Egypt court suspends YouTube over anti-Islam film: The 13-minute video, billed as a film trailer and made in the United States, provoked a torrent of anti-American unrest in Egypt, Libya and dozens of other Muslim countries in September. The video depicts the Prophet as a fool and a sexual deviant. For most Muslims, any portrayal of the Prophet is considered blasphemous.

 This would have been the latest in a 12 year attempt by Islamists to find something the west has done against their Religion so they can blow it all out of proportion so they can continue Bin Laden's vendetta against the west.

There are accepted ways of disposing of any Holy book but you do not see other Religions trying to kill everybody and rising up. I do believe we should get out of Afghanistan and leave them to their own demise. I do agree though that we just keep giving the Islamists reason to drum up anger against the west.

Why ever they are doing this while the long awaited middle east breakdown is under way. It started when Bush illegally attacked Iraq. Describing the film as "pathetic" and "criminal," he said attacks against innocent people and diplomats were "as a deformation of the Islamic religion." They "are not accepted by God," he said.

Responsible Muslims are doing the right thing. They are calling for calm. That said, it is time for normal citizen's Muslims included to forget this stupidity and get back to the business of life. It is time to isolate the extremists who will never stop as they have nothing else to do.

Responsible Muslims are going to have to police themselves is there is to be victory over the Islamists. They are getting stronger not weaker. Consider the source if it matters and it doesn't Before he was involved in the making of a noxious video that provided an excuse for anti-American riots in the Middle East, and before he was convicted of federal bank fraud, Nakoula Basseley Nakoula was arrested on charges relating to the making of angel dust.

Court records reviewed by Danger Room show that Nakoula and a co-defendant were brought before the Los Angeles County Superior Courthouse in Downey, California on April 15, 1997. They were charged with possessing the narcotic’s chemical precursors with “the intent to manufacture phencyclidine,” otherwise known as angel dust or PCP.
