New McCain Ad calling Obama the Anti Christ! I am sick of this crap! Bring on the Debates and put an end to McCain's idiocy!

New McCain Ad calling Obama the Anti Christ! I am sick of this crap!

It's not easy to make the infamous Willie Horton ad from the 1988 presidential campaign seem benign. But suggesting that Barack Obama is the Antichrist might just do it. That's just what some outraged Christian supporters of the Democratic nominee are claiming John McCain's campaign did in an ad " that was recently released online. The Republican nominee's advisers brush off the charges, arguing that the spot was meant to be a "creative" and "humorous" way of poking fun at Obama's popularity by painting him as a self-appointed messiah. But even this innocuous interpretation of the ad — which includes images of Charlton Heston as Moses and culled clips that make Obama sound truly egomaniacal — taps into a conversation that has been gaining urgency on Christian radio, political blogs, and in widely-circulated email messages that accuse Obama of being the Antichrist. AntiChrist Obama in McCain's new Ad too much

It was once again not meant to be humorous or have fun with the Campaign. It is a way of trying to hide the underhanded, dirty, deceitful, Politics of McCain to belittle Obama and those that follow him. I don't have to tell you at this point Obama is our greatest hope at a future and we and the world know it! It is starting to catch the underhanded, coniving, slime! Forget the Karl Rove playbook. For the past few weeks, Sen. John McCain's team seems to have been working from the equally brutal Don Rickles manual of presidential politics. McCain's campaign has been filling the traditional late-summer news lull with a string of stunts featuring a prickly humor that could come from the insult comic's act.

It could prove a potent political weapon against Sen. Barack Obama or it could bomb in his face like a bad joke. There are irony-laced videos. There are eBay-friendly props. And there is McCain himself, who has incorporated some of the best laugh lines into his stump speech. The McCain camp's comedy-lined assault effectively rankles Democrats -- but does it work on the press and public? It doen't work for me and the lying ignorance and facade of humor to turn people against Obama is starting to back fire!

* In the short term, at least, the approach was successful. An analysis by the Pew Foundation's Project for Excellence in Journalism, released this week, found McCain had pulled even with Obama in volume of press coverage. And after running four or five points behind Obama for a month, a Gallup daily tracking poll at the end of last week showed he had pulled even with Obama, at 44 percent. But by Wednesday, despite the continued media frenzy generated by the ads and the lingering fallout, Obama had again pulled ahead in the same Gallup poll. Why? PEOPLE HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!! Remember the stupidity of McCain reidiculing Oama and inflated tires? WELL AFTER ALL THAT THE SCUM ADMITS IT DOES HELP BUT NOT AS MUCH AS OBAMA SAID. I AM SICK OF THIS CRAP! Even Former McCain senior adviser John Weaver -- who exited the campaign last year amid turmoil -- cast aside his usual interview reticence last week, telling the Atlantic magazine that he believed the campaign's embrace of mockery as a tactic "diminishes John McCain," and that the "Celeb" ad was "childish" and "reduces McCain on the stage." look at some of the idiotic Ads if you need a reminder

Bring on the Debates I say and put an end to McCain once and for all!

Ridiculous and utterly desperate.

Yet where I live, it will work.

Amazing.

Dr. know!
It is a lie saying he just wants humor in the campaign. As you know the goal is to ridicule Obama and make him look like an idiot. It will work on many here too and I am afraid it will throughout the country. We can keep hoping that many are smartening up. We cannot survive a third stolen election due to incompetent, lying, underhanded, theatrics!

When will we see the ads painting Johnny Bomb Bomb as the elitist aristocratic son of the military industrial complex?

Oops, that's too much truth.

Nevermind.

It isn't just the Ads but every comeback or effort by the Democrats is pitiful compared to the destructive underhanded disinformation juggernaut of the right!

Obama is waiting till Johnny's constrained by spending limits. When that time comes, he'll have the resources to bombard the airwaves, should he choose to do so.

In the meantime, the MSM is tripping all over itself handing Johnny all the free airtime they can, and cloaking it as "news." We know, of course, exactly what iit is they're doing.

i wish that were true. I am afraid when it is needed the RNC and other interests have deep pockets and will raise hell. I also wish to hell Obama would forgo e vacation because it plays right into the Repug elitist claims and we will see Ads on it! Nice to see you by the way. Take care!

Am I angry? My son in Iraq laughed yesterday and said I am the angriest guy he's ever heard.

It won't end until parents stop allowing their kids to go fight others wars for them.

Patriot, of what? One country? That's just tribal monkey bullshit. Have you enjoyed your brainwashing?

One world, one peoples, one flag. Duh!!!!

Well, I am a citizen of a planet that just happens to be in America, but I could have been born somewhere else, and so could you have.

Fuck this government, fuck it's brainwashing, fuck America, they fucked a decent idea all up.
