Forgive and forget is greatly over rated!

Ted Haggard: Evangelicals can do what they want! Remember he was Bush’s spiritual advisor! I was disgusted with Ted Haggard years ago but remembering that he was George W. Bush’s spiritual adviser and seeing his lying catching him again, it brought the whole George Bush Hypocrisy issue full circle. Pastor Ted Haggard was President Bush's "spiritual" adviser and leader of the 30 million member National Association of Evangelicals,.

He was a big force in turning out the Evangelical vote for his spiritual protégé; George W. Bush. His rising star crashed in November 2006, when a male prostitute went public about his alleged trysts with Haggard. He at first denied it but when “caught with his pants down” admitted to a temporary indiscretion and begged for forgiveness! Ted Haggard admitted to being sexually immoral, a deceiver and a liar and his followers saw his humanity and forgave him.

That always bothered me but even more so with someone of his stature at the time! Then I saw a preview of Anderson Cooper 360 and he is going to be interviewing Ted Haggard after his exile from the church and about his promoting an upcoming Documentary about his attempts to rebuild his life and his on going efforts to find a job. That blows me away, In regard to President Bush every single day the hypocrisy never ended and he never blinked an eye!

Knowing he is also going on Larry King live to discuss his life and his fling with the male prostitute in his own words I have to wonder what is going to be said about the latest development with his perverted sexual life and continuing lying? I wonder how they will feel about forgiving him now? While all this is going on, a new disclosure and not by him!
In recent days, a former church volunteer at New Life has gone public with his story. His name is Grant Haas, and he says Haggard performed a sex act in front of him and sent him illicit text messages. That in itself doe not mean much to me but he is still lying and the church is covering up for him or them? They want to keep their flock deceived? The money coming in? This whole damn Evangelical hierarchy more and more appears to be the major scam many of us always thought it was. But what is it worth!

* Say one thing and do another: I hear he is battling his own sexuality and I still do not care about that! What I care about is he told Grant Hess that if you espouse God‘s principles you can do what you want and have a little fun on the side! Another words say one thing and do another! Think about it! Remember he was President Bush’s “spiritual adviser” Think about George Bush’s entire Hippocratic philosophy! His entire Hippocratic Presidency! Do as I say not as I do!

His entire supposed God fearing Administration advocated and fought for a principle only applied to us and then many of them got caught in one unlawful illicit affair or another, extra marital affairs, pedophilia, bribery, treason, they run the gamut! The amount of underhanded deceitful Politicians saying one thing and doing another has blossomed since Bush’s horrible example!

I always said he could talk out of both sides of his mouth while his foot is in it and smile all the while. His example has fostered to our detriment a lot of company! He was a total hypocrite and set a terrible example! His brand of say one thing and do another politics was sickeningly obvious and debilitating to the entire world as we saw it daily!

Thinking of all this and knowing he went back to Crawford proud of his lies and destruction of our lives and morality Just remember who his spiritual adviser was! The purveyor of perverted Religiosity, Ted Haggard! Remember his Administrations never ending indiscretions. Forgive them all? No way not now not ever! Not this time. Let them pray about that. Forgive and forget is greatly over rated!

I tell you, Euphoria! After 8 years of destruction this is intoxicating!

I have to say first that at the beginning of the G.W. Debacle I was telling people just wait until the end of his term when he speeds up the damage to get as much in as possible before his term ends. As expected he did and it got pretty bad. So bad I was discussing half dozen or more items at the same time. Our heads were spinning in fabricated confusion and G.W. Disasters. It was overwhelming and many tuned out!

I am telling you, I am Euphoric watching developments under the guidance of President Obama. Night and day! It is an absolute pleasure to watch a master at work. I am no longer afraid to turn on the news or look at our President! President Obama is the right man at the right time as FDR and Winston Churchill were. History has met its man and he will make more History. Keep watching him work. Watch his cool demeanor has he tackles the biggest problems of any incoming President in History. A cucumber I tell you. He will not disappoint!

Week one was a whirlwind of change as President Obama endeavored to undo all the damage created by the G.W. Administration! He opened up to the Arab media and laid down the gauntlet telling Arab’s how great they were and it was his job to educate America. Hamas and Israel have found common ground though they are still fighting and dying. The ball is in their hands. The future is no longer up to George Bush it is up to them. I hope they choose wisely!

Week two is on and the whirlwind of change back to normalcy continues! It is a beautiful thing to watch now not painful as under President Bush. It is almost choreographed. Oops I guess it is! You know, I have always said in good times anyone can look good. You only see what you have for leaders and bad times. President Bush has created the worse of times for President Obama and he is shining. We have the shining light we were looking for to lead us out of the dark tunnel bush led us and the entire world in.

We have a Leader folks! The Government is working like the well oiled (financially) machine it is! Like clockwork not the broken down machine seized up machine it was under Bush! Yesterday Hillary said the entire world was breathing a sigh of relief. There was giant exhale as the world not just the US pleasured watching President Obama work his magic. A giant sigh of relief knowing President Obama was at work undoing all the damage George Bush created, much of it on purpose! She recanted saying it was not a blanket declaration that his entire Presidency was a failure. Heck I will say it! He did nothing right. His entire Presidency was a failure as expected!

Obama also signed an executive order dealing with energy independence and climate change overriding Bush once again! I understand Bush always used a facade of concern to get what he wanted and with he refusal to tighten emissions control he was not thinking of us but as usual , industry! The wall Bush built is tumbling down!

I was happy to hear that the new treasury Secretary was going to be cracking down on Lobbyists looking to influence where the bailout money was spent. They should be outlawed in this undeclared state of emergency. I guess that was supposed to make more palatable the fact that President Obama also issued more Bailout funds thankfully at least, to small banks to lend out. Full disclosure guaranteed this time! I can live with that!

President Obama and his team have been very busy much of it behind the scenes. It really blows me away that after the millions supposedly spent by Bush to upgrade the computers must have gone somewhere else because the Administration has been dealing with antiquated incapable computers and two days ago they crashed. That just kills me!

At least President Bush is gone on the home front and I am happy to see plans being drawn up while removing troops from Iraq to send them to Afghanistan where they should have been in the first place. If they were Afghanistan would not be worsening as it is. In closing I say again, President Bush has done nothing right as far as I am concerned!

My contribution to the Atlantic Community Think Tank and the World economic Forum!

The young girl who silenced the UN environmental council in 1992

Tell me why by Duncan Galbreath!

The other day I joined an Atlantic Community think tank, It is quite empowering to talk to like minded people of the world looking for real solutions to our problems. I have been caught up with this and was thinking of the WEF conference (world Economic Forum) coming up on the 28th.
They are hosting a 5 day run-up to the WEF Conference (conference begins Jan 28) and focusing on two of the major issues: the Global Economy and Climate Change. From the discussion they will generate a special Atlantic Memo that will be distributed to WEF organizers and to decision makers worldwide at the start of the conference. This is their way of offering the collective intelligence of the Atlantic Community to the WEF.

12/10/07 I was listening to an interview of the peace prize winners and I incorporated them into my story but it reminds me of something I wrote years ago and that is that all Nobel prize winners must come together and speak loud and eloquently not just on the planet but on what is happening today, why, and what is going to happen if this is allowed to happen.

Al Gore is being overly optimistic saying experts say we have ten years to act and some as little as two. It is worse than that and he and everyone else should know why.The Nobel prize winners must come together and bring to the forefront around the world the dire danger to us and the planet if we continue down the road of an unsurvivable world war! We must somehow convey to them that are respected around the world that the time is now and immediate.

We should be using our militaries for the sole purpose of helping and ensuring honesty among the Nations of the world. There can be no action taken without the knowledge and complicity of all Nations that have the future of man and the planet as their goal. We should be using our militaries not to wage war but to wage peace. Our military efforts after the tsunami were a shining example of the way our militaries should be used in the future. The world as a whole must be made to realize the fragility of our situation.

We can make this work despite the tenuous situation we have put ourselves in. With that said we must proceed and work as a world unit. It will not work as separate competitive entities as we have done in the past. We must Proceed into the future as one. We must proceed into the future with the future life of man and the planet as our only goal. Nothing less than the survival of man and the planet are at stake. Shortly the planets life sustaining ecosystems will no longer have the ability to sustain the current population of man.

We can not afford to destroy them altogether. That complete destruction and no less is what we have facing us right now. Read Life's cycle's where we are in them and the dire consequences of not adhering to them! The whole story

With Islam “a world of firsts” Obama Islam a wining combination!

Abu mazin was President Obama’s, first phone call! Al Aribiya was just President Obama’s first Interview! The Muslim world has someone in the White House “A Christian with Muslim family members” For the first time in 8 years I am proud of my President, proud to use the word President!

Obama is awesome, phenomenal, I am more impressed every day! Wow! President Obama has peace, unity, reconciliation, dripping his every word, his every movement and his mannerism! Like some I am a master of interpreting body language! President Obama’s speaks volumes!

His job as we know and he stated is to make Americans understand Islam is not their enemy radicals are. Islam is their equal, compassionate and wanting a better life for their children as we do for ours. His job is to get Muslim’s to understand America is not their enemy but their ally in a peaceful prosperous future! Extremists killing them, us, and any chance of peace, prosperity, and unity, are their enemy! Wow! Masterful! I cannot say it enough!

We had a field day with G. W.Bush the chief instigator. That said I challenge anyone, Muslim, American, Christian, Jew, anyone to find anyone to find anything damaging or counterproductive in what he said. He put the ball in their court. Two separate peaceful nations living side by side is up to them. They must in fact police themselves. Control radicals who want to subvert their success and survival!

President Obama just gets better every day as a good leader would and should! Not such with his predecessor Bush the Destroyer who as expected got worse every day! Obama’s first official phone call was to Palestinian Leader Abu Mazin. Followed by this his first interview and with Al Arabiya the Arab speaking network!

I am smitten, stunned by Obama the man and now this interview! As G.W. Bush failed to communicate and I have said a million times, Christian’s, Jews, Muslim’s, we are one! We are not just a racial melting pot. We are a Religious melting pot!

We have been misled by the Divider now we have President Obama the Unifier really in charge! He is an intelligent man and an eloquent speaker. He engages brain before opening mouth! He is a president with Muslim family members and has lived in Muslim countries. He can relate to Muslim’s and they know it!

How can they argue with him without betraying their adverse intentions? He genuinely means well for all of us! He has chosen for his Administration Diplomatic leaders to listen first and impress upon Islam his desire for peace and unity. How can they realistically argue with that without shooting themselves in the foot?

How can we lose? Only by Hamas and other so called Islamists sabotaging this genuine diplomatic drive for peace in the middle east! And dividing the Muslim world not uniting it . President Obama used the word respect 12 times when addressing the Arab people! I do not believe George Bush the divider ever used it!

Anyway you look at it we now have a winner not a loser. We must follow his example and succeed at this. Our future all our futures depends on it! We now have a better than average shot with the Divider gone and a wise leader in charge President Barack Hussein Obama!

Obama's list of accomplishments week one, give the man an A+

As you may know, I am very concerned with undoing everything Bush has done to create his new Disorder more importantly I want him held accountable! To that end President-elect Barack Obama has limited authority to overturn federal regulations approved in the waning months of the Bush administration and he gegan right off the bat. Obama's team found a little-used power that offers the new Democratic Congress an early test of how aggressively lawmakers might unravel such rules pushed through by Republicans. Under a special fast-track authority, Congress could repeal current rules from as far back as May. Many are related to the environment and health and offshore drilling. Aside from congressional action, such changes involve a laborious rule-making process that can take years. Now let us get Congress going too. I have yet to see anything from them!

The Congressional Review Act of 1996, used just once in the past 12 years, could become a sweeping tool for Democrats against late regulations from the Bush presidency. MSNBC report

Obama right off the bat has had to issue Presidential orders and use Executive privilege to rebuild Bush's damage and restore our America! Obama has a mandate for change and if we matter now, the people are behind him! Obama I am to understand had the ability to freeze everything Bush and his team has pushed through in the last six months of his mis Presidency. I remember hearing of the list of 200 laws and Presidential orders Obama's team had compiled to rescind immediately and Obama has already had a good start on that list! He has had a commendable first week of accomplishments by anyone's standard:

Even while the inauguration parade was underway Rahm was busy issuing orders to rescind all the last minute actions Bush had signed into law. I was really happy to hear that but I would give most anything to know what exactly that was! Anyway He started before he even hit the throne! his press Secretary sent out 28 press releases one of which ordered the closing of Gitmo! I have heard an awful lot about that and most of it hooey! I am afraid first that whatever you think of the order to close Gitmo it will take a year or more and who in this world knows what will change by then.

Also opponents of closing Gitmo keep expounding on the idea as irresponsible by saying it is ludicrous to fight terrorist's and then free them into our society where they can endanger us. I think if they were put in our prisons they would be killed and not doing the killing. I also heard the idea of imprisoning them on military bases as too dangerous as we were training soldiers to fight them! On the contrary I think that argument is ridiculous and imprisoning them on military bases is a great idea. An even greater idea is to reopen Alcatraz. My own idea, leave them there unattended and just make sure they never make it to the mainland again!

With the entire world up in arms over Gitmo it is time to stop asking the prisoners home countries if they will take them and forcing them to. That way the onus is on them! If they get away or their home countries refuse to imprison them we know where they stand and we can act accordingly. I do not understand why this has never been thought of or mentioned!

The way the State Department and the pentagon were run and were spending under the dictator I mean Decider will go back to normal too. While Democrats are criticized for being big spenders the real big spender is out of office and that will change under a disciplined President Obama. While on that not jus a quick reminder! George W. has himself created around $10 trillion in debt, more than every other President in our history combined. The last three Republicans combined because of their so called success and keeping us safe account for 74% of the country's debt. That is sick! The debt clock necessitated by President Reagan's "success" had to be retooled to handle more than $10 trillion.

White House salaries were also frozen! The age of accountability is back! Obama invites accountability for the money he spends on bailouts. He does not insist on anonymity so he can give it to to God knows who as George W Bush did! The Politics of instigation and my way or the highway are over. The age of Obama has begun! Policies in the middle east and around the world will not change under Obama but tactics will. Thoughtful Diplomacy will once again be the order of the day! Already in less than a week Iraq said we should be able to leave by May on next year instead of 2011 as Bush proposed. Hamas and Israel have found common ground though I do not expect any change there until Israel gives up the West Bank. If they do unless there is instigation by Iran, Syria or other so called Islamists I believe peace is doable! I believe the situation can then easily be monitored and antagonists to Peace will be highlighted and dealt with!

I understand treasury secretary Timothy Geithner was confirmed and welcomed to the White House. What I love and has to be a way of undermining Bush and being "forced" to hold him accountable was the extension of the freedom of information Act forcing him and "former" Presidents to disclose Documents from their time as President. Oh boy! You know Obama does not need that and I am curious if that applies to deceased President's because President Reagan's records would unearth a treasure trove! I am sure this is an iota of his accomplishments in his first week. It has certainly been a whirlwind and I do not expect him to be able to slow down because of the damage present and future Bush created and guaranteed!

Bush's presidency certainly sent us back to the stone age of improving society much as the so called Islamists we are constantly criticizing. Bush was accusing them of trying to turn Muslim society away from us and back to simpler times while he was doing the same thing to us. Obama has already made a difference in the middle east and around the world and he is already moving rapidly to help average Americans, rebuild our America, and allow us to move successfully into the 21st century and hopefully beyond!

OBBaamaa, OBBaammaa, Yes we can! I firmly believe that now. Obama is leading us out of the dark tunnel Bush led us in. He will be our guiding light. He will guide the entire world but it is up to them to follow. I now have hope they will! just now he was on saying there will be no more foot dragging or denial of facts. Oh boy a new day has indeed dawned!

A little history on our "friend" Pervez Musharraf" and our "ally" Pakistan!

Most do not know or forget Pakistan's long History of assassinations, internal strife, and deceitful government Hmm sounds sounds like us doesn't it! Anyway I saw the Wolf Blitzer interview of Musharraf on CNN! Discussed was the fact that Musharraf said last year that the President may change but the policies will remain the same! We all knew around the world they would but under Obama there would be Diplomacy and there is!

Things are changing quickly here and because of Obama's Diplomacy of peace tempered with the fact that we must have peace but we will never back down or be defeated! That in itself is a major change and has already bared fruit between Israel and Hamas who have now found common ground, Iraq who now says we can leave by May of next year though I still expect them to turn on each other once we leave, and the entire world saying they will work with him. That is tempered with the knowledge that Iran feels empowered by Hamas using the tunnels and powering back up to fight, Russia now pushing Obama around the world and specifically in South America, and China tightening its economic policies pushing Obama to see how far they can go and what he is going to do! Right now I want to talk about our "main ally" in this just beginning so called war on terror. The history is long, convoluted, and just another part of the lie we are living today! Musharraf emphasized Pakistan is being treated unfairly in this so called war on terror receiving only $10 Billion while Afghanistan has received $tens of Billions, and the war in Iraq up to $1 trillion. I have to agree with him but Pakistan is not the tried and true friend for 48 years that Musharraf wants us to think. musharraf on Pakistan being mistreated

A reminder of their deceit and complicity with the so called war on terror and the CIA! The CIA was complicit with Pakistan's ISI and let 9/11 occur do they really think we the believed Pakistan's Lies of Al Qaeda killing Benazir? I want to discuss the complicit CIA going to bat for Musharraf and Pakistan's ISI once again!

First some history! The complicity is well documented but as usual, denied! They can't really think they have any credibility?

The 911 movie, press for truth has got to be the very best movie exposing the 9/11 cover up. Bush, Rice, Cheney, the FBI, CIA, everyone of them said over and over that there was no forewarning that terrorists were going to strike and that planes could be used as missiles to bring down buildings. They all lied about Pakistan's involvement. Why should we believe the CIA? Especially in light of what they are continually did against us. The movie documents factually that we heard in 1995 that planes may be used but never concerned ourselves about it. We received multiple warnings prior to 9/11 that terrorists were around, planes would be used, and the towers were coming down. Surprising to me was that prior to 9/11 one of the hijackers backed out and turned himself in, telling authorities what was going to happen. He was given 2 lie detector tests that he passed with ease. I don't recall who in the Administration said it. But they were told to let him go and send him back to London.

9/11 was allowed to happen for a reason! Once it did occur we attacked Afghanistan of course. As you remember, Bin laden and many of the leadership were trapped in Tora Bora. In the past I have said Bin Laden was allowed to escape so bush could use him to keep fervor up and Afghani's were credited with being responsible for his escape. We knew there were four ways out and only guarded three. We gave them a way out. The CIA and others knew this and let him escape to Pakistan, how are we supposed to believe them? Not only that but I vaguely remember hearing about a 1,000 car caravan but it was never mentioned that we were bombing the area around it but allowed the 1,000 car caravan carrying the Bin Laden entourage to escape into Pakistan and at night, come on. Most do not know it was us that designed Tora Bora for the Mujahedeen as a safe house against Russia. We know all the secrets and in's and outs! Now this part really irks me and I for one never heard anything about it and still don't. As far as I am concerned Pakistan is no friend of America's and will partner with India and turn on us when the time comes. We also heard over and over how Bush would track down any Al Qaeda finances and try anyone involved. He made a big deal out of the fact that someone outed the fact that we were checking out electronic transfers etc. Something he himself announced.

Then I watched the movie and find out that the head of the Pakistani ISI transferred $100,000 to Muhammad Atta just prior to the 9/11 attacks. This gets worse. Primarily because not only do we have records of this financing as well as pictures but we ignored it and supposedly are in cahoots with them. What happened to anyone caught aiding, abetting, or financing terrorism being hunted down? To make it worse, the joke of a sideshow they called the 9/11 commission hearings was an obvious farce. Again I ask, how are we suppose to trust the FBI,CIA, and especially Bush's Government which had taken total control of us through lies and secret laws?

We knew Rice and others were lying and Bush and Cheney were allowed to hold hands and lie together (take that any way you want). I think I vaguely remember hearing this but like everything else it was dismissed as insignificant. Anyway, the guy who ran Bush's election campaign if I remember correctly, was the one running the commission hearings. He was the one who decided what was significant and what wasn't as well as what questions could be asked. What the hell is that? This entire thing was stacked against the truth and the facts getting out. It was our duty as Americans to hold these liars accountable and we did not. We owed it to the victims. We owed it to our children. We owe it to our history and we owe it to ourselves and this underhanded crap just continues! I like to think not under Obama but he is going to play the game too!

To reiterate, 9/11 was allowed to happen. As you may remember, Bush was looking for something to happen that would put the country and the world behind what he already had plans to do. 9/11 gave him that something. He had plans right from the beginning to establish a new societal, middle east, and world order. That is why it was important to him to whip up a media and public fury which of course, he has done. Bush and the CIA have been complicit with Pakistan from the beginning. They can't seriously think we or the Pakistani's believed them when they come to Musharraf's aid again?

As you know, I am convinced that the ISI and musharraf sympathizers murdered Benazir Bhutto. Amidst increasing violence that will not be quelled Pakistani forts are falling in the tribal areas along the border with Afghanistan. This is just the beginning and this breakdown too will not be averted then Obama will get us in deeper and over the lie called Al Qaeda. For some reason the CIA thinks they have credibility. They are complicit and as dirty as Bush was and Musharraf is.

The Pakistani Taliban and Al Qaeda have drawn closer ideologically over the past couple of years and see themselves at war with the Pakistani state, CNN terrorism analyst Peter Bergen said at a conference at a Washington think tank. He pointed to the growing number of attacks against Pakistani government officials and the ISI, the country's intelligence service. Please read!

* Pakistan is not our ally in this so called war on terror, the so called terrorists, Islamists, so called Al-Qaida, and the Taliban if they have not already meld as one and continue pouring into the frontiers in Pakistan to cross the border and get into Afghanistan to further this fight. They have never been defeated and will not now by Obama or anyone else though I hope I am wrong. Bin Laden may even be dead but he will continually be used to drag us in further and unify Islam against us! This is still just beginning!

Obama is moving quickly on the home front too: Abortion and stem cell research!

Sights and sounds: scores march against Abortion!

Obama to Lift Ban on Overseas Abortion Funding

Q+A: What is the Mexico City Policy or Global Gag Rule? A global Ban on Abortion!

Calif. poised to be leader in stem cell research

FDA OKs 1st Embryonic Stem Cell Trial

Goodbye Gitmo, Hello Stem Cell Research

I understand Obama is going to lift the ban on stem cell research imposed by the hypocrite Bush! He is well on his way already to achieving his goal of undoing al the damage Bush had done!

I believe there are some instances where abortion is justified though this is a touchy subject. My beliefs in this instance too are my own. I would never even dream of imposing them on anyone else.

Like most I am profoundly grateful to hear that asinine ban on stem cell research will be lifted. I understand President Obama will lift the ban as early as next week! It makes me think of an episode that really bothered me and that was the fight over whether or not Terry Schiavo should live or die. I have to wonder with stem cell research if she would have lived?

Bush's presidency certainly sent us back to the stone age of improving society much as the so called Islamists we are constantly criticizing. Bush was accusing them of trying to turn Muslim society away from us and back to simpler times while he was doing the same thing to us.

Man and the Planet's Life cycles no longer at the final stage. It is up to the world but Obama will put us on a new road!

Life's cycles, no longer the final stages thanks to Obama we have a chance at a future. Obama can reset the route but it is up to the world to follow!

January 5th I updated The planets life cycles and the importance for our future of the planet coming together titled The World is waiting for Obama. Now he is here and already making a difference so it is time to update Life and the planets cycles and the dire consequences of going against them as we were under Bush. I now feel we are off the road of death and destruction Bush had us on and can now take the road of peace and prosperity into the future, Obama can pave the way but it is up to the entire world to follow

9/11/07 9/11 was not the defining moment of our time, that event has not occurred yet ,up to now and all our horror Bush has been, but ? The fall of the Russian Empire set in motion something that began with the founding of Islam in 610. Islam was established by Muhammad in order to give Muslims a formal religion and sense of belonging with the Jews and Christians. It failed and Muslims have never been able to gain equal footing or be willing to accept their role in the worlds society.

The Christian Crusades to take back Jerusalem turned into a blood bath against Muslims. Our nation was born during the enlightenment and industrialization completed a gap between our societies which will never close. Next comes the Berlin Conference in the 19th century, allowing Europe to divvy up Africa which they then took what they wanted and then reset the boundaries creating another mess with the Muslim world.

This is not though, a fight between the west and Islam. Islam is also fighting itself! It is a war between Islam and the world at large, everyone. As Bush has no tolerance of anything but his version of perverted Religion and Democracy. The Muslim Islamists have no tolerance of any other version of Islam than their own. They want all their lands back which can not happen. They want us off their lands so what does Bush do? He attacks Iraq and attempts to set up his idea of a new middle east order. To all our demise their is no desire for compromise here by anyone!

First, as a society we were following the natural life cycle of a Nation and were moving along the path of the Roman Empire and every other society before us. Bush has merely sped that process up! He is doing the same thing to the planet as he thinks he is doing Gods work. God however will get these idiots for doing what even they the Religious right say is his to do.

Okay, every life form is comprised of many living forms. Some are designed to further the life of the host some are designed to bring that life form to an end, example: cancer cells! Man's role to the life of the planet seem to be that of the cancer cell. Nobel peace prize winners are supposedly the best of the world, They must speak out loudly in unison and save it from this terrible planned future! We need our Nobel prize winners to speak up loud and clear Now! Bush is doing what Jefferson did in the false belief that he too will be vindicated for blatantly going against and destroying the Constitution. But not this time. Bush is a tyrant and history will not look at him kindly.

12/10/07 I was listening to an interview of the peace prize winners and I incorporated them into my story but it reminds me of something I wrote years ago and that is that all Nobel prize winners must come together and speak loud and eloquently not just on the planet but on what is happening today, why, and what is going to happen if this is allowed to happen.I heard Gore warn China and Bush but one person will not matter. We are in greater danger right now than during Jefferson's time primarily because Bush is in absolute control and wants to rule the world and the rest of the world will not sit idly by thereby worsening the life of our planet beyond any repair in a humanity and planetary destructive war. We must do something to stop this and I am sick of saying it!

There are two overwhelming reasons why the time is now and immediate and why we may not make a difference even if we can wake up the world today!

I wrote this four years ago now and it is more obvious and critical every day but this is only part of it.Ignore the whole thing if you want But pay attention to the Nurturing stage and the dire consequence of ignoring this. Because of the track to future war Bush had us on for the last four years my updates were titled Life's cycles the Final change. With the advent of Obama the planet and man now has a chance. Today's update:

Life’s Cycles!

A time line of Life’s Cycles and Where We Are in Them and The Dire Consequences if we do not respond adequately!

Following is a time line of mans and the planets life cycles, where we are in them, and the repercussions of not doing the right thing for humanity and the planet.

We should be using our militaries for the sole purpose of helping and ensuring honesty among the Nations of the world. There can be no action taken without the knowledge and complicity of all Nations that have the future of man and the planet as their goal. This is what we should have done with Iraq. This is what we should be doing with Iran, North Korea, and many other potential hot spots around the world today. We as the United States, must stop meddling and interfering with the Politics of other Nations around the world.

It would do man, the world well to wake up to that fact and act accordingly. This is exactly what will happen if there is another unnecessary world war. Countries must be made to realize that what they have today is all they are going to get. We can trade throughout the world for the items necessary for ones civilization and survival. However, the domination of the past must be history or we will be. We must take care of what we have. It is all we are going to get. The world must be made to realize that we march into the future with what boundaries and countries we have or suffer the dire consequences.

Our prime concern, our only concern at this point in mans and the planets life cycle has to be one of self reservation. The world must wake up to the fact that preservation of man and the planet has to be our only goal and ultimate victory. Shortly we will illustrate the life cycles in any life form and you will understand where man and the planet are in them today. We went into this in great detail in our first two books. It is very obvious and very plain, it bears repeating as we seem to be learning nothing. As we said in the past, life moves only in one direction, forward. We must not go back or attempt to go back to a cycle of life that man and the planet have already grown through and survived. We will not the next time. We have lived through the development stage of man and this planet. It is long overdue for us to get it together as a species and realize this and then face this important fact. We are now in the preservation stage of any life form. We have reached and passed the maturity stage of any life form as a species and as a planet. World wars, world dominance, world destruction, the times for that are passed. It is up to us as a world body to realize this and act accordingly.

Life’s stages
The aforementioned observances are the realization that this is not a utopian idea. It is absolutely necessary for mans survival. We must get the message to all countries of the world. Whosoever chooses to ignore the future of man and the planet must be held accountable for their action. We must get Nobel Laureate’s to publish papers on this subject. It is necessary to have someone reputable and believable write on the subject. They must sound the sense cal alarm. It must be published throughout the Nations of the world and filtered down through all levels of society. Below are the various stages of mans life cycles and where we are in them.

* The Infantile Stage – This is mans longest stage to date. With some luck we can surpass this in our maturity stage, our nurturing stage. Man was very much in his developmental stage. From mans beginning caveman day’s right up through The Dark Ages. Man was very much a live and learn being. You can not accuse man of that today. Man has lost this ability since what we will refer to as The Learning Stage. The 20th century seems to have killed this ability with its perceived lack of need. He now thinks he knows better and he knows everything. We know the thought as most of us have children. He wrongly thinks he has all the answers. We would do well to remember this phase of life.

* The Learning Stage – This period marks the end of The Dark Ages. The end of the Dark Ages coincidentally enough is marked by another perfectly cyclical event known as the Christian Crusades. This was in a point of time appropriate for the horror. The horrific thing is that Islam is going through this cycle right now. Their version of the Christian Crusaders is the Islamist Jihadists. This is occurring at a point in time when mans and the planets life cycles are beyond accepting or tolerating this behavior. At the point of time of the horrors that the Christian Crusaders committed they were accepted and tolerated.

This period covers the end of the Dark Ages up to the 20th century. This period covers the birth of mans great Religions. It covers the development of Judaism, Christianity, and Islam. With the exception of the maturing of the Muslim Religion it marks the maturing of these Religions. It marks their role in the world order. This is again with the exception of the Muslim Religion. It is that time of Religious maturity which there is no place for in the world today. We, the world, humanity, have already gone through that. As a result we do not find what is happening with the Islamist Jihad particularly palatable. This period also opened the way for colonization. It marked the point in mans life cycle when the forceful taking of another country was the accepted norm. This was the time in mans and the planets life for needless pointless death and destruction. It was survivable by both man and the planet. This time is over and can no longer be accepted or tolerated.

*The Maturing Stage – This period includes WW1, WW2, and the recognition of man made hazards to mans and the planets life. This was the period in mans and the planets life cycles when world war was survivable by man and the planet. Our weapons are now too horrific for man or the planet to survive. Life only moves in one direction and for a reason. We can not allow any Nation to try and slide backwards and return to those ways. The time for that in the life cycle of the planet is over. We are becoming aware as to the frailty of the planets life sustaining ecosystems.

* The Nurturing Stage – This is mans mature stage. This is mans preservation period. The time is now. This period marks mans awakening as to the realization of mans negative impact on the life sustaining life cycle of the planet as a whole. This period marks the awakening of man as to the as to the necessity of revitalizing Natures life sustaining ecosystems. This period marks the necessity for an end to all out war. We must come to the realization that as a world we must destroy all advanced weaponry and their systems throughout the world. This is an absolute necessity for the survival of man and the planet. We must form a world board to ensure compliance by the entire world. It is for the benefit and survival of mankind and the planet. We now know the fragility of our planet and our negative role in it. As a world we must act responsibly, be held accountable, and act accordingly.

** Man has taken his ability to live and learn, an ability that has sustained and nurtured him for thousand of years and forgotten he ever had it. It had served us well throughout are creativity. Through the beginning of the 20th century man has been going through the maturity stages of his existence. Like a maturing teenager man now thinks he has all the answers. However he has none of the right ones. Would you send your Grandmother off to war? That is something you can relate to. Likewise man and the planet can not survive a world war this late in the life cycle of man and the planet. Whoever ushers in a new world war must be held personally accountable for knowingly and unwittingly bring about the end of the civilized world and our planet.

Whether you believe in Nostradamus or not, he gave us two scenarios at this juncture in life. We had two roads we could follow into the future. We could take the peaceful road down a successful road into the future or we could take the road into conflict that would lead to destruction of man and the planet as we know them.

* With the advent of President Obama We now have a chance at a future despite Bush's damage! America America God shed his grace on thee! Now crown they good with brotherhood From sea to shining sea! That includes the worlds people. All the seas all the oceans, the entire world. Our future is dependent on us coming together!
We are all interdependent. We are one like it or not. We are all, all life, part of the planet we call earth! We are all part of that one organism called earth! Under Bush we had the worst, the divider, the destroyer. Under Obama MLK's words now ring true "The Greatest among you shall be your servant" He is the guiding light we have been waiting for to lead us out of the dark tunnel Bush has us, the entire world in! This is not only Obama's time this is our time and Obama can lead the way if given the chance.

Obama has already made a difference in the middle east. The entire world is prepared to work with Obama the uniter! He can lead but the world must follow! It is up to all of us collectively!

We are the future! All of us, the world: With Obama we have hope. Time to update man and the planets life cycles!

Tomorrow, first Doing the invocation at Obama's inauguration Rick Warren said Dear God let us remember we are Americans! He forgot to finish it: Let us remember we are citizens of the world.

Remember America's song!, My country tis of thee sweet land of Liberty! Over the years new stanza's have been added to serve the moment. It is time to include the world and add another!

I will discuss again tomorrow the importance of coming together for the future of the world and how to do it! Under Bush we had the worst, the divider, the desroyer.

Under Obama MLK's words now ring true "The Greatest among you shall be your servant" He is the guilding light we have been waiting for to lead us out of the dark tunnal Bush has us, the entire world in! This is not only Obama's time this is our time and obama can lead the way if given the chance.

Obama has already made a difference in the middle east. The entire world is prepared to work with Obama the uniter! He can lead but the world must follow! Having said that for today I will close with the words and History of My Country Tis of Thee! Ponder its significance and importance to the entire world and its importance to all our future as Obama begins his task of saving our America and uniting a divided world!

"My Country, 'Tis of Thee", also known as "America", is an American patriotic song, whose lyrics were written by Samuel Francis Smith. The melody was derived from the British national anthem, God Save the King or Queen, by way of a German adaptation.

The song served as a de facto national anthem of the United States for much of the 19th century. Samuel Francis Smith wrote the lyrics to "My Country, 'Tis of Thee" in 1831,[2] while a student at the Andover Theological Seminary in Andover, Massachusetts.

His friend Lowell Mason had asked him to translate the lyrics in some German school songbooks or to write new lyrics. A melody in Muzio Clementi's Symphony No. 3 caught his attention. Rather than translating the lyrics from German, Smith wrote his own American patriotic hymn to the melody completing the lyrics in thirty minutes.

Smith gave Mason the lyrics he had written and the song was first performed in public on July 4, 1831,[2] at a children's Independence Day celebration at Park Street Church in Boston. First publication of 'America" was in 1832.

My country, 'tis of thee,
Sweet land of liberty,
Of thee I sing;
Land where my fathers died,
Land of the pilgrims' pride,
From every mountainside
Let freedom ring!

2 My native country, thee,
Land of the noble free,
Thy name I love;
I love thy rocks and rills,
Thy woods and templed hills;
My heart with rapture thrills,
Like that above.

3 Let music swell the breeze,
And ring from all the trees
Sweet freedom's song;
Let mortal tongues awake;
Let all that breathe partake;
Let rocks their silence break,
The sound prolong.

4 Our father's God to Thee,
Author of liberty,
To Thee we sing.
Long may our land be bright,
With freedom's holy light,
Protect us by Thy might,
Great God our King.

5 (added to celebrate Washington's Centennial)[3]
Our joyful hearts today,
Their grateful tribute pay,
Happy and free,
After our toils and fears,
After our blood and tears,
Strong with our hundred years,
O God, to Thee.
Additional Verses by Henry Van Dyke (see CPDL version link below)

6 We love thine inland seas,
Thy groves and giant trees,
Thy rolling plains;
Thy rivers' mighty sweep,
Thy mystic canyons deep,
Thy mountains wild and steep,--
All thy domains.

7 Thy silver Eastern strands,
Thy Golden Gate that stands
Fronting the West;
Thy flowery Southland fair,
Thy North's sweet, crystal air:
O Land beyond compare,

We have the best now ! * It is time to add another verse including the world!

World's working with Obama! He's already making a difference in the middle east and around the world, give him a chance! He'll pull us from the brink!

The world is ready to work with Obama!

The whole world now sees some promise to the future!
Watch again as Obama addresses the Nation changing Politics forever!

Despite an Obama admonishment Bush is proud of his destruction!

Obama laid the gauntlet down to the entire world including Islam reaching out for peace and unity but we would not be defeated by anyone if they took us to task. I have heard the speech criticized but I thought it was great!

Honestly, I followed it all day and at times you did get pretty emotional. MLK saying the Greatest among you shall be your servant finally rings true after being misled by the worse.

I thought it was pretty cool when he kept refuting Bush's mis policies saying we reject that and it is time to work thing out the right way.
Any other ass hole would have been insulted. That scum just kept his stupid face on. That guy should be friggen hung and he thinks History in the end will vindicate him. I'll vindicate him "with a nine Iron!

I am monitoring Barack Obama's Historic nomination and soon his speech! I look forward to discussing everything later!

Obama is in DC right now walking into Church arm in arm with his wife. Pretty soon! First a lot has been said about the estimated $160 million cost of this great celebration while the country is in such dire financial straits!

I do not know how it is going to go today because I am pretty enthralled with this inauguration and I want to keep monitoring events and listen to his speech which I expect to be JFK, MLK, historic and the best ever! We had a dream now it came true and the work begins. Americans as a whole finally did the right thing for them and our future!

Sometimes History meets the man and this is such a case. The moment has met the man needed to get through this! We, the world, we need him at this time. He is the guiding light the entire world has been looking for to lead us out of the dark tunnel Bush has led us all in.

The entire world is holding their breath and anticipating Obama's speech and Presidency. As I said yesterday, Martin Luther King said in one of his speeches at Ebenezer Baptist Church and I posted them all yesterday but her said "The Greatest among you shall be your Servant. It is finally true!

Obama has brought this full circle! We have had the worst now we we will have the best as our future is dependent on it. Remember the promise of securing the future Obama made to his daughters in a letter to them!

Those words were for all Americans and the entire world. I have greatly respected MLK's words and oratory skills but Obama has equaled his hero in the past and will today and don't forget, by in large writes his own speeches! As I said, I will be trying to monitor and update this all day! Be prepared to be awestruck by our new President!

Chills I'm telling you! I am watching the euphoria in DC and Americans all Americans and citizens around the world realize this is our time,it is now, and Obama is finally History's Right Man! Keep watching!

With MLK and Obama, I had a Dream! Or is it a nightmare?

As a festive Capital readies for Obama's inauguration I do not know what it means to you beyond hope but I will tell you what it means to me! It is much more! A festive capital readies for Obama inauguration

High security for Obama's inauguration BBC News High security that is what I want to talk about!

This whole process from beginning to end in the making of President Obama has impressed me to no end! Not one step along the way has failed to impress! Even the world feels the promise of this man at this dire time! That in itself concerns me knowing Obama is touted as another Abraham Lincoln (as he rode his train and prepares to swear in using his Bible) and a JFK unifier and we know what happened to them.

* There are 2 million spectators expected to be there to experience this great moment "I Hope" One of them is one of my sons who has been there for a few days already clearing the Mall area as well as the parade route. I have a lot of concerns but relying on my son to do his job and do it right is not one of them. Jim is excessively disciplined and professional. As a EOD Explosive ordinace expert he commands a lot of respect. As such he has been chosen as a team leader for an EOD Evaluation tem meaning he will be overseeing others to make sure nothing is overlooked or if there is a problem that it is dispatched correctly! I approach the inauguration still with concern! I saw the high level of security he has especially when he is working the crowds as I expect he will be doing at the inauguration.

* I have my concerns and this morning listening to Larry King Live they were brought to the forefront by an innocent statement! Roland Martin in a discussion about the cool commanding demeanor of Obama described Obama as cool, calm, and collective. Someone you want to give the ball too when time is running out! A real Assasin! Knowing one of my great concerns is assassination or killing him in a supposed accident as happens too much these days like almost happened during his campaign when his replacement plane almost went down in a freak accident, Yes I am concerned!

Those who follow me know I fear that for Obama, us, and the world. Do you know the mayhem and chaos that would ensue and justify martial order? I am still very concerned and will not declare victory until we have kept hope alive (President Obama) long enough to finish his Presidency and hopefully fulfill his promises!

My concern is heightened by a report I saw yesterday that according to the FBI and CIA Barack Obama has already received more death threats than any President elect in history. More Death Threats Than Any Other President - NAM He isn't even President yet!

I have said it many times but I firmly believe the right is behind these assassinations that have never been adequately resolved and never will be! For now let us focus on the promise of President Obama!

I have heard much as to the historic significance of this moment, his Presidency because he is a black man. I am sure I am different in this regard too but that is not even a thought of mine.

* I can not stop thinking of the historic proportions of this moment not because of his color but because of the historic possibilities of Obama succeeding in giving us back our America and repairing Bush's colossal damage to us and around the entire world! God or somebody help us keep hope (Obama) alive!

While Bush is bragging about his Presidency before I discuss his growing Crises a reminder of a poll: Bush the worst President in History!

The complicit MSM has failed to even mention this poll showing Bush is the worst President in the History of the country!

This could be this morning but I wrote this a year ago and it is getting worse daily! I woke up this morning to the radio and the usual array of lies, allegations, and corruption. I was going through comments made during the course of the night and saved a couple for future reference. one in particular seems to have come from our friend Larry on Bush's record setting low approval rating. I went through all the news on CNN and FOX then Google and did not find anything that I felt had to be discussed and the truth spoken. Then in dawned on me. This is the first day in my memory since Bush took office certainly in the last couple years that Bush was not the talk of the MSM. Not a story, nothing!

Then it hit me! The complicit MSM has failed to even mention that Bush is the worst President in the History of the country! What is worse is that the over inflated ass could care less because in his little mind he is the Greatest! So I went to thee article from The American Research Group, Inc. to anyone else in the world this would be shattering but not the chief idiot! I am once again stunned at his friggen ignorance! George W. Bush is now the most unpopular president in recorded American history
Concerns over Economy Push George W. Bush's Overall Job Approval to New Low!

George W. Bush's overall job approval rating has dropped to a new low in American Research Group polling as 78% of Americans say that the national economy is getting worse according to the latest survey from the American Research Group.

Among all Americans, 19% approve of the way Bush is handling his job as president and 77% disapprove. When it comes to Bush's handling of the economy, 14% approve and 79% disapprove.

Among Americans registered to vote, 18% approve of the way Bush is handling his job as president and 78% disapprove. When it comes to the way Bush is handling the economy, 15% of registered voters approve of the way Bush is handling the economy and 79% disapprove.

Among Americans registered to vote, 18% approve of the way Bush is handling his job as president and 78% disapprove. How does Georgie stack up to previous presidents lows?

Clinton low: 36 percent, May 1993 (early missteps like Zoe Baird) George H.W. Bush low: 29 percent, August 1992 (recession)

Reagan low: 35 percent, January 1983 (recession)

Carter low: 28 percent, July 1979 (high gas prices)

Ford low: 37 percent, January 1975 (economy, Nixon pardon)

Nixon low: 23 percent, January 1974 (Watergate) Johnson low: 35 percent, August 1968 (Vietnam)

Prior to GW the Lowest ever? That would be Harry Truman during the Korean War, in February 1952, at 22 percent. While no one was looking, the economy nosedived, gas prices have soared, the war in Iraq is as unpopular as ever and Osama bin Laden is still on the loose. And so while none of us were paying attention, our 43rd president just hit a major milestone.

George W. Bush is now the most unpopular president in recorded American history. Worse than Richard Nixon in the days before he resigned in disgrace during Watergate, worse than Jimmy Carter during the Iran hostage crisis, much worse than Bill Clinton when he was impeached. Just as Roger Bannister raced through what once seemed the unreachable 4-minute mile, Bush has burst through a barrier once also thought impossible, below the 20-percent mark.

* This blows me away because main stream media has totally ignored this because they are enablers and are complicit in this nightmare we know as George W. Bush! Worse, the chief idiot is proud of the division and destruction and thinks he will be remembered as one of the greatest Presidents in History. I just want to scream! We will be lucky to survive GW and be able to pick up the pieces. my original story

After 8 years of lies I couldn't watch his final lie fest nor can I repeat it! You watch or read it if you want, I will tell you not what he said but what I heard and he should have said!

I have to tell you that after 8 years of having to listen to his obvious lies and look at his smug smirk I no longer have to and could not stomach watching and listening to him one more time! I still find myself praying that he will be gone January 20th!

Anyway I am reminded of something my Father said when I was a kid. Don't let the door hit you on the way out! In Bush's case I hope it hits him in the face. Okay now you know what is coming! That sickening lying scum has led the way in the total lie we are living today. The idiot continues to sicken us and say how proud he is of his accomplishments, not compromising his lack of values, and showing disdain for us our America and the world while getting rid of our constitution he swore he upheld, our societal and world order while emplacing his new version. He did it following the Russian doctrine of Destruction first used in the mid 19th century!

It is too late now but I wrote this when he first got in too screw us as the life long loser he is! President Bush uncovered! Now let me interpret the swill he called a speech in I hope was his last "Lie Fest" last night!

I could not stomach looking at him or listening to his lies one more time. I once said he is the only person I know that can talk out of both sides of his mouth while his foot was in it smirking all the while but in the sick underhanded environment he set in place while swearing to set a new standard of Politics which he indeed did, I am sorry to say he has plenty of company!

Anyway here we go! Right off the bat the slime ball set out to try and establish a new history regarding his purposeful damage and destruction! Here is the link if you can stomach his lies! In farewell speech, Bush says he kept nation safe

Now while seething this is what I would have heard! In a farewell speech last night Bush recount the so called terrorist attack his Administration allowed to happen so he could get the Patriot Act passed so he could get his abusive power to change societal, middle east, and world order. When it first failed to pass his mis administration performed the Anthrax attacks and out of fear once again the scum got his way and the Act was passed!

Summarizing his 8 years as sometimes turbulent he forgot to say it was all because of him and it was all done on purpose to create a new (dis)order! He said his policies were sometimes unpopular the ass he meant always and wrong! There is no debate about the results. He destroyed American, middle east, and world order and worked at it daily and hard!

We have not had another so called terrorist attack not because of him but in spite of him. There is a facade of security at regional airports but nothing at the thousands of small airports. Our Borders are still insecure and our ports leave much to happenstance. The entire world hated us under him and Obama is already healing that but I fear he has been set up for failure by Bush! he said we were able to return to normal life after 9/11! This normal? This is his created normal and it will get much worse thanks to his success! The pompous pig headed SOB is leaving with a deserved disapproval rating as bad as Nixon's not because of the tough decisions he made but because of the bad decisions he made and is proud of!

Marked by 8 years of terrorism, two wars and recessions that are just beginning he forgot to say he created it all on purpose to gain abusive power and create a new American, middle east, and world (dis)order. He spent the 13 minute speech trying to defend his damage and continue building the lies he hopes the world will call His Story I mean history! Seemingly upbeat and confident, Bush called the inauguration of Obama, the first black president, a "moment of hope and pride" for America. That was the only honest thing he said! The idiot was defiant and will be to the end if we are that lucky! He was not my President so I can not call him that. We never elected him! He claimed policy successes in Iraq and Afghanistan but forgot to say how much worse off Iraq is than under Saddam, the war in Afghanistan is just beginning along with his total middle east breakdown. He guaranteed a loss of all of it!
He credited his administration for improving public schools, creating a new Medicare prescription drug benefit and finding more money for veterans. WTF? Hasn't he kept cutting so called unfunded liabilities? Hasn't he been creating Veteran's because of his war mongering? With the United States facing the worst financial crisis in generations under his watch Bush had the audacity to say his White House took "decisive measures" to safeguard the economy. what the hell? He created this friggen mess using Greenspan!

Bush's presidency began with the worst terrorist attack on U.S. soil and ends with the worst economic collapse since the 1930s and the entire mess is just beginning It will continue along with the future wars he set in motion despite President Obama! We can not let the chief scum get away with rewriting his own version of history as to the lie we have been living for 8 years under him. He has made a total mess of everything and done it on purpose. We can not let The Worst President in History get away with rewriting his "story"!

We are hearing of Israel creating 60,000 refugees in Gaza, what about 2 million in Iraq? What about Afghanistan? What about Darfur? 35 million around the world?
A year ago I discussed the 2 million permanent nomads Bush created in his Iraq success and the numbers would get worse as the "success spread throughout the middle east!

Well, it is spreading! A year ago I pointed out: The International Committee of the Red Cross, in a report titled "Iraq: No Let-up in the Humanitarian Crisis," writes, "Despite limited improvements in security in some areas, armed violence is still having a disastrous impact. Civilians continue to be killed in the hostilities. "The injured often do not receive adequate medical care. Millions of people have been forced to rely on insufficient supplies of poor-quality water as water and sewage systems suffer from a lack of maintenance and a shortage of engineers."
Both Amnesty and the Red Cross slam the Iraqi government for failing to grapple with the critical needs of their populations. The two reports cite a litany of concerns, including severe widespread poverty, a lack of food and water, and broken families left to scrounge for whatever they can find to get by. Both reports describe a situation that shows no sign of clear improvement. Many women "have been forced to wear Islamic dress or targeted for abduction, rape or killing. That is not to speak of the more than 2 million permanent nomads because of Bush's success.

Millions of Iraqis still don’t have clean water and medical care, thousands are jobless, the government is still dragging its feet on important reforms like an oil sharing law. That was a year ago and I have not heard of any substantial change in the situation Bush created to get in the middle east with the promise of spreading the situation throughout the entire middle east!

Today I woke to hear warnings of a growing refugee crisis in Gaza because of Israel but I first want to say I think it is because of Hamas. According to the United Nations, about 30,000 people are living in schools it sponsors and an estimated 60,000 have fled to the houses of relatives. The figures still represent a small part of Gaza’s 1.5 million population but have doubled in the past four days, United Nations officials said, raising concerns about the humanitarian impact of a broader war. While Israel is being criticized Hamas is being commended by Palestine in essence for killing its own people needlessly and creating these refugees!UN warning of Gaza refugees

I was remembering that Tens of thousands of Afghan people have fled their homes in central and southern Afghanistan since the resurgence of the Taliban and the associated flare-up in fighting began in 2006 and it is worsening daily. I never hear them mentioned!

I thought of the Tens of thousands of people who have been killed in Sudan's Darfur region. Over 240,000 have fled across the border to Chad. Millions more are homeless. Most are women and children, terrified while the fighting continues.

It made me revisit something I have discussed in the past and the growing refugee crisis around the world as we seek "peace" I am reminded that Nearly 35 million people around the world are uprooted from their homes and communities by persecution and armed conflict.

* God forbid! I would never minimize killing one person, uprooting one person, starting any conflict. Man around the world must learn to live with what they have or we are screwed. You know what that means! In this instance I merely want to point out we have a growing crisis around the world that will get much worse and focusing on Israel "agree with it or not" and the 60,000 refugees in Gaza is commendable but is inconsequential to the rapidly growing numbers around the world as the world fights to gain a foot in a world that very likely will not be able to support them at the very least!

Gaza's True 'Disproportion' Carlos Alberto Montaner! Myself I do not understand what a disproprtionate response is when someone is trying to kill you?

Israelis are being accused of suffering too few casualties in their confrontation with the Hamas terrorists. Those who reason thus usually speak the words "disproportion" or "asymmetry" in an indignant tone. While at this writing close to a thousand Arab Palestinians have died or been wounded as a result of the bombings, the Israeli losses amount to just over a dozen.

Tel Aviv's critics -- from whom an anti-Semitic stench often rises -- do not say whether Israel should increase its quota of cadavers or if it must reduce the Arabs' quota to achieve the reasonable proportion of blood that will soothe the peculiar itch for parity that afflicts them. Nor do they specify the morally permissible number of casualties to end the rain of rockets that for years has been constantly falling on the heads of Israeli civilians.

This demand for "proportionality" can only be called surprising. Until this conflict began, history books everywhere always expressed great satisfaction and a certain chauvinistic pride when a nation's army inflicted on the enemy a large number of casualties, vis-à-vis a trifling price paid by "our boys." Israel is the only country expected to behave differently and, in fact, it does; I know of no other nation that announces where and when it will drop its bombs, thus enabling civilians to evacuate the territory. Of course, in this it behaves asymmetrically, because the Hamas terrorists, forever eager to cause the greatest damage possible, never announce when or where they will launch their rockets against Israel's civilian population.

In turn, Israel has not the slightest interest in causing casualties. All it wants is to stop Hamas' attacks the only way it can: by eliminating the terrorists and destroying their arsenals. There's no other way to deal with them. Hamas is not a political organization with which agreements can be reached, but a fanatical gang intent on wiping Israel off the map. To achieve this objective, its members are even willing to turn their own children into human bombs, just to kill the hated Jews.

Here's another very important asymmetry. The Jews build underground shelters in all houses near the border; they close the schools and hide the children at the least sign of danger; they treat the death of a single soldier as a national tragedy; they do everything possible to rescue their prisoners, and protect the civilian population from the consequences of war. In contrast, the authorities in Gaza, drunk with violence, fire their machine guns irresponsibly into the air to express joy or grief (causing numerous injuries), do not hesitate to install their headquarters or hide their guns in schools, mosques or hospitals, use human shields to protect themselves, turn to suicidal terrorists and reward the families of such "martyrs" with money.

One week before Hamas broke the truce and stepped up its rocket attacks against the Jewish state (the spark that set off this conflict), I was in Israel, where I had been invited to deliver a lecture at the University of Tel Aviv. As part of the contacts organized by my hosts, I visited the Wolfson Medical Center to learn about the program "Save a Child's Heart." I was very moved. It is a foundation devoted to providing heart surgery for very poor children, most of them from the Arab world. As it happened, I witnessed the hurried arrival of a tiny 5-day-old girl, who had to be operated on at once to keep her from dying. She was brought in by her mother, a woman in a black head covering that allowed me to see only her tear-filled eyes, and her husband, a small, bearded man who watched with amazement the indescribable kindness with which a group of doctors and nurses treated the baby. The family came from Gaza.

Since the war erupted, I have asked myself constantly what became of them all.

Meanwhile despite the "disproportinate Response"Hamas remains defiant despite pounding asking for more useless death to its citizens

This is from the Progressive sent to me from Jerome Grossman the Relentless Liberal: Israel is losing this war!

NEARLY SEVENTY YEARS ago, in the course of World War II, a heinous crime was committed in the city of Leningrad. For more than a thousand days, a gang of extremists called “the Red Army” held the millions of the town’s inhabitants hostage and provoked retaliation from the German Wehrmacht from inside the population centers. The Germans had no alternative but to bomb and shell the population and to impose a total blockade, which caused the death of hundreds of thousands.

Some time before that, a similar crime was committed in England. The Churchill gang hid among the population of London, misusing the millions of citizens as a human shield. The Germans were compelled to send their Luftwaffe and reluctantly reduce the city to ruins. They called it the Blitz.

This is the description that would now appear in the history books – if the Germans had won the war.

Absurd? No more than the daily descriptions in our media, which are being repeated ad nauseam: the Hamas terrorists use the inhabitants of Gaza as “hostages” and exploit the women and children as “human shields”, they leave us no alternative but to carry out massive bombardments, in which, to our deep sorrow, thousands of women, children and unarmed men are killed and injured.

IN THIS WAR, as in any modern war, propaganda plays a major role. The disparity between the forces, between the Israeli army - with its airplanes, gunships, drones, warships, artillery and tanks - and the few thousand lightly armed Hamas fighters, is one to a thousand, perhaps one to a million. In the political arena the gap between them is even wider. But in the propaganda war, the gap is almost infinite.

Almost all the Western media initially repeated the official Israeli propaganda line. They almost entirely ignored the Palestinian side of the story, not to mention the daily demonstrations of the Israeli peace camp. The rationale of the Israeli government (“The state must defend its citizens against the Qassam rockets”) has been accepted as the whole truth. The view from the other side, that the Qassams are a retaliation for the siege that starves the one and a half million inhabitants of the Gaza Strip, was not mentioned at all.

Only when the horrible scenes from Gaza started to appear on Western TV screens, did world public opinion gradually begin to change.

True, Western and Israeli TV channels showed only a tiny fraction of the dreadful events that appear 24 hours every day on Aljazeera’s Arabic channel, but one picture of a dead baby in the arms of its terrified father is more powerful than a thousand elegantly constructed sentences from the Israeli army spokesman. And that is what is decisive, in the end.

War – every war – is the realm of lies. Whether called propaganda or psychological warfare, everybody accepts that it is right to lie for one’s country. Anyone who speaks the truth runs the risk of being branded a traitor.

The trouble is that propaganda is most convincing for the propagandist himself. And after you convince yourself that a lie is the truth and falsification reality, you can no longer make rational decisions.

An example of this process surrounds the most shocking atrocity of this war so far: the shelling of the UN Fakhura school in Jabaliya refugee camp.

Immediately after the incident became known throughout the world, the army “revealed” that Hamas fighters had been firing mortars from near the school entrance. As proof they released an aerial photo which indeed showed the school and the mortar. But within a short time the official army liar had to admit that the photo was more than a year old. In brief: a falsification.

Later the official liar claimed that “our soldiers were shot at from inside the school”. Barely a day passed before the army had to admit to UN personnel that that was a lie, too. Nobody had shot from inside the school, no Hamas fighters were inside the school, which was full of terrified refugees.

But the admission made hardly any difference anymore. By that time, the Israeli public was completely convinced that “they shot from inside the school”, and TV announcers stated this as a simple fact.

So it went with the other atrocities. Every baby metamorphosed, in the act of dying, into a Hamas terrorist. Every bombed mosque instantly became a Hamas base, every apartment building an arms cache, every school a terror command post, every civilian government building a “symbol of Hamas rule”. Thus the Israeli army retained its purity as the “most moral army in the world”.

THE TRUTH is that the atrocities are a direct result of the war plan. This reflects the personality of Ehud Barak – a man whose way of thinking and actions are clear evidence of what is called “moral insanity”, a sociopathic disorder.

The real aim (apart from gaining seats in the coming elections) is to terminate the rule of Hamas in the Gaza Strip. In the imagination of the planners, Hamas is an invader which has gained control of a foreign country. The reality is, of course, entirely different.

The Hamas movement won the majority of the votes in the eminently democratic elections that took place in the West Bank, East Jerusalem and the Gaza Strip. It won because the Palestinians had come to the conclusion that Fatah’s peaceful approach had gained precisely nothing from Israel - neither a freeze of the settlements, nor release of the prisoners, nor any significant steps toward ending the occupation and creating the Palestinian state. Hamas is deeply rooted in the population – not only as a resistance movement fighting the foreign occupier, like the Irgun and the Stern Group in the past – but also as a political and religious body that provides social, educational and medical services.

From the point of view of the population, the Hamas fighters are not a foreign body, but the sons of every family in the Strip and the other Palestinian regions. They do not “hide behind the population”, the population views them as their only defenders.

Therefore, the whole operation is based on erroneous assumptions. Turning life into living hell does not cause the population to rise up against Hamas, but on the contrary, it unites behind Hamas and reinforces its determination not to surrender. The population of Leningrad did not rise up against Stalin, any more than the Londoners rose up against Churchill.

He who gives the order for such a war with such methods in a densely populated area knows that it will cause dreadful slaughter of civilians. Apparently that did not touch him. Or he believed that “they will change their ways” and “it will sear their consciousness”, so that in future they will not dare to resist Israel.

A top priority for the planners was the need to minimize casualties among the soldiers, knowing that the mood of a large part of the pro-war public would change if reports of such casualties came in. That is what happened in Lebanon Wars I and II.

This consideration played an especially important role because the entire war is a part of the election campaign. Ehud Barak, who gained in the polls in the first days of the war, knew that his ratings would collapse if pictures of dead soldiers filled the TV screens.

Therefore, a new doctrine was applied: to avoid losses among our soldiers by the total destruction of everything in their path. The planners were not only ready to kill 80 Palestinians to save one Israeli soldier, as has happened, but also 800. The avoidance of casualties on our side is the overriding commandment, which is causing record numbers of civilian casualties on the other side.

That means the conscious choice of an especially cruel kind of warfare – and that has been its Achilles heel.

A person without imagination, like Barak (his election slogan: “Not a Nice Guy, but a Leader”) cannot imagine how decent people around the world react to actions like the killing of whole extended families, the destruction of houses over the heads of their inhabitants, the rows of boys and girls in white shrouds ready for burial, the reports about people bleeding to death over days because ambulances are not allowed to reach them, the killing of doctors and medics on their way to save lives, the killing of UN drivers bringing in food. The pictures of the hospitals, with the dead, the dying and the injured lying together on the floor for lack of space, have shocked the world. No argument has any force next to an image of a wounded little girl lying on the floor, twisting with pain and crying out: “Mama! Mama!”

The planners thought that they could stop the world from seeing these images by forcibly preventing press coverage. The Israeli journalists, to their shame, agreed to be satisfied with the reports and photos provided by the Army Spokesman, as if they were authentic news, while they themselves remained miles away from the events. Foreign journalists were not allowed in either, until they protested and were taken for quick tours in selected and supervised groups. But in a modern war, such a sterile manufactured view cannot completely exclude all others – the cameras are inside the strip, in the middle of the hell, and cannot be controlled. Aljazeera broadcasts the pictures around the clock and reaches every home.

THE BATTLE for the TV screen is one of the decisive battles of the war.

Hundreds of millions of Arabs from Mauritania to Iraq, more than a billion Muslims from Nigeria to Indonesia see the pictures and are horrified. This has a strong impact on the war. Many of the viewers see the rulers of Egypt, Jordan and the Palestinian Authority as collaborators with Israel in carrying out these atrocities against their Palestinian brothers.

The security services of the Arab regimes are registering a dangerous ferment among the peoples. Hosny Mubarak, the most exposed Arab leader because of his closing of the Rafah crossing in the face of terrified refugees, started to pressure the decision-makers in Washington, who until that time had blocked all calls for a cease-fire. These began to understand the menace to vital American interests in the Arab world and suddenly changed their attitude – causing consternation among the complacent Israeli diplomats.

People with moral insanity cannot really understand the motives of normal people and must guess their reactions. “How many divisions has the Pope?” Stalin sneered. “How many divisions have people of conscience?” Ehud Barak may well be asking.

As it turns out, they do have some. Not numerous. Not very quick to react. Not very strong and organized. But at a certain moment, when the atrocities overflow and masses of protesters come together, that can decide a war.

THE FAILURE to grasp the nature of Hamas has caused a failure to grasp the predictable results. Not only is Israel unable to win the war, Hamas cannot lose it.

Even if the Israeli army were to succeed in killing every Hamas fighter to the last man, even then Hamas would win. The Hamas fighters would be seen as the paragons of the Arab nation, the heroes of the Palestinian people, models for emulation by every youngster in the Arab world. The West Bank would fall into the hands of Hamas like a ripe fruit, Fatah would drown in a sea of contempt, the Arab regimes would be threatened with collapse.

If the war ends with Hamas still standing, bloodied but unvanquished, in face of the mighty Israeli military machine, it will look like a fantastic victory, a victory of mind over matter.

What will be seared into the consciousness of the world will be the image of Israel as a blood-stained monster, ready at any moment to commit war crimes and not prepared to abide by any moral restraints. This will have severe consequences for our long-term future, our standing in the world, our chance of achieving peace and quiet.

In the end, this war is a crime against ourselves too, a crime against the State of Israel. Israel is losing the war
