussein with his lies about possessing WMD kept Iran in check. Bush freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with their chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!

Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!

The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too. Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program is going to be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale if we are still there when this breaks open! Looking at the war cabinet Obama has amassed I am going to say at this point that this is going to happen even under a President Obama.

Actually Russia, China and Lebanon have blocked a move for the UN Security Council to condemn Syria's crackdown on dissent. Sanctioning slaughter is more like it!

You have to be very concerned about what is happening in Syria especially. Iran is not going to allow Syria to fall to Democracy,Iran is in Syria helping Bashar Assad and they do not want us interfering. What we saw after the voter fraud in Iran was mild compared to what the IRG will do if this movement spreads to Iran. I really wish Bashar would step down but Iran is the elephant in the room any way you look at it. The total middle east breakdown we have written about numerous times is well under way. We can only hope we keep it from erupting into WW3.

Another so called rogue Afghani incident this time 2 NATO dead

Rogue Afghan soldier shoots dead at least one: Afghan army soldier shoots dead at least one serviceman in Helmand.

Police: Afghan guard kills 2 NATO troops: Police say an Afghan guard has shot dead two NATO troops accompanying a reconstruction team convoy traveling in a northern province. Another so called rogue soldier hell! And they say we may be there for another 3 decades? Get out now!

Another so called rogue Afghani incident this time 2 NATO dead: some 12 Americans in 2 years, 6 NATO troops in a day, things are getting better? This crap will not stop till we leave.

Police: Afghan guard kills 2 NATO troops: Police say an Afghan guard has shot dead two NATO troops accompanying a reconstruction team convoy traveling in a northern province. Another so called rogue soldier hell!

Remember this? Rogue Afghan police man' kills six Nato troops as Six Nato troops have been killed by a man wearing an Afghan police uniform during a training session in eastern Afghanistan. This is happening ever increasingly why can't we get the message and leave them on their own? Give them money and supplies and follow it from a distance until we prove how corrupt Afghanistan is and let them have their civil war guaranteed by Bush as in Iraq. Our soldiers did their job get them home now with Honor as they deserve!

We found out they were US troops. I am sick of the frequent so called rogue afghans killing our troops!Enough! Nato probes 'rogue Afghan attack'

A suspected Afghan army trainer on a shooting range in northern Afghanistan also opened fire on his fellow instructors killing two American civilian trainers and one other Afghan soldier before being killed himself. This really scares me because my youngest just finished his tour in Iraq and arrived in Afghanistan to aid in the training, he made it and is home. I do not trust them at all. They are Muslim's repelling the infidel, us, they are not our allies. Suspected Afghan army trainer opens fire on fellow instructors killing 2 more Americans

This was just one week after another rogue Afghan soldier killed three British soldiers at a base in Helmand province. They are still looking for that so called rogue traitor who went ballistic.

The Afghan military identified the rogue Afghan National Army (ANA) soldier who went ballistic and killed 3 British troops in Helmand province 6 months ago now.

I am pretty pissed! I just found the article I wrote on Afghan soldiers killing Americans and realized in that instance too the worm they call a rogue or a traitor killed the Americans while they slept.

Remember this? Afghan soldier shoots dead two American troops Man WTF? They had just returned from a joint operation with Afghanistan and the SOB shot the US soldiers dead wounding 2 others while they slept! Isn't it obvious? How many more have to die? Get the hell out America don't you get the message? Sharia law is preferred not Democracy!

I reiterate though it is a waste of time that like Afghanistan Pakistan is largely tribal but they want a central Government and freedom from the Taliban to continue to have their tribal customs and freedoms and are fighting for it! NATO go home! Scale back! Get out! We keep hearing how tough Afghani's are. Prove it! Pakistan has shown what they want and so has Afghanistan. Can't we take a frigging hint?

We keep hearing how we must get to Taliban moderates and Afghan moderates well get with it do it now and let them fight for their country. Moderate tribesmen in parts of militant-ravaged north-west Pakistan are challenging Taliban extremists threatening to overrun their area, in what will develop into a mass resistance movement. That is what Afghanistan must do!

America and NATO must get out! We have been there almost 10 years, more than twice as long as WW2, now our longest war! If Afghanistan wanted freedom from the Taliban they would already be trained and fighting for it instead of just letting themselves be killed as pawns.

Our soldiers did their job leave now with heads held high not our tails between our legs like in Saigon! Give food and supplies to the Afghans and if they want their freedom they will fight for it like the Pakistani tribes are. We should be helping Pakistan who has proved they want their freedom from Taliban and Sharia law. Don't keep adding more troops this is Afghanistan graveyard of Nations. Cheat history get out now!

A senior Revolutionary Guard commander threatened that U.S. aircraft carriers would be targeted if Iran came under attack: Think again!

Iranian commander: A senior Revolutionary Guard commander threatened Saturday that U.S. aircraft carriers would be targeted if Iran came under attack amid a standoff with the West over Tehran's nuclear program. Iran has often warned of major retaliation if they faced a military strike from Israel or the West, but the latest comments appear tailored to emphasize the expanding range of Iranian missiles following 10 days of war games. Good luck with that.

They have their medium and long range missiles but our carriers can defend against them and have more than an adequate offensive capability. I remember that at one point we had 5 carriers and their battle groups there and the Charles DeGaulle was guarding the entrance to the Gulf. Anyway it is our battleships that will be their big problem too as they are being outfitted with Lasers and Rail guns to deal with Iran's unique way of fighting in the gulf.

The U.S. Navy destroys a boat with new high-energy laser and ship splintering rail gun: Target Iran

In an undated photo supplied by Lockheed Martin, an Aegis-equipped destroyer launches a missile, using hit-to-kill technology to intercept and destroy short- and medium-range ballistic missiles.

The US Navy recently performed its first test of its new HEL system, destroying a small boat in a matter of moments. We've got the video above. The Navy has begun field testing early versions of its high-energy laser (HEL).

This concept of fighting with rail guns that fire non explosive projectiles at supersonic speeds to put holes in ships 100 miles away and destroy their munitions at the same time and firing lasers to destroy the engines of small boats to disable them is at first glance a concept strange and hard to comprehend in an environment of today's high tech weapons.

However make no mistake, these weapons are very high tech, still under design, and geared towards an enemy and location we will be facing in the future. It is no coincidence that these weapons were tested at the same time the military tested its most challenging test yet of its ballistic missile defense system, blasting an incoming target out of the skies over the Pacific Ocean.

I remember in 2009 when Obama first announced he was scrapping Bush's missile defense system that did not work other than to instigate war for the Aegis system used on land or water to go after land or water fired intermediate-range missile's. This was the first successful test of a land fired missile from a ship. Of course defending against Iran in the future is the announced goal. Iran can already reach Europe. US Military Successfully Tests Missile Defense System

That said, at the same time we test the high energy laser successfully its goal to be soon on every navy vessel in order to be fired from the ship at the motors of small boats setting them on fire thus disabling them rendering them useless and dead in the water. Supposedly the HEL would come of use against pirates but it is no surprise that Iran banks heavily on its use of small high powered boats in the Gulf.

These Lasers are designed to take them out of the equation. It is no surprise that both Bush and Iran with the IRG (Iran Revolutionary Guard) did everything possible to instigate war and it was only because cooler heads prevailed that they were not successful in this endeavor. There were many provocations as you may remember by fast boats just like the one taken out in the video above. We now have a defense against them albeit still being tested and soon will be many times more powerful. The U.S. Navy destroys a boat with new high-energy laser

I had no idea there was even such a thing as a rail gun but they list it as an enemy of the laser so we have to learn more about them and build a successful one. I had no idea there was even such a thing as a rail gun but they list it as an enemy of the laser so we have to learn more about them and build a successful one. I have to imagine Iran has one or can get their hands on one.

A rail gun is a projectile device that, via a combination of electrical impulses and magnetic fields, can send a non-explosive projectile vast distances with excessive force. They are extremely high-tech, high-efficiency cannons. In this case, the technology allows the projectiles being fired to break the speed of sound, I have heard up to 8 times the speed of sound. This allows the gun to have a range of approximately 100 miles. To lend that some context, the Navy’s current artillery has a range of only 12 miles but I have read up to 26 miles. Either way this is a formidable weapon and perfect for the Gulf against Iran!

The current design fired a projectile at 33 megajoules. Megajoules are a way of measuring kinetic energy; A ton up to a 100 miles at up to 8 times the speed of sound that is formidable! These devices are designed to put gigantic holes in enemy ships while simultaneously destroying enemy munitions in the process — causing damage of a previously unachievable scope. Navy punches through records with ship-splintering railgun

It is only a matter of time before we at the very least have a "confrontation" with Iran. I always figured it would come from the Gulf as Gates said the navy as of yet is not over extended. their primary navy weapon seems for now to be those high powered boats. We seem to be building a defense and offense capable of handling a confrontation with Iran and the IRG. I find that troubling but it is worsened because we are getting ourselves into a war with our 3rd Muslim Nation we do not need a 4th with the Persians but I know we will do it.

US 'offering' to keep troops in Iraq? "More like begging" to leave 10,000 troops to help around Baghdad: Custer's last stand on steroids!

I was hoping we weren't this stupid but Custer's last stand redux is setting up in Iraq despite all warnings. Same thing in Afghanistan. What the hell is wrong with us? Obama May Break His Promise on Iraq Withdrawal: AP reports that the Obama Administration has offered to leave 10,000 troops in Iraq if its government so requests. Already the White House "has worked out options to keep 8,500 to 10,000 active-duty troops in Iraq to continue training security forces."

Iraq inks 6 agreements of cooperation with Iran: Iraq on Wednesday signed six agreements of cooperation with its neighbor Iran during an official visit of Iranian First Vice President Mohammad-Reza Rahimi to the Iraqi capital of Baghdad.

US 'offering' to keep troops in Iraq? More like begging for permission to stay: While that word "offer" has been repeatedly used by US officials named and unnamed in recent months, a better word might be "pleading." US officials insist that Iran has been expanding contacts and assistance to some Shiite militias inside the country.

Weapons prove Iranian role in Iraq, US says: James F. Jeffrey, the U.S. ambassador to Iraq, said Tuesday that fresh forensic testing on weapons used in the latest deadly attacks in the country bolsters assertions by U.S. officials that Iran is supporting Iraqi insurgents with new weapons and training.
Iraq 'to request' US troops stay after 2011 - Panetta Here we come "Custer's last stand"

If we do stay we have long been warned and I smell a set up by the Iran leaning Shiite Government. This is a microcosm of the Custer's last stand if we stay in Iraq beyond this year that I have been warning about for years now.

What a surprise the Iranian-backed group Kataib Hezbollah that took credit for the recent killing of our 5 soldiers is one of three main Shiite militias operating in Iraq. Another as you know is Muqtqda Al Sadr's Mehdi army also backed by Iran, all are staunchly against the American military presence in Iraq and have vowed to oppose any move for U.S. troops to stay past their expected Dec. 31 departure date.

Iraq's fiery anti-American cleric Moqtada al-Sadr will "escalate military resistance" and unleash his Mehdi Army militia if U.S. troops fail to leave Iraq as scheduled this year. These are not Idle threats! What are we frigging stupid or just asking for it?

If we don't leave Iraq in 2011 it will be Custer's last stand on a grand scale period: I hate to say it but that appears to be our goal, perpetual war wherever we can find it.

If you have been following my line of thought on this illegal war in Iraq you know civil war was guaranteed from day one when Bush ignored the warning and why. Many of you will agree it is coming soon and it is inevitable. The Kurd's want us there to protect their free Kurdistan which will be over when we are gone.

The Sunni want us to stay in order to protect them from Shiite violence they feel is backed by Iran. Incidentally you can bet if not now Saudi Arabia will be helping the Sunni. Well what a surprise huh?

Meanwhile right from day one of his return Muqtada Al-sadr told his people to fight the American's any way they can till we leave in 2011. I don't think that will be the result of it but knowing the army is largely Shiite I have to believe the two soldiers were doing his bidding and my worst fears about Iraq and the middle east are coming true.

Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East. He has long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! We were concerned because we knew that would never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program would be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale!

As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis) order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. Much worse than the hell on earth they created for Iraq. Did you ever read A clean Break

That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.

He freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!

What about the Kurds who want their autonomy and they do not want to share their oil fields period. Nuri Al-Maliki wants that issue resolved and it will never be. The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too.

Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he still calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East Sunni against Shiite. Bush had long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! That will never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Watch out Iran!
