Turkish leader: Israel is Middle East's biggest threat. That is a fact!

U.S.-Israeli dispute still unresolved

Turkish leader: Israel is Mideast's biggest threat

EU condemns Israel over e. J'lem intent

Netanyahu reasserts East Jerusalem is Israel’s

A reminder: Israel doesn't care what the EU or we think any more than they do Iran, Syria, or anyone else. I came to realize a long time ago that there will be no peace in the Middle East primarily because Israel does not want it unless she has what she wants and that is all of Jerusalem. Palestinian's Syria, and Iran are not going to sit back and let Israel build 1,600 houses in the place they want to claim as their Capital.

I realized a long time ago that Israel is the world's chief war monger and we seem to do their bidding and fighting. If they get into a war with Iran we will end up coming to their rescue regardless of what they do or what Hillary says and that is sad! We should in fact take care of Jewish American's and American's and our interests in Israel and otherwise tell them in no uncertain terms they are on their own if they continue to instigate war not peace and expecting us to come to their rescue.

Remember Mordechai Vanunu whistle blower of Israel's clandestine nuclear program? Uzi Eilam former head of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission said Mordechai Vanunu did Israel a favor after revealing information about an illegal nuclear program at Israel's Dimona reactor. His information proved that Israel had broken the 1968 treaty on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation.

There is a US law that prohibits the support of countries that break the treaty in question. Vanunu's information led foreign experts to conclude that Israel had produced fissile material for as many as 200 atomic warheads thus warning other Nation's of Israel's military might. It was okay for Israel why the hypocrisy? Remember Mordechai Vanunu whistle blower of Israel's clandestine nuclear program? I must admit Israel's hypocrisy and lies are a plan I have discussed often and I have to disagree with Eliam's final assertion. He says an attack on Iran's nuclear program would be counter productive. I beg to differ! The General hit the nail on the head though and does not know it. I have long asserted that Israel would attack Iran's nuclear interests and we would come to her rescue.

That is a fact that is why I find his final statement troubling and prophetic. He correctly said One strike is not practical. In order to delay the Iranian program for three to four years one needs an armada of aircraft, which only a super-power can provide. Only America can do it. Bingo! I am sure the US plans to do it largely from the Gulf with numerous carrier fighter groups and they are almost finished with their 30000 pound bunker buster behemoth to take out underground facilities.

Is that why Imadinerjacket keeps egging on the west? So our reputation is marred over Israel. That guy must be nuts!
This is the first time I remember that Israel was so flagrant in their contempt for the USA.

Tim Israel can be contemptuous because they know for a fact when all is said and done we will be with them. They know it and it sucks!

Any way we gave Iran and Pakistan their nuclear start in the 1950's in a program called atoms for peace and we are the ones that screwed Iran's regime up in the first place.

Well maybe somebody should give Palestine a nuke and then Israel wouldn't keep expanding into lands they don't own. Nothing like Israel thumbing their nose at us.

Demeur Israel is the frigging problem and we created a monster!

On April 14, 2010, Mordechai Vanunu reported from occupied east Jerusalem, "The restrictions, not to leave the country for one more year renewed. Now 7 years since my release AFTER 18 YEARS in Israel PRISON."

Twenty-four years after the Mossad kidnapped Mordechai Vanunu from Rome after luring him from London, they have returned to track down another who followed his conscience but has been labeled a traitor by the state and a public who view truth tellers as a threat to their sense of security.

The prey this time is Uri Blau, an investigative journalist for the Israeli daily Haaretz, who went into hiding after writing a series of reports exposing lawbreaking approved by Israeli army commanders. Blau faces a lengthy jail term for espionage and Israeli security services have warned they would “remove the gloves” and track down the “fugitive felon.”

Listen to Vanunu in 2005, 2006 and 2008 video and learn all about his Freedom of Speech trial @ The Vanunu Saga 2005-2010 on

PS: Vanunu shot the pix of me when i saw him last June 2009.

Hi Eileen!
Welcome and thanks for the info and links. I have followed Israel, Vanunu, Mossad, and the war mongering and everything Israel for quite a while. Israel is scary! They are the worlds biggest problem and that is saying a lot in today's environment.

What scares me most are the fundamentalist 'Christian' Zionists who want a nuclear Armageddon because of their deluded beliefs that God was in the real estate business and that they are the new 'chosen' and will escape/be raptured out of a nuclear holocaust.

Eileen
I went to your link and was checking out some of your entries, very interesting.

Yes they are a big time concern. Unbridled religiosity is the most dangerous thing in the world. Bush I thought was truing to bring about the end of days.

We had religious extremists on both sides of the war equation with the so called terrorist and Bush/Cheney. Religious wars as you know are the longest and the dirtiest.

I am not anti Jewish but I am anti religious extremist, any religion. My best friend is a Jew and knows that. I do not like the fact that the US and Israel are inexorably tied and we are their lap dog certainly since the 90's with some Christians.

The major force behind Israel is the Jewish-American voters here in the USA. Israel has been able to push ahead with it's agenda, because no American candidate can get elected without the backing of the Jewish vote.

I agree Holte! I have a couple very prominent Jewish American friends who are all American right to the core of our political system and do not feel that way but we definitely are their lap dog. I do not like their fierce war mongering warrior stance!

When the US became Israel's "lap dog":

On June 8, 2007, this citizen journalist attended the 27th annual American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee’s Washington, D.C. Conference.

86 year old, walker-bound Congressman Paul Findley, a moderate Republican blew my mind when he addressed the luncheon crowd:

“I was here for the first convention 27 years ago and I still have a fire in my belly for the civil and human rights of Arabs. It is time to speak openly and honestly about Israel. But, in American politics, that is still forbidden.

"Pity that we cannot seem to shed our fear of Israel. We are afraid to speak out on Capitol Hill, for fear of losing the next election. They are more like trained poodles jumping through hoops than leaders!

"Why this fear? How did we get here?

“Forty years ago to this day, June 8, 1967 the change occurred, the floodgates opened and money poured into Israel as never before. When President Johnson heard about the U.S.S. Liberty being attacked by Israel he ordered the rescue fighter planes to return to the deck. The rescue mission was aborted and the survivors have said they heard LBJ’s voice tell Admiral Giess, 'Get those planes back on deck. I don’t care if the ship sinks, I will not embarrass Israel.'

“LBJ also threatened to court martial anyone who reported what had happened. Johnson accepted Israel’s false claim of “mistaken identity” and he knew it was a lie. That is when the change began and Israel learned they could get away with murdering U.S.A. soldiers."

President George Washington, warned US on Sept. 17, 1796 in his Farewell Address:

"The nation which indulges toward another...is in some degree a slave...a passionate attachment of one nation for another produces a variety of evils."

jmsjoin said...

Eileen it was an aged George Washington that talked down a rebellion of out military officers. We are a slave Nation. We owe him so much or not, we have learned nothing!

I am so sick of hearing it invoked that if we do not remember our past and history we are doomed to repeat it. That makes a good sound bite as we continue to ignore and worsen histories lessons.

I have a good friend I think you may know If you have been following things this long. Jerome is a Jewish American but all American and all equality.

His foundations have been trying to help the down trodden around the world since the 40s. .

His father weaned him on Sacho and Vanzetti who he felt were wrongly tried and killed. He is going to be 93 in June and still passionate and doing the4 lecture circuit.

You can Google him but Jerome Grossman the relentless liberal you know him? His son just turned 68 and while I have gone to Jerome's lectures it is Danny I have more in common with.
