Iraqi-cities-rocked-by-surge-of-violence compliments of the United States and George W Bush

Iraq 'more deadly' than year ago says Iraq watchdog: He said the killing of US soldiers and senior Iraqi figures, had risen, along with attacks in Baghdad. The report contradicts usually upbeat assessments from the US military.

At least 59 die in wave of attacks across Iraq: The violence struck from the northern city of Kirkuk to the capital of Baghdad to the southern Shiite cities of Najaf, Kut and Karbala, and emphasized the persistent ability of insurgents to wreak havoc at a time when Iraqi officials are weighing whether they are able to protect the country without the assistance of American troops.

Iraq's cities rocked by surge of violence: The attacks, which took place in 17 cities and wounded more than 230 people, were quickly condemned by parliament speaker Osama al-Nujaifi, who blamed security leaders for unspecified "violations." In Monday's worst attack, a roadside bomb in the centre of Kut, south of Baghdad, at 8am local time was followed minutes later by a nearby car bomb

Iraq attacks raise new concerns about US pullout

Bush ignored all good advice to the contrary and guaranteed this civil war that will envelop the entire Middle East Arab spring aside and we are doing our damnedest to stay in the middle of it so we can take on Iran which is why Bush attacked Iraq to get us back in the Middle East in the first place. In Iraq, why American troops might stay: Despite all the reasons to get out, American military officials have often sounded as though they would rather be invited to stay than given an excuse to leave. And, indeed, some defense analysts have said there are good reasons to maintain a presence, albeit reduced, in Iraq. We don’t need a large combat presence,” said Anthony Cordesman, of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “We need Special Forces and perhaps some forces who would be effectively combat troops.” The desire for a continued American presence as a counterweight to Iran is shared privately by some Iraqi lawmakers and Al-Maliki may be able to persuade the government to accept American “instructors” on Iraqi soil.
We have discussed this numerous times as to setting up Custer's last stand in Iraq, last on 7/16

If we don't leave Iraq in 2011 it will be Custer's last stand on a grand scale period: I hate to say it but that appears to be our goal, perpetual war wherever we can find it.

If you have been following my line of thought on this illegal war in Iraq you know civil war was guaranteed from day one when Bush ignored the warning and why. Many of you will agree it is coming soon and it is inevitable. The Kurd's want us there to protect their free Kurdistan which will be over when we are gone.

The Sunni want us to stay in order to protect them from Shiite violence they feel is backed by Iran. Incidentally you can bet if not now Saudi Arabia will be helping the Sunni. Well what a surprise huh?

I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.

As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis) order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. Much worse than the hell on earth they created for Iraq. Did you ever read A clean Break a 2003 Executive intelligence Review that tells the truth as to our diabolical plans

That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.

We freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!

You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!

What about the Kurds who want their autonomy and they do not want to share their oil fields period. Nuri Al-Maliki wants that issue resolved and it will never be. The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too.

Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he still calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East Sunni against Shiite. Bush had long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! That will never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program is going to be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale if we are still there when this breaks open! Looking at the war cabinet Obama has amassed I am going to say at this point that this is going to happen even under a President Obama. Watch out Iran, watch out world, watch out America!

You realize why they don't want us to leave Jim. The insurgents as well as the government there have a nice cash flow compliments of the U.S. taxpayer. The government lives behind walled and armed compounds paid for by us. The insurgents skim money from aid programs meant to rebuild. If we leave they'll all have to work for a living.

This is another case of America's stupidity. I remember pointing out to a Guy during the invasion of Iraq about what this would amount to ... he told me it wasnt about oil or business and referred to revenge of the World Trade Center 9/11 attack's .. we got robbed milked, and even as I posted billion's in snrink wrapped cash stolen, they say it ended up missing or diappeared in the media ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh ... I did a posting month's back showing a amateur You Tube video via phone on Iraq 2011 ... there were gvmnt military gunning down protestor's in the street's for just assembling, a government of so called "new democracy" set up by America themselves of course, that shows you how full of shit and worthless America's leadership is, and frankly deserve the terrorism they get at that! : )

BTW, the bottom line is ... Iraq was better off under Saddam Hussein.

I know Demeur but we have to get the hell out of there. I remember Bush wanting a Korea style force and it seems we are going to have it. Hell this is the middle east, it will never go, only serve to have us there when either side gets a war with Iran going. Even my warrior son has had about enough between this the economy and everything else.

RC It really peeved me so much cash was stolen by them and supposed patriotic Americans. Thousands and thousands of weapons were stolen too.

I have a piece I am posting on why Gaddafi was really attacked and it explains why Iraq was really attacked. I am pissed though I still feel Iraq was attacked to get in the middle east to eventually go after Iran which I still believe.

I agree with you RC! I believe they will never get back the basic necessities of life. It pissed me off Bush saying God told him to and the prick flew away proud of the mess he made there, here, and around the world.

Yeah Jim, Bush was freaked out on the "God" thing ... I dont think he was like that when he was younger though, after almost losing his familia over his booze problem and so many failed business venture's, he got with one of them "Born Again" group's out West Texas way, where they sit in circle's and whine about all they lost and shit, rubbing each other's asses and such, etc Then having that greed extreme freak Cheney advising him after he got in office was another issue, but yeah, Bush was on the born again mission before he was ever candidate, and from what I gather was talking to one of them Minister's on the side here in Texas, and believed he was being "called", after talking to himself in his head and identifying the voice in his mind with some external entity of a higher power, the usual thing those type's do.

Why Mudflap (Qadaffi) and Saddam really got pinched? That ought be be interesting ... I mean ... I "think" I know why Saddam was pinched, but I could be wrong, it's only my own assessment ... but I thought it was because he wasnt a global corporate team player and was ratholing oil selling it on the black market and at the time Iraq was said to have been sitting on about 30% of the world's oil reserve's (not sure what grade they produce though), and a couple other thing's, the big player's dont like Lone Rangers sort of thing. But although Saddam was an evil character, he had a form of order there, that western intervention has not been able to get going. What really got me Jim, was just about 5 year's after the takeover of Iraq ... all these Iraqi citizen's were on the labour meat rack's in the cities (like wetbacks do in Dallas, Houston, and LA, standing on street's and parking lot's to get picked up for cash day labour) because they couldnt find work due to all the "guest worker immigrant's" that were brought in from foreign countries by contracting companies ... Hell Dude, we probably had to pay for them too and didnt know it ... heh, heh, heh, heh, heh : ) No, I didnt even think about the stealing gun's part, but sound's logical ... I mean ... gun's are alwayz in demand.

Hey Jim, several year's (less than a decade) after the fall of USSR (true story too) ... I had a friend from Mexico who presented me with an offer one night, and he had a trunk load of 9mm(s) that he was selling by the truckload damn near, going as low as $90 buck's per piece (selling singular) but when I looked at them, they had that lil USSR sickle on the grip, I didnt ask where they were from right then, I just wanted one (of course making sure the bloody thing worked at a price that cheap) but I picked out a bunch ... a guy I took a few too, to see if he liked any, went to check out a gun, and decided to shoot a poor cat that was near by, to make sure it worked ... I said ... "Hey Dude, WTF, did you do that for?" ... he just sayz ... "Oh c'mon Tom, what are you now, and animal right's activist?" I just thought that was shitty to do. I didnt know nothin else about them, beside's they were coming into Texas from Mexico ... which I never would have expected ... I mean ... Mexico? (How the fuck did they get way down there, I was wondering?)

Later Jim ....

You know RC, I was pissed right from the get go with the idiot false Christian Bush. Cheney and Rove needed a mindless idiot to push their agenda through so they got one elected.

Remember Cheney was asked to pick a VP and picked himself. You saw what the results was and we will never get out from underneath it or be able to forget it that is why I get pissed when people say get over Bush.

It sickens me to see we have another Bush in Rick Perry running for President. They better start holding that holier than thou piss ant murdering Governor of Texas accountable before he gets elected, Bush Cheney Rove's agenda put back on the fast track and the average American and our America is finished off.

Sadly it will get even worse if the Repug's do not get back in control again cause the little fucks say it is their way or the highway and they are in control in charge or not. Very scary! I'll take on of those 9 mikes please and we may end up having to eat that cat, He He!
