Is Iran a Religious military dictatorship? You bet

Remember this? Barred from poll, Rafsanjani calls Iranian leaders ignorant and incompetent. This election will be much worse than 2009 but in the end?

"I don't think the country could have been run worse, even if it had been planned in advance," Rafsanjani said to members of his campaign team on Wednesday, according to the Kaleme report. "I don't want to stoop to their propaganda and attacks but ignorance is troubling. Don't they understand what they're doing?"

Of course they do! Rafsanjani was President after the Iraq war and rebuilt Iran. He became known as the easy man because he got things done. He is what is needed today. As a result the current regime looks at him as a threat to their warring regemin. Disallowing him from running is probably going to get things much worse because of the IRG. Remember the Iron fist they used on the people after the corrupt 2009 election. The people were finally quelled but we knew they were not silenced.

Is Iran a Religious military dictatorship? You bet

I say it to often today that once our so called leaders mention that something is an issue it is too late to do anything about it because it has gone too far. That is the case with Iran's clandestine nuclear weapons program and also labeling Iran as a military dictatorship. We have discussed this numerous times in the past. The fact that it is, is a long given as certainly events since the stolen election have proven. Iran's Revolutionary Guard is in charge!

On top of all the instigating Iran is doing in every instance I am very concerned with her desire for nuclear weapons, her willingness to use them, and the fact that we gave Iran her nuclear start in the 50s. The nuclear program of Iran was launched in the 1950s with the help of the United States as part of the Atoms for Peace program.[1] The support, encouragement and participation of the United States and Western European governments in Iran's nuclear program continued until the 1979 Islamic revolution that toppled the Shah of Iran. We are so concerned about Pakistan and Iran today in regard to nuclear abilities and nuclear weapons and security. I was blown away to find out that we built the first nuclear Reactors in both Iran and Pakistan. 1953 atoms for peace

Reading the book by Con Coughlin titled Khomeini's Ghost - The Iranian Revolution and the Rise of Militant Islam while as usual not totally correct it certainly makes you think and put everything in its proper frightening perspective. Please look at the book review and decide for yourself. From Khomeini's response on his return to Iran after 15 years of exile to today's events it all makes sense and the world better be concerned as there is more than idle threats and braggadocio coming from Ahmadinejad. Khomeini's Ghost - The Iranian Revolution and the ...

A reminder: When asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. The drive even then was to possess a nuclear weapon though that desire is still denied until Iran can get their hands on one.

I have tried to give Iran the benefit of the doubt when they say their nuclear desires are peaceful knowing they could use nuclear power as an energy source for their growing population. I have always asserted that perceived need could be cover for the real goal of developing a nuclear weapon. I now believe it is!

IRG Ahmadinejad, the stolen election, the killing and imprisonment of the children of the Revolution, the violent crushing of all opposition, the clandestine nuclear program, It is all making sense, beware! Natanz, Qom, Isfahan, Bushehr, Natanz, how many more nuclear facilities? How will this end?

As this ratchets up instigated by the Basiji and the IRGC another reminder! You know how I feel about Iran's Revolutionary Guard Command, but now there are many pro Government citizens calling for the death of those against the current regime and the IRGC! Like most I believe the election was stolen. I originally thought it had to be known right to the top but I do not think so. I now thing even Ayatollah Khamenei was duped about the stolen election. Some not all of the clerics have been dragged into bed with the IRG!

As you know, the IRGC was set up to protect the ruling authority after 1979 and are supposed to be controlled By Ayatollah Khamenei's authority. I know Ahmadinejad and 2/3 of his first 21 member cabinet are ex IRGC members and that simply reinforces that I am right to believe the IRGC has become the final authority not the Supreme leader.

The IRGC is in control of furthering Shiite demands around the Middle East! You know by now what they are doing in Yemen, Iraq,, Syria, and everywhere they can in the Middle East. I now believe Khamenei is the power behind the crackdown but he is unknowingly enforcing a lie! Iran will not give up her nuclear weapons designs and will never give up power or efforts to dominate the Middle East. Ahmadinejad and the IRGC are the driving force and will not relent. Increasing sanctions will only work to defeat all the opposition has done.
Having said that, it will be interesting to see if Khamenei in the end allows Ahmadinejad's close ally Esfandiar Rahim Mashaie to run. I doubt it because they do not want to see their instigating come to a halt. As long as we can keep from conflict with Iran I firmly believe that the people will rebel again and it will be much worse than 2009 with the same result. I for one do not like it but?

You know, I have long said that Iran’s civilian nuclear program is a cover for their nuclear weapons program. You know that Arab leaders feel the same way. They fear a nuclear arms race and I can only conclude that knowing how far along Iran is and how they feel, that they are hedging their bets and an arms race is already under way clandestinely. The only question is when will it become an overt arms race and just how big the middle east explosion I have been predicting since Bush attacked Iraq, will be?

Iran's top leader: Nuclear solution 'easy' if West is serious

Iran's top leader: Nuclear solution 'easy' if West is serious"The opposition front against Iran does not want the nuclear issue to be solved," Khamenei told a group of judiciary officials Wednesday. Khamenei, who has final say on all state matters, singled out the U.S. for what he called "new excuses" to block possible headway on negotiations over Tehran's nuclear program.
That means trust Iran who once said they would use nuclear weapons on Israel if they had them. Trust Iran who vowed to wipe Israel and the US off the map. Trust Iran who says they need nuclear power for medical purposes. Trust Iran after all that and more that they do not have a clandestine nuclear weapons program as I firmly believe they do.

President Rowhani promised the people he would try to cooperate with the west and get sanctions reduced in order to better theur lives and he immediately holds true That said, remember who is ultimately in charge. The ultimate decision to make concessions lies in the hands of Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.

Iran 'ready to suspend 20 per cent uranium enrichment' thanks to President Rowhani, but?

Stopping work on production of uranium to a level that would allow Tehran to make an atomic weapon has been a key demand in talks between Iran and world powers. Mr Lavrov also warned there was a danger that a major opportunity could be lost if the world is not prepared to ease UN sanctions.

President Rowhani promised the people he would try to cooperate with the west and get sanctions reduced in order to better theur lives and he immediately holds true That said, remember who is ultimately in charge. Iran funeral descends into anti-regime protest ahead of election; June 14 another 2009?

*What to make of Rafsanjani's disqualification: Khamenei's authority has been significantly eroded and the incumbent President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad began to challenge him openly. Ahmadinejad handpicked Rahim Mashaei as his successor to keep the presidency within his own faction, only to be stymied by the Guardian Council.
I think this is going to be bad but we will see soon. There was a lot of outrage over the 2009 stolen election that was quelled with outrageous brutality. I was told then that with Iranian's the anger does not go away it just seethes until something happens and it blows once again only worse. The way this is being set up and displayed, this is going to do it.
When asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. Khamenei is not going to let his programs "nuclear, for the midd;le east, and around the world" for Iran to be derailed. I have never heard of such a thing as deciding who can run and who can't when they are obviously qualified. In Mousavi, Karroubi, Rafsanjani, and yes even Mashei you would have a great field. Any of the first 3 would be a great proven leader at this time for Iran and be better for Iran and its people but it will not be allowed. What the heck is that?
IRG Ahmadinejad, the stolen election, the killing and imprisonment of the children of the Revolution, the violent crushing of all opposition, the clandestine nuclear program, It is all making sense, beware! Natanz, Qom, Isfahan, Bushehr, Natanz, how many more nuclear facilities? How will this end?

Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei warns Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and the office of President can be eliminated

I do not know if it will be that easy! It sounds more like a guaranteed civil war to me.

A couple years back we asked: If Iran was moving toward military dictatorship? You bet it is! Do You think Khamenei and Religious leaders can stop it now?

Iran moving toward military dictatorship? Watch the video is Iran a military Dictatorship? You bet it is! I believe revolution is more like it.

In the ongoing political skirmishes among Iran's leadership, it was the equivalent of bringing out the heavy ammunition: The country's most powerful figure warning that the post of elected president could someday be scrapped. Although no overhauls appear on the immediate horizon after Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei's comment — he spoke only vaguely about possibilities in the "distant future" — the mere mention of eliminating Iran's highest elected office shows the severity and scope of the power struggle between Khamenei and President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad.

For months, the ruling theocracy has been piling pressure on Ahmadinejad and arresting his allies for attempts to challenge the near-absolute authority of the cleric-ruled system that has controlled Iran since the 1979 Islamic Revolution. The blunt words by Khamenei on Sunday suggest a two fold agenda: Further tightening the lid on Ahmadinejad and showing others in the wings that Iran's rulers are ready to take drastic measures to protect what's theirs.

"There is bad blood," said Mehrzad Boroujerdi, who follows Iranian affairs at Syracuse University. "Khamenei is trying to make it very clear that the system can only handle so much discord and that he holds the stronger cards." It also marks one of the first clear hints of the ruling clerics' hardball strategies for parliamentary elections in March. Khamenei and his allies are expected to use their many tools, including the ability to vet and block candidates, to try to steamroll Ahmadinejad's backers and push the president — once Khamenei's protégé — farther into the political margins.

The ruling power structure in Iran, which includes not only hard-line clerics but also the hugely influential Revolutionary Guard, appears increasingly eager to snuff out the internal bickering. It's seen as an unwelcome distraction as the country confronts critical issues such as whether to restart nuclear negotiations with the West, complaints about its human rights record and U.S. allegations that a special unit of the Guard was linked to a plot to assassinate the Saudi ambassador in Washington.

I say it to often today that once our so called leaders mention that something is an issue it is too late to do anything about it because it has gone too far. Last November I asked: Natanz, Qom, Arak, Isfahan, Bushehr, how many more nuclear facilities? Now we know, 4!

Iran raises stakes by announcing four new nuclear reactors, God willing you'll be punished a bit and sit at the negotiating table like a polite child,!

We are finding out how more every day and it isn't good as Iran was to build 2 new nuclear enrichment sites' and Israel unveiled a drone that 'can reach Iran'. We managed to get that changed to four with our new sanctions. Iran to build 4 new nuclear reactors

I know some of you have been critical about my stance on Iran over the years but I am convinced Iran, the IRG, Ahmadinejad, Ayatollah Khamenei, they have no good intentions with their nuclear program. The years of lies are just starting to come to a head! We just learned that Saudi Arabia has opened its airspace so Israel will be able to attack Iran's nuclear sites. Seems like Iran is building redundancy and taunting Israel to move quicker. They are not going to stop what we started in the 50's ith our atoms for peace program.

We discussed that by attacking Iraq and further destabilizing the Middle East Bush freed Iran to interfere where they can and they are! He freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

As you know, when asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran in 1979 after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply was “nothing” Whoa!

I now believe it is and I think it is too late but the IAEA has finally woken up to that fact!

* Just one day after Mohamed ElBaradei finally castigated Iran for what he finally believes is a clandestine nuclear weapons program the IAEA demanded Iran freeze all operations at the so called secret nuclear site on an IRG base in the holy city of Qum that even G W Bush knew about and never said anything. We knew that would not stop any more than anything else would.

It is a little late to start expressing serious concern over potential military designs with their nuclear program though I am greatly encouraged that even China and Russia may be behind a resolution further sanctioning Iran. However there is no way the IRG (Iranian Revolutionary Guard) Khamenei, or Ahmadinejad, will do anything the world tells them to let alone curtail their “God given” nuclear program.

Israel also for what it is worth said they would put off any thought of action against Iran’s nuclear abilities. The targets we know about are growing let alone the ones we know nothing about and you can bet they exist. Duplicity is their best friend in this instance. You know they will never cooperate with what we want as Bush freed them to do as they want and that will continue.

As damaging info builds by the day I reiterate: IRG Ahmadinejad, the stolen election, the killing and imprisonment of the children of the Revolution, the violent crushing of all opposition, the clandestine nuclear program, It is all making sense, beware! Natanz, Qom, Arak, Isfahan, Bushehr, how many more nuclear facilities? How will this end? Iran will never relent period until they attain nuclear weapons!

We are finding out how more every day and it isn't good as Iran 'to build 2 new nuclear enrichment sites' and Israel unveils drone that 'can reach Iran'. Iran 'to build new nuclear sites'

I know some of you have been critical about my stance on Iran over the years but I am convinced Iran, the IRG, Ahmadinejad, Ayatollah Khamenei, they have no good intentions with their nuclear program. The years of lies are just starting to come to a head!

I now believe it is and I think it is too late but the IAEA has finally woken up to that fact!

* Just one day after Mohamed ElBaradei finally castigated Iran for what he finally believes is a clandestine nuclear weapons program the IAEA is now demanding Iran freeze all operations at the so called secret nuclear site on an IRG base in the holy city of Qum that even G W Bush knew about and never said anything.

Iran moving toward military dictatorship, Clinton says: Again, too late they have been for years now!

Is Iran a military dictatorship?

Iran moving toward military dictatorship, Clinton says Watch the video is Iran a military Dictatorship? You bet it is!

I originally though it had to be known right to the top but I do not think so. I now thing even Ayatollah Khamenei was duped about the stolen election. Some not all of the clerics have been dragged into bed with the IRG!

As you know, the IRGC was set up to protect the ruling authority after 1979 and are supposed to be controlled By Ayatollah Khamenei authority. I know Ahmadinejad and 2/3 of his first 21 member cabinet are ex IRGC members and that simply reinforces that I am right to believe the IRGC has become the final authority not the Supreme leader.

The IRGC is in control of furthering Shiite demands around the Middle East! You know by no what they are doing in Yemen, Iraq, and everywhere they can in the Middle East.

Iran Censured Over Nuclear Program by UN Watchdog: Sorry but it is Too little too late!

Nuclear defiance? IAEA votes on Iran censure resolution

At least now the resolution censuring Iran passed overwhelmingly by 25 to 3. For what it is worth China and Russia have finally joined the US, Britain, France, and others while the three dissenters were the expected villains Malaysia, Cuba, and Venezuela.

Israel also for what it is worth said they would put off any thought of action against Iran’s nuclear abilities until after Obama’s end of year deadline promising “crippling sanctions” does not cooperate. You know they will not and we just wrote that Bush freed them to do as they want and that will continue.

I do not trust Iran an Iota any more! I am more concerned than ever about what Iran is really up to and not just with their nuclear ambitions. Iran Censured Over Nuclear Program by UN Watchdog

Khomeini's Ghost - The Iranian Revolution and the Rise of Militant Islam Makes sense of everything including Ayatollah Sistani

You know I have said many times that having legitimacy is not Ayatollah Khamenei's concern! Ayatollah Khomeini betrayed the 1979 revolution right off the bat and Khamenei is following him. That is why the most popular Ayatollah in Iran Ayatollah Sistani who has lived in Iraq since he was a teenager but visited Iran every year left Iran for Iraq and has never returned.

Ayatollah Sistani is gaining more converts every day. Ayatollah Montazeri was a leader of the Revolution too and has disagreed with Khamenei's betrayal of the Revolution. Instead of leaving like Ayatollah Sistani he chose to stay in Iran and has frequently butted heads with Khamenei. Ayatollah Sistani the most powerful Ayatollah in Iran has stayed out of Iran since the 1979 Revolution. He said the Revolution was betrayed and it was. Ayatollah Sistani Intrigue

New world order takes shape and without Iran unless they shape up! Ahmadinejad warns you'll be sorry!

World Leaders Accuse Iran of Secret Nuke Plant

Obama on Iran Nuke Program

Should Iran be sanctioned for hiding nuclear plant?

The G20 meet to discuss the future and the new economic order while warning Iran that if they want to be a part of it they must allow inspection of their newly discovered secret uranium enrichment plant! At least now the world is finally in agreement on something but it is the average citizen once again that will be used as pawns and suffer under increased sanctions while the Government follows its not so well hidden agenda. New world economic order takes shape at G20 G20 membership is from 19 countries

Meanwhile The West warned Iran today that it will face fresh sanctions by December unless it can persuade the world of a “profound change” in its nuclear stance after the existence of its secret underground uranium enrichment plant was revealed.

I am at least happy to hear Medvedev say that we are slowly making progress on old issues even as new ones continue to emerge and we must deal with them too. I have to believe he was referring to the recent disclosure that Iran had developed another underground secret uranium enrichment plant. I am relieved to hear that Russia will do everything they can to ensure Iran cooperates with the IAEA and gives full disclosure on their real intentions for what its worth!
At the same time Two First Steps on Nuclear Weapons were taken

Obama: Urgent Nuclear Threats Require International Cooperation I am also glad to hear this and the fact that the G8 is going to be replaced with the G20 as the guiding body to ensure future compliance as there is so much at stake here for the entire world. Again I say "for what it's worth" because I do not see Iran complying with anybody nor do I see the twin coups mentioned in the following link!

Obama scores twin coups on Iran, economy

I am sorry but I do not see any coup yet! Iran defies Obama and vows to switch on 'secret' nuclear facility I just got through hearing Ahmadinejad say Iran is following the rules that say they do not have to disclose any new nuclear facilities until 6 months before they are due to become operational. I do not understand the big secret! We are building a new facility, what is the big deal? I do not see a twin Coup here or any victory. I am still waiting to hear from China! China looks like a maybe for once

* In closing Obama says it's a new day Ahmadinejad says no. Ground zero on the nuclear standoff with Iran is now the holy city of Qom, Not good! The G20 will replace the G8 to stop nuclear proliferation. Sarkozy says Iran has till October 1st or else and Gordon Brown's line in the sand better hold. Sand is not a very strong foundation as Ahmadinejad warns "you will all be sorry, even Moscow who now says they will help the IAEA verify compliance. What's next?
