Saturday the Relentless Liberal wrote a piece on Hillary Clinton saying what we already know and that is that she is favored to win the Democratic nomination with the question, what kind of President would she be also as the first Woman President?
I know this is going to be contentious but fan or not, a Hillary nomination can not be allowed to happen but as I said, not for the obvious if we are too have a chance in 2008 but I am afraid the deck is already stacked against us. please read on. They are very frightening and sobering. Pay particular attention to #1 and #2 Bush will not relinquish this and can not!
Like Anon I fully expect elections to be cancelled in 2008 and martial law declared, and so will you if you read the last 2 links. It is in Bush's awesome abused power to declare martial law if he sees a danger to his Government and we are the danger. At the very least I expect Bush to attack Iran before Congress can stop him and will call for a Constitutional Amendment calling for Bush to stay in office indefinitely too stay at the helm of his wars.
Anyway you look at it, Bush has come out in favor of Hillary as our nominee saying Republicans will defeat her. President Bush, breaking his rule not to talk about presidential politics, says he believes Hillary Rodham Clinton will defeat Barack Obama in the Democratic presidential primaries. Bush also predicts that Clinton will be defeated in the general election by the Republican nominee. he played her up for a Fall
Since I happen to agree with Bush that Rethuglicans will defeat her she must not be our nominee even though I really do not see 2008 elections happening, but just in case they do. Rove has been freed from the White House specifically so he could do his dirty work against the Democratic nominee. Right now his prime goal is to defame Hillary and he is. They will not allow her in. If you looked at Anon's link they can not let a Democrat in Period.
I believe our best chance if we have any, is Edwards and Obama. Anyway you look at it 2008 is going to be hell and I am not just talking the election. Bush will guarantee it one way or the other. In closing I just want to say I really hope you looked at the 2nd and 3rd links!

I just saw the traffic from Daily Kos on you diary posting mentioning me and my site.
I read there comments and was amazed that not a one of them who dropped in took the time to read any of what I wrote or check the links I used.
It appears that they are the same group of American People I ofter say refuse to see what's in front of their eyes.
They believe that it can not happen here is the same beliefs that led to the downfall of Germany as a sovereign country and allowed Hitler to seize total power.

Me being american I only know what I hear from here or can glean fron media around the world. Iran like other middle east countries is to be feared if so, because of the hard line Religious leaders.
I am led to believe that Egypt is fine but so too is Turkey or so I am led to believe.
I am also led to believe that qatar,Oman, Bahrain, and others are at least good allies if not fair Nation's. Fair "Democratic" I can't even categorize America that way under Bush because we are not!

Two things. First is you did not have too delete any comments over there. They speak for themselves and if they refuse to at least check out the facts presented than that is their problem.
My only issue is that they came over and never bothered to read my post of look at any of the links I provided to verify the facts I was using.
Now for your other problem with links. I see you said that they work fine over on the Kos post. If you are using the link from Kos it might change the actual URL and this could be the cause of your problem.
I did look at your links and I see the what I believe might be the problem.
Like chuck posted above on one of your links here is a part of it.
{%3Ca%20"} Notice that there is a percent sign in it. I will go back over to the Kos post and see what the link actually looks like when clicking on it and going to the address where the story actually is.

I just had the same problem with a Utube video. I don't know how to get through to blogger though.
I couldn't upload the video because of some error I don't know and when I tried the link it took about 6 times of taking out the things that get thrown in or re adding them and finally it took.

That is indeed your problem for your links. They are referring back to and adding the {%3Ca%20"}to them.
They are not the actual links for the URL's you listed.
What you need to do is change them to the URL pages they are actually on.
Go back to your Kos page and right click on the links in your post. When the page comes up highlight the link and right click copy.
Be on your template for this post and have the html edit page open. Remove the link you have in the post than paste the correct one in you just copied from the website URL in place of the one you just deleted.
Do this for all your links and than they should work just fine.

as to Bush declaring martial law and suspending elections -- I do think that is a distinct possibility. I've begun making preparations to try to get out in a hurry if/when that happens.
