As the entire world allies against Bush's Forever War he will Declare Martial Law, will a filibuster proof Congress matter?

As Bush prepares to embroil the entire middle east in the hell he created for Iraq Turkey is preparing to go into the Kurdish area in a more permanent "temporary force" as we did in Vietnam. We know how that worked out, Forget about "only a year" as Turkey thinks. It will be more or less permanent like all the rest of the still just developing horror in the middle east.
Bush's militarism has forced Putin to confront him over his missile shield and it has brought Russia together with Caspian Nations to ally against Bush. Many of the thoughts on Bush and his militarism ruining what might be right for the entire world if that was the concern instead of Bush following what is right for him were very interesting but I want to focus on something else so if you are interested please look at The Link

I have always respected the Dalai Lama and could never fathom China being so against him and little Tibet. I have the same curiosity towards Myanmar but I really have to wonder about the timing in angering China in such an in your face manner and Bush the arrogant idiot is peeved at the Democrats and their holding Turkey accountable for genocide because it might interfere with his warmongering making it more difficult but it till not stop him.

Anyway, The US president, George Bush, today denied that he had risked damaging American relations with China by attending an award ceremony for the Dalai Lama, and urged Beijing to permit religious freedom. he is but he doesn't care! China has vehemently protested over the public ceremony at which the exiled spiritual leader and 1989 Nobel peace prize laureate was awarded America's highest civilian honor, the Congressional gold medal. Read the whole story

Mr. Bush said the Dalai Lama was a "universal symbol of peace and tolerance, a shepherd of the faithful and a keeper of the flame for his people" as he handed him the award.I am really disturbed at the audacity of the underhanded, warmongering, universal symbol of war and intolerance giving the Dalai Lama his deserved award for peace and tolerance. I am sick of this picture!
That is still not my prime concern and question today. We are about to enter unchartered waters as the world unites against Bush and his new world order Forever Wars. This is not just a hope to me. I believe people are waking up and it is going to happen but It started out as such a faint hope for New York Senator Charles Schumer that he hardly dared voice it. But as more and more Republicans retire or become engulfed by scandal, it has become irresistibly imaginable: the idea that Democrats might gain a filibuster-proof majority in the Senate after the 2008 elections. "It's a very remote chance and every star would have to align correctly," Schumer, who heads the Democratic Senatorial Campaign Committee, told TIME. "But it's way too early to make predictions."

It may not be too early, however, for Republicans to be fearing the worst. As early as July Senator Minority Leader Mitch McConnell grimly acknowledged: "When you look at our numbers, holding our own is the best we can hope for." And that was before five long-serving Senators recently announced their retirements, many of them in purple states such as Virginia and Colorado that may be difficult for the G.O.P. to defend. In a more conventional election year, the G.O.P. might actually be making a push to regain a slim majority. The Senate is currently split 49-49 with two Independents — Joe Lieberman of Connecticut and Vermont's Bernie Sanders — who caucus with the Democrats. But this cycle there are a range of factors working against them. The disappointing GOP

* The GOP's biggest problems are their corruption but Mainly Bush, his abusive powers, and his Forever Wars. Now my concern! As the world is lining up to ally against Bush, his upcoming attack on Iran, and his militaristic warmongering, many of us fully expect the idiot to cancel elections and declare Martial Law. You can help me with this but would not that make Filibuster and Congress worthless and powerless as you and I? We are in so much trouble, our future!

Today's middle east and world chaos status as the world reacts to Bush's warmongering and new world order!

Putin and Ahmadinejad meet in Inti Bush Rally!
First: .Israel and Palestinian negotiators are involved in the most serious effort in "many, many years" to try to end the Mideast conflict, said U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice on Monday. "Frankly, it's time for the establishment of a Palestinian state and it's time for Israel to live in the security that is going to come with a peaceful and democratic neighbor," Rice said.
A day after meeting with Israeli leaders, Rice met in the West Bank with Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas and said she's pushing both sides to work "intensely" toward agreeing on a "serious, substantive and concrete" framework for a November peace conference in Annapolis, Maryland. During a joint news conference with Rice, Abbas indicated his negotiators have already agreed on some issues with Israel, but he did not specify which ones.

Rice says the time for a Palestinian State is now That's nice but this is in direct conflict with Iran and Islamist interests. It will only end one way and it is more obvious every day as Bush's Forever wars take shape.

While Rice is working against Iran's voiced interests Putin is in Iran to show his support. Meanwhile Russian President Vladimir Putin has been told about a plot to assassinate him during a visit to Iran this week, a Kremlin spokeswoman said Sunday. But that will not deter him. Interfax news agency, citing a source in Russia's special services, said suicide terrorists had been trained to carry out the assassination.
A spokesman for Iran's foreign ministry, Mohammad Ali Hosseini, denied any such plot had been uncovered, characterizing the news as disinformation spread by Iran's adversaries. "These sort of reports are completely baseless and in direction with psychological operations of enemies of relations between Iran and Russia" Hosseini said in a statement.

Kremlin claims plot on putin , he still visits Iran as much at stake Myself I wouldn't doubt it and that Bushco was behind it somehow as Bush's friend Vlad is turning out to be his most important enemy and will along with China fight his new world order plans.
Iran should be allowed to pursue its nuclear program for peaceful purposes, Russian President Vladimir Putin said on Tuesday. "The Iranians are cooperating with Russian nuclear agencies and the main objectives are peaceful objectives," he said. Russia is building Iran's first nuclear power plant and has resisted moves by the U.S. and its allies to impose stronger U.N. sanctions against Tehran.
On Monday, U.S. Defense Secretary Robert Gates reiterated the Bush administration's stance that "all options" must be kept "on the table" in confronting the threats posed by Iran -- a reference to the option of using military action against the long-time U.S. adversary. as Putin reiterates support for Iran I just want to point out that Putin said Iran's main objectives are peaceful. We seem to have accepted that verbiage and it covers Putin in the future but what about those other objectives?

While there President Vladimir V. Putin of Russia told a summit meeting of five Caspian Sea nations in Iran today that any use of military force in the region was unacceptable and in a declaration the countries agreed that none of them would allow their territories to be used as a base for launching military strikes against any of the others. “We should not even think of making use of force in this region,” Mr. Putin said.

Mr. Putin’s comments and the declaration come at a time when France and the United States have refused to rule out military action to halt Iran’s nuclear energy program, which they believe masks a desire to develop nuclear weapons. Iran says its program is solely for peaceful purposes. Putin arrived in Tehran today for meetings with President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad of Iran and leaders from three other nearby Caspian Sea nations that have rich oil and gas resources, promising to use diplomacy to try to resolve the international debate over Iran’s nuclear program.

He was the first Kremlin leader to travel to Iran since 1943, when Stalin attended a wartime summit meeting with Churchill and Roosevelt. His statements, which were consistent with his past positions cautioning against military action against Iran, were nonetheless stark in their setting and firmly emphasized his differences with the United States over the extent of Iran’s threat and the means to counter it.
“Not only should we reject the use of force, but also the mention of force as a possibility,” Mr. Putin said. “This is very important. We must not submit to other states in the case of aggression or some other kind of military action directed against one of the Caspian countries.” While in Iran Putin warns Bush against attack The war drums are beating!

Caspian Sea states declared in Tehran on Tuesday they would not let their soil be used for an attack on any of them, an apparent response to speculation the United States could resort to force in its nuclear row with Iran. The Islamic Republic is embroiled in a standoff with Western nations which accuse Tehran of seeking atomic weapons, a charge Tehran denies. Washington has refused to rule out military action if diplomacy fails to resolve the row.

The declaration followed a speech by Russian President Vladimir Putin calling on the Caspian nations not to let any third country use their territory for an attack, a comment apparently directed at former Soviet state Azerbaijan. The U.S. military has inspected airfields in Azerbaijan, which has a partnership deal with NATO, amid Russian media speculation they could be planning to use the facilities in a possible strike on Iran. Azeri officials deny any such plan.

Iran, Russia, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and Turkmenistan said "under no circumstances will they allow (the use of their) territories by third countries to launch aggression or other military action against any of the member states." Also in the final declaration, they acknowledged the rights of all signatories to the Non-Proliferation Treaty -- which includes Iran -- to develop peaceful nuclear energy. says Caspian States will not be used for the attack on Iran Sides in this war are taking shape and the drumbeats are beating.

Meanwhile Turkey is getting sick of having its citizens killed and is starting to run out of patience. Turkish troops shelled farmland around a half-dozen villages in northern Iraq from across the tense border, an Iraqi Kurdish official said Sunday, in what the Turkish military called retaliation for weekend attacks by Kurdish rebels.

Turkey's military reported Saturday that Kurdish separatist guerrillas attacked villages on its side of the border late Friday, wounding one soldier near the village of Yemisli. "The Turkish military responded to these unacceptable attacks and will continue to respond," a military statement said. meanwhile amidst mutual attacks across Iraq Turkey Border With 60,000 of Nato's 2nd largest military on its border it better be very concerned.

Iraq on Tuesday urged Turkey to refrain from launching military action against Kurdish separatists based in Iraqi territory and called for urgent talks between the two nations to find a solution to the crisis. Earlier, Tariq Al-Hashimi, one of Iraq's two vice presidents, arrived in Turkey to meet Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan and President Abdullah Gul in an effort to "defuse" tense relations between Ankara and Baghdad.

Meanwhile Iraqi government spokesman Ali al-Dabbagh issued a statement calling for "urgent dialogue" between Turkey and Iraq and a "diplomatic solution" to the tensions, sparked by recent attacks in Turkey by the Kurdistan Workers' Party, or PKK. The statement urged Turkey "not to resort to military solutions in dealing with terrorist threats that target its interests."

Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki, who was also due to hold emergency talks with his ministers Tuesday, said his government was ready for "urgent dialogue sessions" with senior Turkish officials. "Turkey would act with common sense and determination when necessary and when the time is ripe," Erdogan said. "The only target is the PKK terrorist organization. No other group is our target," Cicek said. "Everyone who lives in Iraq are our brothers and our friends. We hope that peace comes to Iraq and to our areas without a need to use this option." Iraq calls for urgent Turkey talk

Meanwhile just a reminder, Turkish gunners have been shelling into Iraq setting their friends fields and orchards ablaze so tempers are running thin and time is running out here too.

I am very upset as you all are. This is one hell of a mess Bush is happily creating and he is proud of it. I am sickened thinking how this will all in fact turn out and our so called leaders think they are in control and can prevent as they play their childish games.

Bush and Turkey call PKK terrorists which gives Turkey the right to attack them as Bush fights to keep Iraq Al Qaeda alive to keep his attack going!

First I have to admit that I for one was surprised to find out that sitting on Iraq's Northern Border is NATO's 2nd largest military so I had to research this of course. But first Turkey's cabinet asked parliament on Monday for permission to launch attacks on Kurdish separatists in northern Iraq that Washington fears could destabilize one of the most peaceful areas of the country. Government spokesman Cemil Cicek said Turkey still hoped military action against the Kurds, who use the mountainous region as base for attacks inside Turkey, would not be needed.
"But the most painful reality of our country, our region, is the reality of terror," he told a news conference. by Bush's own definition that gives Turkey the right to attack them and further destabilize Iraq. Anyway Cicek said the motion, which parliament is expected to approve on Wednesday, would be valid for one year and would allow multiple cross-border operations. You know that will be extended and once there Turkey too will be embroiled in this still just developing mess.

Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan's centre-right government is under heavy public pressure to act after a series of attacks on Turkish troops by the outlawed Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), which seeks an independent homeland in eastern Turkey. The prospect of NATO's second largest army crossing into mainly Kurdish northern Iraq helped propel global oil prices to an all-time high of $85 a barrel on Monday while the lira currency fell more than 2 percent against the dollar.Turkey looking for permission to attack Iraq
I was really surprised to find Turkey's military at some 3/4 of a million troops was far greater than Britain and France combined and was the main reason the EU voted to let them in NATO. Turkey's military

Now I am more concerned than ever, having Turkey's military holding full scale military operations inside Iraq endeavoring for just the opposite of what the chief idiot is. Meanwhile to anger Turkey The House Foreign Affairs Committee voted 27-21 Wednesday to approve the nonbinding measure, which declares the deportation of nearly 2 million Armenians from the Ottoman Empire between 1915 and 1923 was "systematic" and "deliberate," amounting to "genocide." The deportations led to the deaths of an estimated 1.5 million people. It was genocide but why now? This has to be pure Politics to further complicate the chief idiots efforts but this will be a further hardship on our military because the chief idiot will not stop.

Anyway Pelosi stood by her previous assertion that the measure would be taken to a full vote if it passed the committee. Newly installed chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, Adm. Michael Mullen, tried to calm tensions by phoning his Turkish counterpart shortly after Wednesday's vote. Mullen told Gen. Yasar Buyukanit, Turkey's chief of staff, that the Pentagon is working hard to inform Congress of what the military implications might be if the Turks were to respond by cutting off U.S. access to the air base at Incirlik in Turkey. Seventy percent of U.S. air cargo bound for Iraq passes over or through Turkey. Pelosi to press genocide resolution

Amidst this The U.S. military says it has dealt devastating and potentially irreversible blows to Al Qaeda in Iraq in recent months, leading some generals to advocate a declaration of victory over the group, which the Bush administration has long described as the most lethal U.S. adversary in Iraq, the Washington Post reported Monday.
But as the White House and its military commanders plan the next phase of the war, other officials have cautioned against taking what they see as a premature step that could create strategic and political difficulties for the United States, the newspaper said. Such a declaration could fuel criticism that the Iraq conflict has become a civil war in which U.S. combat forces should not be involved. Simultaneously, the intelligence community, and some military members, worry about underestimating an enemy that has shown surprising resilience in the past.
"I think it would be premature at this point," a senior intelligence official said to the Washington Post of a victory declaration over AQI, as the group is known. Despite recent U.S. gains, he said, AQI retains "the ability for surprise and for catastrophic attacks." Earlier periods of optimism, such as immediately following the June 2006 death of AQI founder Abu Musab Al-Zarqawi in a U.S. air raid, not only proved unfounded but were followed by expanded operations by the militant organization, the Post reported.

There is widespread agreement that AQI has suffered major blows over the past three months. Indications cited include a sharp drop in suicide bombings, the group's signature attack, from more than 60 in January to around 30 a month since July, said the Washington Post. Captures and interrogations of AQI leaders over the summer had what a senior military intelligence official called a "cascade effect," leading to other killings and captures. The flow of foreign fighters through Syria into Iraq has also diminished, although officials are unsure of the reason and are concerned that the broader al-Qaeda network may be diverting new recruits to Afghanistan and elsewhere, the paper reported Monday. Bush needs Al Qaeda alive

Bush will keep Iraq's Al Qaeda alive if there is one and fight amidst this Iraqi civil war that besides Iran will now have another contributor, Turkey, until he can attack Iran to further his new middle east order. But which side will Turkey come down on in this? We know about Russia and China? This is just getting worse and worse and the chief idiot wants a permanent presence in the middle of it for his new world order Forever War and war economy!

Bush is not concerned about us but he's afraid Putin will stop his new world order and is trying to gum up Russia with problems!

I'm sure you feel the same way but this Politics of confrontation practiced by Bushco in order to pursue their new world order. I have written at least 25 stories updating the progress between Putin and Bush as Bush insists on infringing on Russia with its supposed missile defense system. To me it is designed "work or not" to instigate countries I.e.. Russia so Bush will be forced to fight in order to replace existing order with his new order using The Russian Doctrine of Destruction

How appropriate it is that a Russian is going to be the one to stop him. To me, God help all of us if he manages to get this going before he leaves office and his pundits call for a Constitutional Amendment to keep him in office or worse. It absolutely blows me away that knowing what Bush has done to us right here in using 9/11 and the Patriot Act to still as much abusive power as possible and change America and the world to his liking ignoring totally the wishes of the Democrats and we the people that Bushco is concerned that Russia under Putin is doing the same thing.
Listen to this crap! The Russian government under Vladimir Putin has amassed so much central authority that the power-grab may undermine Moscow's commitment to democracy, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice said Saturday. "In any country, if you don't have countervailing institutions, the power of any one president is problematic for democratic development," Rice told reporters after meeting with human-rights activists. Where the hell does Bushco have the room to talk?

"I think there is too much concentration of power in the Kremlin. I have told the Russians that. Everybody has doubts about the full independence of the judiciary. There are clearly questions about the independence of the electronic media and there are, I think, questions about the strength of the Duma," said Rice, referring to the Russian parliament. The U.S. is concerned about the centralization of power and democratic backsliding ahead of Russia's legislative and presidential elections in December and March. Putin will step down next year as president. He has said he would lead the ticket of the main pro-Kremlin party in the parliamentary elections and could take the prime minister's job later. Although she would not speculate about Putin's ambitions, Rice said there were signs that whatever transition occurs could be smooth. Rice worried about Putin's power

You could laugh at the idiocy of Bushco if this wasn't so serious. I have to laugh remembering Bush had the audacity to tell Putin he should model his Democracy after the hell he has created in Iraq. Anyway, Bush is not concerned about us but he's afraid Putin will stop his new world order and is trying to gum up Russia with problems!
Rice met with human rights activists Saturday while Bushco ignores his own. It was a low key effort designed so as not to rankle Putin. Rice and Defense Secretary Robert Gates on Friday received a chilly reception from Putin and senior Russian officials on U.S. proposals for cooperating on a missile defense system in Eastern Europe that Russia vehemently opposes. But as she has in the past, Rice declined comment on Putin's possible political future and said she did not raise the matter in her official discussions. Rice meets with civil rights activists

Traveling back to Washington on Saturday, Gates said that despite Russian officials' public rejection of new proposals made during the meetings, he believed that Putin was "intrigued by a couple of them" and was taking them seriously. I can't believe the never ending audacity. Putin will be rankled and he might have been intrigued at Bushco's idiocy but nothing will change, Putin will not Bend! As you know, Russia is supplying Iran and Syria with missiles, anti missile batteries and aircraft requiring Russian arming, and other advanced weaponry, as well as building the Bashir nuclear facility amongst other things and have declared they will protect their interests militarily.
Every one of you know, Bush doesn't care about us as he goes about widening the gap between classes in order to form his new societal order He has to concern himself with Putin though! He is concerned Putin will get in the way of his plan for new middle east and world order and with his ally China he will. To stave this off Bush and Rice are doing their damnedest to incite division for their gain as they do here successfully. Bush is trying to undermine Russia with internal problems so they are preoccupied but it will not work. Sound familiar?

Iraq is a nightmare with no chance of success to us but it's total success for Bush as he will stay in the middle east permanently and attack Iran...

Iraq is a nightmare with no chance of success to us but it's total success for Bush as he will stay in the middle east permanently and attack Iran in his Forever War!
I am sick of saying it, why can't people, especially the Generals see that this is total success for Bush?
Retired Lt. Gen. Ricardo Sanchez, coalition commander in 2003 and 2004, called the Iraq war "a nightmare with no end in sight," for which he said the Bush administration, the State Department and Congress all share blame. bush gets the credit and that is perfection for him. Remember what he wants to do! Sanchez told a group of military reporters in Arlington, Virginia, on Friday that such dereliction of duty by a military officer would mean immediate dismissal or court martial, but the politicians have not been held accountable.

He said the Iraq war plan from the start was "catastrophically flawed, unrealistically optimistic," and the administration has not provided the resources necessary for victory, which he said the military could never achieve on its own. He forgets that attacking Iraq has served Bush's purpose. Military success was not the goal at least not yet. Still, he said, the U.S. cannot pull out of Iraq without causing chaos that would have global implications. "After more than four years of fighting, America continues its desperate struggle in Iraq without any concerted effort to devise a strategy that will achieve victory in that war torn country or in the greater conflict against extremism," Sanchez said. Sanchez pointed to what he said was "neglect and incompetence at the National Security Council level" which has put the U.S. military into "an intractable situation" in Iraq.
"There is no question America is living a nightmare with no end in sight," he said. The nightmare will not end, he said. Sanchez was pessimistic about the chances of victory in Iraq unless there is a major change in commitment. "Continued manipulations and adjustments to our military strategy will not achieve victory," he said. "The best we can do with this flawed approach is stave off defeat." Sanchez's story

Anyway staving off defeat was the goal and this will soon get going according to plan now that Iraq has served its purpose. Failure to us is success for Bush! Iraq is a total success as he endeavors to fight his Forever War. I am sick of trying to get people to see what the chief idiot is doing!
First, I found this article on neo-conservatism. It mentioned the clean break we discussed in the Perle Wurmser report. it correctly said Bush's "war on terror" follows the neocon playbook in every particular. The salient features of that war are these: 1) "Terrorism" is itself the enemy. It is soft-minded and immoral to consider historical context or grievances. Any group that practices terrorism is to be smashed into submission. 2) All militant Islamic groups, from al-Qaida to Hamas and Hezbollah, are essentially the same. They all subscribe to a totalitarian ideology and must be destroyed. 3) Force works. If you smash the Arab world in the mouth hard enough, it will get the idea. If it doesn't, it will be necessary to continue smashing it indefinitely. 4) The Israeli-Palestinian conflict is not that important, and the United States should not interfere with Israel's actions, however harsh. 5) The war on terrorism is so crucial that it merits suspending civil liberties, establishing secret prisons and using rendition of suspects in order to torture them. But it called Bush's plan a total failure. This report is wrong

As I said, I am sick of telling people, this is no failure. It is total success. according to The Russian Doctrine of Destruction Bush needs war to fight and implement his version of new world order. Now he is going to be able to do that and staying the course in Iraq made it possible. The Generals at least by now ought to be able to follow the course of events since 9/11 was allowed to happen so Bush could get his abusive powers through the so called Patriot Act that this is all working according to plan and it is about to come to a head.
With a permanent force now proposed in Iraq or the middle east, Iraq has served its purpose and staying the course in its civil war has bought what Bush need most and that was time until he could find his excuse to attack Iran. A permanent presence will ensure that he will have plenty of Muslims he can continue to smash in the mouth. He will have his excuse to have to fight and implement his new middle east order.

Why can no one see that what is happening in Iraq and the middle east might be a nightmare to us but this is total success for Bush and his "Forever Wars" not failure. If because of his "Forever War" he must stay in office to fight them then this will be ours and the whole worlds nightmare but unmitigated total success to Bush!

Nobel Peace Prize sweet Revenge but can we get Gore to run and save us and the world? He should be beholden to finsh what he started!

Nobel peace Prize sweet revenge but can we get Gore to run and save us and the world? He should be Beholden to finish what he started!

I just had my cast removed now my arm is killing me and I'm glad I saved those pain killers. The healing begins! I wanted to discuss Al Gore running but I blew it away and this is more than I thought so I will leave you with the ad and give me your thoughts. I hope to be able to write more tomorrow.

For the past year, Al Gore has gone about his considerable business without showing much interest in running for president. While picking up an Oscar and an Emmy, publishing a very smart book and playing host at a global concert for the planet, he's never done more than tease the idea. And yet all that time, the leaders of the Draft Gore movement have been clinging to a single fervid dream: that Gore would win the Nobel Peace Prize and use it to catapult himself to an eleventh-hour bid for the presidency.
Now the Nobel Committee has done its part, awarding Gore the Peace Prize for being "probably the single individual who has done most to create greater worldwide understanding of the measures that need to be adopted" to combat climate change, according to his citation. (The United Nations' Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change was also a joint winner of the prize.) And so, after the obligatory spasms of celebration and the equally obligatory gnashing of Rush Limbaugh's teeth, will Americans finally get to enjoy one of the great spectacles in political history, as Gore's ultimate honor levitates him beyond his leading rival, Hillary Clinton, and into the Oval Office?
We at draft Gore.com ran a full page ad Wednesday. I am banking on it working. We need Al at the helm to clean up America and the world after Bush Please look at The PDF
If he runs he will be elected. Most realize from all venues that we need hm. He alone can do the job!

Pope attacks Iran at Jewish Congress, Muslim Religious leaders say survival of the world is at stake W/O Muslim Christian peace!

Pope attacks Iran at Jewish congress while Muslim Religious Leaders say survival of the world is at stake if Christians and Muslims do not make peace! And you know they will not! Who is the Protagonist here?
Dusty knows but I used to write on a site that had a few very Rabid right wing Bush supporters than never missed an opportunity to let me know that Bush was the best thing to God and the most Religious righteous man on the planet and the savior of the world. One in particular! She said we cannot be true Christians because we are Democrats. So I said all those perverted Priests must be Republicans then.

Anyway I heard continuously from them that Bush was working to bring about the End Of Days described in the Bible. They said they were ready and asked me if I was hell no! Knowing that in his own words he talks to God directly and God told him to go into the middle east and settle their problems and knowing how the hell he created in Iraq would spread throughout the entire middle east then the entire world I could only come to the conclusion years ago that this was exactly what the chief idiot was doing.
I have always been very suspicious of the fact that Bush and Israel were trying to create their new middle east order and Israel while being very combative could do no wrong. This morning I compiled six very important stories that I hope to run into during the course of the day amongst you because I find it of the utmost importance to talk about what the Pope said attacking Iran at the Jewish Congress and the worlds Muslim leaders plan on rolling out to the Pope today. The "survival of the world" is at stake if Muslims and Christians do not make peace with each other, leaders of the Muslim world will warn the Pope and other Christian leaders today.

Listen to the stalemate and think about the horror that was just announced! First The Pope attacked Iran as he pledged to help world Jewish leaders in their fight against anti-Semitism. Pope Benedict XVI told leaders of the World Jewish Congress that Iran was “an issue of big concern” to him. At a meeting at the Vatican, the Pope spoke of his concern about rising anti-Semitism and described how he wanted to use educational tools to counter the hatred of the Iranian leadership towards the Jewish people and Israel.
Maram Stern, secretary general of the World Jewish Congress said after the audience: “We thanked the Holy Father for everything he did for the Jewish people, and more importantly what he will do.” Speaking to journalists in Rome, he said the Pope had “recognized the question of Iran as an issue of big concern for him.” Members of the congress discussed the critical problem of “resurgent anti-Semitism” in Europe. Britain itself has seen a marked rise in anti-Semitism, linked to increasing anti-Zionism and to events in the Middle East.

In a statement after the audience, the congress said members of the delegation “called on the Pontiff to take action against those in the Church who wanted to do damage to the close and positive relationship between Christians and Jews”. The delegation also discussed with the Pope the importance of dialogue with moderate Muslims. The congress’s visit to Rome was an important step in re-establishing it as a player in the ongoing fight against anti-Semitism on the world stage after it was itself riven by controversy over funds and other matters over recent months. Iran’s government, which has the largest Jewish community living in the Middle East outside Israel, numbering 20,000, repeatedly denies that it is anti-Semitic. Nevertheless, shortly after his election in 2005, President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad called for Israel to be “wiped from the map” and described the Holocaust as a “myth”. Pope attacks Iran
Do you realize Jews and the Pope are actually drawing the sides in this still developing war in the middle east?

Meanwhile Muslim leaders are warning the Pope that the survival of the world is at stake. The "survival of the world" is at stake if Muslims and Christians do not make peace with each other, leaders of the Muslim world will warn the Pope and other Christian leaders today. In an unprecedented open letter signed by 138 leading scholars from every sect of Islam, the Muslims plead with Christian leaders "to come together with us on the common essentials of our two religions" and spell out the similarities between passages of the Bible and the Koran.
The scholars state: "As Muslims, we say to Christians that we are not against them and that Islam is not against them - so long as they do not wage war against Muslims on account of their religion, oppress them and drive them out of their homes." The phrasing has echoes of the New Testament passage: "He that is not with me is against me" - a passage used by President George Bush when addressing a joint session of Congress nine days after 9/11. The Muslims call instead for the emphasis to be on the shared characteristics of world's two largest faiths.

The letter, addressed to Pope Benedict XVI, to the Orthodox Church's Patriarch of Constantinople, Bartholomew 1 and all the other Orthodox Patriarchs and to the Archbishop of Canterbury Dr Rowan Williams and the leaders of all other Protestant churches worldwide, will be rolled out around the world this morning in a series of press conferences beginning in Jordan.
It is supported by the Bishop of London, the Right Rev Richard Chartres. The Muslims even quote passages verbatim from the Bible, extremely rare in a publication of this kind and at this level and an indication of their resolve to bring the two faiths together and end the present tensions between them. The letter continues: "With the terrible weaponry of the modern world; with Muslims and Christians intertwined everywhere as never before, no side can unilaterally win a conflict between more than half of the world's inhabitants. Thus our common future is at stake. The very survival of the world itself is perhaps at stake." Muslim Leaders warn worlds survival at stake

Four years ago I wrote The Cycle's of Life and updated it two years ago. I said we are attempting to go against the natural cycles of man's and the planets life by heading down the road of world war at a time where it is no longer survivable by man or the planet as our weapons are too powerful today to survive. The world must come together as one. There is no other way. The Dire consequences

With help from Iran, Saudi Arabia, and now actively Turkey, Bush's middle east Breakdown Commences!

This will be the result of Bush's mess minus the massive immigration he has loosed!

With help from Iran, Saudi Arabia and now actively, Turkey, Bush's middle east breakdown commencing in Iraq, the spread and results should now be obvious!
You know, I have written many times about how Bush ignored all warnings as to what would happen to Iraq and the middle east if he attacked Iraq. As you know, he attacked Iraq to get our military back into the middle east and everything he ignored is now coming true and a lot worse. We all knew ahead of time that countries around Iraq would take an active role in seeing their own interests served and that is exactly what is happening.

I expect you have looked at it before but look at the map. It is too much to think that even with the ignorance and audacity of Bush that this would turn out any different than it is. He had to realize what the end result of his attack would be and he did not care. Getting our military back into the middle east so he could begin to implement his new middle east order was his only concern. as he has shown, he really has no concern for the people, Religion, or Democracy. He has perverted Democracy and Christianity while sacrificing the people of the middle east to create his new middle east order.
We have said numerous times that the civil war he created in Iraq would spread throughout the entire middle east and it is in ways most do not realize. it is obvious and expected that Iran, Saudi Arabia, and turkey, would get involved and try to further their own interests as they are. We knew Iran was trying to further its own interest and the interest of the Shiite and Saudi Arabia was actively supporting the interests of the Sunni in Iraq but now we have Turkey that has now taken an active military role in the breakdown.

Turkey started forays into the Kurdish area of Iraq in 1991 under cover of the American no fly zone. With half of the worlds 12 million Kurd's living in Turkey the Kurdistan Workers Party (ppk) has killed an estimated 30,000 Turks as they endeavor to make a separate autonomous Kurdish homeland. That was all our fault to start with and before Bush attacked he ignored the warnings that Turkey would attack the Kurdish area and attempt to annex it. That too is now a reality.
Turkey is now shelling suspected Kurdish rebel camps across the border in northern Iraq, a newspaper reported Wednesday, but the government appeared unlikely to move toward sending ground troops until next week. A member of the governing Justice and Development Party said a request for parliamentary approval for a cross-border ground offensive was unlikely to come to the floor before the end of a four-day religious holiday on Sunday. He asked not to be named because he was not authorized to speak to reporters.

We knew Iran was trying to further its own interest and the interest of the Shiite and Saudi Arabia was actively supporting the interests of the Sunni in Iraq but now we have Turkey that has now taken an active military role in the breakdown.

Prime Minister Recep Tayyip Erdogan told reporters that preparations for the parliamentary authorization were under way but he did not say when a motion could reach the floor.A large-scale military incursion would disrupt one of the few relatively peaceful areas of Iraq and jeopardize Turkey's ties with the United States, which has urged Ankara not to take unilateral steps. The Turkish military launched a major offensive on its side of the border this week in response to more than a week of deadly attacks in southeastern Turkey by the Kurdistan Workers Party, or PKK.
Turkish troops targeting the guerrillas' suspected escape routes in mountainous areas in Sirnak province have "squeezed" a group of about 80 rebels on Mt. Gabar, in Sirnak, the Hurriyet newspaper reported. Escape routes were being bombed by helicopter gunships while transport helicopters were airlifting special commando units to strategic points. turkey moving into Iraq

This should come as no surprise an anyone and once Turkey is in there militarily they will not be leaving. This is not the worst part. Again I ask you to look at the big Picture! We now have the scenario we have discussed often and mapped last week all set up but that is not the worst of it. In the middle of all this we have Bush promising to keep us in the middle of this middle east breakdown permanently so he can attack Iran and implement his new middle east order by setting up a Korea style force. This is still not the worst of it! With the promise of Iraq breaking into 3 separate regions, worse to be gobbled up by surrounding countries and Bush's promise to stay there permanently and his desire to attack Iran, you have to see the horrible result we talked about yesterday and it is looking worse by the day.

Right now there is an estimated 4.2 million Iraqis alone that have been driven from their homes. But experts say assistance from the United States and other Western nations is only a tiny fraction of what may be needed to stabilize the biggest Middle East refugee crisis since 1948. This is just the beginning of a crisis that will encompass the entire middle east thanks to Bush and will dwarf 1948. Host countries in the region, particularly Jordan and Syria, have been overwhelmed by more than 2 million refugees and could need billions of dollars in aid to cope with the social and economic strains.

Countries are now closing their borders forced to turn their backs on Bush's immigrants and with a promise of a permanent US presence in the middle east, the still developing immigrant crisis around Israel, Bush's desire to attack Iran and dwarf the current situation, the world better start realizing what the future will be at best. Bush talks about Darfur while he has purposely created a worse situation in the middle east and Bush and Ahmadinejad do their best everyday to spread this to Iran then the entire middle east.
This will only end one way as has been the plan all along. The chief idiot would prefer Iran to lay down but he will fight if he must and nothing like sense is going to deter him. The entire middle east will be embroiled! Bush has created what promises to be a permanent, monstrous, middle east if not worldwide Global immigration population in his new world order Forever War. 4.2 million and Bush promises to dwarf that. You are not stupid. Minus even world war, you know what that means. We are all in trouble!

Bush is creating a permanent nomadic immigration population of the entire middle east!

We are creating a permanent nomadic immigration population of the entire middle east if not the world with a couple countries as islands!
Do you realize the Brevity of the situation Bush has created in the middle east? You know I am a big picture guy. This morning it hit me when I saw the immigration crisis reiterated. This is a horrible situation for the future of the world and it is just developing. Two weeks ago I did this story on the worsening Immigrant problem in Iraq as they endeavor to escape Bush's so called success. I always talk about Bush's total middle east breakdown that will happen before it spreads around the entire world. What is really happening in Bush's so called war on terror and its results hit me this morning.

The number of Iraqi refugees trying to flee to industrialized nations has increased substantially in 2007 -- and nearly half are trying to go to Sweden, the U.N. refugee agency reported Friday. Direct result of Bush's successful surge I guess. I have been saying for years now that with every Bush so called Bush success comes further Iraqi suffering in his created hell on earth. The ramifications of what is going to happen hit me today!
Sweden received 9,300 asylum claims from Iraqi refugees, out of a total of 19,800 claims made to 36 countries during the first six months of this year, the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees said. The agency said "the large Iraqi community in that country and its strong social network might account for the high number of Iraqi asylum seekers there." The total number of applications is 45 percent higher than in the last six months of 2006, when 13,600 applications were made. The figures are also more than double those for the first six months of 2006, the agency said.
The figures are based on data provided by 36 industrialized countries to the UNHCR. The United States expects to have admitted only 1,600 to 1,700 Iraqi refugees in the financial year that ends September 30, U.S. officials said . That's fewer than earlier estimates of 2,000 or more for the year. Officials from the departments of State and Homeland Security predict that the number of Iraqi refugees admitted to the U.S. soon will rise to 1,000 a month.
About 2.2 million Iraqis live outside their country, mostly in Syria and Jordan, the United Nations said. Another million have been uprooted from their homes but are still in Iraq officials say. Assistance groups such as Refugees International consider the the situation the fastest-growing refugee crisis in the world.worst Imigrant crisis in the world

That was two and a half weeks ago. according to this latest report the number has increased by 1 million and now stands at 4.2 million. An estimated 4.2 million Iraqis have been driven from their homes.

Experts from nongovernmental organizations, aid agencies and think tanks also say alleviating suffering among those refugees and another 2 million people displaced inside Iraq could require hundreds of thousands of Iraqis to be resettled in countries including the United States. "The humanitarian need inside Iraq and in neighboring countries has been ignored to such an extent that both Jordan and Syria, out of desperation, have introduced visa requirements that effectively close all exit doors for Iraqis," said Andrew Harper, who heads the Iraq Support Unit of the U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees.
But Washington is unlikely to move aggressively, given tougher security restrictions on immigration after the September 11 attacks in 2001 and concern that the continued fighting in Iraq could pose a danger of insurgents posing as refugees.Without U.S. leadership, experts say other countries, especially European nations already jittery about Islamist violence, will not come to the rescue either. growing world crisis

Experts think they found a way around Bush, say war on terror is a failure, Bush won't be stopped, failure to us is total success for his Forever Wars!

Bush's Forever War! Experts think they found a way around Bush, say war on terror is a failure, I'm sick of saying it, Bush won't be stopped and failure to us is total success for him!

I had an interesting series of conversations this morning I would like to continue as I realized that after checking out a couple stories from supposedly enlightened sources that the supposed experts, the supposed enlightened, and people around the world not just in America do not get it. It is sickening to continue to hear it but those being credited with Political enlightenment do not get the fact that it doesn't matter. Only the all powerful Decider matters and he will not alter his course regardless. A report was issued saying the war on terror is being lost. They do not get it either. It is working. It is all a success for Bush. He needs the terrorist. He doesn't want to wipe them out. They are his excuse to continue his Forever Wars.

First I was sent a supposed enlightened article or thought process. Matt Stoller, one of the most significant emerging leaders of the new political left in this country, has just written a fascinating essay that I think is a real breakthrough in his thinking and hopefully in the strategic thinking of the netroots crowd in general. It might be a breakthrough in thought process but it is worthless against Bush and it better be realized.

Stoller's piece is called smart Trotsky. I mean this as a compliment to Stoller who is trying to weave together the incongruities of passion, earnestness, and purity of motive on the left with a shrewder, calculating, appreciation of domino effects on the political right. The essay is cerebral and cites a comment I made recently and have been making from time to time: "one of the characteristics of modern global politics is how organized minority factions are able to overwhelm majority views." It is friggen worthless, that should have been known for years now.
If Bill Richardson is right and most Americans think that the war in Iraq is against their interests and want the troops to come home, then it's clear that our political structure and the influence of a well-organized minority have been able to shrug off this strong public opinion. People do not get it, majority views, minority views, public opinion, none of it matters. Bush has irresponsibly been given to much power to abuse and he will. His worst damage is yet to come. Only Bush matters!

In this article we hear voiced what we all know and talk about often. The drive to war against Iran is beset by changing rationales. Like the war in Iraq, the administration is trying to find the rationale that sells best. Where is the alternative explanation? There is none. Attacking Iran is one reason Bush attacked Iraq and no one will keep that from happening. On warrantless wiretapping and other erosions of civil rights, Democrats react. Why don't they create an alternative catch phrase. Some occasionally (actually rarely) use a term, like the War on the Middle Class. Why not actively promote it and use it with every crisis as further evidence? Why not use every instance of privacy violation as further evidence of Bush's War on Dissent?
And why not actively promote the wars in the Middle East as Oil Wars? Yes, such a term may not capture the full complexity of the situation, but Republican "issues" are effective and they are usually mere caricatures of real issues. And why not try to delegitimize the Israeli lobby and its supporters by labeling them tools of Sheldon Adelson, Bibi Netanyahu, and Likud, none of whom really serve Israel's long term interests? A supposed NetRoots Breakthrough

It isn't all about oil. That is a small part of it. I'm sorry but after years of trying to wake people up as to what Bush is doing and why, I can only laugh. I have 7 unpublished books documenting every single misstep. I hate to tell you and them but Stoller and Steve are pretty slow on the uptake. It was obvious to an idiot what has been going on from the start and they still do not have it. I was listening to Pelosi this morning talking about being confused why Bush can't see the effect he is having on the middle class.

Of course he does! He has been purposely changing our societal order from day one and will not stop. Have you read Bush uncovered on my main page? Bush is not failing in the war on terror. To him it is a qualified success. It has to be kept alive for his new world order Forever Wars so it is a complete success to him. He needs to embroil the entire world and he will. If you read Bush Uncovered which I wrote 4 years ago but no one gets it, Bush is following the Russian Doctrine of Destruction and must create war and disorder to replace it with his new idea of order.I have been trying to wake people up since day one but no one is listening or getting it. I am afraid it is too late as much beyond our control has been set into play around the world. It was never about John Bolton or anyone else like Gonzo. It was and is all about Bushco and pursuing new world order. Nothing else matters period!
No one seems to get it but all the waking up and organizing against Bush in the world is worthless because he was given too much power as a result of 9/11 and the Patriot Act and he can not be stopped unless he chooses it and he will not.Bush will ignore all the horror and attack Iran then the entire world will be engulfed in Bush's Forever War as planned from day one. Then his pundits will call for a Constitutional Amendment to keep him in office and at the helm of his wars. Either that or he will cancel elections and declare martial order which is in his power. People are waking up but it is too late and no one will stop the chief idiot because they do not matter, only the Decider they created does.

Hillary and Bill, our best bet at repairing Bush's damage if there is a chance now that I know her plan for Bill! What do you think?

I have been holding on to a story about Hillary and Bill for about a week. Looking over today's ever growing list of problems around the world it just blew me away. The entire friggen World is erupting and personally I blame it all on Bush and his warmongering new world order Forever War. I thought Al Gore is the only one capable of saving the country and the world but I am personally sickened that he must not realize how dire things are, how badly we and the world need him, and has not come forward.

That said, after seeing the countless messes around the world and many of them Bush created I am rethinking my own feelings about a Hillary nomination, her chances of surviving Rove and the Republican disinformation juggernaut, and weather or not she can do the job. I started thinking about what I have said about a Hillary Presidency right from the beginning and that is that the best thing about Hillary is that you get Bill too, a proven success at least as President.
That thought made me revisit this Hillary story because I now see a Hillary Presidency as able to happen and our best hope of surviving into the future and cleaning up after Bush if we even have elections in 2008.

I have to believe all the positives we are starting to hear about Hillary is because of her plan for Bill. The latest ABC News-Washington Post poll released Wednesday shows Sen. Hillary Clinton passing a significant political milestone. For the first time, a majority of Democrats nationwide supports Clinton for their party's nomination. Clinton's support in the Washington Post-ABC News poll jumped 12 points from last month, to 53 percent. She's 33 points ahead of her closest competitor, Sen. Barack Obama. That establishes Clinton as the clear national front-runner. Being front-runner means being a target of criticism from other Democrats.

"I heard Sen. Clinton say on Sunday that she wants to continue combat missions in Iraq. To me that's a continuation of the war," her Democratic presidential rival John Edwards said about her views on Iraq in a debate last month. Obama attacked her attempt to reform the health care system during her husband's administration. Anyway does it mean she's likely to get the nomination? Well, yes, if you look at the record. Which CNN did going back to the 1980 election. Every candidate who has gotten majority support in polls taken the year before the election has gone on to win the nomination. hillary passes milestone

If you read the story at the link you see the debate is why the sudden surge. I reiterate that it is because of her voiced plan for Bill. She now has my vote for sure. The plan in a minute! first her fundraising has also picked up! Sen. Hillary Clinton raised $27 million in the third quarter for her 2008 Democratic bid for the White House, a Clinton aide said Tuesday. All but $5 million of Clinton's funds can be spent trying to win the Democratic presidential nomination in the primaries, the aide said. More than 100,000 new donors contributed to the New York Democrat, the aide said. Clinton outpaced Sen. Barack Obama over the last three months, a reversal of positions from the second quarter. The turnout of Hillary being the nominee was declared a given by Bush and many others but I did not see it that way until I saw how she plans on using Bill. Now I see it as a foregone conclusion. fundraising also picks up because of Bill

This is what has given Hillary the kick and I am pleased at this. If Hillary Clinton wins the US presidency, Bill Clinton will be given the job of repairing America's damaged international reputation, the former president tells the Guardian in an interview today. Mr. Clinton, 61, reveals that his wife has said she would ask him to "go out and immediately restore America's standing, go out and tell people America was open for business and cooperation again" after eight years marked by unilateralist policies that have "enraged the world". For the first time in his political life, Mr Clinton says, "ordinary US voters in the heartlands are concerned about who would be most likely to restore America's standing in the world" in the wake of the Iraq war, lack of action on climate change and other policies.

"The average American knows instinctively that we have almost no problems in the world that we can solve all by ourselves," he says. "And that, I think, is helping her candidacy, because people believe - I think rightly - that if she were elected she would quickly move to restore our standing in the world, and tell people there may be a few occasions when we have to do something on our own, but our strong preference is going to be to be cooperative." The collective effect of American unilateralism has been "to enrage the world at the very moment when we had more support than we've had in recent memory, because of 9/11", Mr Clinton says.

Mr Clinton argues that American voters are tiring of a politics and media that have been under the sway of "the most ideological, rightwing element of the Republican party", leading to a national climate in which "three-dimensional reality" has been turned into "two-dimensional cartoons, and then [the rightwing media] try to get people to divide up on the basis of whether you like the cartoon or not ... I want the American people to stop rewarding the ideological wing of the Republican party, so we can have a centre-left party and a centre-right party and they can have real debates about real things."

Ms Clinton's presidential campaign is looking stronger than ever. One recent poll shows the New York senator opening up a 33% lead over her closest contender for the Democratic nomination, Barack Obama, and a Washington Post/ABC News poll released yesterday suggested she would beat the Republican frontrunner, former New York mayor Rudolph Giuliani, by a 51-43% margin in an election. Please read on

I am very happy that she has gone public about her plans for Bill. It isn't just our image Bush has damaged. He has purposely destroyed world order. I think Bill can help bring it back but he will certainly have his work cut out for him. I now believe that a Hillary nomination will happen and because of Bill. I also believe the 2 of them can survive Rove and the Republican disinformation juggernaut. Together Bill and Hillary are what we need to clean up the country and the world after Bush and his purposeful damage. What say you?

Bush the peace President's middle east war Fortress, screwing the kids, Ahmadinejad and Bush's lies, all designed to support the upcoming war!

Bush lying and defending screwing the kids for his wars',with Ahmadinejad's help a reason for war will be found!
First, as usual I started out to write about something simple or so I thought. As I was researching it, it got wider and more convoluted with many conflicting storylines. It all boils down to a race to war in the middle east with both sides, Bush and Ahmadinejad professing to be Presidents of peaceful Nations to cover their obvious drive for war and both sides say they want peace but will not cooperate or compromise.
Back in May I did a story about the only project in Iraq that was done on time and was actually ahead of schedule and that was Bush's super fortified flagship to his middle east debacle, the most expensive Embassy in the world.

Proving that it's not easy to make anything in Iraq secure, the security of the new U.S. embassy under construction in Baghdad has been compromised. The building plans were published on the Internet. The project will be the United States' largest diplomatic mission. Security for people within the sensitive facility is now compromised with the publication of computer-generated plans of the nearly complete fortified compound.

Ten detailed images of the plans for the compound appeared on the Web site of the U.S. architect for the project, Berger Devine Yaeger Inc. The State Department on Thursday asked the firm to remove the images that included the overall layout of the compound along with individual buildings. Those buildings included the embassy, office annexes, the Marine Corps security post, swimming pool, recreation center and the ambassador's and deputy ambassador's residences.Yaeger maintains that no real damage was done because it says the images were not that detailed. Besides that, company officials say that people will eventually figure out where everything in the embassy compound is anyway.

I mean come on, we didn't build it under top security for nothing. Oh I guess we did like everything else! then we hear the almost 3/4 of a Billion democracy Fortress will be a year behind. The Vatican-sized compound, which will be the world's largest diplomatic mission, has been beset by construction and logistical problems. "They are substantially behind at this point," and it would be surprising if any offices or living quarters could be occupied before the end of the year, one official told The Associated Press. Problems identified so far are related to the complex's physical plant, including electrical systems, and do not pose a security risk, said the official, who was not authorized to speak publicly.

I don't really want to talk about this embassy of middle east peace. I just wanted to point to it as I was peeved this morning hearing of the continued audacity of this war mongering chief idiot as he does his share to embroil the entire middle east in his Forever War. This morning he had the audacity after requesting $200 Billion to continue his illegal war in Iraq to openly defend vetoing the $35 Billion for children's healthcare saying the Democrats were going overboard and their Bill would cover those that do not need it and in essence Federalizing healthcare even though the numbers back up the Democrats 100%
Look at the numbers. The amount Bush was bitching about is already real. For the first time since 1998, the number of children younger than 18 without health coverage ticked upward last year by 361,000, along with the overall increase in the ranks of the uninsured, according to census figures released last week. Of the nation's nearly 74 million children, about 8.3 million, or 11.2 percent, lacked coverage in 2005, up from 10.8 percent the year before.

The discouraging development surprised some health experts, who attributed the change to budget crunches that led some states to curtail enrollment of children in government-subsidized plans and steady declines in the number of people who receive health insurance through their jobs. The uptick in the number of uninsured kids could play a major role in next year's debate in Congress over whether to renew the State Children's Health Insurance Program (SCHIP), a nine-year-old federal-state effort to provide health coverage to children of the working poor and near poor.
Children without health coverage are three times as likely as insured children to lack a regular doctor, according to a report released last month by the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation. Research from the American College of Physicians in 2000 found that uninsured children were less likely to be up to date on immunizations and to receive treatment for sore throats, earaches and other common childhood illnesses. A University of Texas study found that kids with insurance tend to have fewer school absences. number of uninsured children rising rapidly

The thing that irks me is the chief idiot is justifying screwing the kids over while asking for another $200 Billion for his illegal war. meanwhile the idiot has announced he wants a permanent US middle east presence which will do nothing but create war while today I hear the idiot professing to Al-Arabiya how peaceful and well intentioned he is. he doesn't care how stupid he looks or sounds as long as he gets his destructive way.
In a rare interview with an Arabic satellite news station, U.S. President George W. Bush denied that the United States is gearing up to attack Iran and said he remains committed to working diplomatically to resolve the standoff with Tehran over its nuclear program. Bush, in an hour-long interview with Al-Arabiya TV, also reiterated his pledge to negotiate with Iran if it gives up its nuclear program.

I have said that if they suspend their nuclear program, we will be at the table," Bush said, according to a transcript of the interview the White House released on Friday. "But they have so far refused to do that." Bush brushed off as "gossip" reports in the Arab press that he has issued orders to senior U.S. military officials to prepare for an attack on Iran at the end of January or in February. "I would call that empty propaganda," Bush said. "Evidently, there's a lot of gossip in the parts of the country — world that try to scare people about me personally or my country or what we stand for. And that kind of gossip is just what it is. It's gossip. It's baseless gossip." Bush, warmonger peace President won''t compromise

The idiot says our image in the middle east has been distorted and tarnished but the idiot refuses to admit it is and he did it. Anyway while he is swaying how peaceful he is and he is confident a compromise will be made he says he will not compromise and Ahmadinejad reiterates the same thing. Ahmadinejad said Iran has already achieved proficiency in the whole nuclear fuel cycle, from extracting uranium ore to enriching it, and that Tehran has removed any hurdles in the way of its nuclear progress.
"The Iranian nation favors talks but it won't negotiate over its definite and legal nuclear rights. They (world powers) have to know this," Ahmadinejad said in comments before Friday prayers in Tehran. He added he believed the nuclear issue was over and Iran will ignore attempts by the United States and its European allies to further politicize the issue. "From our point of view, Iran's nuclear issue has been closed. The fact that these powers are screaming tells us the case is closed. This is a great victory for the Islamic Republic of Iran," he said. Ahmadinejad the peace President won't compromise either

What really kills me is Ahmadinejad and Bush both profess to care about the average citizens while at least Bush can not stop harming them and some of you can tell me about Iran while at the same time they both are racing to confrontation and war while while saying that is not what they are doing. It is obvious this will end only one way. I have been expecting it this fall but now I am hearing January. I don't know when but it will happen then we will be in serious trouble as that will put 2008 elections in jeopardy from many sides.

A First hand Account of the State of the Military from the front lines of Afghanistan and at large!

A first hand account of the state of the military!

A first hand account of the State of the military from the front lines in Afghanistan and at large!
I told you my 2 sons were home on leave and I would write about what I find out. What I found out is not pleasant and most of it can not be repeated without getting one or both of my sons in trouble. No descriptive horror but I told you the son who was in the mountains of Afghanistan was hard core so some of my friends here will not like to hear some of this but this is the situation from a strict disciplinarian without divulging anything sensitive.

I knew Jim was hard core as he is his Fathers son but some of what I heard surprised me. I was pretty surprised to first find out that the Fire bases and even Bagram are not secured from Landmines and unexploded ordinance. You are told to stay on the tar and off the dirt at all times and he had frequent calls to clear landmines found right in the path to the latrine that has been traveled every day all day. You just never know because there are many civilians being used and they all have different tactics and standards! Routine night time rocket attacks etc. He was relating stories of all the kids he paid and sometimes the Government paid, to collect unexploded ordinance.
They would all be roaming around with explosives of every kind and wonder why he was so worried then they accidently detonate and lose an arm, leg, or worse. He would follow them into their compound and they each had their own pile. There was so much in one place they lent him a wheel barrow to move it all then he was so cautious they pushed him aside and did it themselves like they were at the playground or something.

Most disturbing to me was what I was hearing about combat conditions etc. He as I told you is a team leader. One of his soldiers decided he was done and just left. They caught up with him trying to get out of country and arrested him. With his units time winding down and no communications he decided enough was enough and walked in from the field. All the time out there and at least a month without getting cleaned up I can understand why everyone ran when they saw him coming, plus he had gone from a healthy 225 to 160 pounds.
Anyway I was disturbed to hear a couple of opinions I know are contentious to some especially the inexperienced and uninitiated. I wrote about Pat Tillman yesterday in the regard of Ciera Durkin's recent suspicious killing. We were discussing that and it opened a can of worms I wasn't prepared for but said nothing.
I was concerned from my sheltered point of view about the killings of our own soldiers by some of our own. I remember it occurring during Vietnam but was stunned at the casualness of the response. We hear it all the time but hearing the facts recounted really put the degradation of the military into perspective. I realize we are running short of seasoned professionals as they are scrambling in increasing numbers to escape Bush's Forever War to be replaced by less than qualified applicants as the requirements are increasingly slackened to attract replacements.

As a result you fight to keep these less than adequate troops out of your unit for the fear they will endanger the lives of all those around them. It was recounted that fragging wasn't that uncommon and the input I heard about Tillman annoyed me to say the least and with the recounting of the way money is dished out and laundered made it easy to understand why Ciera was killed.
It was the reasoning behind women in the military that really surprised me and more so because I have to agree. Myself, again being long out of this and maybe jaded with age never thought about the problems of having Women in the military. I thought Women at least could do jobs behind the lines so the men could be doing the fighting. I hope that doesn't come off as being sexist because that is not it and I am not.
Anyway the input was that there is no place in the military for Women because like it or not they inevitably cause trouble.Think about the myriad of relationship issues in the midst of a combat situation and there's no discussion necessary. In the final analysis I was surprised to hear just how bad our military situation is especially knowing Bush has a lot more war coming and the attitude destructive use of Blackwater style businesses is only going to increase.
I have to be out of the house tomorrow because the Realtor is showing it so I don't know if I will be able to write but of course I will try!

Limbaugh the idiot defends defaming critically wounded vet while another shot in the Head by one of our own, How much more of this crap?

I have to tell you, I started out slow this morning as you know a couple of my sons are home on leave right now. I went through the news and was leaning towards writing about the chief idiot vetoing the child Healthcare law as being too expensive at $35 Billion and I researched the numbers game and the Democrat's are entirely right while McCain the AH backed up bush.
However two recurring themes really hit home. I realized just how screwed we are as we try to battle these pro war warmongers who will stop at nothing including insulting our wounded warriors who are speaking against their Forever war and it blew me away to hear about Army Specialist Ciara Durkin because her death sounded suspicious to me from the beginning. I am really getting suspicious of Bushco and who is killing our own troops to stay on this miscource of justice?

Anyway, first Limburger! Brian McGough, a 31-year-old former Army staff sergeant who was wounded in a roadside attack in Iraq, knew he wouldn't get a warm response from talk show host Rush Limbaugh when he starred in an ad by the anti-Iraq war veterans group VoteVets.org. The ad, which featured a photograph of McGough's shaved head with jagged scars, was a response to Limbaugh's implication during his broadcast last week that antiwar vets were "phony soldiers":
"Rush, the shrapnel I took to my head was real. My traumatic brain injury was real. And my belief we are on the wrong course in Iraq is real," McGough says in the ad. "Until you have the guts to call me a phony soldier to my face, stop telling lies about my service." Limbaugh responded on air Tuesday, comparing McGough metaphorically to a suicide bomber. He said the ad was "a blatant use of a valiant combat veteran, lying to him about what I said, then strapping those lies to his belt, sending him out via the media in a TV ad to walk into as many people as he can walk into."
With the 2008 presidential primary season at a fevered pitch, both sides of the political noise machine are cranking up the volume, looking for opportunities to slam the other side for bad behavior, bad word choice or bad intentions. Schoolyard-style taunts flung by irrepressible partisans are blown up into national debates. Please read this entire lot of BS

I am sick of the childish games at the expense of well intentioned soldier. This crap has got to be stopped. This is really disgusting and inhumane. Those idiots are sacrificing the reputations of good Americans so they can follow their repugnant underhanded course. Speaking of sacrificing, this is not the first time but what just happened to Ciera Durkin has got to bring all this to a head and an end. We have got to start revolting against this crap, be heard, and make a difference!

Speaking of sacrificing well intentioned soldiers! Exactly how Ciara Durkin died remains a mystery. The Army National Guard soldier from Massachusetts was found dead with a gunshot wound to the head in Afghanistan last week, and now her family is demanding answers from the military. Initially the Pentagon reported that Durkin, part of a finance unit deployed to Afghanistan in November 2006, had been killed in action, but then revised its statement to read she had died of injuries "suffered from a non-combat related incident" at Bagram Airfield. The statement had no specifics and said the circumstances are under investigation.

Durkin had a desk job doing payroll in an office about three miles inside the secure Bagram Air Base. About 90 minutes after she left work last Friday, her family says she was found dead near a chapel on the base with a single gunshot wound to the head. The 30-year-old soldier, who was born in Ireland and came to the U.S. as a little girl, felt safer deployed in Afghanistan over Iraq, her family told CBS News correspondent Kelly Wallace.
Yet she was found dead within a highly secure base, with few answers. "The family has been informed that she was in the compound, and she was shot in the head," Durkin's sister, Fiona Canavan, told the Boston Globe. "She was in a secure area of the compound, which, even though the investigation is not complete, leads the family to believe it was what is called friendly fire," she said.

Adding to the mystery is something the Army Specialist told her family: if something happened to her in Afghanistan, they should look into it. She was concerned about things she was seeing over there, one of her eight brothers and sisters said in an interview. Canavan told the Quincy, Mass. Patriot Ledger on Wednesday that when her sister was home three weeks ago, she told her about something she had come across that raised some concern with her: "She was in the finance unit and she said, 'I discovered some things I don’t like and I made some enemies because of it.'" Canavan revealed that Durkin said if anything happened to her, to make sure it was investigated.
The family's grief, made more torturous by the limited information being released and rumors, is not helped by remembrances of past instances where misinformation followed the deaths or injuries of service members. The military initially said Army Ranger Pat Tillman was killed in an enemy firefight in Afghanistan in 2004, even after evidence came to light that he had been killed by friendly fire. You know one of our own killed him!

There were also reports circulated that captured Army pfc. Jessica Lynch had bravely fired upon insurgents after being wounded, though she testified later that that was not so. You know this was hyped for Bush's illegal war!
Sgt. Patrick McCaffrey and 1st Lt. Andre Tyson, killed in Iraq in 2004, were first reported to have been killed in an insurgent ambush, when they were actually killed by two Iraqi soldiers they were training. More hiding of the horrible reality we face and this is only what we find out about!
Please read the whole story

I can't say I can't take any more of this crap. I have to say we have all said many times, I am absolutely sick of this underhanded crap and how much longer is they going to get away with this underhanded crap? Our own patriotic well intentioned kids are being sacrificed so these idiots can play their frigged up new order game. we have to start making a difference somehow and quick!
