With all roads pointing to future catastrophe I see a good possibility of the 28th Amendment being to keep Bush at the helm of the mess he created himself!
I remember years ago hearing talk of a Constitutional Amendment to keep Bush in office if there was an increase in his created wars. That was specifically in regard to a possible war withy Iran. I am not the only one that sees that I am sorry to say as a small part of the future Bush has set in motion for us and the world. With the country environmentally and structurally falling apart as well as the growing dangers with Russia, India, Pakistan, China, hell around the world, If we are lucky enough to escape another stolen election or a Musharraf it dawned on me this morning that keeping the chief idiot at the helm of this mess is another possibility even with a Democratic Congress.
Though you know as well as I do he created this mess but will of course deny. I researched the Amendments and the possibility of this happening in the form of a 28th Amendment and was amazed to see the amount of proposals that have failed. With horror seeing all the failures in amending marriage, prohibition, States rights, and many more I started fearing many of the scenarios we continuously discuss in regard to us being totally controlled by Bush a more or less permanent decider.
I see nothing but chaos for us. Anyway it made me look at our Constitution knowing it means nothing to Bush beyond something he must self interpret to follow his plan for total control. Looking at the first 10 amendments (The Bill of Rights) and the other 17 Amendments, the Constitution as we all know already is absolutely worthless.
