CIA admits organizing 1953 Iran coup: So?

Yep we did it again! We just can't stop screwing ourselves and the world. The Bushehr project dates backs to 1974, when Iran's American-backed government  began plans to build the reactor.

Iran's aging nuclear facility

Atom's for peace was a program started by the US to build nuclear facilities for Pakistan and Iran. Rather ironic isn't it? The Tehran Research Reactor is an ageing nuclear facility located in the heart of the Iranian capital. It was built by the United States as a nuclear research facility 40 years ago; it is now at the center of Iran's claims that it needs nuclear fuel for peaceful purposes only. The reactor makes radioactive materials for use in hospitals - for example in the treatment of cancer.

We gave them their start! We gave them their cover for their real goal of achieving nuclear weapons. A reminder: As you know, when asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran in 1979 after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply was “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. The drive even then was to possess a nuclear weapon though that desire is still denied until Iran can get their hands on one.

I have tried to give Iran the benefit of the doubt when they say their nuclear desires are peaceful knowing they could use nuclear power as an energy source for their growing population. I have always asserted that perceived need could be cover for the real goal of developing a nuclear weapon.

The nuclear program of Iran was launched in the 1950s with the help of the United States as part of the Atoms for Peace program.[1] The support, encouragement and participation of the United States and Western European governments in Iran's nuclear program continued until the 1979 Islamic revolution that toppled the Shah of Iran. We are so concerned about Pakistan and Iran today in regard to nuclear abilities and nuclear weapons and security. I was blown away to find out that we built the first nuclear Reactors in both Iran and Pakistan. Nuclear program of Iran - atoms for peace Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I would have to assume this was after we overthrew the democratically elected President of Iran Mohammad Mosaddeq to install our ruthless puppet the Shah of Iran. We built and supplied Iran's first reactor because we thought we were in control. What the hell is wrong with us? That makes us personally responsible for the 1979 Revolution in Iran, the capture of our hostages, the disaster in the desert after a failed attempt to rescue them, the rise of the Revolutionary Guard, the protesters dilemma, the nuclear issue in Iran today, everything!

You know, I have long said that Iran’s civilian nuclear program is a cover for their nuclear weapons program. Arab leaders feel the same way. They fear a nuclear arms race and I can only conclude that knowing how far along Iran is and how they feel that they are hedging their bets and it is already under way clandestinely.

The Gulf Corporation Council “Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman. And the United Arab Emirates, who are all incidentally armed by us with advanced conventional weapons and technology and missile defense batteries all want the Middle East to be declared a nuclear safe zone. That as you know is DOA as neither Israel or the US will never agree to that. The centuries of acrimony and convoluted Relationships throughout the Middle East though I knew of it is mind boggling and worse than I thought so I invite you to read the report it is eye opening. ! Why Arab leaders worry about Iran's nuclear program

You know from numerous discussions here that Iran is involved in every Middle Eastern country not just Yemen, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia where they have corrupted elections for Shiite interests in Iraq, backing rebels in Yemen, and instigating attacks on Saudi oil fields. Bush freed Iran to instigate far and wide and are even training Taliban on their border. Any new actions will only serve to worsen their instigation and cause them to cause chaos everywhere they can and further Bush's total Middle East breakdown Period. As powerful in death as life; remember Khomeini's Ghost

The History of veterans Day

1918

World War I, then normally referred to simply as The Great War (no one could imagine any war being greater!), ended with the implementation of an armistice [temporary cessation of hostilities-in this case until the final peace treaty, the infamous Treaty of Versailles, was signed in 1919] between the Allies and Germany at the eleventh hour of the eleventh day of November, 1918.

1919

November 11: President Wilson proclaims the first Armistice Day with the following words: "To us in America, the reflections of armistice Day will be filled with solemn pride in the heroism of those who died in the country's service and with gratitude for the victory, both because of the thing from which it has freed us and because of the opportunity it has given America to show her sympathy with peace and justice in the councils of the nations." The original concept for the celebration was for the suspension of business for a two minute period beginning at 11 A.M., with the day also marked by parades and public mettings.

1920

On the second anniversary of the armistice, France and the United Kingdom hold ceremonies honoring their unknown dead from the war. In America, at the suggestion of church groups, President Wilson names the Sunday nearest Armistice Day Sunday, on which should be held services in the interest of international peace.

1921

Congress passes legislation approving the establishment of a Tomb of the Unknown Soldier in Arlington National Cemetery. November 11 is chosen for the date of the ceremony. According on October 20, Congress declares November 11, 1921 a legal Federal holiday to honor all those who participated in the war. The ceremony was conducted with great success.

1926

Congress adopts a resolution directing the President to issue an annual proclamation calling on the observance of Armistice Day. Throughout the 1920s and 1930s, most states establish November 11 as a legal holiday and at the Federal level, an annual proclamation is issued by the President.

1938

Congress passes legislation on May 13 making November 11 a legal Federal holiday, Armistice Day. The United States has no 'actual' national holidays because the states retain the right to designate their own holidays. The Federal government can in fact only designate holidays for Federal employees and for the District of Columbia. But in practice the states almost always follow the Federal lead in designation of holidays.

1941- 1945
1950- 1953

World War II and the Korean War create millions of additional war veterans in addition to those of the First World War already honored by Armistice Day.

1954

On June 1, President Eisenhower signs legislation changing the name of the legal holiday from Armistice Day to Veteran's Day.

1968

Congress passes the Monday Holiday Law which established the fourth Monday in October as the new date for the observance of Veteran's Day. The law is to take effect in 1971.

1971-1975

The Federal observance of Veterans Day is held on the fourth Monday of October. Initially all states follow suit except Mississippi and South Dakota. Other states changed their observances back to November 11 as follows: 1972- Louisiana and Wisconsin; 1974- Kentucky, Arkansas, Connecticut, Georgia, Maine, South Carolina, West Virginia; 1975- California, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, Oklahoma, Oregon, South Carolina, Utah, West Virginia, Wyoming

1975

Legislation passed to return the Federal observance of Veteran's Day to November 11, based on popular support throughout the nation. Since the change to the fourth Monday in October, 46 states had either continued to commemorate November 11 or had reverted back to the original date based on popular sentiment. The law was to take effect in 1978.

1978

Veteran's Day observance reverts to November 11.

I have to digress from important issues once again to discuss Bush's rapidly developing Forever War!

A Bush fact as to why our enemies have had enough and will see to our destruction! " North Korea is not alone!
Let's go back to Bush's mis-Presidency:

I really wanted to Discuss McCain's vowed to continue policy of making a joke out of Obama, having fun with the campaign he calls it as he lies in order to belittle Obama and gain votes and I am afraid it is working. I wanted to discuss the upcoming Democratic Convention in Denver as I expect total chaos called for and orchestrated by Rove, Limbaugh, Kristol, and other Repug leaders, in order to use it against us this fall and I know the scummy underhanded Bas%#@! are going to do something. However once again I have to digress because the war mongering Chief idiot using the facade of wanting peace while instigating war has made great headway towards that end today!

Russian Venezuela Arms and energy ties up! Bush is forcing them together, see for yourself!

Locals flee increasing South Osatian violence. Russia promises not to stand down!

The latest in Bush's instigation to his Forever War. It is rapidly getting closer as Bush is responsible for Russian local and world military policies Bearing the fruit of instigated war!

First from 31 July 2008 -- The following is the full-text of the Foreign Policy Concept of the Russian Federation, approved by the President of the Russian Federation on 28 June 2008 and distributed by the Russian Federation Mission to the UN to members of the United Nations press corps: It translates to direct confrontation to Bush's endeavors as you and I know. Bush's drive for WW3 and a Forever War are bearing fruit as you know but give this a glance and keep in mind what Bush is doing in Russia and around the world and you will see he is as you know directly responsible for forcing Russia and the world together to take him on. please give it a glance

You know things are ratcheting up and you watched the 2 videos in the latest developments to unify and take on Bush. Plus Russia said it would not be indifferent if there was further violence on its border, escalating a war of words in a region where Moscow and the West are vying for influence over vital energy transit routes. Georgia and Russia deny war plans as facts show they both instigate it

Bush's insistence on instigating war with Russia by putting the MDS in Eastern Europe is making Russia reciprocate around the world and in this case Cuba! Putin on Monday called for renewed ties with Cuba as Deputy Prime Minister Igor Sechin disclosed a deal to sell passenger jets to the island nation. "We need to rebuild our positions in Cuba and other countries," Putin said at his weekly Presidium meeting, Interfax reported. It is really bearing fruit in Cuba and once closed Russian bases. please give it a glance

As we discussed in the past Chavez called for Russia and Venezuela to become strategic partners in oil and defense to "guarantee Venezuela's sovereignty, which is currently being threatened by the United States." Venezuela has bought over 50 combat helicopters, 24 Su-30MK2 fighters, and 100,000 AK-103 rifles from Russia, and also holds a license for their production. The current contracts are worth about $4 billion. Moscow plans to start supplying Venezuela with at least ten Mi-28N helicopters in the second half of 2009. The two countries have also negotiated the delivery of three Russian Project 636 Kilo-class diesel submarines and at least 20 Tor-M1 air defense missile systems to Caracas. Contracts for these two deals, if signed, may be worth another $1 billion. In line with the state program for the modernization of the armed forces until 2012, Venezuela is planning to spend about $30 billion in the next four years on the purchase of weaponry abroad.

The talks included discussion of arms deals and resulted in an agreement for three Russian companies -- Gazprom, Lukoil and TNK-BP -- to work in the energy-rich Orinoco Belt in Venezuela.Medvedev, a former chairman of Russian gas giant Gazprom, said that a proposal to create a group of leading gas producers that would mirror the Organization of the Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC) was "not closed." Iran and Venezuela, members along with Russia of the Gas Exporting Countries Forum, have both supported the idea of creating a "gas OPEC." Russia is by far the world's largest gas producer, controlling a quarter of global reserves. In another development, a report in the Russian newspaper Izvestia revealed that the Russia's military is thinking of flying long-range bombers to Cuba on a regular basis in response to US plans to install missile defenses in eastern Europe. It gets worse

* Chavez threatened to sink the US 4th fleet and like me your inclination is to laugh but Russia is rapidly increasing ties with him as well as Cuba and everyone else to go against Bush in this Bush created world mess so you have to take it seriously in at least that Russia will come to their aid as they will in Iran. Like it or not this is going to end in war like it or not. As I have said and some disagree I now think that China will side with us or at least stay neutral until this is over hopefully successfully for us and then take on a weakened US or...

Quote Of the Day: Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction. -Blaise Pascal!

Quote Of the Day! Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction. -Blaise Pascal!

Religion, provocation, fanaticism:

We all see this and know it first hand but we can not harp on it enough as we must put an end to what is happening today!

I have been saying this for years now. Extreme unbridled religiosity is the most powerful dangerous weapon in the world. It doesn't matter what religion it is. We have it being expressed in the Muslim world by the Islamists being accused of hijacking their Nation and religion.

Worse is that we have it on the other side of the argument today. It was being pushed by Bush and his warped sense of Christian fundamentalism and corrupt democracy. the worse part is that Bush had hijacked Christianity and America and was in control of the most powerful country on the planet.

I want to say thankfully Obama is in control now but I can't in this context. He is still being pushed by Christians. We are rapidly racing towards WW3. This at a time when the planet and man can no longer survive the terrible effects of world or worse, nuclear war. This would be turning back the clock of time, and the planet like man and all of nature only run in one direction, forward.

We are acutely aware as to the increased fragility of our planet, it’s necessary for our survival ecosystems, and the fact that the planet is now capable of destroying mans life as we know it without his help!

Worse is that we appear to be ignoring all this and purposely seem to be bringing man and the planet down the wrong road as pointed out by Nostradamus. That is the road to world conflict and man’s end as we know it.

Even worse is that Both sides of the equation are bent on the destruction of man and the planet, and the U.S., Russia, and China, seem to be recklessly, willingly, and wantonly leading the way instead of acting like responsible world leaders.

China wants Dynasty back and reiterates we must be friends with U.S. to have a future. Well?

Remember China wants Dynasty back and reiterates we must be friends to have a future. Well?

Now I have renewed hope that China will remember how important good relations are to both of our countries as we move through the 21st century.

Remember US-China ties 'to shape 21st century'

Also more than two years ago: The US and China will never be the same but share the same big boat hit by huge waves They better wake up and stop making waves!

Cooperation between China Russia and the US is critical! Obama is right to say our ties will shape the future of the 21st century. The US and China are eying each other and moving very cautiously as they try to strike a balance. A few years back I began to view our relationship with China as the most important in the world. Not because we drove each others economy but because if at the time with Bush's instigation to war with Russia China due to the fact of how our 2 economies are so intertwined that if something happened China would side with us not Russia.

I hope that never happens and I feel increasingly confident we can take the road to peace and prosperity into the 21st century with a united world. Many of you know I repeat often that Nostradamus gave us two roads to travel into the future. Bush had us on the first road, the road to war and a disastrous future for man kind. I feel increasingly confident thanks to Obama we are now on the second road, the road to understanding and a successful prosperous future.

China is our Banker as well as North Korea's immediate neighbor. They hold more than a trillion dollars in our Bonds. They have more at stake here and around the world than anyone. Stakes are now enormous! China has to be a key partner in whatever happens here, in North Korea and around the world. We can not do this unilaterally. Along with Russia China and the US must work together to shape the future of the world!

China does not seem to have the leverage they use to or I thought they had. They do have an abstract leverage! They should want to be key players here. They are our banker and we owe them trillions. Being North Korea's immediate neighbor they would be the recipient of hundreds of thousands of refugees if not more. Regardless of the past that is gone. We have to be concerned with the future now. China is key to the world’s future and is very much in the balance.

We can not do this alone! Not just Russia but we need China to help with Iran and North Korea. China holds over a trillion dollars of our debt. They make many of our products so we keep them employed and in that respect we keep each others countries going. They sell the majority of the products they make to Wal-Mart and continue to loan us money.

We are intricately inextricably interwoven in a symbiotic roller coaster relationship. I don't know if I like it or not but it works and must continue. It will get bumpy along the way but I trust like it or not our relationship will continue into the foreseeable future. I am seeing China get stronger and increasingly taking over Japan's role in Asia too. We have many differences but one important thing in common, a desire for a successful future for our two countries! Things are looking up finally!

We gave China their rare earth mineral monopoly like everything else they abused it, it will end soon!

rare earth usage

Obama Blasts China in WTO Complaint, China Claims it Can't Stop Hoarding: The economic leadership of China is either brilliant or diabolical, depending on your perspective. The world's fastest growing economy is accelerating its high-tech efforts at a breakneck pace, thanks to heavy government subsidizing and a favorable regulatory atmosphere that gives domestic competitors advantages over their foreign peers. They better start while they have a market unless they are using it all on their rapidly growing and developing military. Regardless their edge will not last much longer!

China's rare earth policy justified: China's restrictions on rare earth exports are justified and are in line with World Trade Organization rules, Shen Danyang, spokesman for the Ministry of Commerce, said Thursday."The policy aims to protect resources and environment, and realize sustainable development. China has no intention of restricting free trade or protecting domestic industries by distorting its foreign trade," Shen said at a regular press conference.
Faced with mounting resource and environment pressures, the government has restricted the development of heavy energy consumption, heavy pollution and resource-related industries in recent years, which helped promote not only the country's scientific development but also the world's sustainable growth, Shen said. On Tuesday, the European Union, United States and Japan formally asked the WTO to settle a dispute with China over restrictions placed on exports of raw materials including rare earth elements. The country supplies more than 90 percent of rare earth products on the global market, but its reserves only account for about one-third of the world's total. Disorderly mining of rare earths has been blamed for environmental damage in rare-earth-rich regions across China.
Yeah right China is worried about pollution, since when?

Ever since we gave up our dominance of the critical rare minerals used in today's high tech equipment China has held a monopoly and held the high tech world predominantly Japan and the US hostage. Their dominance never should have been allowed and is about to end.

Japan finds rare earths in Pacific seabed: Japanese researchers say they have discovered vast deposits of rare earth minerals, used in many hi-tech appliances, in the seabed. The geologists estimate that there are about a 100bn tons of the rare elements in the mud of the Pacific Ocean floor. At present, China produces 97% of the world's rare earth metals. Analysts say the Pacific discovery could challenge China's dominance, if recovering the minerals from the seabed proves commercially viable.

Rare earth mine in US reopened: At one point, the majority of the world's rare earths were mined at the Mountain Pass facility. Then, in 1998, Molycorp halted chemical processing at the mine following an environmental disaster; radioactive wastewater flooded the nearby Ivanpah Dry Lake. At the same time, China was dramatically increasing its rare earth production. The resulting lower market prices forced Molycorp to close their mine in 2002. Although Molycorp has continued to extract metals from stockpiles of ore mined at Mountain Pass, China now produces between 96% and 99% of the world's total rare earth supply. The government carefully allocates supply to individual companies to support domestic electronics production. In 2009, they cut export quotas of rare earths from 50,000 to 30,000 tonnes, sending already-high prices on international markets even higher.
Molycorp has been working for several years to begin mining for rare earths once again, to help wean US manufacturers off Chinese imports. This year, they will reopen the Mountain Pass mine, an operation they've aptly named "Project Phoenix."

Getting to this point, however, has been expensive -- about $1 billion so far -- and has required a lot of special environmental permits. In July 2010, Molycorp went public on the NYSE with an Initial Public Offering of $394 million. In December 2010, they secured permits to start building a mining and manufacturing center so they could resume mining light rare earth elements such as neodymium and europium. The next month, they started mining bastnaesite ore. in October 2011, Molycorp announced that they discovered a heavy rare earth deposit near their Mountain Pass facility and received permission to drill two months later. The heavy rare earths terbium, yttrium, and dysprosium are necessary for manufacturing wind turbines and solar cells, so the government has a particular interest in finding sources of those elements within the US.

Japanese scientists produce artificial palladium: The new alloy has properties similar to the rare metal palladium. Part of the platinum group of metals, palladium should not to be confused with the rare earth minerals (also known as rare earth metals), a collection of seventeen elements in the periodic table, namely scandium, yttrium, and the fifteen lanthanides. Although the platinum group of metals are distinct from the rare earth metals, they are still hard to come by due to their global distribution and concentration.

The properties of palladium and other platinum group metals account for their widespread use in electronics, manufacturing, medicine, hydrogen purification, chemical applications and groundwater treatment. Although the new alloy will be difficult to produce commercially, Kitagawa intends to use the production method to develop other alloys for use as alternative rare metals.

It is time to reel China in if it is still possible: Beijing suspended ministerial-level meetings and, according to trading companies in Tokyo, blocked exports of rare earths, vital for high-tech manufacturing in Japan. The latest incident took place well within Japanese territorial waters. Last year's took place near the Senkaku Islands, which Japan controls but China claims and calls the Diaoyu Islands.

We have been discussing increased tensions due to ownership claims over long disputed islands and unrecovered raw material riches below the east and South China Seas for years. China is embroiled in territorial disputes with Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Malaysia, Brunei Japan, and India:

China has been making all these ownership claims while warning other Asian countries to stay away. Meanwhile they have supposedly been building their world war machine with "innocent" intentions. China accuses Japan of exaggerating it as a military threat: It is no exaggeration it is called truth and you better be concerned and .China calls weapons modernization drive warnings alarmist "cock-and-bull story.

All this to no avail as China's answer is always that her intentions are innocent "yeah like Hitler's military buildup prior to WW2" and threatening the modern world with withholding rare earth elements needed to drive all our modern weapons and electronic.. China says it has largely shut down its rare earth industry for three months to address pollution problems. By invoking environmental concerns, China could potentially try to circumvent international trade rules that are supposed to prohibit export restrictions of vital materials. China has been imposing tariffs and quotas on its rare earth exports for several years, curtailing global supplies and forcing prices to rise eightfold to forty fold during that period for the various 17 rare earth elements.

China is worried about pollution like a hole in the head gut they better make the most of the game while they can because the world is going around their rare earth monopoly. Japanese researchers say they have discovered vast deposits of rare earth minerals, used in many hi-tech appliances, in the seabed.

The United States is also in the race in an old proven uranium mine in Alaska. Alaska's Billion dollar mountain: Eight mining companies had held claims on Bokan Mountain before McKenzie came, and all had closed. They were looking for uranium, and most cleared out before they ever sold an ounce of ore. Theirs was poor luck and poor timing. Based on a resource assessment performed for McKenzie’s company Ucore by Aurora Geosciences, Bokan may contain mineral deposits worth $6.5 billion. That figure is not for uranium, though, but a group of elements called rare earths. Rare earths are crucial to modern and developing technologies but were little discussed until a temporary embargo in 2010 by China, which produces about 97 percent of the world’s supply, sparked a global prospecting frenzy.

We must all stop playing these games at this point and like it or not "share" if we are to survive into the future. Sadly we know the powers to be are not smart enough to do that. We are already in severe trouble with the condition of the world environmentally and due to power struggles getting ready to erupt in the Middle East and make things horrifically worse in many regards.

Being in a superior position puts one in a unique position of power and that power must be handled gracefully, with humility, responsibly, and not abused. That is something I taught all my sons and America under Bush did a lousy job of handling.

I am a little worried that China too is getting a little too heavy handed and abusive with her new position of power and beginning to take what she wants instead of being content with what she has which is what I constantly lecture has to be the case if we are to have a future. The time when man and the planet could handle war and colonialism is over, period or else!

We are Taiwan's, the Philippines, and Japan's protectors and now Vietnam's. Vietnam is no real threat to China so what is up here? As China flex's their military muscles in the area we are not supposed to worry. Just what are we supposed to think they are going to do with their advanced weaponry, missiles, stealth aircraft, aircraft carriers and the like.

Their threats are going to become more ominous until they cannot be ignored and it is too late. We have been here before. The world was not supposed to worry as Hitler built his arsenal and we know how that turned out. If peace is truly the goal then try something unique and share the wealth. We need peace to succeed as a world into the 21st century not more and never ending war.

Russian US satellite collision accident or not is a good thing!

US and Russian satellites collide above Siberia Remember this?

US warns of space "dodge ball" after satellite crash

Satellite crash poses new political risk

Concern of a space war Russia, China, and the US say they do not want but are all prepared for has long been a concern of mine for a long time for a few reasons. Have you ever heard of Assassins Mace

China's satellites shadowing ours, Why

How about HAARP Well research for over 100 years at a cost of many millions! A New York Times story, dated December 8, 1915, describes one of Tesla's more well-known patents, a transmitter that would "project electrical energy in any amount to any distance and apply it for innumerable purposes, both in war and peace."

We know how critical controlling Satellites is to us and our military along with those of our friends and adversaries. that disruption really made me think of how fragile our ability to communicate is. I have said many times that whoever controls space controls the future. Without satellites the worlds militaries are dead in the water, sitting ducks waiting to be picked off!

I am not saying I am concerned that these two satellites colliding was anything more than an "accident" I will wait and see what if anything leaks out but it makes me curious to know this happened above Siberia? A Russian and US satellite? What are the chances of 2 satellites colliding and destroying each other? This was a first but... I used to be concerned about the possibility of a space war because whoever owns space owns the battlefield thus the future,

Today's militaries are totally controlled by satellites. No satellites no air Force nukes, nothing. Aircraft carriers and entire navy's would be dead in the water. As I said I have long been concerned of a space war for that reason and because of the resultant millions of pieces of space debris! We would no longer be able to use space, we would be trapped on earth

This collision accidental or not gives me hope. If one collision causes concern as to dodging space junk I have to believe we will more than make every effort to refrain from trapping us on earth.

We are facing a disastrous monumental future of Biblical proportions.

911 was not the defining moment of our time, that is yet to come!

We are our own worst enemy! We just cannot stop killing ourselves and the planet. Long ago after watching us destroy ourselves and our mother "our planet" the only one we will have I came to the conclusion that our role here was not to be the savior of this planet but to bring its life cycle full circle. I will explain that once more tomorrow.

I didn't realize until I was looking at today's unwinding horrors we will be facing long into the future that we are taking what many call god's gift and are knowingly pissing it away.. We watch Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya, Pakistan, Iran, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Gaza, China and Taiwan, North and South Korea, water pollution, air pollution, global warming, water wars, food wars, numerous future wars in the making, I decided it best to go back to something I wrote 5 years ago now long before I decided to interact daily trying to wake up the world still to no avail.

9/11 was not the defining moment of our time as we are told, that event has not occurred yet but that moment is coming and soon. A lot of people tell me to get over Bush but the US and the world will never be able to as he upset US and world balance that will forever affect us all. Up to now and all our horror Bush has been the defining moment of our time, but ?

The fall of the Russian Empire set in motion something that began with the founding of Islam in 610. Islam was established by Muhammad in order to give Muslims a formal religion and sense of belonging with the Jews and Christians. It failed and Muslims have never been able to gain equal footing or be willing to accept their role in the worlds society.

The Christian Crusades to take back Jerusalem turned into a blood bath against Muslims. Our nation was born during the enlightenment and industrialization completed a gap between our societies which will never close. Next comes the Berlin Conference in the 19th century, allowing Europe to divvy up Africa where they then took what they wanted and then reset the boundaries creating another mess with the Muslim world.

We are in a fight that is just beginning but this is not though just a fight between the west and Islam. Islam is also fighting itself! It is a war between Islam and the world at large, everyone. As Bush had no tolerance of anything but his version of perverted Religion and Democracy. The Muslim Islamists have no tolerance of any other version of Islam than their own. They want all their lands back which can not happen. They want us off their lands so what do we do we attack them once again?

We had enough problems in Afghanistan then Bush had to worsen things by diverting to Iraq to get into the Middle East to unsettle that already shaky balance to set up his idea of a new middle east order. To all our demise there is no desire for compromise here by anyone as Iran now freed up wants there version and you see how that is going.!

There is an easy answer to this and that is too fight and continue to fight and that includes it seems, our Governments and world leaders! At the very least there is no easy way out but to fight. We have no other choice as none of this will be quelled by diplomacy. Average Muslim's of all nations want peace and prosperity as average citizens of every nation do but our so called leaders have taken it upon themselves to fight and destroy our peace and prosperity.

Throw in Iraq, Afghanistan, Yemen, Somalia, Libya,Pakistan, Iran, Israel, Syria, Lebanon, Gaza, China and Taiwan, North and South Korea, water pollution, air pollution, global warming, water wars, food wars, numerous future wars in the making, and it is daunting but you must realize the defining moment of our time has yet to occur I am afraid.

We are more rapidly every day destroying our environment and our planet. Fukishima and the Gulf of Mexico as horrendous and horrific to humanity as they are are just 2 of the recent examples of mans self destruction. It seems like we have another oil or other man made disaster every week. I was very concerned with our growing oil disasters but hearing of the vast cadmium leak off Florida recently really flummoxed me. WTF?

We are more and more overwhelmed with more rapidly occurring climatic disasters, man made disasters, a world wide financial disasters, and wars and threats of wars. Sadly it will get worse. We are going to get hit with the culmination of all this, a disastrous monumental fiasco of Biblical proportions.

In closing I am reminded that Nostradamus gave us two roads in which to travel in the future and we all know them. One is the road to peace and prosperity and one is the road to death and destruction and we insist on taking the Latter. I will exemplify tomorrow!

We wonder why some wantonly destroy our planet, now I remember why

The Guaraní Aquifer is a truly fabulous underground water system

5 Years ago we had a particularly bad climate report and it got me on to the subject of fresh water which amongst many things has become a pet peeve. Of late the question has been posed often as to why would oil, energy, and other corporations destroy the planet and ruin our fresh water supply when they too depended on it. Then I remembered why.

Climate Report's are increasingly dire but after discussing it with you, the poor getting hit and the rich fleeing to South America which has been the case for years made perfect sense!

We discussed the growing apocalyptic climate situation. During the course of discussion I learned an awful lot that really makes sense now that I see the dire predictions and how they will affect the worlds poor, ours included. political semantics aside just look at this and what I learned from you.

The world faces increased hunger and water shortages in the poorest countries and even in the richest, massive floods and avalanches in Asia, natural and man made catastrope's around the world, and species extinction unless nations adapt to climate change and halt its progress "you know it never will" according to a report approved by an international conference on global warming. I hate to say it but I do not see a 100% turn around changing anything in time but we still must do it.!

The poorest of the poor in the world -- and this includes poor people in prosperous societies -- are going to be the worst hit," Pachauri said. "People who are poor are least able to adapt to climate change. The report said up to 30 percent of species face an increased risk of vanishing if global temperatures rise 3.6 degrees above the average in the 1980s and 1990s.

Areas in drought will become even more dry, adding to the risks of hunger and disease, it said. The world will face heightened threats of flooding, severe storms and the erosion of coastlines. This is a glimpse into an apocalyptic future the Greenpeace environmental group said of the final report. "You and I know it is here already"

Man's livable habitat will shrink starkly, said Stephen Schneider, a Stanford scientist who was one of the authors. "Don't be poor in a hot country, don't live in hurricane alley, watch out about being on the coasts or in the Arctic, and it's a bad idea to be on high mountains with glaciers melting."

We discussed yesterday the fact that a worsened return to the Dust bowl in America is forecast. We already are experiencing more severe storms with human and economic loss, and cultural and social disruptions. We are also already experiencing more hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, droughts, heat waves and wildfires. Knowing this is already happening it makes sense now what I learned from some of you but in a minute please!

We also learned and this only makes sense, that Africa will be hardest hit. By 2020, up to 250 million people are likely to be exposed to water shortages. In some countries, food production could fall by half, it said. Knowing the cries around the world already to increase aid and help to the starving people of Africa this is telling and Dire news indeed. We also know that Parts of Asia are threatened with massive flooding and avalanches from melting Himalayan glaciers. Europe and Australia will be greatly affected from even moderate increases in sea temperatures and changing temperatures as we already see.

That does make me remember that when I was in College a Woman who was a survivalist wanted me to go with her to Nova Scotia because it was believed even then that, that would be one of the only areas spared. Now that brings me to what some people brought to my attention and to put 2 and 2 together.

I have heard here half jokingly that Bush had purchased 3,000 acres in Paraguay and after he screwed up America he was going to flee to Paraguay.
Then someone educated me as to what sits under Bush's little Paraguayan Paradise. the Guarani Aquifer!

After learning this I found out The Guaraní Aquifer System (SAG) is one of the world´s most important fresh groundwater reservoirs, due to its extension (1,200,000 km2) and its volume (40,000 km3). The SAG is shared by four countries: Argentina, Brazil, Paraguay and Uruguay (South America), which use this resource for various purposes with different exploitation levels. GUARANI AQUIFER SYSTEM

After I found this all out I was told that Ted Turner recently bought 37.000 hectares (1 Hectare = 2.471 Acres)from Argentina and they have sold a ton of their land to the rich who were buying up land in water. Hearing the news from the report and that it would affect the poor and our water and food supplies the most it all dawned on me.

The rich are destroying the world for their profit and while the rest of us are doomed to try and survive in the mess they created for their financial gain they will flee to relatively safe areas with protected underground water sources and they will be protected to start over again. I find it very disturbing! Please think about this and let me know what you think.

Capitalism run amok part 3: It is time to replace Capitalism with Democracy!

I am afraid it is too late. If we have not already screwed ourselves we better replace this corporatocracy with Democracy! We are screwed primarily because of Bush and Cheney's deregulation and Obama isn't acting quick enough.. The entire world should be concerned about this because it is going to screw the world. Frigging American corporatocracy! Capitalism run amok!

For years because of Bush's fascist agenda many of us said this is not a Democracy. A Democracy only in name to facilitate a hidden agenda. Now we hear from Republicans that this is no longer a Democracy because of Obama and the socialist agenda he inherited from Bush. Anyway you look at it this is not a Democracy!

Is it supposed to be a Democracy just because they make you leave your pen once every couple of years to go out and vote for those with the money to buy their position to force the agenda that keeps those corporations in control that really run this country? Is it Democracy that allows the top 1% to own more than the bottom 95% combined?

Would a Democracy allow their fellow citizens to go without the basic needs of any human being let alone right here in the USA, Food Shelter and clothing? This is a Democracy in action? Is the health insurance Industry spending 1.5 million dollars a day to control Congress and kill health care reform so they can keep control over you Democracy in action?

No! It is capitalism run amok, Capitalism is controlling our Democracy. This is not a Democracy. Democracy is a system of government in which either the actual governing is carried out by the people governed or the power to do so is granted by them. There are two principles that any definition of democracy includes, equality and freedom. Would not equality dictate that the top 1% take care of those who are in trouble? Or is it because Capitalism rules Democracy that they have the "freedom" to ignore Equality and Democracy? Democracy

Capitalism as a system developed incrementally from the 16th century in Europe. Capitalism typically refers to an economic and social system in which the means of production are privately controlled. Controlling it is is a matter of politics and policy. Capitalism

Politics and Democracy are supposed to be controlling Capitalism. Capitalism is not supposed to be controlling Democracy! Capitalism has run amok and as you know is controlling Democracy. Our Government just bailed out Capitalism and there was nothing Democratic about it. Capitalism owns our Democracy and our Government. We the people have been left to our own demise. It is time to control Capitalism with Democracy so for once we are all equal!

It really bothers me that it seems whenever I delve into something it is always capitalism behind the problem. We keep hearing the virtues of Capitalism but our own problems and I am seeing around the world are caused by Capitalism run Amok. The great system of Capitalism is destroying our world. We have got to rein it in and control it. I was concerned with Bush's warmongering and the world marshaling forces to take him on. I was concerned about Israel instigating war too thinking they were the world’s primary problem.  I thought they were controlling the US and we were going to end up destroying the world at their bid.

* We are so brainwashed, we never hear or see the truth. I noticed behind every frigging conflict including Gaza and Georgia, Syria, the middle east, Gaza, and Afghanistan was oil and other energy sources so I just took the normal course of blaming all our problems on oil and other energy sources as the world postured to move into the future. Stupid me! In regard to our problems here I keep saying we see the enemy and he is us but son of a gun it is! We are the problem of the entire world. Capitalism! It is out of control and will destroy the world unless we rein it in. What say you!

Capitalism run amok part 2: Like it or not Capitalism not culture drives economies

Remember when running for President, Romney's comment that Israeli's were better than the Palestinians because of their culture? Time for the world including us to go back as to the true role of capitalism! Capitalism is supposed to work for Democracy which abused and misused or not is the true driver of our economy.

I think it is Democracy that should be driving economies and our Capitalism. The Chinese are doing it right.

I hate to say it but China is a top notch example of how to use Capitalism to drive your lifestyle and economy and in this case communism controlling capitalism not Capitalism controlling Capitalism. You're culture has nothing to do with the success of your society what has everything to do with it is how successful your capitalism is and how well it is controlled.Communism-Wikipedia

We have failed. Capitalism controls us and our Government! For years because of Bush's fascist agenda many of us said this is not a Democracy. A Democracy only in name to facilitate a hidden agenda. Would a Democracy allow their fellow citizens to go without the basic needs of any human being let alone right here in the USA, Food Shelter and clothing? Capitalism run amok part 1: John Kenneth Galbraith

John Kenneth Galbraith was dead on when he said corporations were too powerful and had to be reigned in. Instead they are still getting bigger and more powerful. We are now a Corporatocracy controlled by the corporations. Our Supreme court gave them the right to spend as much money as they want to get what they want.

We are seeing right now the dangers to the planet and society of giving too much control to oil and energy companies. Remember when Bush and Cheney met secretly in the White House with the so called energy Czars? They decided what was right for them and their and Cheney and Bush's wallets while disregarding us and the planet. Cheney said they did not have to use the 1/2 million dollar acoustic valve that would have prevented this disaster.

The rest of the world by law has to use them but here they do not because this country belongs to the corporations not we the people. The companies that were working on the platform being questioned by Congress merely lied and put the blame on everyone else. Another worthless inquisition as those being questioned are in charge not that charade of a Congress. We have got to take our country back somehow!

In the 1950s, John Kenneth Galbraith cautioned that corporations were becoming too powerful. In the 1960s he warned President Kennedy about the dangers of unilateral military action abroad. Son of a gun!

He continually criticized conservative administrations' fiscal policies. He tried to bring environmental issues into the limelight. Son of a gun!

"He was a half of a century ahead of his time," said his biographer, Richard Parker.

His influence remained relevant long after his 1958 work "The Affluent Society" argued that the American economy produced individual wealth but did not adequately address public needs such as schools. Son of a gun!

The Canadian-born economist and unabashed liberal served as adviser to Democratic Presidents from Franklin D. Roosevelt to Bill Clinton and was John F. Kennedy's ambassador to India.

Galbraith, who was outspoken in his support of government intervention in social and economic problems, became a larger figure on the American political scene after World War II. How the hell can you justify ignoring a source of wealth like this?

Although an economist, his impact reached far beyond economic circles. He thought across disciplines, Benjamin Freeman, a Harvard economics professor and friend of Galbraith's said, "Not just in the field (of economics), but broadening the discourse to encompass the world at large."

With having advised the likes of Presidents Roosevelt, Kennedy, and Clinton I think he had a proven record of success.

His 1958 work "The Affluent Society" argued that the American economy produced individual wealth but did not adequately address public needs such as schools. Son of a gun! He hit the nail on the head, John Kenneth was 50 Years ahead of his time! We keep seeing the results of not listening to John Kenneth Galbraith.

The lie we are living was expounded by Bush for oil, JFK was assassinated after he threatened to out it!

The lie we are living was expounded by Bush for oil, JFK was assassinated after he threatened to out it, Please read, It is all old documented and undeniable!Today is the 45th anniversary of President Kennedy's assassination so I feel this is the perfect time to once again post on the lie we are living as declaring he was going to do so is what got him assassinated. Plus look at the lie we are living under Bush as 9//11, Iraq, Afghanistan, problems with Russia, all of it is a lie instigated and all about oil!

A scant percentage of Americans know that ten days before President Kennedy was assassinated, he made a speech at Columbia University, during which he made the following statement: "The high office of the President has been used to foment a plot to destroy the American's freedom and before I leave office, I must inform the citizen of this plight."

John Fitzgerald Kennedy
May 29, 1917 - November 22, 1963

I know just another coincidence! Also We Do Not Have Clean Hands In Afghanistan By Karl W B Schwarz KarlSchwarz2008: One of the things most noticeable to me since 1963 is how the Office of the President of the United States has been used to create and push bogus policy on bogus facts. History has shown that the Gulf of Tonkin incident that escalated the Vietnam war was staged by the United States. I have repeatedly seen this nation invent enemies or even arm enemies to create a war in the future for massive defense spending initiatives. I have also seen them implement policies based on lies just so the wealthy elite can make a lot of money, stained with the blood of dead American soldiers. Yes, they also use policy by gun point to steal what belongs to others and then hold themselves up high as Great Americans when they are mere thieves. Knowing what I know about Washington, D.C. (my office was there from 1989 to 1996), when I see our government act I look behind the scenes for what the real motives were.

Afghanistan-and why our President ordered our military to invade it-is just such a instance of bogus policy based on outright lies. I have been following this matter since 1999, well before the attacks of 9-11, due to someone I met in 1999. That person gave me information regarding a lawsuit in Texas and I followed it because I have been concerned for many years about the energy policies and foreign policies of this Republic. What you are about to read below is not my word against George W. Bush; it is a matter of public record in our U.S. Courts.

The military training for the invasion of Afghanistan started less then sixty (60) days after Bush was sworn into office, and waiting only for 9-11 to happen to justify the invasion. I also suspect that the drafting of the Patriot Act and the formation of Homeland Security started at about the same time. If I were in a position to appoint the Real 9-11 Commission, it would start with four energy companies that have electrical plants in Pakistan, all attendees of the Cheney Energy Task Force and the list of Foreign and American names found by Sibel D. Edmonds. In short, I would see to it that the investigation started off with those that stood to benefit the most by attacking Afghanistan and taking over that pipeline and the list of names found by Sibel Edmonds to determine if they were the real perpetrators of 9-11 to put such policies into action. Our government has in the past, and is right now, suppressing the truth across the board regarding a wide range of matters that affect the lives of all of us.

What you are about to read (if for the first time) was not heard from the U.S. government or major media. It is time all Americans stand up and demand straight answers to straight questions about the conduct of certain people in this Republic.
Our freedoms and civil liberties-and effectively the power of our Constitution-have been altered because of 9-11 and the 9-11 Commission that was suborned by the Bush Administration and Congress. They have even covered up the Cheney Energy Task Force, in which I suspect that it was discussed that the landlocked oil deals in Turkmenistan, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan would not be landlocked much longer, since Cheney and Bush intended to take control of the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline, or TAP as it is called, with military force.

The TAP was under contract from Turkmenistan, through Afghanistan, through Pakistan to the ocean with an Argentine oil company named Bridas Corporation and its parent Bridas S.A.P.I.C. On September 9, 2003, Bridas prevailed at the Fifth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals on a $500 million interference of contract lawsuit. That lawsuit was then taken to the U.S. Supreme Court and on March 22, 2004 the high court refused to hear the case or consider reversing the Fifth Circuit decision. See US Supreme Court, case 03-1018, State Concern Turkmenneft v. Bridas S.A.P.I.C., et al. day one all about oil

Bridas Corporation signed contracts with Turkmenistan in 1992 and 1993, long before our oil companies were welcome in these former Soviet satellites. Suddenly, after our presence started there, the Turkmenistan government issued on order blocking Bridas from exporting the oil and gas they had found from Turkmenistan. That was after Bridas had the foresight to start laying the groundwork for the pipeline across Afghanistan to get that oil to markets around the world. Bridas signed the agreement with the Taliban in 1996 and in 1997 a full court press was put on Pakistan and Afghanistan to get the deal into U.S. hands. They cut off the north end of that pipeline (Turkmenistan) and then the south end of that pipeline (Pakistan) and isolated the remaining element to Afghanistan / Taliban / Bridas Corporation.

The Bush Administration does not want any American knowing the truth about what happened in Afghanistan or that we breached a commercial contract with military force to take over a deal that was denied to US oil companies, because there was already a deal in place. Under the Clinton Administration they upended the Pakistan government to cut off that part of the Bridas Corporation deal. Under the Clinton Administration, they compelled Turkmenistan to breach its agreements with Bridas, hence the judgment award of $500 million for interference of contract. Clinton does not want you to know what actions were taken under his administration, and there were many.

The only remaining obstacle on 9-11 was the remaining agreement between the Taliban and Bridas Corporation. The Bush Administration, Congress, many in our major media, and even the 9-11 Commission and Cheney Energy Task Force all know about Bridas Corporation because that Argentine oil and gas company was standing in the way of our US oil companies and UK oil companies. The Caspian Basin oil is landlocked and there are only so many ways to get that oil out of the ground, to the ocean ports and into your gas tanks or home heating oil tanks.

There is the direct route from Turkmenistan across Iran to the ocean, but that is not politically popular since the overthrow of the Shah of Iran many years ago. There is: 1.) the route across the Caspian Sea westward, which is extremely costly; and through Azerbaijan through Turkey to the Mediterranean; and 2.) from Turkmenistan through Georgia to the Black Sea; and 3.) through the Ukraine to Europe; and 4.) the Turkmenistan through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the ocean. Until one of those solutions was in place, the holes being drilled into the ground by British Petroleum, Chevron, Exxon and others could not go anywhere and could not produce revenues for those companies. A route northward through Russia would put US oil companies at risk to changes in Russian politics and the Eastward route through China was not deemed secure enough since China is soon to become the second largest user of petroleum in the world after the United States.

In short, the people that were in the Cheney Energy Task Force were the same people that stood to gain if we attacked Afghanistan and took the deal away from the Taliban and Bridas Corporation. They had spent years getting the deals, invested billions into drilling and could not turn a dollar of cash flow or profits until that pipeline was under US control. That is Economics 101 and when one considers that there is over $12 trillion in oil at stake and over $3 trillion in natural gas, that also might be Prime Motive Number 1 for 9-11. They probably could have joint ventured that pipeline with Bridas, but then Argentina would have been raking in billions in hard cash and not hanging on for dear life as they are now.

Zbigniew Brzezinski, former National Security advisor to Carter and Foreign Intelligence advisor to Reagan even wrote a book titled The Grand Chessboard , American Primacy and It's Geostrategic Imperatives about the grand adventure to take over the Caspian Basin and its mother lode of oil and natural gas. In case you are wondering, Mr. Brzezinski, as well as John Sununu, Nicholas Brady, James Baker, III and many other former Reagan and Bush I Administration people are also involved and have been for years. Brezinski's involvement

If you are like me, you see no "geostrategic imperative" about sending your sons or daughters, wife or husband, off to some far away place just so a few elite insiders can make billions in oil in a deal they have conspired to take over for at least the past three presidential administrations. That is exactly what they have done and exactly why they suppressed the investigations into 9-11 and the Cheney Energy Task Force. Consider for a moment Condoleezza Rice, who used to sit on the Chevron Board of Directors at that exact time that Chevron made the decision to invest billions into oil and gas production in the Caspian Basin and without any way in sight to get that oil to ocean ports. You cannot convince me that Ms. Rice was unaware of Bridas Corporation and that they had beat US and UK oil companies to the punch way back in 1992 and 1993 when they starting signing oil and gas deals with the Turkmenistan government. You cannot convince me that Ms Rice was not completely aware of the geostrategic imperative of that oil pipeline across Afghanistan.

Both the Bush and Clinton Administrations do not want Americans to know that Bridas was interfered with in Turkmenistan and Pakistan to isolate both the Taliban and Bridas Corporation regarding the Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline, a pipeline that we now control through use of military force in Afghanistan. This raises serious questions about our true motives in attacking Afghanistan following 9-11. We deserve to know why the Bush Administration does not want Americans to know that Bridas Corporation and their parent Bridas SAPIC, prevailed in our Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals regarding interference of contract in Turkmenistan.

It is not my word against Bush and Clinton. The historical facts and U.S. court records say all that needs to be said about the possible taint on our real motives of heading towards Afghanistan. If our government's motives for invading Afghanistan were a lie, just like Iraq has been, the matter needs to be looked into and charges brought against certain people. Just consider that Afghanistan and our actions there are directly tied to 9-11. I have met very few people that think the 9-11 Commission was doing its job rather than covering it up. Did you know about Bridas Corporation? For those Americans that think Clinton Gore had nothing to do with the lead up to invading Afghanistan over a pipeline we could not otherwise get control of, take a look at what Max Boot, senior fellow Council for Foreign Relations had to say in an interview with the Christian Science Monitor: The Neocons tried for years to get Clinton to act and felt they could get Gore to act in the event he won in 2000.

"What type of foreign policy/security strategy would an Al Gore administration have set after Sept. 11? How different would it have been from the one that emerged from the Bush White House? I think it's likely that the Gore administration would have invaded Afghanistan after 9/11. I think it's unlikely they would have invaded Iraq. That's the big difference." Gore was under the control of the same special interests that control George W. Bush.

They had been planning the takeover of that Trans-Afghanistan Pipeline for many years. If you understand that the same wealthy élite special interests own both parties in D.C., you understand the gravity of the problem. Bridas started signing contracts with Turkmenistan, the north end of that pipeline in 1992 and 1993. That is a provable and documented fact and it was also long before any of our oil companies were welcome in the region. Bridas also saw the strategic importance of having a way to get the landlocked oil and gas to the ocean and the shortest route to do that is from Turkmenistan, through Afghanistan and Pakistan to an ocean port. Read the rest, the lie we are living is not pretty
