The Taliban needs to feel more pain before we can get real cooperation
Taliban Need 'More Pain' to Force Talks, US Envoy Says: Peace negotiations with the Taliban are unlikely to bear results until additional military pressure is brought on the insurgents, the new American ambassador to Kabul said, playing down talk of progress in efforts to end the 10-year-old war. Afghan President Hamid Karzai, center, shakes hand with the new U.S. ambassador to Afghanistan Ryan Crocker in July 2011. "The Taliban needs to feel more pain before you get to a real readiness to reconcile,"
More pain? Then give it to them! Since June more than 135 militants have been killed in the South and North Waziristan lawless areas used by Islamists as a staging area to kill American and NATO forces in Afghanistan along with numerous natives.
The Taliban think they are getting away with something but they are being watched closely by JSOC ready to pounce and take them out when given the command. I say give it now and and inflict more serious pain than the severe pain they have felt of late.
Pakistani forces advance in Taliban stronghold:
Pakistani security forces backed by gunships and fighter jets have advanced on the Taliban stronghold in a tribal region and consolidated positions, military sources said. Hundreds of Pakistani regular and border troops are attacking hideouts of militants in Kurram tribal region to eliminate and expel them, they said."Taliban militants did not show any resistance," a military officer said.
Dozens killed in Afghan fighting:
Afghanistan: Dozens dead after Taliban raid in Nuristan. Provincial Governor Jamaludin Badar told the BBC that 33 border police had been killed in two days of clashes. He said 40 insurgents and five civilians had also died after more than 150 heavily armed insurgents attacked from bases in Chitral in Pakistan.
This is really looking good. Since Obama was elected we have been killing many high and mid level leaders and numerous Taliban fighter. It is looking good and it is looking doable but? I invite you to read this and think about it all!
Obama's General "now General McRaven has the job" but McChrystal was Cheney's chief assassin If nothing else give this a quick read it is mind blowing!
This is a long held plan: The plan is a detailed plan to secure Pakistan's Soviet style mobile nuclear force if it appears they are in danger of falling into the hands of Al Qaeda, the Taliban, or any other "perceived" militants. Key word perceived! American intelligence sources say the operation would be conducted by Joint Special Operations Command, the super-secret commando unit headquartered at Fort Bragg, N.C.
The Taliban think they are getting away with something but they are being watched closely by JSOC ready to pounce and take them out when given the command. I say give it now and save lives. At least for me until a year ago JSOC and what they are doing in Pakistan and Afghanistan had not been divulged. I do not know if it is wise or not but Obama had let this out of the bag too. JSOC is the military's chief terrorists hunting squad and has units now operating in Afghanistan on Pakistan's western border.
A secondary mission is to secure foreign nuclear arsenals. As you know the mission has taken on added importance in recent months, as Islamic extremists have taken territory close to the capital of Islamabad and could destabilize Pakistan's shaky democracy. Pakistan appears to be holding off the Taliban threat thus the threat of the US too feel the need to act on defending their Nukes.
Just in case the US Has Plan to Secure Pakistan Nukes if Country Falls to the Taliban
Because of our secret plans to grab and secure Pakistan's mobile nuclear weapons I long ago came to the conclusion that securing them and the plan along the Afghanistan Pakistan Border to take out the Taliban when given the go ahead is the reason we are hanging around in Afghanistan. That is more than enough reason. Just imagine the peril of the world if Pakistan's nukes fell into the hands of the Taliban and other extremists. The entire world better come together and realize their very being is under threat here and they all must come together and do their share.
While we are decimating the Taliban we are hearing that Al Qaeda is resurging. This is an endless trap and we will be there for decades at a minimum unless we join the graveyard of Nations first. Our troops served magnificently. I just do not know the answer any more because we are looking at the Gulf of Aden opening up right now as the next so called front in the was on terror in this forever war and this is barely beginning. WTF?
Bottom line the Taliban are indigenous to Afghanistan and will not be eradicated so efforts in bringing them pain should be concentrated solely in accomplishing US and western goals at least until we can get out of there. If they want to rule the country after that I say fine have fun.

'US delivered justice to Osama bin Laden; Al Qaeda on path to defeat': We can't be this stupid?
Ahead of the 10th anniversary of 9/11 attacks by al-Qaeda, President Barack Obama on Friday said the US delivered justice to Osama bin Laden, who was killed in a covert American raid in Pakistan on May 2, and declared the terror network is on the path to defeat. "The perpetrators of those (9/11) attacks wanted to terrorize us, but they are no match for our resilience. Today, our country is more secure and our enemies are weaker. We can't be this stupid?
What about Al Qaeda in Iraq? I know we are blaming increased bombings on them having resurged. What about Al Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula? What about Al Shabab and other Al Qaeda associates in Somalia? What about Al Qaeda in Yemen who we blame for attempted bombings on the US and around the world? What about the lone wolfs in the US and around the world? the sleeper cells? We have won or defeated nothing! This is just beginning!
Three Terrorist Groups in Africa Pose Threat to US, American Commander Says: General Ham made clear that the three militant organizations — the Shabab in Somalia, Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb across the Sahel region of northern Africa and Boko Haram in northern Nigeria — had not yet shown the capability to mount significant attacks outside their homelands.
If you have been following me you know that this so called war on terror in my mind was long instigated by the west and is just beginning. I am sick of hearing how we are killing Al Qaeda and Taliban leaders and weakening the so called war on terror. First this is not a war on terror and we are winning nothing it is just beginning.
Like it or not this is a war against the majority of Islam. It is a Religious war and that is only part of it around the world! I am sick of hearing world leaders come out after an attack on our interests saying they strongly condemn the actions of the so called terrorists! So what! That is absolutely worthless!
From the beginning the so called terrorists said they wanted us off their lands which will never happen so what does Bush do he attacks them and rubs salt in the wound. We have our work cut out for us and will have to fight and it will be much longer than anyone can imagine. I said years ago that as we know Religious wars are the longest and the dirtiest and this will be the worst and at a point in time when our Planet is at a point in its life cycle where it may not survive and be life sustaining as we need it to survive as we know it!
Anyway you look at it this so called terrorism fiasco is just beginning and will be fought for many generations. I am of the frame of mind that these people will only get better and more desperate over time. They are learning from us every day and we better start learning from them. Do not trust in your leaders keep an eye peeled!
It is time for our so called leaders to at least make believe they can think and act like they are better than the terrorists. Condoning their action is old and sickening to listen to over and over. Let us get with it! deserved or not is not the issue. The war on terrorism is will not go away and will have to be fought to win regardless of how long, period.

Clean water for the entire world an ambitious goal but thanks to man an impossible endeavor
Access to clean drinking water planetary wide projects: Boy are we in trouble
A message to all members of MyPeace.TV
Peacemakers,
Today we are very happy to feature this wonderfully inspiring video about a project dedicated to ensuring that all people on our planet have access to clean drinking water.
With Love and much Gratitude,
The MyPeace.TV Team
Visit MyPeace.TV Here
I must admit this is an enviable goal and I am a member of mypeace but thanks to man clean water for all is an impopssible endeavor. It is much easier to bring water to all which in itself is impossible though a year ago I wrote on the UN's declaration of clean water as a basic human right and its impossibility. Once again this is another issue getting worse every day not better.

UN declares access to water a basic human right, man are we in trouble!
UN declares access to water a basic human right
We are grossly failing ourselves and the world and we won't even get into the worlds growing water wars! Please look at it though water wars are a rapidly growing world crisis Anyway, remember our discussion during earth day?
880 mn people lack access to clean water: Red Cross In honor of earth week and earth day March 27th I did a story on how dire the situation on the health or our planet really is. I started warning of the changing environment and our involvement in it when I was in high school in 1970. My efforts were always laughed at but it is too late to turn around and no one is laughing any more.
Anyway I have written so extensively in the past it would take a book so I will just mention a link from an expert and whistle blower as to Global nuclear cover up, Depleted uranium, Gulf war Syndrome, increased Autism Diabetes Cancer, and how we have in just this one respect poisoned our own Mother. Mother Earth!
The World Economic Forum was overwhelmed Likewise I have also written in the past about the huge swirl of garbage in the Pacific ocean.
After happening onto Fabien Cousteau discussing the fact that it has now doubled in size in just 2 years and is now twice the size of Texas I was stunned and wanted to point this out. Fabien Cousteau on the dire condition of our ocean
Ocean Pollution Grows Larger From 100 Million Tons of Garbage .
there are huge islands of garbage swirling together into ever-growing "cyclones" of debris
Continent-sized swirl of rubbish raises alarm , it is a horrible new Habitat
* Wake up we are killing our Mother and not with kindness. We throw away 43,000 tons of food away every day in America. That is sick in itself! The world is starving hell even Americans are starving and we just throw away 43,000 tons of food a year. Makes me want to scream.
* We are drowning in trash. A family of 5 generates 25 pounds of trash a day. What is our Population? Figure it out!
* We use 100 million plastic bags per year. Enough is enough!
* In closing we are running out of potable water and at the same time much of our chemicals we use to grow our food ends up in the ocean along with all our other debris. As a result the monstrous garbage swirl in the pacific described above is only one. There are many and they are in every ocean. The debris field in the pacific is 90 feet deep. Seems to and is twice the size of Texas. Seems to me that this should spawn a new industry for former fishermen. I do not remember the size of fishing nets but I do know they go down 90 feet. Seems to me like a business can be made.
Leave port empty go to these debris fields and bring a catch of garbage and debris back. Instead of getting paid by the pound for the fish you catch you get paid by the pound for what you remove from the debris field. I am sure it can be monitored and we could burn it as an energy source at extreme heats. We have to do something. We are drowning in our Garbage. It is taking over the world. The world as we knew it is already gone. The world as we know it is right behind unless we wake up and yesterday not next year!

Russia to meet with both sides in Syria to keep Bashar Al Asad in power, Syrian ally Iran urges dialogue: Forget about it
Russian Envoy to Meet Both Sides in Syria Conflict to Keep Assad in Power: A Russian envoy says he will meet with both sides in the Syrian conflict to help broker a political settlement that would keep President Bashar Assad in power. It will not do any good unless an agreement includes Bashar stepping down and that will not happen without the protesters taking up arms as they are thinking of doing.
The Arab League has called for "immediate change" in Syria, urging President Bashar al-Assad to end the government's violent crackdown on dissent and launch a comprehensive national dialogue.
Syrian ally Iran urges dialogue: Syrian security forces kept up a deadly crackdown on dissent Thursday as the embattled regime faced surprising calls to end the violence from its closest ally, Iran, in a sign of growing alarm over the 6-month-old uprising. In a live interview in Tehran, Iranian President Mahmoud said Basrar Assad should back away from his violent crackdown and talk to the opposition. They are getting more concerned daily that this will get the world involved, they are not concerned about the citizens. This will continue to ratchet up until?
Iran makes a u-turn on Syria or so they want you to think: No longer menaced by Iraq thanks to President Bush, as it was during the bloody eight-year war during the 1980s, Iran is fundamentally less beholden to Syria acting as a "vital bridge to the Arab world", particularly since the gates of diplomacy with the Arab world's biggest power, Egypt, have begun to slowly open, given the prospect of normalization between Tehran and Cairo.
In addition, Tehran's leaders have not forgotten recent statements from Damascus of support for Saudi intervention in Bahrain, in the name of Arab nationalism, which truly surprised and even dismayed Tehran. Personally I have to believe that was for the Sunni majority in Syria and not the true feelings of Shiite Bashar Assad. but nonetheless it was said.
Syrian Official in Hama Resigns to Protest Bloodshed: The attorney general of the central Syrian province of Hama has resigned in protest as he detailed hundreds of killings, arrests and torture cases by the government of President Bashar al-Assad. He is the highest-level official to quit the government over its brutal crackdown on five months of protests around the country.
SYRIA: Some Syrians despair, consider armed confrontation: When Syrian security forces entered the home of 42-year-old Hama resident Abu Zeid and put a gun to the stomach of his 8-year-old son, armed confrontation against the government of President Bashar Assad suddenly became a more imaginable option
The so called experts say there are 2 possibilities. One possibility is that the army will split, largely on sectarian lines. The New York Times reports today as follows: There were reports that dozens of soldiers encouraged by the rout of Gaddafi in Libya, had deserted their positions in a village near Homs, the country's third-largest city, and also on the outskirts of the capital, Damascus, to join the popular uprising against Assad and his Baath Party. Activists said that since the uprising started in mid-March, most desertions have taken place in the eastern tribal area of Deir al-Zour, bordering Iraq; in the northwestern province of Idlib; and in towns around Homs and Damascus.
The Free Officers of Syria, a group of soldiers and officers who left the army last month in protest of the crackdown and say that they now represent defectors, published an online statement saying that "large" defections were reported in Harasta, another suburb of Damascus and that armed troops loyal to the government were chasing those defectors.
Personally I do eventually see a mass defection of conscionable Shiite officers and many minority Sunni soldiers who make up the majority of the military. I also have to wonder how long it will be before Sunni Al Qaeda and even Saudi Arabia are involved, helping the down trodden Sunni majority. You know damn well Iran is helping the Shiite minority.
Anyway the 2nd possibility they think will be the Alawite establishment military and civilian will overthrow Bashar because of the hardships put on the establishment.I absolutely believe that too will happen but there is a third that is not a possibility but a definite and as you may agree that is Iran who is already there clandestinely and will never allow Syria to fall to Democracy without a major fight. What they did to their own people was a small taste of what they will do in Syria.
Syria will be if it is not already another Proxy war: This one is or will be between the west and their Middle East allies and Syria and Iran.
George w Bush purposely did this in his infinite stupidity: I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to. You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. As expected this democratization started by Bush has taken on a life of its own.
I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.
Saddam Hussein with his lies about possessing WMD kept Iran in check. Bush freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with their chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.
The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!
Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!
The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too. Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program is going to be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale if we are still there when this breaks open! Looking at the war cabinet Obama has amassed I am going to say at this point that this is going to happen even under a President Obama.
Actually Russia, China and Lebanon have blocked a move for the UN Security Council to condemn Syria's crackdown on dissent. Sanctioning slaughter is more like it! I believe I remember hearing Russia weigh in against what Syria and Iran are doing but China has yet to weigh in. Any way you look at it we are playing into Iran’s hand.
You have to be very concerned about what is happening in Syria especially. Iran is not going to allow Syria to fall to Democracy,Iran is in Syria helping Bashar Assad and they do not want us interfering. What we saw after the voter fraud in Iran was mild compared to what the IRG will do if this movement spreads to Iran. I really wish Bashar would step down but Iran is the elephant in the room any way you look at it. The total Middle East breakdown we have written about numerous times is well under way. We can only hope we keep it from erupting into WW3.

Plan Would Keep Small Force in Iraq Past Deadline: Suicide! WTF?
Plan Would Keep Small Force in Iraq Past Deadline: Defense Secretary Leon E. Panetta is supporting a plan that would keep 3,000 to 4,000 American troops in Iraq after a deadline for their withdrawal at year’s end. The recommendation would break a longstanding pledge by President Obama to withdraw all American forces from Iraq by the deadline. But it would still involve significantly fewer forces than proposals presented at the Pentagon in recent weeks by the senior American commander in Iraq, Gen. Lloyd J. Austin III, to keep as many as 14,000 to 18,000 troops there.
This would be a huge mistake of monumental Proportions. Bush attacked Iraq with the intention of keeping a Korea type force there forever if necessary. That will guarantee war period. That said, a few thousand soldiers would be a guaranteed suicide mission guaranteeing a return of the US full scale and that has to be the goal. WTF else?
In Iraq, why American troops might stay: Despite all the reasons to get out, American military officials have often sounded as though they would rather be invited to stay than given an excuse to leave. And, indeed, some defense analysts have said there are good reasons to maintain a presence, albeit reduced, in Iraq. We don’t need a large combat presence,” said Anthony Cordesman, of the Center for Strategic and International Studies. “We need Special Forces and perhaps some forces who would be effectively combat troops.” The desire for a continued American presence as a counterweight to Iran is shared privately by some Iraqi lawmakers and Al-Maliki may be able to persuade the government to accept American “instructors” on Iraqi soil.
We have discussed this numerous times as to setting up Custer's last stand in Iraq on 7/16.”
I was hoping we weren't this stupid but Custer's last stand redux is setting up in Iraq despite all warnings. Same thing in Afghanistan. What the hell is wrong with us? Obama May Break His Promise on Iraq Withdrawal: AP reports that the Obama Administration has offered to leave 10,000 troops in Iraq if its government so requests. Already the White House "has worked out options to keep 8,500 to 10,000 active-duty troops in Iraq to continue training security forces.".”
US 'offering' to keep troops in Iraq? More like begging for permission to stay: While that word "offer" has been repeatedly used by US officials named and unnamed in recent months, a better word might be "pleading." US officials insist that Iran has been expanding contacts and assistance to some Shiite militias inside the country..” Here we come "Custer's last stand"
If we do stay we have long been warned and I smell a set up by the Iran leaning Shiite Government. This is a microcosm of the Custer's last stand if we stay in Iraq beyond this year that I have been warning about for years now.
What a surprise the Iranian-backed group Kataib Hezbollah that took credit for the recent killing of our 5 soldiers is one of three main Shiite militias operating in Iraq. Another as you know is Muqtada Al Sadr's Mehdi army also backed by Iran, all are staunchly against the American military presence in Iraq and have vowed to oppose any move for U.S. troops to stay past their expected Dec. 31 departure date. What are we frigging stupid?
Iraq's fiery anti-American cleric Moqtada al-Sadr will "escalate military resistance" and unleash his Mehdi Army militia if U.S. troops fail to leave Iraq as scheduled this year..” These are not Idle threats! What are we frigging stupid or just asking for it?
If we don't leave Iraq in 2011 it will be Custer's last stand on a grand scale period: I hate to say it but that appears to be our goal, perpetual war wherever we can find it.
If you have been following my line of thought on this illegal war in Iraq you know civil war was guaranteed from day one when Bush ignored the warning and why. Many of you will agree it is coming soon and it is inevitable. The Kurd's want us there to protect their free Kurdistan which will be over when we are gone.
The Sunni want us to stay in order to protect them from Shiite violence they feel is backed by Iran. Incidentally you can bet if not now Saudi Arabia will be helping the Sunni. Well what a surprise huh?
Meanwhile right from day one of his return Muqtada Al-sadr told his people to fight the American's any way they can till we leave in 2011. I don't think that will be the result of it but knowing the army is largely Shiite I have to believe the two soldiers were doing his bidding and my worst fears about Iraq and the middle east are coming true.
I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to.
Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East. He has long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! We were concerned because we knew that would never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program would be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale!
As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis) order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. Much worse than the hell on earth they created for Iraq. Did you ever read A clean Break a 2003 Executive intelligence Review that tells the truth as to our diabolical plans.”
That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.
He freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.

He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!
What about the Kurds who want their autonomy and they do not want to share their oil fields period. Nuri Al-Maliki wants that issue resolved and it will never be. The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too.
Bush has created a hell on earth for Iraq that he still calls liberty and success with promises to spread it throughout the entire Middle East Sunni against Shiite. Bush had long wanted a Korea style force in Iraq to secure the peace! That will never work in Iraq or the Middle East! Looking at the war cabinet Obama has amassed I am going to say at this point that this is going to happen even under a President Obama. Watch out Iran! I do not like this at all and worse it has been obvious from day one.

Israel's war mongering is bearing fruit as the middle east is closing in on them
Egypt declares state of alert after angry crowds storm embassy in Cairo , evacuates ambassador to Egypt after embassy attack. The incident was the second major eruption of violence at the embassy since five Egyptian border guards were killed last month during an Israeli operation against gunmen. That incident prompted Egypt briefly to threaten to withdraw its envoy. Israel is already embroiled in a diplomatic feud with Turkey, formerly one of its closest allies, over Israel's armed assault on a Gaza-bound aid flotilla in which nine people were killed. Israel's war mongering is bearing fruit!
Besides going after Iran another original goal of Bush's attack on Iraq was to get in the middle east to help Israel establish a buffer zone from increasing violence. As is always the case it has had the opposite affect.
Turkey's Erdogan heads to Egypt, unnerving an embattled Israel: Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan's North Africa tour comes at a critical time for Israel, whose diplomats were forced to flee Cairo this weekend after protesters attacked the Israeli embassy. Turkey is emerging as the center of growing regional opposition to Israel at a critical time. Turkey's leadership aad increasing influence, wielded on pliable new governments that have sprung up in the wake of Arab uprisings, could deepen Israel's isolation and pose serious security threats to the Jewish state. Turkish Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan, who has become an increasingly vocal critic of Israel since the 2009 Gaza war, embarked today on a trip to Egypt, Libya, and Tunisia.
His regional tour comes as Israel's ties with both Turkey and Egypt have reached lows not seen in decades. Turkey, a major trade partner, recently cut ties after a diplomatic row over the 2010 Gaza flotilla, in which eight Turks and one Turkish-American were killed when Israeli commandos raided a boat seeking to break Israel's blockade of the Hamas-run territory.
Increased security around Israeli embassy in Jordan reported: The increased security comes amid the establishment over the weekend of a Facebook page calling for Jordanians to attend a "million-man protest" in front of the Israeli embassy in Amman on Sept. 15, The Israel Project and Yediot Acharonot reported.
Iran parliament voices support for attack on Israeli embassy in Cairo: Ismaeil Kowsari, foreign policy committee spokesman, said the members of parliament had voiced full support for "the ransacking" of the embassy by Egyptian Muslims, news network Press TV reported. Following the 1979 Islamic revolution, Iran declared Israel its political arch-foe and does not recognize its sovereignty. Ahmadinejad has even called for the elimination of the Jewish state from the Middle East and suggested it be relocated to Europe or North America.
The United States is mounting a diplomatic effort to prevent further deterioration in relations between U.S. allies Turkey and Israel. Turkey warns it would use force in the future to protect aid ships from Turkey trying to break Israel’s blockade of Gaza. The Obama administration has been seeking for some time ease Israeli-Turkish tensions but it is stepping up the effort, amid Turkish comments suggesting the political conflict could escalate into a military clash.
Relations between Turkey and Israel, once strategic allies, have gone downhill since May of last year when Israeli commandos boarded a Turkish ship trying to deliver relief supplies to Hamas-controlled Gaza. Thursday in Ankara, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan said Turkish warships would escort future aid boats leaving Turkey for Gaza, raising at least the potential of a military face-off with Israel. An Israeli spokesman described the Turkish comments as grave and serious but said Israel will not engage in saber-rattling and hopes the episode will pass. This will not just "pass"
There is another war coming: In attacking Iraq Bush freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.
Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!
Israel lied to get nuclear weapons and will do anything to keep Iran from doing the same and challenging them. Remember Mordechai Vanunu whistle blower of Israel's clandestine nuclear program? Uzi Eilam former head of Israel's Atomic Energy Commission said Mordechai Vanunu did Israel a favor after revealing information about an illegal nuclear program at Israel's Dimona reactor. His information proved that Israel had broken the 1968 treaty on nuclear disarmament and non-proliferation. There is a US law that prohibits the support of countries that break the treaty in question.
I must admit Israel's hypocrisy and lies are a plan I have discussed often and I have to disagree with Eliam's final assertion. He says an attack on Iran's nuclear program would be counter productive. I beg to differ! The General hit the nail on the head though and does not know it. I have long asserted that Israel would attack Iran's nuclear interests and we would come to her rescue.
That is a fact that is why I find his final statement troubling and prophetic. He correctly said One strike is not practical. In order to delay the Iranian program for three to four years one needs an armada of aircraft, which only a super-power can provide. Only America can do it. Bingo! You know from numerous discussions here that Iran is involved in every Middle Eastern country not just Yemen, Iraq, and Saudi Arabia where they have corrupted elections for Shiite interests in Iraq, backing rebels in Yemen, and instigating attacks on Saudi oil fields. Bush freed Iran to instigate far and wide and they are.
Israel is not going to back down. The US is Israel's lap dog and when all is said and done they know the US will be there for them. I am sure the US plans to come to Israel's rescue and do it largely from the Gulf with numerous carrier fighter groups. When are we going to realize this entire mess I call a forever war is just beginning and this is our future. A future of war for us and profiteering for the elite. Israel will have their larger war.

The latest in the devolution as Turkey to take Israel to UN court : What if it comes down to Turkey or Israel?
Turkey expelled Israel's Ambassador, suspended all military agreements between the two countries and will escort aid ships to Gaza
UN chief urges Turkey and Israel to fix ties: Call comes after Turkey expelled Israeli envoys in protest against Tel Aviv's refusal to apologize for deadly ship raid. Turkey expelled Israel's Ambassador and suspended all military agreements between the two countries
Report: Turkey navy to escort aid ships to Palestinians in Gaza: The eastern Mediterranean will no longer be a place where Israeli naval forces can freely exercise their bullying practices against civilian vessels," a Turkish official was quoted as saying. As part of the plan, the Turkish navy will increase its patrols in the eastern Mediterranean and pursue "a more aggressive strategy". According to the report, Turkish naval vessels will accompany civilian ships carrying aid to Palestinians in the Gaza Strip.
Turkey to take Israel to UN court: It is the latest sign of strain between the countries since last year's Israeli action against ships heading for Gaza, in which nine Turks were killed.
UN Chief 'Sincerely Hopes' Israel, Turkey Improve Relations: United Nations Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon says he sincerely hopes Israel and Turkey will improve their relationship, following Ankara's decision to expel Israel's ambassador and suspend all military agreements. Ban told reporters Saturday that both countries are very important to the region, and to the Middle East peace process.
Anti-missile radar to be deployed in Turkey - Foreign Ministry: "The deployment of this [missile defense] element in Turkey will constitute our contribution to the defense system being developed within the new NATO [defense] strategy and will strengthen the defense potential of NATO as well as our national defense system," The timing is a little suspect to me. Is this a warning to Israel?
The US Needs Turkey for its Middle East Agenda but so doesn't the rest of the world, so? What about the war monger Israel? There is more to this decision than you think. Turkey's future is tied to a pipeline! It really drives me crazy but the more you research the more you realize all throughout the middle east, Georgia, Afghanistan, everywhere, all the wars and controversy can be tied back to gas and oil. Russia's interest in Iran in numerous and as such is not singular to nuclear cooperation. You might have already known Russia was also interested in Iran's gas and oil but an interesting possible relationship and cooperation just dawned on me.
I am sure you remember Russia creating a crisis shutting off Europe's gas and oil supply after its confrontation with Georgia! That and the fact that Turkey has long desired and endeavored to become a member of the European Union. This opens up a win win for all involved! Russia wants the franchise for Iran's gas and oil! Turkey is at the crossroads of the middle east and the European Union. This is a major point for compromise in all our problems! Give Russia the franchise, the EU lets Turkey join in turn for Turkey allowing a pipeline from Iran through Turkey into the EU. Everyone wins! A win win for all and a chance for us to move into the future as one.
I reiterate the future is up to a pipeline!
In the middle east we have been living a total lie from 9/11 on! You have not heard the truth once! Not on the events of 9/11,the Anthrax attacks which scared Congress to pass the so called Patriot Act and give Bush the abusive power he needed to attack Afghanistan for not allowing his pipeline through Afghanistan. The only remaining obstacle on 9-11 was the remaining agreement between the Taliban and Bridas Corporation. The Bush Administration, Congress, many in our major media, and even the 9-11 Commission and Cheney Energy Task Force all know about Bridas Corporation because that Argentine oil and gas company was standing in the way of our US oil companies and UK oil companies. The Caspian Basin oil is landlocked and there are only so many ways to get that oil out of the ground, to the ocean ports and into your gas tanks or home heating oil tanks.
What a coincidence huh? There is the direct route from Turkmenistan across Iran to the ocean, but that is not politically popular since the overthrow of the Shah of Iran many years ago. There is: 1.) the route across the Caspian Sea westward, which is extremely costly; and through Azerbaijan through Turkey to the Mediterranean; and 2.) from Turkmenistan through Georgia to the Black Sea; and 3.) through the Ukraine to Europe; and 4.) the Turkmenistan through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the ocean. Until one of those solutions was in place, the holes being drilled into the ground by British Petroleum, Chevron, Exxon and others could not go anywhere and could not produce revenues for those companies. A route northward through Russia would put US oil companies at risk to changes in Russian politics and the Eastward route through China was not deemed secure enough since China is soon to become the second largest user of petroleum in the world after the United States.
Lastly!
Many of us have said numerous times that Bush was advised before hand that if he attacked Iraq he would destabilize the middle east. He knew before he ignored all good advice that the neighbors would get involved and they are. He knew that it was most likely that Iraq would be divvied up between the Kurds, the Sunni's, and the Shiite and it will be. In the past I have written extensively the entire middle east would blow and then the entire world would be involved in war. I know that both Turkey and Iran are fighting Kurds that are looking for Autonomy but never really thought that a free Kurdistan would encompass areas of Iran and Turkey as well as Iraq. knowing the close American Kurdish relationship I really have to rethink what Bush's real goal was here after I discovered an old story. Tell me what you think!
Kurdistan Observer: A Free Kurdistan! Recent nuances and nudges in government policy as well as tacit support for the most obscene anti-Semitism and anti-Americanism by the ruling political party of Turkey ought to cause the United States to begin to rethink its comprehensive policy toward Asia in general and toward one non-Arab minority in Iraq in particular: the Kurds. What, today, is the most intractable political problem in Iraq? It is the very real political and religious aims of Shiite, Sunni and Kurdish regions of the nation. Since the inception of Operation Iraqi Freedom, President Bush has maintained that the unity of the nation of Iraq was non-negotiable. In politics and in war, however, nothing should be non-negotiable.
This sounds vaguely familiar but Iraq is not a nation in any real sense, it was rather three separate concentration camps each with differing degrees of oppression. An answer? Maybe but there are numerous counties involved and they all want their answer as a result there will be none I am afraid because peace and prosperity is not the goal but getting ones way and individual National Sovereignty is!
The US needs Turkey for its middle east policy but it is obvious the rest of the world does too. Turkey and the world are at a crossroads which way will we go? We know the obvious of why we are told we will always be beside Israel the war monger but if it came right down to it which way should we go Israel or Turkey? We may have to decide.

Gulf of Mexico oil disaster still gushing oil from the well and many fractures on the sea floor.
Over a year ago we discussed the fractured sea floor and of course it was denied. June 10, 2010 Scientists Warn Gulf Of Mexico Sea Floor Fractured "Beyond Repair"
We have been hearing about turtles, dolphin, whales, and kill offs of millions of fish continuously since and of course stupidly everyone claims not to know why. Now we are hearing that the sea floor is indeed fractured and oil is indeed still leaking and the fractures can never be stopped. Of course this like everything else will again be denied. oil Still Gushing from BP Well in Gulf and many fractured places on the sea floor The Gulf of Mexico should be declared a disaster zone. Hell that is not even mentioning the 50 million pounds of deadly cadmium that was spilled into the other side of the Gulf recently.
Anyway back in February of this year we discussed that the all encompassing damage created by this horrific environment changing disaster will not be seen for decades and in many instances beyond that and felt for centuries. Before that we were discussing the dire shape the Gulf was in and the effect it had on its residents.
Sunday, February 27, 2011
Finally, ignored but true: Gulf spill's effects 'may not be seen for a decade'
Gulf spill's effects 'may not be seen for a decade' It is nice to hear at least a glimmer of the truth but I hate to tell them, even that is too optimistic, 50 years to see the brevity of a catastrophe that will last hundreds of years. Fact!
Despite the lies the Gulf is as bad as we knew it was:
There is more than good reason for people that live in the Gulf area to be suffering of depression, worried about their future and ever fishing again, and contemplating starting over elsewhere. Unless they plan on drilling for oil they better start packing while they are still healthy and despite the lies that the shellfish, fish, and shrimp are fine do not touch it period!
I watched a program on cnn and the shrimpers were being forced to go out because of their financial positions and they have families. They found much smaller catches and were concerned their catches were edible of even keepable. They were seeing 3 inch oil balls everywhere and were being warned not to tell anyone. I hope you watched the above video. Trust it, it was independent of BP and Government lies. It was done by University of South Florida.
Gulf oil plume extends 21 miles from source Now it is beyond belief but never mentioned! anyway back then: BP reduced the size of the "vessels of opportunity" program, fishermen who work in more remote areas are expressing concern about oil they have been spotted in places where boats have not been deployed and they are being told to keep quiet! The oil is not breaking down as they say.
All the way from the deep water horizon to 40 miles south of Panama City they they discovered what they described as a constellation of microscopic droplets of oil and dispersant killing phytoplankton the basic building block of the entire life of the sea. It was headed to Desoto canyon an area critical to all sea life for commercial and sport fishing and this was months ago!
The Government is still lying saying the sea and the fish will break it down and BP is still denying it. I am very troubled for everyone there in particular my sons and grandchildren. I better reiterate the residents very real concerns for those that missed it as we are getting closer to the whole picture and the awful truth:
As we have been saying for many months, the gulf is dead for fishing they might as well destroy the rest of the earth looking for their frigging oil. At this point it is human life there itself I am concerned about, You know that mess is evaporating and will come down with the rain on crops and in drinking supplies. I wish they would stop their lying!
This will be the worst oil disaster in the world because of where it is, set aside the dispersant added in. This already is the nightmare scenario they are not talking about. You really have to question what it is they are trying to correct with this so called corexit they poured in the gulf to kill everything? Us the eaters who do not matter? The little people, oh the small people!
We do not matter and instead of doing the right thing for the people and the gulf they are going to lie until once again the awful truth becomes undeniable and they will just act surprised. WTF?
The people in the Gulf might as well keep drilling for oil because their fishing is going to be dead for generations if we are around that long. This is of epic and Biblical proportions. This is life changing, this is planetary changing. Oil swallow, Jean Michal Cousteau, all the special clean up methods aside will be worthless as Billions of gallons of oil and 2 million gallons of deadly dispersant make the trip around the Gulf stream and not only destroy the gulf but diluted or not alter the entire food chain around much of the world.
Their lives are altered forever and they know it! I feel sorry for the likes of my son whose health is sacrificed in wars but him and all our military in the gulf where we have a heavy multi branch presence will be kept there and their long term health mental and physical will be sacrificed. The people who live there along with military families should look at moving elsewhere. They have resumed swimming there and they will pay with their health!
November 14, 2010
Is the gulf of Mexico safe? No way!
I was just discussing with a couple of my sons that we have heard nothing about the Gulf, in fact I had to go back 10 weeks to find any pertinent information. I have to tell you first that the Government and BP's lies have been bought by many including my son who I am holding personally libel for allowing my grandchildren to swim in that toxic mess.
Gulf Coast residents, fishermen, seafood distributors, and scientists believe that living on the coast and eating seafood from the Gulf has become hazardous to their health and you know damn well it is.
In response to their oil disaster last summer that released at least 4.9 million barrels of oil into the Gulf of Mexico, BP admitted to using at least 1.9 million gallons of widely banned toxic Corexit dispersants (which have been banned in 19 countries) to sink the oil. The dispersants contain chemicals that many scientists and toxicologists have warned are dangerous to humans, marine life, and wildlife.
They have been forcing fisherman to tell people it is okay to eat the purposely mistested fish and shellfish. They are doing this so when people start suing they can't go after the Government or BP but will go after the fishermen instead. Please read this report this is not good. I am sick of the damn lies! Is the gulf of Mexico safe? No way!
Despite the lies the Gulf is as bad as we knew it was There is more than good reason for people that live in the Gulf area to be suffering of depression, worried about their future and ever fishing again, and contemplating starting over elsewhere. Unless they plan on drilling for oil they better start packing while they are still healthy and despite the lies that the shellfish, fish, and shrimp are fine do not touch it period!

I hope you watched the above video. Trust it, it was independent of BP and Government lies. It was done by University of South Florida.
Gulf oil plume extends 21 miles from source
Fishermen who work in more remote areas are expressing concern about oil they have recently spotted in places where boats have not been deployed and they are being told to keep quiet! The oil is not breaking down as they say.

I better reiterate the residents very real concerns for those that missed it as we are getting closer to the whole picture and the awful truth:
More than eight out of 10 respondents reported worrying about their family, friends and community's survival to the complications caused by the environmental disaster. 46 percent said it prevented them from getting a good night’s sleep • 43 percent said it prevented from being able to focus on their usual job or work • 40 percent felt sick to their stomach "some of the time" or ‘almost constantly’ • 38 percent experienced headaches.
The toxic formula growing in the Gulf of Mexico is no different than spraying Agent Orange in Viet Nam. All it takes is a strong wind or a hurricane and those of us living along the Gulf Coast are finished. If the toxins don't suffocate us, we will suffer from contaminated potable water. Reality dictates a long term toxicity of air, water and land. Everyone had might as well start preparing by reading all you can find on the internet about Gulf War Syndrome. We're all about to experience it. Gulf of Mexico Illness = Gulf War Illness
Children are coming down with respiratory problems from toxic gases, another aspect of the Gulf of Mexico Syndrome is the very real stress and anxiety from knowing you are living in poison and have no way of surviving. While the devastating ecological impacts of BP’s oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico are obvious, the less visible but also long-lasting psychological, community and personal impacts could be worse, according to social scientists, psychologists and psychiatrists.
“People are becoming more and more hopeless and feeling helpless,” Dr. Arwen Podesta, a psychiatrist at Tulane University in New Orleans told Truthout. “They are feeling frantic and overwhelmed. This is worse than [Hurricane] Katrina. There is already more post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) and more problems with domestic violence, threats of suicide and alcohol and drugs.” They say they do not know how many years they will be dealing with this but I hate to say it but I want to say "till death do us part" The Indypendent » Gulf Residents Likely Face Decades of ...
Over one-third of parents reported that their children had experienced either physical symptoms or mental health distress as a consequence of the oil spill. One in five households has seen their income decrease as a result of the oil spill, and eight percent have lost jobs. Only five percent of coastal residents reported having received any cash or gift cards from BP, although over fifteen percent believe they may be eligible for compensation from BP for health consequences of the spill.Over one-quarter of coastal residents think they may have to move from the area because of the oil spill. Kenneth Feinberg, who is administering the BP claims process, has said mental health claims will not be covered.
Those poor people are screwed and they know it. This is horrible! As we have been saying for months the gulf is dead for fishing they might as well destroy the rest of the earth looking for their frigging oil. At this point it is human life there itself I am concerned about, You know that shit is evaporating and will come down with the rain on crops and in drinking supplies. I wish they would stop their lying! The guy in the tape is right those people's lives do not matter they are just eaters, the little people!
This will be the worst in the world because of where it is, set aside the dispersant added in. This already is the nightmare scenario they are not talking about. You really have to question what it is they are trying to correct with this so called corexit they poured in the gulf to kill everything? Us the eaters who do not matter? We are so screwed as we know. We do not matter and instead of doing the right thing for the people and the gulf they are going to lie until once again the awful truth becomes undeniable and they will just act surprised. WTF?

Qaddafi: No Surrender in Libya: Sirte the town of Bani Walid, and Sabha will fight letting Libya run out of food, fuel, and medicine
Qaddafi: No Surrender in Libya: Muammar Qaddafi was quoted Thursday as warning that tribes loyal to him in key strongholds are armed and won't surrender to Libyan rebels, a blow to opposition hopes of a peaceful surrender of the ousted leader's hometown of Sirte. The Syrian-based Al-Rai TV, which has previously broadcast several audio statements by Qaddafi and his sons, comes as the rebels who have seized control of most of the country extended by a week a deadline for the surrender of Sirte -- originally set for Saturday.
Rebels have been hunting for the Libyan leader since he was forced into hiding after they swept into Tripoli on Aug. 20 and gained control of most of the capital after days of fierce fighting. Qaddafi's voice was not heard, but Al-Rai reported he would issue a statement in which he vows "we won't surrender again; we are not women; we will keep fighting." Rebel forces, backed by NATO air strikes, have been advancing toward three regime strongholds: Sirte; the town of Bani Walid, 90 miles southeast of Tripoli; and Sabha, in the southern desert.
UN Warns Libya Is Short of Water, Fuel, Medicine: The U.N. humanitarian coordinator for Libya has warned the country faces critical shortages of drinking water, food, fuel and medicine, following the six-month civil war between rebels and Muammar Qaddafi's forces that disrupted supply lines and damaged infrastructure.
What about Libya's humongous hidden water that was scheduled to come on line September 1st? Water, Water, Water — Libya’s Hidden Asset: The Great Man-Made River, as the largest water transport project ever undertaken, has been described as the “eighth wonder of the world”. It carries more than five million cubic metres of water per day across the desert to coastal areas, vastly increasing the amount of arable land. The total cost of the huge project is expected to exceed $25 billion (US). Libya was slated to become Africa's largest water and food supplier!
Consisting of a network of pipes buried underground to eliminate evaporation, four meters in diameter, the project extends for four thousand kilometers far deep into the desert. All material is locally engineered and manufactured. Underground water is pumped from 270 wells hundreds of meters deep into reservoirs that feed the network. The cost of one cubic meter of water equals 35 cents. The cubic meter of desalinized water is $3.75. Scientists estimate the amount of water to be equivalent to the flow of 200 years of water in the Nile River.
What about Libya's monstrous supplies known and unknown of natural gas and oil? Start aggressively helping them capture it! Oil & Gas Libya 2011: Libya has the largest proven oil reserves in Africa with 42 billion barrels of oil and over 1.3 trillion cubic meters of gas. With only 25% of Libya’s surface territory explored to date there is every chance that actual reserves could see this figure dwarfed in coming years.
As Europe’s single largest oil supplier, the second largest oil producer in Africa and the continent’s fourth largest gas supplier, Libya dominates the petroleum sector in the Southern Mediterranean area and has ambitious plans for the future.
What about that? Make it a priority to get medicine and medical assets to them and ASAP. We know we can do it. We have proven time and time again we we have the capabilities and we can do it. What is going on here? Why are we half stepping?

Iran makes a u-turn on Syria as Attorney General of Hama steps down to protest bloodshed and residents contemplate armed confrontation

New Libya Democracy a Grand experiment
Libya's new rulers set out steps to elections: Even Russia and China will join friends of Libya conference, Sounds like a Grand Muslim experiment
Libya's new rulers set out steps to elections: GENERAL PROVISIONS, Libya is a democratic, independent state with Tripoli its capital, Islam its religion, sharia, Islamic law as the main source of legislation and Arabic as its official language. The rights of minority groups and all sections of society are guaranteed. The state will establish a democratic political system based on political and party pluralism aiming for a peaceful, democratic transition of power. All Libyans are equal before the law and are not discriminated against because of religion, faith, language, wealth, gender, ancestry, political views, social status or tribal, group or family affiliation. The state...
Muslim Democracy what a grand experiment. I must say I really believe it can work. The Hanafi school, known for being the most liberal and the most focused on reason and analogy, is dominant among Sunnis in Central Asia, Egypt, Pakistan, India, China, Turkey, the Balkans, and the Caucasus. The Maliki school is dominant in North Africa and the Shafi'i school in Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei Darussalam, and Yemen. Shia Muslims follow the Ja'fari school, most notably in Shia-dominant Iran. The distinctions have more impact on the legal systems in each country, however, than on individual Muslims, as many do not adhere to one school in their personal lives.
Sharia developed several hundred years after the Prophet Mohammed's death in 632 CE. As you read there are now several versions. It is the most extreme, the version practiced by the Taliban that concerns me. I think the Muslim Democracy Libya's transitional Government wants to employ is a Grand idea.
We have had our grand experiment and we keep hearing that some 235 years later it is still a work in process. It is starting to feel like a failure to me but if Libya can adhere to the provisions they have stated above I believe it can work. In America we have separate States with their own versions of laws and some unique laws enforced by some States as they see fit.
I envision Libya set up the same way only a Democracy revolving around Sharia law. The word "Sharia" has grown to make me nervous because of the extremists we find fighting us at every turn. I know many have been concerned with the Muslim Brotherhood but they have expressed no interest in ruling they just want to practice their beliefs in a open and free Democracy and I think this will all work.
The friends of Libya "some 65 countries" are meeting Sept 1st to restore peace and prosperity to Libya. primarily China and Russia along with everyone else is interested in protecting their own interests. I want to see a focus on the Libyans because this could be an example for other Muslim Nations to follow. Who would have ever thought?
Among the countries invited to the talks are the Contact Group on Libya member states, including participants in the NATO-led military operation and representatives of the United Nations, the Arab League and the African Union, as well as China, Russia, India and Brazil that have expressed concerns over the operation.
Russia and China will participate in the international conference "Friends of Libya" even though they have not technically recognized the Transitional National Council of the Libyan rebels as a sovereign government. The forum will focus on Libya's future after the end of the regime of notorious dictator Muammar Gaddafi . The conference was initiated by French President Nicolas Sarkozy and backed by British Prime Minister David Cameron will feature 60 foreign delegations of countries. "China supports the efforts ... of restoring peace and stability in Libya and contributing to the gradual change of political power in the country,"

With Qaddafi gone, the next vicious regime to fall is that of Bashar al-Assad in Syria. How exactly does that happen? It is not going to happen!
It is easy to say that with Qaddafi gone, the next vicious regime to fall is that of Bashar al-Assad in Syria. 'Tis a consummation devoutly to be wished, but realists and pessimists have rightly asked "how exactly does that happen?" It is not going to happen!
The so called experts are forgetting the most important detail the elephant in the room Iran. Iran will not allow a Democracy at their doorstep. Iran warns against outside interference and "change in Syria's government: Syria has highly-sensitive neighbors and therefore (any) change in Syria will not bring good influence to anyone and can create serious regional crisis which could spread beyond the region, said the foreign minister.
