The House on Thursday approved a Republican-crafted resolution condemning news organizations for revealing a covert government program to track terrorist financing, saying the disclosure had “placed the lives of Americans in danger.”
The resolution, passed 227-183 on a largely party-line vote, did not specifically name the news organizations, but it was aimed at The New York Times and other news media that last week reported on a secret CIA-Treasury program to track millions of financial records in search of terrorists.
Most Democrats opposed the measure, protesting language in it that asserts that the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program was “rooted in sound legal authority” and that members of Congress had been appropriately briefed on the program.
While the Los Angeles Times and Wall Street Journal also carried stories on the program, Republicans singled out The New York Times. Pure Friggen Politics! I Hate It!
“The recent front-page story in the aforementioned New York Times cut the legs out from under this program,” said the Financial Services Committee chairman, Rep. Michael Oxley, R-Ohio. “Now the terrorists are well-informed of the details of our methods and will find other ways to move money outside of the formal financial system.”
The administration and the 9/11 Commission “went to The New York Times and asked them in the interest of national security not to release the details of this program,” said Rep. Peter King, R-New York, chairman of the Homeland Security Committee. “They went ahead and did it anyway.”
The Times has defended its reporting, saying publication has served America’s public interest. Its executive editor, Bill Keller, said in a statement after the House passed the resolution that the paper took seriously the risks of reporting on intelligence.
“We have on many occasions withheld information when lives were at stake,” Keller said. “However, the administration simply did not make a convincing case that describing our efforts to monitor international banking presented such a danger. Indeed, the administration itself has talked publicly and repeatedly about its successes in the area of financial surveillance.”
The resolution “condemns the unauthorized disclosure of classified information” and “expects the cooperation of all news media organizations in protecting the lives of Americans and the capability of the government to identify, disrupt and capture terrorists by not disclosing classified intelligence programs such as the Terrorist Finance Tracking Program.”
Democrats reacted angrily to the GOP majority’s refusal to allow them to offer an alternative that would also have expressed concerns about the unauthorized leak of classified information but would have left out language defending the legality of the program.
“What you have done is to hijack the virtually unanimous support for tracking terrorist financing into an endorsement of the way the Bush administration has conducted itself,” said Rep. Barney Frank, D-Massachusetts, author of the alternative.
“It is a campaign document,” said Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi of California.
“There’s never been any oversight of the program,” she said. “You are asking us to vote on something that we absolutely cannot attest to.”
http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS
This is absolute Bullshit! I did a post a couple days back when Bush first made this an issue. this is shameless political Republican crap! The terrorist knew we were looking into all their finances and ways of hiding their money. As I said before, Bush announced this himself right after 9/11. There is no practical reason for his or the Repug Congress’s ignorance in making a issue of this and with the New York Times beyond further division and Political Gain. I can’t stand it!

Obama To Dems: Woo Evangelicals! It's Only Common sense!
This is an important part of us taking our America back, please read!
Sen. Barack Obama chastised fellow Democrats Wednesday for failing to “acknowledge the power of faith in the lives of the American people” and said the party must compete for the support of evangelicals and other churchgoing Americans.
“Not every mention of God in public is a breach to the wall of separation. Context matters,” the Illinois Democrat said in remarks to a conference of Call to Renewal, a faith-based movement to overcome poverty.
“It is doubtful that children reciting the Pledge of Allegiance feel oppressed or brainwashed as a consequence of muttering the phrase `under God,”‘ he said. “Having voluntary student prayer groups using school property to meet should not be a threat any more than its use by the High School Republicans should threaten Democrats.”
Obama, the only black in the Senate, drew national notice even before arriving in Congress last year, and has occasionally used his visibility to scold members of his own party. Widely sought as a fundraiser for other Democrats, Obama responded with a noncommittal laugh this spring when asked whether he wants a spot on the national ticket in 2008.
His speech included unusually personal references to religion, the type of remarks that usually come more readily from Republicans than Democrats.
“Kneeling beneath that cross on the South Side of Chicago, I felt I heard God’s spirit beckoning me,” he said of his walk down the aisle of the Trinity United Church of Christ. “I submitted myself to his will and dedicated myself to discovering his truth.”
Obama said millions of Christians, Muslims and Jews have traveled similar religious paths, and that is why “we cannot abandon the field of religious discourse.
In other words, if we don’t reach out to evangelical Christians and other religious Americans and tell them what we stand for, Jerry Falwells and Pat Robertsons will continue to hold sway.”
Obama coupled his advice with a warning. “Nothing is more transparent than inauthentic expressions of faith: the politician who shows up at a black church around election time and claps — off rhythm — to the gospel choir.”
At the same time, he said, “Secularists are wrong when they ask believers to leave their religion at the door before entering the public square.”
As a result, “I think we make a mistake when we fail to acknowledge the power of faith in the lives of the American people and join a serious debate about how to reconcile faith with our modern, pluralistic democracy.”
Obama mentioned leaders of the religious right briefly, saying they must “accept some ground rules for collaboration” and recognize the importance of the separation of church and state.
http://www.cnn.com/...
I was so taken by this speech from Obama that I thought you should see the entire story. I happen to think we should be wooing the Religious Right.
They are only being abused and used by Bush. Many of us are Christian and we all love our America.
I don’t understand why we have not tried to get the Religious Right on our side because the left is right and the right is wrong!
The stupid games the Repugs have played portraying us as atheists and haters of God and country must be brought to light and laid to rest.
We merely want a separation of church and state as was intended.
Bush’s purposeful injection of fudamentalism into our politics is damaging America!
There is a place for everything and everything in its place, that is all.

Democrats: No Raises For Congress Until Minimum Wage Increased! It's About Time!
I have to say that I can’t believe this has not been done in the past. I think it is purely for political gain on the part of Democrats as well as on Republicans. We though are on the right side of this one. We are standing up for the average American and Repugs have to admtit they are on the side of Business interests.
Their excuse that an increase from $5.15 to $7.25 per hour would hurt small Business owners doesn’t make sense to me. I would have to say that there are not too
many small legitimate Business’s that can operate paying their employees only $5.15 per hour. What do you think Of this?
A week after the GOP-led Senate rejected an increase to the minimum wage, Senate Democrats on Tuesday vowed to block pay raises for members of Congress until the minimum wage is increased.
“We’re going to do anything it takes to stop the congressional pay raise this year, and we’re not going to settle for this year alone,” Democratic Leader Harry Reid of Nevada said at a Capitol news conference.
“They can play all the games the want,” Reid said derisively of the Republicans who control the chamber. “They can deal with gay marriage, estate tax, flag burning, all these issues and avoid issues like the prices of gasoline, sending your kid to college. But we’re going to do everything to stop the congressional pay raise.”
The minimum wage is $5.15 an hour. Democrats want to raise it to $7.25. During the past nine years, as Democrats have tried unsuccessfully to increase the minimum wage, members of Congress have voted to give themselves pay raises — technically “cost of living increases” — totaling $31,600, or more than $15 an hour for a 40-hour week, 52 weeks a year, according to the Congressional Research Service.
In floor debate last week Republicans argued the raise for low-income workers would hurt small businesses. They offered an alternative measure to raise the minimum wage that was tied to tax breaks for small businesses.
The main proposal fell eight votes short of the 60 it needed to pass with 46 opposing; the alternative measure mustered only 45 votes in favor, while 53 senators opposed.
Reid wouldn’t spell out the specific tactics he would employ to block the congressional pay raise — which is triggered each year with the passage of an appropriations bill not by a vote on a stand alone bill to increase pay for members. But he warned, “I know procedures around here fairly well.”

Israel, Palestine. Syria, Iraq, now Egypt! Bush's New World Order Is Spreading In The Middle East!
Our earlier call for a total middle east breakdown is getting closer!
Israel rounded up members of the Hamas-led Palestinian government Thursday, arresting Cabinet ministers and parliament members as a crisis over the kidnapping of an Israeli soldier deepened.
The Palestine Liberation Organization said 84 people had been arrested, including seven Cabinet officials and 21 members of the Palestinian parliament.
Chief Palestinian negotiator Saeb Erakat denounced the arrest of the Palestinian government officials.
“Kidnapping Palestinian lawmakers and holding the Palestinian government hostage will neither strengthen Israel’s hand in bargaining [for soldier’s release] nor bring any good to anyone in the region,” he said.
Israeli officials said the Palestinians were under arrest as suspected terrorists.
Meanwhile, Palestinian militants blew a hole in the fence along the Gaza border with Egypt, Palestinian sources said, and Palestinians were rushing to get through.
Security forces reportedly were trying to reseal the border. All border crossings were sealed Monday by Israel.
In light of the fact that I did this post in March saying Hamas would never leave Israel alone and would do their share to ensure a total breakdown of the Middle East. Please look at this link and think about the recent events in and around Gaza!
http://anaverageamericanpatriot.blog…
Palestinian militants tunneled into Israel and attacked a military post near Israel’s border with Egypt and Gaza,
Israeli troops immediately entered southern Gaza in the hours after the attack in an attempt to find the soldier and destroy the tunnel. After destroying the tunnel, the soldiers moved out and massed along the edge of Gaza.

Wednesday evening, Israeli jets buzzed the home of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in Ladekye, outside Damascus. Israeli television reported that the president was at home at the time.
Israeli Deputy Prime Minister Shimon Peres complained that Syria allowed the exiled Hamas political leader Khalid Meshaal — operating out of Damascus — to order the kidnapping of the Israeli corporal.
The flyover was seen as an attempt to bring pressure on al-Assad to rein in Meshaal.
Syrian state television called the Israeli flyover “an unacceptable, hostile and provocative act.” Syria said its anti-aircraft batteries fired on the Israeli warplanes and chased them away.

Life Is Cyclical: Society, Religion, the Planet, All Life And Its Systems!
We are increasingly becoming aware that the planet has a life cycle of its own but man is speeding up the natural cycle of planetary degradation.as bush is speeding up the natural cycle and degradation of our societies cycle.
http://www.anaveragepatriot.com/downloads/Manuscript1.pdf
As we know, there have been many life forms and societies before us. They have all run their cycles and gone the way of the dinosaur or in the case of civilization, the way of the roman Empire and so will we!
Everything has a life cycle! As we all know nothing manmade or natural lives or goes on forever. We continue to carelessly speed up the life cycle of the planet.
I received notification from Democratic interests in MA today that they are actively seeking to decrease our contribution to global warming. This may get instituted but it will at best, slow down a process that would occur maybe more slowly but it would happen regardless.
President bush has also sped up the natural life cycle of our society. every great civilization in the History of the planet has come and gone. They have all gone the route of the Roman Empire. So will we no matter what we do we can only slow the process down.
With that said, I would like to see us be the exception to the rule. We must first get Repugs out of office in the fall and get the Presidency back in 2008. Our future, the future of the world as we know it counts on this.
We can consider it a new beginning but we must regain control of our America and begin anew. Otherwise keep in mind the end results of every life cycle and great society!

Lack of Communication, Just one Example: This Is The Biggest Hurdle in the So Called War On Terror!
My response to a Muslim Critic: You are right that Bush attacked Iraq because he said God told him to. He also believed God told him To straighten out the middle east.
I don't know who the hell he was talking to but it wasn't God and he is not doing Gods work.
Your'e right Jesus would never sanction war but neither would Muhammad sanction killing fellow Muslims.
True Christians do not support Bush's perverted form of christianity and the outsourcing of it and his perverted form of democracy around the world.
Neither do true Believers of Islam support the perverted form of Islam the Islamists are portraying in their own land and asround the world.
One reminder! All us Christians are not Republicans.
Some of us are practicing, God loving, Religious tolerant christians and democrats.
Bush has hijacked christianity and our America as he likes to accuse the so called Islamists of doing to Islam.
Unbridled Religiosity is the most dangerous weapon in the world and sadly enough we have it on both sides of the war equation.
Worse is that we have perverted unbridled religiosity in control of what is thought of as the most powerful military in the world.
We need some one with a little feeling for the fragility of our planet and world to step forward, be the better man, and step back from what they are getting ready to cause.
Sadly again, you cannot expect that from Bush or the Islamist so we are in trouble! At least until we get a democrat in office who will put "we the people", our America, and humanity ahead of selfish interest.
We must all get along to move forward succesfully through the 21st century and we must get the world as a whole to realize this.
This was the asinine totally wrong letter that made me comment on the truth. Without communication we have nothing and are in serious trouble!
This was from my post yesterday on kos!
Repent y Republican sinner ,the end is not near
Lots of you people have to realize ,this war in Iraq was religious significant to Christian, lots of Christian thought this war in Iraq ,would usher in the second coming of Christ to lots of Christian in America ,
I have a question for a lots of Christian that thought this,If Jesus said "He who picketh up the sword ,Shall perish by sword,"would this unto itself ,say Jesus never sanction war,and people beating their" Swords into Plowshares"
Why have lots of you Christian become so bloodthirsty for war,Do you think it times for you Christian , Too flee the evil desires of Republicanism, and pursue righteousness,a view by someone you see as godless

Iraq Pullout Is Political For Dems, Iraqi's & Repugs who Cry Political Foul Once Again!
Democrats who have called for U.S. troops to start coming home from Iraq said a proposed withdrawal plan reportedly put forward by the top American general there shows their criticism has been on the mark.
President Bush’s Republican allies in Congress in recent weeks have criticized Democratic proposals for getting out of Iraq, accusing the opposition party of laying plans to “cut and run” from the war.
But The New York Times, quoting unnamed U.S. officials, reported Sunday that Gen. George Casey, the top U.S. commander in Iraq, plans to send home about 7,000 of the 127,000 American troops by September without replacing them. More than 20,000 more would leave by the end of 2007, the Times reported.
Here we have a situation where Democrats, 80 percent of us, voted to say we ought to start reducing our troop presence there — and again, we got pummeled,” Sen. Barbara Boxer, a California Democrat, told CBS. “And now, it turns out, we’re in synch with General Casey.”
Military sources told CNN Thursday that Casey was considering pulling 6,000 to 10,000 troops out of Iraq as part of a reduction, but neither the general nor Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld would confirm that at a news conference the same day.
Meanwhile, Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki included a U.S. withdrawal among the elements of a national reconciliation plan he outlined Sunday, but the plan sets no specific timetable. this would include amnesty for insurgents.(Full story)
Senate Majority Whip Mitch McConnell said lawmakers discussed the situation in Iraq with Casey before votes taken by Congress last week. But he said the point of the debate was that “Congress ought not to be dictating to the generals what the tactics are.”
http://www.cnn.com/2006/POLITICS/06/...
I found it very troubling that the Repugs were in Congress politicizing Iraq accusing Dems of wanting to cut and run when they secretly knew that there was already a discussion with The General in charge to reduce troop levels. I am sick of the 3D politics (deceitful, deceptive, divisive) just to cover for Bush and his inept decisions.
Then we get this response to Iraq PM Maliki’s proposal of amnesty which I have to say I agree with. I also hate to say that I agree with the Repugs on this but I do. This is not a get out of jail free card. Maliki is not proposing emptying the jails of American killers that I am aware of.
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,...
We cannot tell the Iraqi’s who they can have in their government. we have those in our own government that have harmed Americans in one respect or an other. i agree with the White House in this. whatever Iraqi’s must do to ensure peace and unity then so be it.
The insurgency against Bush has nothing to do with their Bringing Iraq together. THEY WANT US OUT! They wanted us off their soil from the get go. of course pig headed Bush attacked anyway. Of course there was going to be violence. Of course there was going to be those trying to drive out and kill Americans.
At this point getting them together and getting us out of there should be all that matters. once united they can go about eliminating outside insurgency elements. then go about the business of a new independent Iraq
* We must stop playing politics with peoples lives both American and Iraqi. We have the Republicans playing politics accusing Dems of playing politics who are telling the Iraqi’s how to play politics! This has got to stop. They must start somewhere somehow by their choosing and we must get out!

Bush Slams Leak Of Terror Finance He Announced Himself After 9/11! What The??
Bush on Monday sharply condemned the disclosure of a program to secretly monitor the financial transactions of suspected terrorists. “The disclosure of this program is disgraceful,” he said.
“For people to leak that program and for a newspaper to publish it does great harm to the United States of America,” Bush said, jabbing his finger for emphasis. He said the disclosure of the program “makes it harder to win this war on terror.”
The program has been going on since shortly after the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks. It was disclosed last week by the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal and the Los Angeles Times.
Using broad government subpoenas, the program allows U.S. counter terrorism analysts to obtain financial information from a vast database maintained by a company based in Belgium. It routes about 11 million financial transactions daily among 7,800 banks and other financial institutions in 200 countries.
“Congress was briefed and what we did was fully authorized under the law,” Bush said, talking with reporters in the Roosevelt Room after meeting with groups that support U.S. troops in Iraq.
“We’re at war with a bunch of people who want to hurt the United States of America,” the president said. “What we were doing was the right thing.”
“The American people expect this government to protect our constitutional liberties and at the same time make sure we understand what the terrorists are trying to do,” Bush said. He said that to figure out what terrorists plan to do, “You try to follow their money. And that’s exactly what we’re doing and the fact that a newspaper disclosed it makes it harder to win this war on terror.”
Vice President Dick Cheney, in a speech Monday at Grand Island, Neb., said, “Some of the press, particularly The New York Times, have made the job of defending against further terrorist attacks more difficult by insisting on publishing detailed information about vital national security programs.”
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/articl...
I could be wrong but hasn’t Bush said he would stop at nothing to track all Al Qaeda and terrorist financing? I thought he said he would stop at nothing to track their financing and banking records right from the get go?
In fact the program has been going on since right after 9/11 as we expected would be the case. So why the feigned outrage? i suggest he is again only looking ror political gain for him and the Repugs.

Health Care Refunds for treated Illegals ! One Counties Idea Whose Time has Come!
Illegal aliens cross America's borders medically unexamined. We shrug. We do not know what Illegal Aliens carry in their backpacks. We do not know what they carry in their bodies.
Long ago we knew what legal immigrants brought with them. When my grandpa came to America, he kissed the ground of New York's Ellis Island, then he stripped naked and coughed hard. Every legal immigrant before 1924 was examined for infectious diseases upon arrival and tested for tuberculosis. Anyone infected was shipped back to the old country. That was powerful incentive for each newcomer to make heroic efforts to appear healthy.
Today, legal immigrants must demonstrate that they are free of communicable diseases and drug addiction to qualify for lawful permanent residency green cards.
But Illegal Aliens stop at no medical checkpoint. Whoever walks through our foolishly open Golden Door comes in healthy or sick. If a border patrol sentry catches a healthy Illegal Alien he might be sent back home immediately. However, if we catch and detain a sick Illegal Alien, who after examination by physicians in a detention center proves to have a serious disease, we keep him!
Foolish compassion makes us fear that his home country has neither adequate medical resources nor modern wonder drugs. So we release sick Illegal Aliens to the American streets, to infect others if their diseases are contagious, or we place them in our Medicaid program where we pay for their expensive treatments.
Foolish medical generosity encourages clever Illegal Aliens to exploit free medical care. Horrendous diseases that long ago America had conquered are resurging. Horrific diseases common in Third World poverty and medical ignorance suddenly are appearing in American emergency rooms and medical offices.
Along with the visible invasion of Illegal Aliens across our borders is an invisible invasion of deadly diseases. with the care that EMTALA, the Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, provides, it has been noticed that there is a resurgence of horrendous diseases that long ago America had
conquered are resurging.
Horrific diseases common in Third World poverty and medical ignorance suddenly are appearing in American emergency rooms and medical offices. Along with the visible invasion of Illegal Aliens across our borders is an invisible invasion of deadly diseases
Many illegals who skulk across our borders have tuberculosis (TB). That disease had disappeared from America.TB's swift, deadly return now is lethal for about 60% of those infected. The culprit is the new Multi-Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR-TB) Until recently MDR-TB was endemic to Mexico.
MDR-TB takes 24 months with many expensive drugs with toxic side effects (that cost around $250,000). Each Illegal Alien with MDR-TB coughs and infects numerous people who will not show symptoms immediately. Latent disease explodes later, like a time bomb. this TB strain has since 2002 gone up 17% in Virginia, skyrocketed 188% in Washington D.C., and up 81% in Queens, NY etc.
It has been traced to illegal aliens from Mexico, Philippines, Viet Nam, and other South American countries. This affects schoolteachers, children, law enforcement etc, who are sometimes purposely infected by illegals who cough in their faces. Recently TB erupted in Portland, ME and Del Ray Beach, FL
This is just the beginning and only one once eradicated disease. Chagas disease a horrible disease from Latin America infects 15 million per year there and kills 50,000. This is a horrible death, please look at the link.
Leprosy once almost non existent in America in now is now endemic to northeastern states.
There are now leprosy clinics in New York City. Illegal Aliens and other immigrants brought leprosy from India, Brazil, the Caribbean, and Mexico.
Dengue fever is being brought in by illegals from Ecuador, Peru, Viet Nam, Thailand, Bangladesh, Malaysia, and Mexico.
Once eradicated Polio, is back in America brought in the bodies of illegals.
Hepatitis A, B, and C are resurging. deadly Marburg disease and hemorrhagic Ebola are just two more.
Just one infected person who could walk through the Golden Door of our Hospital to the World could be a suicide bomber with incendiaries in his arteries, veins, or capillaries".
http://www.newswithviews.com/...
* Where is the concern? I have not heard this even mentioned by anyone on either side of the debate or by any politicians. Why? The issue and the answer is political judgment not medical judgment.
http://anaverageamericanpatriot.blogspot.com/...
Then we finally hear a good answer to this problem with a couple of troubling side thoughts. I don't like the idea that this county is targeting Mexicans when illegals come from the whole of South America and the rest of the world.
They should all be billed! however, the other thing that bothers me is that we will never collect regardless. It seems like the right thing to do so as in every other instance today, the right thing will not get done but whoever's self interest prevails, will hold precedent.

The true Bush Doctrine Uncovered! And It Isn't His!
What strikes us as the Presidents ignorance of society, its classes and the world is not that at all. All the realities of what he is doing to us and the world are going to hit you right in the face if it hasn’t yet. It will all make absolute and total sense. One word damn it right under our noses the whole time too. What is worse is that it is described all too starkly right in our dictionaries. Hold on here it is:
NIHILISM. *2 Ethics-rejection of all distinctions in moral value, constituting a willingness to refute all previous moral theories. *3-The belief that destruction of existing Political or social institutions is necessary to ensure future improvement.
Sound Familiar? Please Read On! It Gets worse as you are feeling, here and around the world!
If that doesn’t shake you nothing will? The other four versions of this word especially the two action versions which you all know will scare the hell out of you when you realize what they are. This is fact and it is doctrine, it is dictionaried, and it is indeed fact. We as the lower classes better move fast. The doctrine can be found in the dictionary but here it is!
It is used only when replacing existing societal, government, and world order.
You look at the facts as to what President Bush is doing both home, in the Middle East, and around the world. Think about all he has done and this should all be put into perspective now that you have seen the doctrine broken down. Of course, as you know it is all worthless because he will only smirk, laugh it off as biased innuendo, continue with his plan, and do exactly what he wants.
It was first used by mid 19th Century Russians in order to topple one form of order and replace it with their new order. President Bush as we can all attest to is well on his way.
First he has to finish breaking down existing societies and Government rule. As you all are experiencing his new policies every day you know that in fact he is well under way. He is almost complete in his bringing down of the legal lower classes and the Democratic Party. Hopefully this will wake up the country. We cannot allow him to emplace his idea of a society and a Government.
In case any one has been sleeping we are all aware how good his plan is for the illegal immigrant. He needs them to work and feed his idea for society. He needs them in order to fully implement his plan for our country. He continues the illusion of concern for the average American and illegal immigrants. As many of you know, he is concerned about the illegal immigrants not for them but for him. He knows he needs them to drive his new societal order.
His plan for society is horrible for the lower classes as you are all experiencing first hand. You see first hand how every single day he continues to tighten the noose around the lower classes and further the cause of the elite. He only needs the lower classes for their taxes. They are needed to fund his illegal immigrants in order to complete his plan. The illegal immigrants are necessary in order for him to fully implement his plan, his Governmental system, and have it work according to his plan.
It all makes sense now that you hear the unbiased truth doesn’t it? He needs the taxes of the lower classes in order to fund his social security program for the elite. He needs the lower classes in order to fund all the negative results of taking care of the rich and you are just seeing the beginning of it. He is letting the elite corporations and companies off the hook for your promised retirement benefits. Once again you the lower classes are going to be left footing the bill with your taxes. The tax funded Federal systems can not take much more before they are overburdened to the point of failure.
This too is necessary for his planned society to be implemented. Planned obsolescence, you have to wonder what if anything he plans on replacing it. You are seeing that it will be left up to you and you are being warned as you know it is ultimately his idea to let corporations off the hook for your healthcare and would like to make you responsible for that to. The wealthy and the Christian Right Republicans as you are seeing will be the only benefactors of his entire plan for society.
Of course when this is mentioned to him he will deny everything, laugh it off, say it is merely speculation, and continue with his plan. It is indeed sadly enough for us in the trenches of society, undeniable fact. He falsely again makes you think the rich are going to be paying their share of his proposals. It is again an illusion. You are in fact being hood winked and BUSHWACKED. He is in fact giving the wealthy back hundreds of billions of their so called contribution and still insists on making this permanent while he continues to cut Medicaid and Federal public education funds which he calls unfunded liabilities to pay for this and he corruptive ineptitude.. He very wisely chooses to let you forget about this little fact. His sliding benefits proposal for his elitist social security program is going to slide all the way through the middle classes. All the while he is touting the wealthy’s contribution to his plans he is giving them back much of their so called contribution.
*Unbelievably what the President is doing to our country and what is happening in every situation around the world today can be summed up in one word. This is unbelievable. You have to look this up in my life long Bible, the dictionary if you have any question. Personally I have never heard this word in the first three forms of it. However the fourth is scarily familiar to the whole world. It is exactly where we are headed if we do not smarten up real quick. Please check the link and read on.

This Doesn't happen in A Democracy Says Bush: So What Have We Become?
As I’m writing this across the local Boston news comes the fact that four people were shot and wounded in Brockton. Just coming in was the fact that in Peabody there was three killed in a murder suicide.
I was going to say that the news this morning was that someone in Roxbury impaled a miniature Doberman up on a fence killing him. http://cbs4boston.com/topstories/local_story_174115911.html
I woke up this morning to the news that Mayor Menino turned down Romneys offer to put the State police on the streets to patrol because of increasing violence. He turned the offer down but this is another bad sign of our increasing societal breakdown.
http://cbs4boston.com/local/local_story_174074713.html I just heard Menino changed his mind due to a public outcry and he will accept help from the State Police!
In New Orleans we have National Guard troops patrolling the streets of New Orleans.
So, far in 2006, with 54 murders, the City of New Orleans has less than half the murder rate of last year. However, it is on the steady increase and the dreams of some that post-Katrina New Orleans would be practically crime free have been dashed.
The recent killings of five people in central city awakened everyone in the area about the seriousness of this problem. It was followed by the calling of 300 National Guard troops and 60 State Police officers. The hope and prayer of the community is that the National Guard will be able to relieve the NOPD to concentrate on high crime areas.
Crime is increasing in all parts of New Orleans, including formerly peaceful neighborhoods like Algiers. However, it is not just confined to New Orleans, it is returning to the entire area. It is up in Jefferson and St. Tammany Parish, where the Mayor of Madisonville was brutally beaten yesterday outside of his restaurant.
http://www.bayoubuzz.com/articles.aspx?aid=7439
Then today we also hear that 7 would be terrorists were arrested in Florida with 5 of them being home grown Americans. They wanted to kill as many American “devils” as possible and wanted to take down Chicago’s Sears tower. apparently they had not been able to get any of the explosives and other things they needed before apprehended.
http://www.cnn.com/2006/US/06/23/miami.raids/index.html
We have all heard many times, Bush say things like this do not happen in freedom loving Democracies. This doesn’t happen in peace loving societies.
I must preface my next question with the fact that I began calling for a societal and country wide breakdown in 1970. I just did not expect to have it ramped up by our own president here and around the world.
Now, knowing that Bush says these things do not happen in Democracies. Just what have we become anyway?

Amidst Calls For Preemptive Strike on Missile S Korea and World warn launch will Not Help!
Former Defense Sec. Perry Wants North Korean Missile Destroyed.
Perry says the U.S. should launch a preemptive strike against the long-range ballistic missile that North Korea is reportedly preparing to launch.
In an opinion piece in the Washington Post, Perry and former assistant defense secretary Ashton B. Carter argue that if North Korea continues launch preparations, President Bush should immediately declare that the U.S. will destroy the Taepodong missile before it can be launched.
Amidst this we have South Korea warning N Korea that a missile launch will not
bring us to the table and S Korea, Japan, and U.S. to strengthen cooperation on missile defense.
The missile concerns have also prompted China and Russia -- Pyongyang's last two major allies -- also to warn the North against a launch.
http://www.foxnews.com/...
Perry and Carter suggest using a cruise missile launched from a submarine and carrying a high-explosive warhead.
The effect on the Taepodong would be devastating," they write. "The multi-story, thin-skinned missile filled with high-energy fuel is itself explosive - the U.S. air strike would puncture the missile and probably cause it to explode."
As President Bill Clinton's defense secretary, Perry oversaw preparation for air strikes on North Korean nuclear facilities in 1994 - strikes that were never carried out.
He has been a critic of the Bush administration's approach to North Korea, according to the Post.
We believe diplomacy might have precluded the current situation," Perry and Carter said. "But diplomacy has failed, and we cannot sit by and let this deadly threat mature."
http://www.latimes.com/...
On Wednesday, the U.S. ambassador to Japan stated that "all options are on the table" with regard to North Korea.
We know Bush diplomacy always fails and it seems to be by design. those of us with a little bit of sense call them threats not Diplomacy. We always talk about Bush's politics of do as I say not as I do. They are bound to and designed to fail.

We are getting ever closer to world war!

New signs of our Old Warnings: How much clearer can it Be ? We are run by Idiots!
Our soldiers bushwhacked by their trainees. I was appalled when I found this out! You can bet there was Bush politics behind this and of course still no mention of this and all interference with this coming out will be denied.Bush himself has already lied many times in every regard but in this case saying he has no control over the Pentagon. Yeah right!
The Pentagon waited nine months after completing an investigation into the deaths of two U.S. soldiers before notifying relatives the men were killed by Iraqi troops, the military acknowledged Wednesday.
According to Sen. Barbara Boxer, She called the nine-month delay troubling. "If the American people knew that the people we are directly helping train turned on our soldiers, support for this war would slip," Boxer said. "It's very disturbing to think that the Pentagon might be told to keep this kind of thing close to the vest.
Yes we do find the time gap very disturbing. Many of us take it as another underhanded behind the scenes manipulation of the facts by Bushco. What were they waiting for? were they waiting for the retired Generals call to pull out to die down? Were we waiting for a so called success like killing Zarqawi? How about the finding of chemical WMD's much touted today by Repubs with no mention of Iraqi trainees killing their trainers our soldiers.
A Pentagon spokesman confirmed Boxer's timetable on Wednesday
http://www.foxnews.com/story/0,2933,200499,00.html
"There was a time gap, no doubt about it," Army spokesman Paul Boyce said. "The Army regrets any delay in notifying the family, and we took immediate steps to do so once those facts were determined." What a lie! They just got through saying they finished the investigation 9 months ago. Read on! There were witnesses and it was a lot worse than friendly fire. These were cold calculated assassinations!
A cadre of high-ranking officers personally apologized to the mother of one soldier for the delay Wednesday, but didn't provide much new information, Nadia McCaffrey said.
One mother said "The most stunning thing I saw and heard today was that I told them some of the details that I had almost since the day my son was killed, and they didn't have any idea about it. They didn't know. They had never heard of it," she said. Sounds to me like they acted stupid! Dummy up sounds familiar!
Soldiers who witnessed the attack have told Nadia McCaffrey two Iraqi patrolmen opened fire on her son's unit. The witnesses also said a third gunman simultaneously drove up to the American unit in a van, climbed onto the vehicle and fired at the Americans, she said.
Iraqi forces who had trained with the Americans had fired at them twice before the incident that killed Patrick McCaffrey, and he had reported it to his superiors, Nadia McCaffrey said. http://abcnews.go.com/US/wireStory?id=2105200
If you read the link you know it gets worse. The reality is that Iraqi's we are training to kill insurgents are killing us. What does thet tell you? That tells me the job is done time to pull out and watch for a while. See how bad they want their Democracy.
Knowing this and how bad things really are in Iraq and they will be getting worse. You have to wonder why the Repugs refuse to act responsibly. The Senate voted down a Dem non binding resolution to request troop withdrawal with no timetable for the wars end. Of the two resolutions today I would say that was a responsible one but was turned down 60-39. Find out how your Senator voted. See how your Senators voted on this amendment.
* A reminder! No mention of our soldiers being bushwhacked by their trainees. No mention of Al Zawahiri's request to repel the Infidels and the already increasing insurgency!.
http://www.guardian.co.uk/...
One last note! We are and will not win anything this way, This is still just getting started.
Most Americans want a withdrawal in some form. The Repug senate does not! That should tell you they still do not work for us and act according, so must you in the fall!

Is Bush Setting Up N Korea To Test Missile Defense? Today We're Locked&Loaded!
Pentagon spokesman Bryan Whitman hinted to reporters that if North Korea launches a missile the United States might use its new missile defense system, upon news that N Korea had a missile capable of reaching California fueled and on the launch pad.
Sounds like an opportunity for Bushco to test its Missile defense system so maybe we are egging them on knowing that they are not much real threat to us! What do you think? A Pentagon spokesman hinted to reporters that if North Korea launches a missile the United States might use its new missile defense system.
The U.S. Missile Defense system relies on radars and other systems on the ground and on satellites to detect missile launches and deploy interceptors to shoot them down.
The system has had some successful tests, and some failures, and is not yet dependable. We know the system has had failures in the past and needs more testing before it can be expected to operate properly.
The Pentagon spokesman and Secretary of State Rice again referred to any North Korean launch as `a provocative act.' And Secretary Rice says she has been coordinating possible responses with allies.
It would once again show North Korea determined to deepen its isolation, determined not to take a path that is a path of compromise and a path of peace," said Rice.
Secretary Rice says a launch would violate North Korea's own moratorium, and she says maintaining the moratorium is part of the agreement North Korea signed last September to pursue a diplomatic solution to the dispute over its nuclear program.
http://voanews.com/...
I said it sounded an awful lot like we are instigating this to at least test our defense system for when it will be needed in the future! Knowing Bush you have to wonder?
I for one just became aware that we are prepared to hold the largest military exercise in the pacific in years bringing together 3 carriers for the first time since Vietnam.
The exercises are intended to provide training in "detecting, locating, tracking and engaging" a wide range of threats in the air, land and sea. just another coincidence!
Representatives from China, Japan, Australia, South Korea, Russia and Singapore were invited to attend.
http://www.cnn.com/...
We are hearing this maneuver is not against N Korea, that it was planned a month ago. Are we to believe we did not know of N Korea's intentions then?
Also, I just heard that we have turned our missile defense system on just in case it is needed. It appears more than ever that we are playing the game of brinkmanship that Bush is accusing N Korea of playing. Sounds like we were right again!
Just the latest example of Bushco instigating and living the policy of do as I say not as I do!
What is next there or anywhere else with Bush is anyone's guess!

101st AB soldiers chgd w/murder, 2 of their own Tortured&Killed, they're good But Human too!
Two US soldiers who went missing after an attack on their checkpoint have been found dead and were tortured before being killed, an Iraqi Defence official says.
Iraqi Defence Ministry official Major General Abdul Aziz Mohammed told Reuters the bodies of Privates Thomas Lowell Tucker, 25, and Kristian Menchaca, 23, were found by a joint US-Iraqi force on Monday near an electricity plant in Yusufiya, the area in which they were abducted on Friday.
"He said the bodies showed signs of "barbaric torture".
The US military has confirmed two bodies were found in the vicinity of Yusufiya.
Their deaths dealt a blow to the US military after it killed the Al Qaeda leader in Iraq, Abu Musab al-Zarqawi, in an air strike on a "safe house" near Baquba north of Baghdad.
US forces hunting insurgents linked to a suspected senior Al Qaeda member launched simultaneous pre-dawn raids near Baquba on Tuesday, the US military said.
http://www.abc.net.au/...
While we and the 101st are hearing of this we have this at the same time!
The U.S. Army has charged three soldiers in connection with the deaths of three Iraqis who were in military custody in northern Iraq last month, the military said Monday.
The Multinational Corps-Iraq said three members of 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division have been charged in connection with the deaths of three male detainees during an operation in northern Salahuddin province on May 9.
"A noncommissioned officer and two soldiers each have been charged with violating several articles of the Uniform Code of Military Justice including murder, attempted murder, conspiracy, communicating a threat, and obstructing justice," an announcement said.
http://www.foxnews.com/...
Many expressed horror over Haditha but as you know, it has happened already in Iraq, It will happen again, and you have to expect it to happen more often regardless of training or discipline as our soldiers are mistreated and tortured while we are held to the UCMJ that means nothing to the Islamist killers.
As I pointed out after Zarqawi's death, it will now get worse and bloodier not better as Bush stupidly thinks. The war is now on another level and will get worse. It is still just getting started. Iraq's mess will encompass the entire middle east before spreading throughout the world.

Reality: Really At A Loss With The Bushco Rove's Iraq Disinformation! What to Do!
John Murtha was pretty much right on in his Iraq recommendations. His response to Rove's ridiculous assertions that Dems are cut and run and a danger to the war in terror were very good.
He slammed Rove's for sitting in Washington on his backside and passing judgement on the situation in Iraq.
He was right but then we get the response from the RNC and it was asinine. It is this disinformation campaign that I posted on yesterday. We have got to defeat it somehow
Their willingness to make a joke out of the real facts and reality and to spit out worthless supposed accomplishments negates any good advice and sense we hear from the likes of John Murtha.
http://releases.usnewswire.com/...
We are winning nothing in Iraq as many of you know. We discussed how it would get worse with the death of Zarqawi and it is. I did a post in the past titled one morticians view of Bush's success. Very sobering! This is Iraqi reality not what Bushco is letting out!
http://www.dailykos.com/...
We are seeing an increase in the death and destruction not only in Iraq but in Afghanistan. This is still getting started and will spread throughout the middle east. Just a small example of Bush's success. http://www.dailykos.com/...
It will not stop there and will snowball primarily because Rove's and Bushco as corruptive and lying as they have proven to be are still believed by many and they are doing their damnedest to stay on their path of what they call a new world and societal order.
I reiterate! We must find a way to neutralize the Rove's led disinformation campaign with the more than willing rabid following of the likes of Coulter if we are to have reality and truth mean anything! http://www.dailykos.com/...

Afghanistan, The 9/11 War, The Forgotten War, The real War on terror will not go away!
While Bush is making an issue of Iraq being tied into the war on terror and how important it is to win there while portraying us as spineless. he continues to play politics and capitalize off of lies!
Meanwhile the real war against so called terrorism is getting Dicier while at the same time bush dices Iraq. Afghanistan is cooking while Iraq is boiling over and Bush is claiming gains.
Bush guaranteed failure in Afghanistan by stupidly attacking Iraq, purposely opening a second front, and because of his created insurgency making that his priority.
With 500 so called Taliban killed in the last month 45 yesterday alone, our so called leaders can not deny there will be a never ending supply of martyrs to repel
the invaders. We watched Russia there and we knew this would be the case. It was absolute idiocy to take resources away from the effort in Afghanistan. http://www.cnn.com/...
I wish my sons and your sons and daughters who are also fighting in this total success.
I have to wonder though if we have killed 500 in the last month alone, how many are still out there? What happened to the ever increasing effort to keep insurgents out of Afghanistan? We instead of focusing on this now have the same problem in Iraq.
Bush is tying Iraq success to the war on terror! He created this insurgency in Iraq! What happened to the absolute importance of cleaning terrorists out of Afghanistan? This is still just starting and stupid Bush doesn't realize we are winning nothing yet! Like it or not now we must test Iraqi will and get back to fortress Afghanistan before the next crisis occurs and it will!
I must say I just heard John Murtha on Tim Russert and loved what he had to say!

To Achieve Success we must Defeat the Repug Disinfo Juggernaut: Enough is enough!
To succeed in the fall or in 2008 we must counter this blatant lying. It is going to be our downfall again if we do not aggressively and effectively counter it! They are merely playing games & revelling in their lyijng successes!
Isn't there a way to stop these lies? There must be a law?
The pervasive lying throughout society and in particular Politics is why I started writing to get the truth out. As Repub's get increasingly concerned and desperate to maintain their corruptive hold on our America the lying is sadly increasing and becoming more profitable. This is sickening. We have got to take this seriously and counter this somehow or we are once again wasting our time and emotions and will fail once again. Read this please and be disgusted! We have got to stop this! Coulter's Murtha 'Fragging' Comment Draws Fire
Following the controversy created by her new book "Godless: The Church of Liberalism," Ann Coulter has stirred up new outrage with a comment about outspoken anti-Iraq war Congressman John Murtha.
In an e-mail interview with John Hawkins at the Right Wing News Web site, Coulter was asked for comments on several prominent individuals. When the name of Pennsylvania Democrat and ex-Marine Murtha came up, Coulter remarked: "The reason soldiers invented Fragging.'"
"Fragging" became a familiar term during the Vietnam War and refers to soldiers trying to kill their own officers.
Coulter's comment made headlines on the Editor & Publisher web site. Editor & Publisher is a newspaper industry publication.
The comment drew a sharp rebuke from conservative Mike Krempasky, who called it "disgusting," according to Editor & Publisher.
Coulter was already under fire from some - including Hillary Clinton - for attacking the four New Jersey widows who pushed for an independent commission to investigate the 9/11 World Trade Center attacks that killed their husbands. In her book, Coulter accused the women of "reveling in their status as celebrities and stalked by grief-arazzis."
In "Godless," Coulter maintains that liberalism contains all the attributes of what is generally known as "religion."
The Drudge Report says that "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" is such a hot item that Ann Coulter "received one of the largest advances paid to a conservative author" for the manuscript. This is really sick and dangerous to us!
In her book, Ann holds nothing back in detailing liberalism's war on religion and yes, God. What? I have been a God fearing practicing Christian all my life!!
Chapter titles include "On the Seventh Day God Rested and Liberals Schemed" and "The Holiest Sacrament: Abortion." . People believe this Bullshit!
Ann Coulter has authored blockbuster after blockbuster, including "Treason: Liberal Treachery from the Cold War to the War on Terrorism" and "Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right." Enough is enough!
She is the conservative liberals hate most and her latest "Godless" will only add to their anger. Damn straight, we are sick of the lies and must stop this!
Ann's book also offers the perfect antidote to "Da Vinci Code" madness. Her new "Godless: The Church of Liberalism" is an eye-opening tour de force that deftly exposes the hostility liberals have toward traditional religion.
Using her rhetorical scalpel, Coulter shows convincingly that this hostility stems from the fact that liberalism is itself a religion - a godless one. What?
She demonstrates how, thanks to liberals who dominate our courts, our schools, our government bureaucracies and our media, liberalism is now the established religion of our country. Bull, besides sadly Bush is the Decider not us!
In her new book, Coulter - author of the best-sellers "How to Talk to a Liberal (If You Must)" and "Slander: Liberal Lies About the American Right" - says the Church of Liberalism has its own:
Saints (JFK).
Holy documents (Roe v. Wade).
Martyrs (Soviet spy Alger Hiss).
Churches (public schools, where prayer is banned).
Clergy (teachers in public schools).
Sacraments (abortion).
Cosmology (mankind is an accident).
Creation myth (Darwin's theory of evolution).
Coulter uncovers the essential truth about Darwinism that liberals won't confront: It is bogus science. What about all these lies, we must stop this somehow!
After a century and a half of examining the fossil record, Coulter states, evolution's proponents have failed to substantiate its claims, and instead one supposed piece of evidence after another has been exposed as a hoax.
But liberals cling devotedly to Darwinism, Coulter says, because they desperately need to disprove the possibility of God's existence at any cost - and will accept no challenges to their "official religion." I won't expound on this here but?
What the heck? I refuse to believe anyone really believes these Repug, bias, Bull shit lies!

Resolution in the House: Rules out Iraq Deadline! Ties Iraq To War on terror to Negate Pullout!
In the House, GOP leaders convened the most extensive debate on the war since the U.S.-led invasion three years ago. They offered a resolution that linked support for the conflict to support for the war on terror. The measure, expected to be voted on today, rules out setting a deadline for withdrawal of U.S. troops, and no Iraq pullout.
http://www.chron.com/...
Someone please tell me what this means to us?
Democrats said the resolution was written to force Iraq war critics to also cast a vote against winning the war on terror if they wished to register their opposition to Bush administration policy and you have to agree.
This is despicable! Those spineless, gutless, bastards!
This is absolute Bullshit and a new low even for them. I'm appalled! This is a setup to the worst degree and I'm disgusted!
Democrats accused Republicans of playing election year politics with the Iraq war on Thursday, as the U.S. House of Representatives debated a resolution that wrapped the unpopular conflict into the overall war on terrorism.
On the day that the U.S. military death toll in Iraq reached 2,500, House Republicans put forward a resolution proclaiming that the United States would win the war on terror and declaring that it was not in the nation's security interest to set an "arbitrary date" to withdraw U.S. forces from Iraq.
So they're using our dead Patriots to set us up! I'm livid!
It is not enough for this House to say we support our troops," said House Speaker Dennis Hastert. "That statement rings hollow if we do not also say we support their mission."
House Democratic leader Nancy Pelosi said: "We know they are trying to politicize the war in Iraq. It's shameful, but they are."
The debate comes on the heels of recent favorable news from Iraq, notably the killing last week of Abu Musab al Zarqawi, head of al Qaeda in Iraq, and the formation of a new Iraqi unity government.
Republicans were also eager to highlight Democratic splits ahead of the November midterm elections, when their control of both houses of Congress will be at stake.
Democrats said the resolution was written to force Iraq war critics to also cast a vote against winning the war on terror if they wished to register their opposition to Bush administration policy.
The resolution covers the Middle East waterfront trying to blend together the Iraqi wars and the war against terrorism," said Rep. Ike Skelton of Missouri. "They are two separate and distinct wars."
Murtha, who has emerged as a leading war critic, said: "Only the Iraqis can solve the problem in Iraq. They're fighting with each other and our troops are caught in between, and I say it's time to redeploy."
The House is scheduled to vote on the resolution on Friday"today", after 10 hours set aside for debate.
House Majority leader John Boehner of Ohio this week touted the debate as a way to show clear differences between the parties on the global war on terror.
Democrats complained that Republicans barred them from offering amendments. Republicans said the Democrats were so divided they could not unite around an alternative resolution.
Meanwhile in the Senate, Democrats worked to find common ground on a measure to force President George W. Bush to start withdrawing U.S. forces from Iraq this year.
Sen. Carl Levin of Michigan said the compromise measure called for starting the pullout this year but would not set a deadline to complete it. This sounds fine to me, what's wrong with this idea? Makes sense to me!

The quote of the month is by Jay Leno: Funny but true!
Comediens are Funny but Often Right!
"With hurricanes, tornados, fires out of control, mud slides, flooding, severe thunderstorms tearing up the country from one end to another, and with the threat of bird flu and terrorist attacks, Are we sure this is a good time to take GOD out of the Pledge of Allegiance?!!?"
With this in mind I really have to laugh hearing that Whole Foods Market Inc. today said it would immediately stop selling live lobsters since it was not satisfied that the standards for obtaining and selling them are humane or respectful.
The largest U.S. natural and organic foods grocer made its decision after a seven-month review of its lobster procurement process. It also said it would immediately stop selling live soft-shell crabs.http://today.reuters.com/stocks/Quot…
They won't keep them alive but will kill them and freeze them for sale. What?
We can't respect people but we must respect crabs? Something is wrong here!

Poll says we are the enemy: Last years Concerns Become this Years Reality!
A recent 15 Nation Poll found The presence of U.S. troops in Iraq is seen as a greater danger to Mideast stability than Iran, according to a poll of European and Muslim countries.
As Bush Ignores the desires of the world community this is very telling! Please glance at it!

Then we have this occurring!
One of China's pet foreign-policy ventures, an alliance of largely authoritarian-led countries in Asia, is flying higher, and Iran is trying to catch the updraft.
The Shanghai Cooperation Organization's interests include joint military exercises, energy cooperation, enhanced trade and extensive intelligence sharing on
restive groups deemed a threat to the rule of authoritarian leaders
Iran's leader will be a guest of honor Thursday as President Hu Jintao of China opens a daylong summit of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, which is made up of China, Russia and four Central Asian nations. Iran and other countries want membership in the 5-year-old alliance, a sign that China says underscores the group's expanding clout.
An informal focus on Iran at the summit is likely to solidify an impression that the Shanghai Cooperation Organization carries an anti-U.S. tinge.
China denies that the alliance seeks to become a military bloc or target any country, saying its aim is to enhance strategic cooperation and fight the "three evils" of terrorism, separatism and extremism.

This is very foreboding! We talked about this last year. This is "NOT" just a nicety to make Iran feel loved!

Iraq is in civil war and will fail. From there the entire middle east will be embroiled. Eventually the entire world with Russia and China and Iran against us, will be involved.

Were the Gaza Deaths committed by Hamas A Setup to excuse further violence to Israel?
First I have to say Bush Just finished his most recent speech of lies. That inept, clueless, lying, crap!
Anyway!
In light of the fact that I did this post in March saying Hamas would never leave Israel alone and would do their share to ensure a total breakdown of the Middle East. Please look at this link and think about the recent events in and around Gaza!
http://anaverageamericanpatriot.blogspot.com/...
Hamas's armed wing vowed Friday to end a fragile 16-month truce with Israel, hours after Palestinians said Israel killed 10 people in the Gaza Strip, including
a family with three children who were having a picnic on a crowded beach.
Hamas militants took an aggressive line, saying, The Israeli massacres represent a direct opening battle, and that means the earthquake in the Zionist cities will resume and the herds of occupiers have no choice but to prepare the coffins or the departing luggage.
http://www.cbc.ca/...
The Israel Defense Forces report, to be presented to the Israeli defense minister and Israeli chief of staff Tuesday, will cite several factors that led to the conclusion that the explosion was caused by a mine planted on the beach by Palestinian militants, the sources said.
An Israeli commando unit used the beach to enter Gaza for a mission in recent weeks, prompting the militants to place the mines, the sources said.
Intelligence information gathered by Israeli investigators showed that Hamas quickly removed the remaining mines from the beach after the blast, the sources said.
Investigators were able to locate where five of the six shells fired from the gunboat Friday landed and none of them were near the beach, the sources said. The sixth shell -- the first to be fired -- could not have killed the family because it was fired further north and too early, the sources said.
Adding to the conclusion that it was not an Israeli shell that killed the family was an examination of photographs of the crater on the beach. The sources said experts found it was the type of crater caused by a planted explosive, not by an artillery shell landing from above.
Finally, shrapnel removed from three of the injured by doctors at Israeli hospitals was not the from an artillery shell, the sources said. Please read the whole story! Quite Enlightening!
http://www.cnn.com/...
In light of the fact that Hamas now justifies renewed suicide bombings and mutual rockets being fired from both sides again you have to think of the possibility that Israel might be right, regardless of your beliefs because they are arming Abbas in the struggle between them and Hamas Islamist's.This is a big gamble by Israel! http://www.cnn.com/...
Do you think Hamas did this purposely to further the Islamist's cause?

Bush looking for advice About Iraq: What would you tell him?
First a newsflash! Bush is in Baghdad on a surprise visit!
Now my post: Less than a week after top terror leader Abu Musab al-Zarqawi is killed in Iraq, President Bush uses the momentum to hold a summit on the war. He won't give a timeline for troop withdrawals, but the talks have some speculating about when soldiers could start coming home. What do you think should happen in Iraq?
The Daily Pulse, June 12- what-should-happen-in-iraq - AOL News
Here is a link to the conference. Please read it if you think it worth it but I didn't!
http://www.foxnews.com/...
They wouldn't want to hear or listen to what they should do. I understand that Bush is on a conference call with the powers to be on what to do in Iraq after Zarqawi's death.
First I would have to remind them that between the lot of them they have proven that they are not capable of a thought process.
They are the same people that stupidly prosecuted this mess against good advice. They are the ones who have managed the mess known as Iraq. They are the ones responsible for destabilizing the middle east and the world.
Obviously they are not the ones to prosecute the war in Iraq for starters. With that said they should realize that Zarqawi may be dead but his job has been done successfully.
He has already been replaced. A militant named Abu Hamza al-Muhajer was appointed the group's new leader to succeed the slain Abu Musab al-Zarqawi.
The name was not immediately known. The name al-Muhajer, Arabic for "immigrant," suggested he was not an Iraqi but a proven Al Qaeda killer..
http://www.foxnews.com/...
Bushco should take the threat seriously that things will get worse in Iraq and they definitely will.
They should take seriously the threat that the war will spread to other countries be cause now we are going to the next level and it will. If I was Jordan I would be extra alert because they helped with the intelligence that killed Zarqawi.
Bushco should then pay attention to the advice of Al Gore and start a strategic withdrawal. That is the only way we will see the reality of the mess Bush created and the futility of trying to train the Iraqi's to persevere over the insurgents.
We set the wheels of collapse in the middle east in motion. It is too late to stop it.We should re concentrate our effort in Afghanistan where the situation is becoming increasingly tenuous thanks to Bush's inept creation of insurgency in Iraq.
Get back to the real issue. Prosecuting the war on terror. Setting up a free Nation in Afghanistan free of insurgency.
Re stabilize the world and our standing in it. It would go a long way to help us in the war on terror. Another words we must change directions. Straighten up and fly right. Make believe we care about doing the right thing for the country and not Bushco. We as Bushco must realize our attempt at new world order has failed and get back to all the priorities we said we would address after 9/11 that as of yet have not been addressed.

Bush is Wrong Again: Marriage isn't The Foundation Of Civilization, society Is and We Are Taking It Back!
Democrats like to decry the Republican rubber stamp Congress but for some reason Democrats have been unwilling and unable to do anything about that and wake the country up to action.
I woke up this morning to hear that ass hole Bush say that marriage is the foundation of civilization. He said it is the most fundamental institution of civilization. He has that all wrong like everything else. marriage vows seem worthless so if that is true we are in trouble.
I thought we the people and society were the foundation of civilization. Where does Bush get off throwing that away and putting marriage in there. Thomas Jefferson was right and I agree with him that a strong viable society is a necessary foundation for a strong country not marriage.
Thomas Jefferson believed that once you joined society you would do the right thing for that society. Without a firm society there is no viable country and it is up to us to get that back and we are.
Having that in mind I have to believe and I have continuously said on my Blog, on Kos, and now on Move On and everywhere I can, that if there is to be positive action and we are to get our beloved viable America back it must come from us, from the bottom up because as you know, there is nothing coming from the top down.
Looking at the effect Kos and other Blog communities are beginning to have. I believe the foundation for change is being laid and by us. Now i would like to see it put to action. As Bush has proved, all the talk in the world is worthless unless put to action. It is time to stop talking the talk as Bushco does and start walking the walk as only Al Gore seems capable of doing .
I won't turn this into an Al Gore campaign but I know he is ultimately the only one that can clean up Bush’s overwhelming messes around the world, bring the country together, help our ailing planet instead of worsening its state with an earth shattering world or nuclear war, and try to bring the world together.
I think John Murtha announcing his intentions if we do become the majority is a good thing for us, as he has a good stance on the situation in Iraq. The Democratic party is beginning to listen to the groundswell and with fall elections coming, are increasingly emboldened to act in the interest of us and our America as are some Repugs that want reelection. We will do this and like the war in Iraq and the breakdown of the entire middle east, this taking back of our America is still just getting legs. Hold on and stay involved. We will persevere!
The Hell with that marriage crap, society is our foundation and we are taking it back!

Because of the Likes of Kos We are being heard. Now let's see it put to action!
Okay, I am convinced. We are being heard. Now let's see some positive action. That is all we want. We are not hard left but we are activist's. We want to see some care, concern, and action, for average Americans and our America not Bush's. I have 26 major stories on my computer but mulling over Bush's incessant messes I thought this was most important.
We have been hearing from those of us that have been lucky enough to attend from kos but it is nice to see that we are indeed at least getting heard. Now let's see some action! Look what others are saying!
Moulitsas, founder of the Daily Kos, is one of the most influential progressive bloggers in America today and a sympol of an expanding internet based movement that
has led the attacks on President Bush while challenging the Democratic establishment.
Markos Moulitsas Zúniga, main organizer of a bloggers convention in Las Vegas, says the movement is seeking "strong Democratic voices.
I have to say, these words have often come out of my mouth so I guess I am a die hard progressive.
We only want to see the right thing done for all people and our America and we get none of it from today's politicians and this must change.
Many Democrats see this emerging community as a source of innovation, energy and ideas that will change the way politics and journalism are practiced, and one that will provide a new army of activists for a party badly in need of help.
Testifying to the significance of the blogosphere as an emerging political force was the parade of Democratic politicians who came to pay their respects, including Senate Minority Leader Harry M. Reid (D-Nev.), Democratic National Committee Chairman Howard Dean and four prospective 2008 presidential candidates. "I pay as much attention [to the bloggers] as I can," Reid said by phone before his arrival for Saturday night's keynote address. "I think it's a voice I need to listen to. I listen."
Virginia Governor Warner thinks it's evolving," he said of the net-roots community. "I think these guys and gals are potentially creating a new public square for democracy. And they are an unorganized, unorthodox jumble. What started as occasional voices venting is now turning into what could be a major force in American politics."
We are creating a new public square for democracy and there are those that want to take this ability from us because we are a threat to their corruptive system. We cannot allow this to happen.
The Blog is our version of the printing press to our founding fathers. Like them we must keep this voice alive.
From a standing start, this community first demonstrated its power by supporting Howard Dean's 2004 presidential campaign, helping him raise tens of millions of dollars and propelling him into front-runner status for the Democratic nomination until his candidacy imploded.
That experience showed the promise and the limitations of the net-based political movement. As the bloggers gathered here, many of the same questions remained unanswered about what is now a larger and more assertive voice in American politics.

We are making a difference and we must make sure we are able to continue with this. Blog on!

Blog on!

The right is wrong and The Left is Right: We must get that Understood before it is Too Late!
Whatever happened to doing the right thing for the country? Whatever happened to putting the country first? Whet ever happened to doing the right thing for the sake of doing the right thing?
Whatever happened to the belief that once you became a member of society you would automatically do what is right for that society? What ever happened to the shining house on the hill? That was Thomas Jefferson's America.
Understandably we were founded during and heavily influenced by the enlightenment. We were supposed to be a country, a land, where God could come down to and feel at ease and right at home.
There is supposed to be a religious resurgence going on right now. However, as Bush and the Islamist's both prove it is perverted to justify ones selfish needes
and desires.
This country was established for everyone. Somebody in power must put aside the selfish, based, childish games, and get back to the foundation of America and what it stands for.
This supposed Religious right, these people, they are all screwed up and can't stop
playing childish games! There is no right or wrong religion as Fox's Gibson and others think.. Like everything in life, whatever works for you, that is right for you. We have to stop playing games!
What is right for them and their selfish agenda is not important. What is right for the country and all of our people is all that should matter in this very tenuous time!
Somebody in a position to do something about this mess has got to realize how critical the countries situation is and have the brains to put the country first.
We are still looking for our shining light!
Just who is that? I say it is Al Gore?

Do I have an Important Must Hear Message? Is Life Important? You tell Me!
Yes, I do have a very important message to get out and I know we will all benefit from this message. I would love to talk a publishing venture with you but can not and will not pay out of pocket. I have talked to many people on line and had many visit my site to download The Cycle Of Life and a Doctrine Of Fact/Bush Uncovered. Two very important must hear messages that culminate in a Manifesto the World which must be updated thanks to Bush and his sped up agenda. http://www.anaveragepatriot.com
It is important to me to get the country to see and understand what and why President Bush is doing all the things he is to us, the middle east, and the world. I have sent a doctrine of fact many times over to every Senator and media outlet I can reach. I do not believe one of them have ever read it.
Those that capitalize off our corruptively inept system have no interest in seeing it fixed. We are in terrible shape here and around the world thanks to president Bush. Worse is that he has 2 years left and he has put his plan on the fast track. The situation in the country for the lower classes will get a lot worse. He will legalize his necessary to his plan illegal's and make believe he cares once again, this time by enriching Republican cronies in a failed inadequate attempt to secure the border. He will leave America in disorder.
In his outsourcing of his perverted version of democracy and fundamentalism under his Rove's taught 3D politics, (deceptive, deceitful, divisive, politics), his new world order will also end in total disorder. Iraq is in civil war and will fail. From there the entire middle east will be embroiled. Eventually the entire world with Russia and China against us, will be involved.
President Bush has ensured all this and more because he thinks he is doing God's work in the middle east and around the world in his attempt to create a new world order.
The world is in a very frail state. Al Gore realizes this but Bush chooses to ignore this, ignore the cycle of life we and the planet are in, and attempt to turn the clock back by bringing us to another world or nuclear war at a point in the planets cycle where it is no longer survivable. Nature moves only in one direction, forward and we fail to learn that.
We are in a very tenuous situation with a seeming war against civilization's facing us. Worst is that unbridled religiosity is the most dangerous weapon in the world and we have it on both sides of the equation. Mr. Bush who claims to be doing Gods work with his perverted version of Christian fundamentalism on one side and the Islamist's on the other side also claiming to have God on their side, innocent civilians in the middle. Bush has hijacked Christianity and America as he accuses the Islamist's of doing to Islam.
As you know, religious wars are the worst, long and dirty. This one will be longer and dirtier than anyone can imagine. It is worsened by the fact that one of those religious fanatics pursuing this violence is in control of what is thought of as the most powerful Nation on earth. Man and the planet are in serious trouble! Yes indeed it is an important message and one that must be heard. Are you to be the medium of getting the massage heard?

Bin Laden's Prince of Iraq Dead: Zarqawis death not a victory but a measure!
War at least in Iraq will now be moved to the next level.
This is not a victory in the war on terror!
Zarqawi was killed in Diyala! If anything it is a victory for that area as it was recently said that if sectarian violence was to continue it would come from there. Now we know why! With Zarqawi's call for increased violence against Sunni's already having been made and heard, the damage to Iraqi stability is done.
With violence increasing and spreading in Iraq, Zarqawi has done his job, he served his purpose, His death will now serve to move the war in Iraq to the next level, that is all. We saw how much the capture of Saddam did for us.
This is no blow to the global war on terror or the
violence in Iraq! As it always does when you take out an Islamist leader it will now only get worse as his death is absorbed by the insurgency. Remember, the reason being is that this whole war on terror is just starting. It is still growing and gaining legs.
Zarqawi will be quickly replaced if he hasn't been already. You will once again see the violence step up and now move in many new directions with many new sources cropping up all over with new volunteers to fight and martyr themselves for Allah. It will only get increasingly worse in Iraq as the insurgency will now spread out more, be increasingly widespread and unknown for now, and they kill on their own.
Besides that impact that is obvious to me. I would be very concerned if I was a Jordanian. I would be more watchful than ever! Zarqawi has been disowned by his family for rears. With their announcement of this and their recent statement that he is a martyr for Islam, you know they never disowned him in fact but are angry!
Jordan will receive major retribution for their collaboration with us and their perceived turning on Islam! as I am writing this I just heard that Al Qaeda has vowed to continue and I just heard that there is a continuation of bombings and killings in Iraq.
I will say again that we are winning nothing. This is just starting and will continue to spread. after it spreads through Iraq and the entire middle east, the entire world will be involved.

Iran & Bush continue Mutual Facades of Concern & Cooperation!
Condi has supposedly scored a coup in announcing that the U.S. would speak to Iran if Iran would suspend Uranium enrichment.
http://blog.foreignpolicy.com/node/732
Bush has only succeeded in appearing to be diplomatic and attempting to get his way peacefully. I'm sorry but we have learned the hard way that Bush does nothing peacefully. Facades of concern are his political wall and Iran has learned that lesson well from someone!
We hear Iran reacted positively Tuesday to a package of incentives -- including a previously undisclosed offer of U.S. nuclear help -- aimed at enticing it to stop uranium enrichment. The American offer to provide technology for Iran's civilian nuclear program is another facade. It is not a sign of major concessions from Washington.
Tehran is under intense international pressure to accept the deal, which the U.S., Europe and Iran's allies Russia and China hope will lead to a breakthrough return to negotiations.
Iran's top nuclear negotiator, Ali Larijani, said the proposals had "positive steps" but said talks were needed to clear up ambiguities. Iran promised to seriously study the proposals but gave no timeframe for a response. A continuation of Iran's facade of concern & cooperation!
http://www.businessweek.com/ap/financialnews/D8I2SCS81.htm?sub=apn_home_down&chan=db
Let me remind you of a few facts! These are victories for Iran Only!
Iran has in the past made it quite clear that having nuclear technology and enriching Uranium was a right they would under no condition relinquish. We in turn continue to have the stance that they must stop enrichment before we will talk with them.
In light of those little facts and the fact that we know Iran has built and is building with the help of a couple supposed allies, more, deeper, better protected and hidden, nuclear facilities.
What on earth makes us think we can monitor them and keep them honest if that is the idea?
No way! They will buy more time as many of you know. They will get what they want. In the end they appear to be cooperating while continuing whatever their plans are?
Bush gets to say he is trying everything he can diplomatically before he attacks Iran as he has planned all along.
Absolutely nothing gained for us who only want peace!

Iraq is a Pressure Cooker: One Morticians view of Bush's Success "Story"
Allegations that U.S. Marines massacred as many as 24 innocent civilians in Haditha provide a dire illustration of the psychological stresses and moral tests that service members face in their fight against Iraq's unrelenting insurgency.
But look at it from a morticians eyes! What Bush doesn't want you to hear about his created Hell for Iraqi civilians!
This is a war without front lines against an enemy who wears no uniform. Death can come at any moment, from the blast of a bomb hidden along a road or a mortar round lobbed onto a base. And often, in the angry moments after a comrade's life is ripped away, there is no readily identifiable enemy to confront - only a foreign population in which friend, foe and bystander may seem indistinguishable.
It's a pressure cooker. It's a 24/7 situation in which you're constantly worried about your safety, about danger," said Matthew Friedman, executive director of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs' National Center for Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder.
http://www.mercurynews.com/...
Haditha is focusing attention on civilian deaths at the hands of U.S. troops. But Iraqis have much more to fear from their own.
To understand just how brutal the war in Iraq has become, spend a day at work with Sheik Jamal al-Sudani. A Baghdad mortician, he travels to the holy city of Najaf every Friday to bury the capital's unclaimed and unknown dead--the scores of bodies that turn up every day, bearing no identifying characteristics save the method by which they were murdered.
On a typical trip to the Wadi al-Salaam cemetery last month, Sheik Jamal and a small band of volunteers unload the grim cargo they have brought 100 miles from the Iraqi capital in an old flatbed truck. Sheathed in powder-blue body bags are the remains of 72 men, many of them bearing signs of terrible torture.
Holes in the skull made by power drills, mutilated genitals, burns. They are the signature of the shadowy Shi'ite groups that have been kidnapping and murdering hundreds of men and boys, most of them Sunnis, in a campaign that has terrorized Baghdad's neighborhoods.
On any given Friday, Sheik Jamal inters Iraqis killed by roadside bombs ("I can tell how close they were to the blast from the extent of burning and depth of the shrapnel wounds"), execution ("Their hands are usually tied behind their back, and they've been shot in the head"), garroting and beheading.
He buries victims of U.S. air strikes, some of whose bodies have been fused together by the heat of the explosion "so you can't tell which limb belongs to which head." Every now and again, he will get a body bag with charred-black body parts, dismembered by massive explosions. Those are the remains of suicide bombers. "When you explode a bomb strapped to your chest," he says, "it tears up your body in a particular way."
Death comes to Iraq now in many new and terrible forms. Though there is outrage among many Iraqis about the alleged massacre in Haditha last November, the violence on Iraq's streets is so unrelentingly horrific that even the worst atrocities have lost their power to shock. Few Iraqis even know how many people have died by the bullets and bombs.
Definitive statistics are impossible to find in a country where the most violent provinces are out of bounds for journalists and human-rights workers, and where the state infrastructure--hospitals, morgues, police stations--is not up to the task of caring for the living, never mind counting the dead.
According to the Iraq Body Count project, the most frequently cited source, at least 38,000 Iraqi civilians have been killed since May 1, 2003, when President George W. Bush announced that "major combat operations" had ended.
More controversially, a study in the British medical journal Lancet in November 2004 put the toll at more than 100,000 since the invasion. Both studies say more than 4 in 10 of those deaths are attributable to U.S. forces.

Troops Forced To Join Army or Lose as Navy & AF are cut: Another move To Avoid A Draft!
I was going to do a post today on bush's created sectarian civil war In Iraq worsening by the day.
http://anaverageamericanpatriot.blogspot.com/...
I saw this story though and am a little bothered. In the past we have done many posts on the fact that Bush has raised pay, increased benefits, raised bonuses,(all of which are deserved), but he has also increased the maximum enlistment age (42 and a grandparent is the last I heard.
Of late we have heard that 7'000 navy personnel were being trained to fight In Iraq and give combatants a break. I don't know the number but it is also being done with Air Force personnel.
Normal enough at first hear but read beyond the first line. How low will they go? Im appalled. These were members of the military harmlessly training on the border right? Wrong!
They were the members of the first platoon of Alpha Company, completing two and a half hours of marching in the hot sun at the National Guard headquarters Saturday.
Alpha Company is composed of former Air Force and Navy men and women who are switching to the U.S. Army. Still sounds somewhat normal but getting suspicious!
Then we start learning the truth!
As many as 50,000 military men and women were recently informed they no longer had jobs -- a result of reductions in the size of the Air Force and Navy. The Army, however, is always in need of a few good soldiers. So many of the men and women, instead of taking a discharge, come to New Mexico to train to be in the Army.
You first think Border patrol but they are now in the Army, Eligible for Iraq!
The 30-day training includes a stimulated firefight in the ruins of the old New Mexico State Penitentiary. There also are drills on running check points, rappelling, handling weapons, urban warfare, improvised explosive devices and grenades. The trainees also learn how to march Army style. Many of the men who help with the training have been deployed in Iraq and know, from firsthand experience, what soldiers are likely to see there or other places they might be sent in the world. Take the New Mexico virtual tour!
You can bet they will be. Bush misuses and abuses everything and everyone including the military. People used to enter a branch because it offered the level of discipline, lifestyle, or whether you wanted to fight, if so what type of fighting. I don't know what to say or think about this. He is the original backdoor man!
