Tony Snow bit off more than he can chew. He is over his head! He underestimated just how bad and out of control Bush is!
Let us look at the Bush/Clinton Polls. Let us look at Tony Snows dilemma. Let us talk Reality!
In a new poll comparing President Bush's job performance with that of his predecessor, a strong majority of respondents said President Clinton outperformed Bush on a host of issues. Remember, this Two faced Bush ran against Mr. Clintons record of Immorality.He has paled anything that Clinton could have even thought of!
Respondents favored Clinton by greater than 2-to-1 margins when asked who did a better job at handling the economy (63 percent Clinton, 26 percent Bush) and solving the problems of ordinary Americans (62 percent Clinton, 25 percent Bush).
On foreign affairs, the margin was 56 percent to 32 percent in Clinton's favor; on taxes, it was 51 percent to 35 percent for Clinton; and on handling natural disasters, it was 51 percent to 30 percent, also favoring Clinton.
Moreover, 59 percent said Bush has done more to divide the country, while only 27 percent said Clinton had.
When asked which man was more honest as president, poll respondents were more evenly divided, with the numbers -- 46 percent Clinton to 41 percent Bush -- falling within the poll's margin of error. The same was true for a question on handling national security: 46 percent said Clinton performed better; 42 percent picked Bush.
Clinton was impeached in 1998 over testimony he gave in a deposition about an extramarital sexual relationship with White House intern Monica Lewinksy. He was later acquitted by the Senate.

Bush is being called the Divider! That is in fact what he is! I have been saying for years that he practices the 3D politics taught him by Rove's. That is deceitful, deceptive, divisive, politics. It has worked well for him in the past.
He first ran against the record of President Clinton's immorality. He promised to clean up politics and Washington. Look at what he has done.We cannot take any more of his lies and ineptitude.
Tony snow is showing the stress right off the bat of trying to be Bush's Chief Liar. I have to believe Tony is a good man and he does not have what is necessary to lie so flagrantly and routinely. Listen to this!
Snow, the man who had promised to put a friendly, open face on President Bush's press relations soon found himself swamped by the realities of present-day Washington: The White House is at the center of so many controversies that its daily conversation with the press is likely to remain confrontational, even if an affable celebrity commentator is the one talking on behalf of the president.
In a chaotic and contentious first outing — a dress rehearsal of sorts for his first televised briefing Tuesday — Snow was asked about the Bush administration's domestic spying program, about the reports that it had collected vast data on Americans' phone-calling habits and whether all this would sink Bush's nominee for CIA director.
Snow said he either could not or did not want to answer many of the questions, much in the same way his predecessor, Scott McClellan, used repetitious talking points to deflect increasingly aggressive queries from the news media.
The daily encounter with journalists, Snow found, is likely to be a far cry from the talk radio and TV gabfests that he had presided over until recently as a Fox News commentator.
The day marked the first time that Snow was speaking directly on behalf of the president, who Snow had criticized in his former life as appearing "impotent" and pursuing a "listless" agenda.
A week ago came the surprise resignation — under pressure — of CIA Director Porter J. Goss. This week, there were new reports of visits to the White House by Jack Abramoff, the disgraced lobbyist.
There was the exchange over a report that the Department of Justice had closed its inquiry into a controversial NSA domestic eavesdropping program because investigators were denied security clearance.
All this comes as the White House contends with burgeoning ethics scandals on Capitol Hill; heightened speculation over the legal fate of Bush advisor Karl Rove; and polls showing that Bush's approval rating has plummeted to 31%, among the lowest of any president in modern times.with this and more being fired at him and no quick honest answers he was getting flustered from the getgo. His Response:
"Look," he said, "again, you're getting me ahead of my brief. I don't know any more than I've told you." It has got to be stressful hearing all the never ending bush created lies and scandals and knowing you have to be the honest liar to cover him.

I must say I for one am glad! I was hoping his tenure would be short! That would speak volumes as to the corruptively inept, lying, Bush.It is a tough job trying daily to make someone so bad appear to be good.
However, when all is said and done nothing will change. Bush will continue with his lies and deception. He is the dividing Decider. He will do what he wants. For now it is Tony's job as Chief Liar to cover for him. The spoiled little brat. Getting his way is all that matters!
