Texas is running out of the drug used to execute prisoners  because they kill so many people

Texas faces possible shortage of execution drug:  Texas is running out of the drug used to execute prisoners in what has become the most active death penalty state in the country. A spokesman for the Texas Department of Criminal Justice released a statement to the Los Angeles Times on Thursday confirming that the state’s remaining supply of pentobarbital “will expire” in September.

The agency is exploring all options including alternate sources of pentobarbital or an alternate drug for use in the lethal injection process,” spokesman Jason Clark said in the statement. So far this year, Texas has executed 11 inmates...  That is an astronomical amount!

Texas marked a solemn moment in criminal justice, executing its 500th inmate since it resumed carrying out capital punishment in 1982.

Kimberly McCarthy, who was put to death Wednesday evening for the murder of her 71-year-old neighbor, was also the first woman executed in the US in nearly three years. Governor Perry the new Texecutioner and proud of it: Now he qualifies for President?

Supreme Court halts killer's execution in Texas: The U.S. Supreme Court Thursday halted the execution of a black man convicted of a double murder in Texas 16 years ago after his lawyers contended his sentence was unfair because of a question asked about race during his trial. Duane Buck, 48, was spared from lethal injection when the justices, without comment, said they would review an appeal in his case. Two appeals, both related to a psychologist's testimony that black people were more likely to commit violence, were before the court. One was granted. The other denied.

Death Penalty: Applause for Rick Perry’s ‘Ultimate ...: Texas Gov. Rick Perry apparently loses no sleep over authorizing 234 executions in more than a decade as Texas governor.Perry has authorized more executions than any governor in the history of the United States. He said at a Republican presidential debate Wednesday that he has never worried that the state of Texas has executed an innocent man.

Perry has now executed more than the original Texacutioner George W Bush and has no qualms about hanging an innocent man as he has already proven. That said, I am not sure how I feel about treating a person differently because his genes or color predispose him to be violent. I don't think I agree with that but...

Hell Perry already hung a known innocent man! The Texas sanctioned Willingham murder and cover up gets deeper and deeper! Please sign the petition!

Texas Executes 9/11 'Revenge Killer'

I was also going to discuss Bush who as Governor of Texas killed legally more Americans than anyone in history. I implore you to read the story at the link of who he killed and the fact that he was known as The Texacutioner It just absolutely amazed me that Bush is known as the biggest serial killer in history with the okaying of killing 154 prisoners as Governor of Texas. Cause of Death listed on their Death Certificates "Homicide" It absolutely stuns me that Bush can do this and still get an invite to speak at Notre Dame.

* Thinking about the fact that Bush killed all those people many veterans and retarded and was still the Popes friend and spoke at Notre Dame I found out why! The catechism use to teach that God had entrusted civil authorities with the power over life and death. Also the Vatican had the Death Penalty on their books until 1969! Religion and capital punishment

Those little tidbits pointed out, what is it about Texas penchant with the death penalty? Bush killed almost as many people as Perry and he was elected President and we are still suffering from that turn out with much suffering to come.

I refuse to believe Governor Perry who purposely put to death an innocent man thinks God and the people were calling him to run for President. He is also the fool who wanted Texas to secede from the union. What the hell is wrong with us? WTF?

They do not call Orca's killer whales for nothing

California delays ban on orcas for year:A California legislative panel Tuesday put off action on a proposed ban on captive orcas, choosing to study the matter. Sea World Entertainment Inc., owner of the namesake theme parks, said it would seek damages if the measure is enacted. The shares rose the most since January.

"If you ban them, you buy them," said Scott Wetch, a lobbyist for Sea World, which is based in Orlando, Fla.The legislation, if enacted, would force the company to close its signature show in San Diego, one of three company parks in the United States with performing killer whales. BS!

They do not call Orca's killer whales for nothing.

Sea World justified in court endangering trainers working with the likes of Tillicum the killer whale a 3 time killer, now they are fighting OSHA's ruling against them.

SeaWorld challenges ban on whale-trainer contact

Theme parks, zoos and aquariums across the nation are casting a wary eye on a hearing in Florida as SeaWorld Orlando fights penalties it drew after a trainer was drowned by a killer whale. The Orlando Sentinel reports that SeaWorld is appealing a $75,000 fine, "but far more than a financial slap on the wrist is at stake for SeaWorld, a $1.2 billion-a-year business with namesake marine parks in Florida, California and Texas."

That particular whale has now killed three times. There is no way in hell It should still be active or SeaWorld justifying working so closely with killer whales or any wild animals. Sea world was at fault for the trainers death: Have some damn sense!

It's a frigging fish! Leave the fish alone! They should have held sea world libel for being idiots. I watched the video of her with the whale just prior and it blew me away. What the heck do they think? How did this not happen years ago? After I watched it I was livid and said to my wife that it was her fault, sea worlds fault for not knowing the nature of the beast they were working with. Her death is on their heads!

I listened to the sea world representative telling the public about the adjustments sea world implemented immediately at their three parks. I heard Jack Hannah hit the problem but not the way he should have so the problem was not addressed.

He said he was not sure what Tillicum the orca was thinking but I damn well do. In the final analysis you always want to walk in another mans shoes to experience how he thinks and feels the way he does. It is extremely critical and as you see detrimental to your well being if you do not do that with wild animals which this 12000 pound killer whale is.

Most of you fish or have fished. You know how to get them to attack your hook. Lure him, wiggle a worm in front of them and he will grab it. That was not an attack that was an orca doing what comes natural to them. I watched the tape of trainer Dawn Bronchia feeding Tillicum just before the incident. My first thought was no wonder he grabbed her pony tail, it was a tease.

I heard the spokesman say there are no plans to ban pony tails or set limits on hair length but they better put themselves in a killer whales position and revisit that decision or this is going to happen again.

Former trainer said mistake triggered orca attack It was scary watching her wave that pony tail in his face and hug him before he grabbed her. He's a frigging fish damn it! I hope at the very least they are smart enough to keep those people out of the tank with them.

They better have smartened up! Just remember what they have yet to employ, ENGAGE BRAIN! I do have to say I watched that show 10 years ago and it made me nervous. Also if a dog or anything else killed a person they put it down. I disagree with using that Orca any more and firmly believe he should be put back out to sea to fend for himself!

I should not be surprised but I do not believe SeaWorld is really sad for Dawn's death and only worried about endangering their $1.2 billion dollar profit and that banning working closely with killer whales will lead to wider bans in their parks and in other zoos and parks around the world. Sea World dropped the ball and there is no way people should be allowed that close and it should be allowed to justify more important profits.

The coming North American Union

Proof Of The Coming Merger Of Canada, Mexico & USA

The North American Union is not conspiracy theory but Governmental fact and something we have discussed many times since 2005. The idea of a North American Union has been around since the mid 19th century. "Yes since the civil war but George Bush made it a priority. Some wanted even all of South America included. That said I do believe that keeping our 3 distinct countries but forming a union along the lines of the European Union is necessary as we move through the 21st century.

Hated by many, Texas Mega Highway part of North American Super State being Secretly Pushed through!

Every once in a while I took a break from the daily corruption and mayhem caused by the Bush Mis-Administration. I talked about the North American Union being clandestinely pushed on the American people and others. The disturbing facts I read about the trans Texas mega Highway coming from Mexico really bothered me and made me rethink and research some more on The North American Union. the North American Union Wikipedia

I remember hearing about it in 2005 and then it dropped from the news. The plan is to complete a regional Government called the North American Union for Security and prosperity. To me as I remember, it was to compete with the EU and as for prosperity that would be for the few I am sure. The plan to unite the United States, Canada, and Mexico—is "directly stated only" in a May 2005 task force report.

Bush is "pursuing a globalist agenda to create a North American Union, effectively erasing our borders with both Mexico and Canada," which is "the hidden agenda behind the Bush administration's true open borders policy."

A North American Union is being created "through a process of governmental regulations" and without ever "having to bring the issue before the American people for a clear referendum or vote," Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Jerome Corsi wrote June 26, 2006. Corsi describes it like a conspiracy theory as a dissolving of the United States to form the union but that is not true. The idea has been around for 150 years and It would be along the lines of the European Union and I actually think it is a good idea.

Knowing Bush was pushing the North American super state through with no oversight. Despite having no authorization from Congress, the Bush administration has launched extensive working-group activity to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada.

The membership of the working groups has not been published, nor has their work product been disclosed, despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada.

And knowing the North American Union is already starting to replace the United States and it is well choreographed and well underway as In March 2005 at their summit meeting in Waco, Tex., President Bush, President Fox and Prime Minister Martin issued a joint statement announced the creation of the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America" (SPP). The creation of this new agreement was never submitted to Congress for debate and decision. Instead, the U.S. Department of Commerce merely created a new division under the same title to implement working groups to advance a North American Union working agenda in a wide range of areas, including: manufactured goods, movement of goods, energy, environment, e-commerce, financial services, business facilitation, food and agriculture, transportation, and health.

SPP is headed by three top cabinet level officers of each country. Representing the United States are Secretary of Commerce Carlos Gutierrez, Secretary of Homeland Security Michael Chertoff, and Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice. Representing Mexico are Secretario de Economía Fernando Canales, Secretario de Gobernación Carlos Abascal, and Secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Luis Ernesto Derbéz. Representing Canada are Minister of Industry David L. Emerson, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Public Safety, Anne McLellan, and Minister of Foreign Affairs Pierre Stewart Pettigrew. Reporting in June 2005 to the heads of state of the three countries, the trilateral SPP emphasized the extensive working group structure that had been established to pursue an ambitious agenda:

I recommend the reading of this report but it is what is happening in Texas I find very disturbing to average Americans and what we are worth in this. There is a man-made danger on the horizon: a colossal, 600-mile superhighway that will plow across the state of Texas, perhaps cutting through his sorghum fields and cornfields, some of the best farm land in the world lost but I guess that is small trade off for the farm lands of Mexico and Canada.

There is envisioned a combined toll road and rail system that would whisk traffic along a mega highway stretching from the Oklahoma line to Mexico bypassing local towns and businesses effectively shutting them out.

That stretch would only be the first link in a 4,000-mile, $184 billion network. The corridors would be up to a quarter-mile across, consisting of as many as six lanes for cars and four for trucks, plus railroad tracks, oil and gas pipelines, water and other utility lines, and broadband cables.

At first glance a 600 mile long highway crossing Texas from Mexico may not seem to take much land but when you consider that it will be 10 miles wide and it is only the beginning of a massive Mexico to Canada project that lo and behold is scheduled to begin in 2010. The exact route for the cross-Texas corridor has not been drawn up, though it probably will be somewhere within a 10-mile-wide swath running parallel to Interstate 35. Whatever course it takes, it is clear many farmers and property owners will lose their land, though they will be compensated by the state. Construction could begin by 2010.

It is disturbing to me that we do not hear about any of this and it is being done clandestinely like everything else today, right under our noses and I am amazed that no one in Texas has put two and two together as to this Trans Texas mega highway and the North American Union. We must make this too heard, it is important to our America.

Death sentences, executions take 'historic drop,' report says:

Death sentences, executions take 'historic drop,' report says: The release of the annual report by the Death Penalty Information Center follows recent polls showing a withering of support for capital punishment over controversial cases like that of Troy Davis, who was executed in Georgia in September. The decline in the use of the death penalty also has likely been influenced by states’ worsening financial conditions, said Richard Dieter, the center’s executive director.

I've said it before but many of us have a moral problem with the death penalty in light of the many recently highlight cases of those put to death who were railroaded and were innocent.. Plain and simple, it's barbaric. I don't care whether it's Davis, an African American who steadfastly proclaimed he did not murder Mark MacPhail, a white, off-duty police officer; or Lawrence Brewer, one of three white assailants convicted in the dragging death of James Byrd who was murdered for being black. Brewer was executed in Texas, the capital-punishment capital, also Wednesday, In fact, Texas has walked 475 people to slaughter since 1976.

I thought we were making progress but what the hell is going on of late? Illinois joined the ranks of those outlawing the death penalty! I am glad for the historic drop but why can't the entire US at least use the death penalty only in obvious deserved necessary cases?

The last fifteen death row inmates in Illinois will live out their days in jail cells, instead of dying on a execution gurney, now that capital punishment has officially ended in the state. What are your thoughts on that? The ban took effect on Friday, July 1st But the state Department of Corrections began emptying the death row cells in Pontiac in March. The prisoners have been evaluated and moved to other maximum security facilities throughout Illinois, department spokeswoman Stacey Solano said.

Illinois Governor Pat Quinnz signed into law a ban on the death penalty on March 9, saying it was impossible to fix a system that had wrongly condemned at least 20 innocent men. Illinois death row inmates moved to regular jail cells No kidding!

China, Iran, North Korea, Yemen, and the United States lead the world in carrying out the most death sentences. Amnesty International: Death penalty on decline, US in top 5 That's quite the company to be proud of isn't it?

What do you think about the death penalty? My thoughts below; Thirty-four states, including Virginia and Maryland, allow capital punishment. All use lethal injection, and, until recently, most had used a three-drug cocktail: sodium thiopental to render the condemned unconscious, pancuronium bromide to paralyze the prisoner and potassium chloride to stop the heart. They can no longer get their hands on it. What do you think about the death penalty? My thoughts below

If you read my stories in the past on this you know I have mixed feelings on the death penalty. Often times a person may be arrested and sentenced to death knowing they were innocent just to further someone's career or to quell the public. Now that we have DNA testing we are finding too often we have the wrong man. We have seen it too often

I do believe the death penalty is justified as in the case of the Fort Hood shootings and the Jared Loughner's shootings where they should be put to death immediately with no trial. They should not have a venue to plead their case. Sane or insane they did it wantonly and publicly, that is all that matters. Cases like those aside I am no longer comfortable with the death penalty being justified because of the horror of the crime because we can not be certain we have the right person unless we actually see them do the deserved crime.

World shocked by US execution of Troy Davis: Death penalty on decline worldwide, Still the US is in the top 5, what is going on here?

Alabama carries out third US execution in a week: The execution followed two high-profile lethal injections this week in Georgia and Texas. In a case that drew international attention, Troy Davis was put to death in Georgia on Wednesday for the murder of a police officer despite claims by his advocates that he may have been innocent.

World shocked by US execution of Troy Davis: World figures, including Pope Benedict XVI and former U.S. President Jimmy Carter, human rights groups and commentators urged the execution to be halted -- but to no avail. On Wednesday Davis was put to death by lethal injection for the 1989 killing of off-duty police officer Mark MacPhail despite doubts being raised over the conviction.

The execution sparked angry reactions and protests in European capitals -- as well as outrage on social media. "We strongly deplore that the numerous appeals for clemency were not heeded," the French foreign ministry said. "There are still serious doubts about his guilt," said Germany's junior minister for human rights Markus Loening. "An execution is irreversible -- a judicial error can never be repaired."

The Georgia Board of Pardons and Paroles made its decision less than three hours before Samuel David Crowe, 47, was to be executed, according to a spokeswoman for the state's prisons. "After careful and exhaustive consideration of the requests, the board voted to grant clemency. The board voted to commute the sentence to life without parole," the parole board said.

Crowe's death would have marked the third execution since the U.S. Supreme Court lifted an unofficial moratorium on the death penalty last month. Crowe was not present at the parole board hearing in Atlanta. He had already eaten his last meal and was preparing to enter the execution chamber at the prison in Jackson, Georgia, Mallie McCord of the Georgia Department of Corrections said.

You are hearing the usual conjections as to race because Davis was Black and Crowe is white but this fast pace of killing convicts is moving too fast, maybe because of election season but Georgia and Texas seem to be an a race as to who can kill more. Enough is enough!

I've said it before but many of us have a moral problem with the death penalty in light of the many recently highlight cases of those put to death who were railroaded and were innocent..

SeaWorld dropped the ball and there is no way people should be allowed that close and it should be allowed to justify more important profits.

Governor Perry the new Texecutioner and proud of it

I refuse to believe Governor Perry who purposely put to death an innocent man thinks God and the people are calling him to run for President. He is also the fool who wanted Texas to secede from the union. What the hell is wrong with us?

Texas Governor and murderer Perry for President?

Texas Schedules Execution, Despite Victim's Plea: A Texas man who said he wanted to kill Arabs to avenge the Sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks is scheduled to be executed on Wednesday evening, even as one of his victims filed a last-minute appeal to save his life.

Texas just has a penchant to kill! And Perry wants to run for President? Hell Perry already hung a known innocent man! The Texas sanctioned Willingham murder and cover up gets deeper and deeper! Please sign the petition!

Tea party accuses the NAACP of being Racist! What?

The NAACP passed a resolution calling on all people — including tea party leaders — to condemn racism within the tea party movement. Passed on the fourth day of the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People’s annual convention in Kansas City, the resolution also urged people to oppose what it said was the tea party’s drive “to push our country back to the pre-civil rights era.” NAACP passes anti-racism resolution

As the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People debated a resolution denouncing alleged racism in the Tea Party movement Tuesday, North Texas Tea Party members — and a local civil-rights leader — spoke against the NAACP's actions saying they are racist for calling Blacks colored people. What? Texas Tea Party takes issue with NAACP's racism resolution

The tea party from day one has been all about Racism and Obama being Black for many. The NAACP was formed in 1909 in New York City by a group of black and white citizens fighting for social justice. On February 12, 1909, a "Call" was issued by a collection of 60 signatures for a meeting on the concept of creating an organization that would be an aggressive watchdog of Negro liberties. Negroes and colored people is what they were called in those days. There is no way of getting around the fact that the tea party is largely a group of angry white people who wrongly feel they lost control of their America.

Once again the kettle is calling the pot black! This is all about race of course. President Obama's unforgivable sin is that he is black and many angry racist whites feel they lost control of what they wrongly think is their America. This as we have been saying from day one will not stop until something horrendous happens.

Obama is guilty of being Black! We thought we had finally achieved something great, a bit of equality, what America really stands for by getting Obama elected as President of the United States. What we did was unveil the reality of America, Racist America and I fear it will not go way but will get much worse.

We elected Obama as President because he was the best person for the job of leading us out of the dark tunnel Bush had us in. We thought we found our shining knight. There are too many that do not want our America fixed and worse they do not want a Black man as President and will never accept it or stop. All of the asinine crap we have been watching from day one can tolerate racial equality but only on their terms and if they as white Americans control America.

They will tolerate racial equality if forced to however to a lot of white Americans a Black President is unacceptable! I am physically sick at what we have been seeing from day one and what we saw at President Obama's health care speech from imbecilic Republicans and sadly it gets worse every day.

You have been watching the racist tea partiers from day one. They can stupidly accuse the NAACP of being racist but they are once again trying to cover what they are guilty of! This beginning to end is all about Obama being Black! The Birthers who think Obama is a subversive born in Kenya is only the ignorant excuse, In reality Obama is guilty of being Black! Republicans in an uproar over Obama speaking to their school students had less to do with the great words coming from a liberal and their children might like Democrats than it had to do with President Obama being a Black man.

This has nothing to do with being born in America or his liberal Politics it is all about him being Black! Whites going to town halls brandishing side arms even semi automatic weapons saying we are going to take our country back is all about a certain segment of the white population taking back what they think is their country from a Black President and Black America.

* In closing we heard Obama's agenda is driven by reparations and a desire to settle old racial scores" We are going to get the Nigga's out" what have we not heard? Reverend Jesse Peterson, a Black man, said Obama was elected by millions of Black Racists and white people who felt guilty for the way Blacks have been treated in the past. " Obama wants death panels" Obama wants to euthanize the elderly" All the accusations of Obama being a Nazi and being a closet Muslim it is all about Obama being Black. Being Black is the problem, Once again the more things change the more they remain the same or in this case get worse!

It is horrible to watch your country implode! The latest in this end is the Texas textbook massacre!

Texas rewriting history, changing school text books to teach conservative values

Texas rewriting history, changing school text books to teach conservative values. It is horrible to watch your country implode! The latest in this end is the Texas textbook massacre! It is a terrible thing to watch your your country, your homeland, your place of birth implode. I so wanted to pass this great nation on to my Grandchildren in the condition it was when I was lucky enough to be born here.

It is terrible to think of our Grandchildren's future in this mess we have made of our beautiful united America and our world. Remember America the Beautiful? United we stand divided we fall? I am afraid not enough do and we are in serious trouble! What a shameful legacy we have built and are leaving. We have nothing to be proud of and I am sick with what we have done to what we were left.

Texas State Board of Education approves new curriculum standards

Textbooks are being changed, slavery denied, Christianity advocated, and separation of church and state denied. The NRA is being promoted too and this is sick. I was in the NRA in high school but having it pushed in school with lying conservative values instead of the truth is only designed to destroy our union. This is shameful!

They say we have gone too far and they want to reign in Liberalism. This is a terrible development no matter what they say. These books are sent all around the country. I know we supposedly keep learning. We always hear that we are still a work in process which I never understood.

I thought we were making a more perfect union? This is too much! In the past I have often said time only goes one way, forward! You can turn a clock back but it is still the same time it was. Texas is attempting to go back and undo all we have accomplished, to teach our children a known lie. I am sick!

I like and respect President Clinton. I respect what he has done for the country and the world especially since leaving office. However his shenanigans with Monica Lewinsky allowed the perverted religious right to gain too much power and influence. The result was Bush and the devolution of our America, the world, and existing world order.

Capitalism has run amok as you know. The latest example is the BP oil deluge being allowed to destroy our environment. It will be much worse than they know, realize, or will admit let alone care. Knowing this I am sickened at the likes of Rand Paul castigating President Obama saying he is un-American for being so angry at BP. That is BS! Obama is being very pro American, world, and our America, anti corporatocracy and that is the problem.

* In closing, Rand calls BP's wanton crime a mistake, come on! Since President Obama was elected the right has endeavored to destroy his efforts for a better Democracy, equality, and a more perfect union. They want a return to the mess Bush made, a return to two economies. As you know, we have heard for a while now calls for Texas to secede, a second revolution. Teaching Conservative lies and idiocy in our schools go hand in hand with this. I am sick!

Hated by many, Texas Mega Highway part of North American Super State being Secretly Pushed through!

Every once in a while I take a break from the daily corruption and mayhem caused by the Bush Mis-Administration. I talk about the North American Union being clandestinely pushed on the American people and others. The disturbing facts I read the other day about the trans Texas mega Highway coming from Mexico really bothered me and made me rethink and research some more on The North American Union.
A North American Union is being created "through a process of governmental regulations" and without ever "having to bring the issue before the American people for a clear referendum or vote," Council on Foreign Relations (CFR), Jerome Corsi wrote June 26, 2006. http://www.sourcewatch.org/...
Knowing Bush is pushing the North American super state through with no oversight. Despite having no authorization from Congress, the Bush administration has launched extensive working-group activity to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada.
The membership of the working groups has not been published, nor has their work product been disclosed, despite two years of massive effort within the executive branches of the U.S., Mexico and Canada. http://www.worldnetdaily.com/...
Reporting in June 2005 to the heads of state of the three countries, the trilateral SPP emphasized the extensive working group structure that had been established to pursue an ambitious agenda: http://www.humanevents.com/...
There is envisioned a combined toll road and rail system that would whisk traffic along a megahighway stretching from the Oklahoma line to Mexico bypassing local towns and businesses effectively shutting them out.
That stretch would only be the first link in a 4,000-mile, $184 billion network. The corridors would be up to a quarter-mile across, consisting of as many as six lanes for cars and four for trucks, plus railroad tracks, oil and gas pipelines, water and other utility lines, and broadband cables.
At first glance a 600 mile long highway crossing Texas from Mexico may not seem to take much land but when you counsider that it will be 10 miles wide and it is only the beginning of a massive Mexico to Canada project that lo and behold is scheduled to begin in 2010. The exact route for the cross-Texas corridor has not been drawn up, though it probably will be somewhere within a 10-mile-wide swath running parallel to Interstate 35. Whatever course it takes, it is clear many farmers and property owners will lose their land, though they will be compensated by the state. Construction could begin by 2010. http://www.boston.com/...
It is disturbing to me that we do not hear about any of this and it is being done clandestinely like everything else today, right under our noses and I am amazed that no one in Texas has put two and two together as to this Trans Texas mega highway and the North American Union. We must make this too heard, it is important to our America.
