Turkey should be allowed to join the European Union
Turkey will probably never join the European Union because of prejudicial attitudes by the bloc`s existing members, Ankara`s chief EU negotiator said, in what appeared to be the first high-level acknowledgement that its decades-long bid might fail.
Turkey was more likely to negotiate special access to the EU market, like Norway, EU Affairs Minister Egemen Bagis said, according to an article in London`s Telegraph newspaper published.
Turkey is an up and coming Nation straddling the middle east, Europe, Islam, and the west. As such they are walking a fine line. They are serving us and the middle east well.
We just discussed this! We need Turkey, the EU needs Turkey, the world needs Turkey. However the US and the EU as you know has long frustrated Turkey. Supposedly she is turning towards Iran but while we tighten sanctions and money Iran is using Turkey to fill the void but in the end Iran as you know will go her own way and Turkey will stay with us.
I again reiterate the whole story: Turkey's future is tied to a pipeline!
It really drives me crazy but the more you research the more you realize all throughout the middle east, Georgia, Afghanistan, everywhere, all the wars and controversy can be tied back to gas and oil. Russia's interest in Iran in numerous and as such is not singular to nuclear cooperation. You might have already known Russia was also interested in Iran's gas and oil but an interesting possible relationship and cooperation just dawned on me.
I am sure you remember Russia creating a crisis recently shutting off Europe's gas and oil supply after its confrontation with Georgia, that and the fact that Turkey has long desired and endeavored to become a member of the European Union. This opens up a win, win for all involved!
* Center pin Turkey, King pin Russia, center pin Iran! Winner US, European Union, Iran, Russia, and all our union and future! Remember the missile defense shield President Obama killed as an issue by switching to the Aegis? The missile Defense shield was starting to look like a necessity with N Korea in pressing on missiles capable of carrying war heads and the ability to reach Hawaii or so we hear. Iran we still do not know about but they will not compromise their nuclear desires so with a responsible credible ally if Russia is one, the responsibility to ensure Iran's real intentions would be there's under scrutiny of course. There is room here.
** The winners in all this is everyone, but Turkey and the EU above all! Russia wants the franchise for Iran's gas and oil! Turkey is at the crossroads of the middle east and the European Union. This is a major point for compromise in all our problems! Give Russia the franchise, the EU lets Turkey join in turn for Turkey allowing a pipeline from Iran through Turkey into the EU. Everyone wins! A win, win for all and a chance for us to move into the future as one.
I reiterate the future is up to a pipeline!
In the Middle East we have been living a total lie from 9/11 on! You have not heard the truth once! Not on the events of 9/11, the Anthrax attacks which scared Congress to pass the so called Patriot Act and give Bush the abusive power he needed to attack Afghanistan for not allowing his pipeline through Afghanistan.
The only remaining obstacle on 9-11 was the remaining agreement between the Taliban and Bridas Corporation. The Bush Administration, Congress, many in our major media, and even the 9-11 Commission and Cheney Energy Task Force all know about Bridas Corporation because that Argentine oil and gas company was standing in the way of our US oil companies and UK oil companies. The Caspian Basin oil is landlocked and there are only so many ways to get that oil out of the ground, to the ocean ports and into your gas tanks or home heating oil tanks.
What a coincidence huh? There is the direct route from Turkmenistan across Iran to the ocean, but that is not politically popular since the overthrow of the Shah of Iran many years ago. There is: 1.) the route across the Caspian Sea westward, which is extremely costly; and through Azerbaijan through Turkey to the Mediterranean; and 2.) from Turkmenistan through Georgia to the Black Sea; and 3.) through the Ukraine to Europe; and 4.) the Turkmenistan through Afghanistan and Pakistan to the ocean. Until one of those solutions was in place, the holes being drilled into the ground by British Petroleum, Chevron, Exxon and others could not go anywhere and could not produce revenues for those companies. A route northward through Russia would put US oil companies at risk to changes in Russian politics and the Eastward route through China was not deemed secure enough since China is soon to become the second largest user of petroleum in the world after the United States.
Lastly!
Many of us have said numerous times that Bush was advised before hand that if he attacked Iraq he would destabilize the Middle East. He knew before he ignored all good advice that the neighbors would get involved and they are. He knew that it was most likely that Iraq would be divvied up between the Kurds, the Sunni's, and the Shiite and it will be. In the past I have written extensively the entire Middle East would blow and then the entire world would be involved in war.
I know that both Turkey and Iran are fighting Kurds that are looking for Autonomy but never really thought that a free Kurdistan would encompass areas of Iran and Turkey as well as Iraq. Knowing the close American Kurdish relationship I really have to rethink what Bush's real goal was here after I discovered an old story. Tell me what you think!
The US needs Turkey for its Middle East policy but it is obvious the rest of the world does too. Turkey and the world are at a crossroads which way will we go!? Let Turkey join the European Union! There are drawbacks as membership would give them freedom in the rest of the member countries but it can be managed and I think there are more positives than negatives.

A free Kurdistan is the ultimate goal
Iraqi Kurds vote for regional legislature:v Voters in Iraq's Kurdish north cast ballots Saturday in local parliamentary elections, with smaller parties hoping to challenge the self-rule region's longtime political establishment.
The election for the Kurdistan Regional Government's 111-seat legislature comes as Iraq's Kurds look to bolster their autonomy while insulating their increasingly prosperous enclave from the growing violence roiling the rest of Iraq and neighboring Syria.
A Kurdish state is being established, Iraq may allow it but Turkey will not
A Kurdish state is being established, and Baghdad may accept it: I was surprised last week to read an article in the Baghdad newspaper Al-Sabah, by its editor Abd al-Jabbar Shabbout, suggesting it was time to settle the “age-old problem” between Iraq’s Arabs and Kurds by establishing a “Kurdish state.” For never before had I heard so heretical a view so publicly expressed in any Arab quarter.
A free Kurdistan will not be denied now whether it is in Iraq or also part of Turkey as she fears.
Remember, the Kurds want their oil and their freedom. That is only one small fact Bush ignored to attack Iraq so he could help Israel and instigate war with Iran.
Remember, the Kurds are Sunni and al-Maliki Shiite. Al- Maliki and Iran see Hashimi and the Kurds as a threat to their dominance in the new middle east order. The Kurds wanting a free Kurdistan are now a people without a country"
Kurds are a dispossessed people whose natural homeland stretches across much of the Middle East. A substantial number of Kurds live in Iran, which is as close to a mortal enemy of the United States as there is in the world today. American support for reclaiming those colonial possessions of Tehran and the incorporation of those lands into Kurdistan would roughly double the area of the Iraqi Kurds.
A significant, but smaller, number of Kurds live in Syria, an enemy of America and was a supporter both of the Iraqi insurgency and of international terrorism. If the Baathist regime did not give up its Kurdish lands, then the Kurds, with American military support, should smash the Syrian Army and force as humiliating a peace treaty as possible on Damascus.
The majority of the thirty million or so Kurds, however, live in Turkey – almost one quarter of the population of Turkey. Another important reason for supporting a true Kurdistan is that the Kurds are a genuinely diverse people. Although they were forced to covert to Islam, today only about seventy percent of the Kurds are Moslem, and many of those only nominally, Jews, Christians, Zoroastrians (or a faith much akin to that) and Bahai have lived within the long-persecuted Kurdish community with their first allegiance as Kurds, and there is no single branch of Islam that clearly dominates the Kurdish community.
Kurdistan could then be a democracy with an Islamic majority that was genuinely inclusive of all faiths, both needing the support of all Kurds to survive (much like Israel) and also because of centuries of living largely underground, tolerant of all Kurds. There is little doubt that it would become an affluent nation as capable of defending itself as Israel is today, and that along with the establishment of a truly free and democratic Lebanon, would create three strong, free and prosperous democracies which would naturally become allies or at least friends.

That
said, As you know, I talk about it often as I watch Bush's new Middle
East (dis)order progress. He ignored Afghanistan so he could use the
patriot acts powers to divert from Afghanistan to attack Iraq using the
excuse of unseating Saddam so he could get in the Middle East to help
Israel establish a buffer zone and establish a new middle east (dis)
order or so Israel and Cheney thought. Bush at Cheney's urging made an
abrupt shift in policy towards Syria, a shift that has now brought the
entire Mideast region to the brink of war and chaos. Much worse than the
hell on earth they created for Iraq. Did you ever read A clean Break a 2003 Executive intelligence Review that tells the truth as to our diabolical plans
That plan was put together in 1996 for Israel. They were just waiting for an idiot to come along so they could implement their plan for the Middle East. Along came the life long follower and life long alcoholic loser Georgie Bush. I wish I could say the rest is History but this is still barely beginning and just beginning to take shape. All Bush did by ignoring Afghanistan and attacking Iraq was to guarantee a loss of everything and a complete Middle East and Asian Breakdown.
We freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program. I think you can see how successful Bush and Cheney were with chaos creating Middle East Democracy program but you are barely seeing the results they created in Iran.
The goal absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!
You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. Both will fail! It has long been my contention that coming to Israel's aid once they attack Iran will be our in to Iran!
What about the Kurds who want their autonomy and they do not want to share their oil fields period. Nuri Al-Maliki wants that issue resolved and it will never be. The entire middle east and north Africa and our more than century of interference and exploitation can take the blame for that too. This is going to happen even under a President Obama. Watch out Iran, watch out world, watch out America!

mass and random killings will occur every day everywhere as our society degrades
13 people gunned down in park: This will be every day everywhere as our society degrades.
13 people, including 3-year-old boy, shot at South Side park:Thirteen people, including a 3-year-old boy who suffered a gunshot wound to the head, were shot at a Chicago park in the Back of the Yards neighborhood Thursday night, authorities said.
Ten adults and the 3-year-old were transported by Fire Department ambulances after the attack in the 1800 block of West 51st Street in the Back of the Yards neighborhood, said Fire Department Deputy District Chief James Mungovan at the scene. A 12th victim was believed to have driven himself to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, a source said, citing preliminary information. Someone just pulled up and opened fire on the crowd. This is going to happen more and more as our societal conditions continue to worsen as they will.
Indianapolis officer fatally shot during domestic call
ONIA, MI - The mother of Jim Pullum, who was killed in an apparent road rage encounter, claims Robert Taylor came out shooting after her son pulled into an Ionia car wash.Bernadine Pullum, who was in her son's car when he was shot about 7 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, said her son didn't have time to figure out what the second driver, identified by police as Taylor, was angry about. She said Taylor tail gated the Pullum vehicle as they drove along M-66, sometimes pulling so close that they could not see the hood of his vehicle, but that there was no back-and-forth between her son and Taylor.
One now typical news cycle and the internal violence is still mild as we progress through our societal degradation in this the final stage in our life cycle of a society.
People are shot every day in the United States but these so called lone wolf killings are really on the increase. We just went through the Aurora Colorado killings then the Empire State Building killings. Every week it seems to be another high profile killing. We also heard from a Texas Judge that if Obama is reelected there will be a civil war. They have long been instigating for it. President Obama was re-elected and I am afraid that in some degree I agree with that idiot Judge. I am afraid it is coming still!
This will continue to get worse! It is no longer just the nut cases fearing Obama wants to take their guns, It is not just the lone wolf's. 50 million are without health care and the right want that to continue, millions have lost their homes, millions have lost their jobs, and regardless of what we hear it will continue to get worse.
First, as a society we were following the natural life cycle of a Nation and were moving along the path of the Roman Empire and every other society before us. Bush had merely sped that process up! He was doing the same thing to the planet as he thinks he was doing Gods work. God however will get these idiots for doing what even they the Religious right say was his to do.
Unbelievably I agree with the tea party darling Rand Paul. We are going the way of the Roman Empire. We can turn it around but both parties are only interesting in playing games and taking what they can before we go down. As the natural process in a societies life cycle we were already nearing the end. Bush merely sped up the process. I am more than annoyed that Republicans blame it on Obama and do not give credit to where it is due. Rand Paul likened US to Roman Empire in days before it fell
Sadly our societal degradation is happening at the same time as that of the planet. I have thought for years that maybe man's role in this mass of a life form we call earth and the Universe is to bring the planets life cycle full circle. It would have no influence whatsoever on the universe as a whole and I have done a history of God and Religion and the lies we call History in the past but I don't want to talk about that right now or evolution Verse intelligent design which I have also put in its proper perspective but I will be glad to discuss all of it!
I don't want to discuss how man got here but what his role is in the life of earth. I just want to say that there are those that call themselves the Religious right, the misnamed "value voter" that think man is the superior life form on earth and was put here by God to lead the world.
I have to tell you first, I believe in evolution but also that life was influenced at one point it time by something the Religious Right calls God but that is another conversation. I have had this conversation in the past but man's role seems to be to draw the life of the host "earth" full swing.
Think what you have to, to get yourself through this journey but in reality from the smallest insect to the largest animal including man, every single living thing, grass, trees, water, it is all one and the same. It is all part of one life form called planet earth and every single life form is designed to progress the host through its journey through its life cycle!
When something dies it furthers the Life of the host in one way or the other. With that said, before we get to the crux of this think about the effect the deceased of any species have on the planet today as every living form is full of so called technology better known as pollution. The heck with man's life, you have to wonder what effect all that death has on the life sustaining ability of earth.
First, as a society we were following the natural life cycle of a Nation and were moving along the path of the Roman Empire and every other society before us. Bush had merely sped that process up! He was doing the same thing to the planet as he thouhgt he was doing Gods work. God however will get these idiots for doing what even they the Religious right say was his to do. WTF Obama and our political jokers are doing God only knows.
Okay, every life form is comprised of many living forms. Some are designed to further the life of the host some are designed to bring that life form to an end, example: cancer cells! Man's role to the life of the planet seem to be that of the cancer cell, to bring the life of the planet full circle.
We are going against the cycle of life man and the planet are in and life only moves in one direction, forward, and we are trying to turn the clock back.
Man has taken his ability to live and learn, an ability that has sustained and nurtured him for thousand of years and forgotten he ever had it. It had served us well throughout are creativity. Through the beginning of the 20th century man has been going through the maturity stages of his existence. Like a maturing teenager man now thinks he has all the answers. However he has none of the right ones. Would you send your Grandmother off to war? That is something you can relate to. Likewise man and the planet can not survive a world war this late in the life cycle of man and the planet. Whoever ushers in a new world war must be held personally accountable for knowingly and unwittingly bring about the end of the civilized world and our planet.
Whether you believe in Nostradamus or not, he gave us two scenarios at this juncture in life. We had two roads we could follow into the future. We could take the peaceful road down a successful road into the future or we could take the road into conflict that would lead to destruction of man and the planet as we know them.
* Sadly man seems to have chosen the 2nd road and with nuclear conflagration or planetary destruction in many forms staring us in the face: We seem to be leading the way to our and the Planets demise! I wrote this seven years ago but again it is dead on please read Life's cycles and where we are in them
In the end we seem to now be here not to further the life of the planet our host life form but to end it. Societaly and to the planet we are our own worse enemy and doing ourselves in.

US Hyperinflation and What It Means to You!
Our society is rapidly degrading as you see and for whatever reason we have really messed things up! These 3 words seem to apply to every disaster but "We Did This" First, we are managed by damn monkeys who would rather fightanongst each other than manage the country.
The system worked for years but Republicans would rather bring down the country bringing it to a halt than take care of those that need the help obtaining food and health care. They have accomplished exactly nothing for the people since George Bush was elected.
While they have been playing games with each other and ignoring the fundamentals of the people and the economy the country has gone awry. This will not be good and it has already started to take affect.
Since the Bailouts of the "too big to fail" the message they got has trickled through society. whatever you want to get whatever you can and excuse it away by saying "we were forced to too survive"
Everything is sky rocketing not just oil and gas which increases on good or bad news. Between wages where people doing entry level jobs who want $15per hour to rapidly rising gas prices to ourrun amok rebelling environment the excuse is there for everyone to raise prices.
My thoughts right now are on food. My wife does the food shopping and for a few years now she has been coming home griping about the rapidly rising food prices. Of late she has been complaining that the prices were increasing every time she went shopping.
I started paying attention to prices and was floored. Not having done the food shopping for the last 10 years I was floored. Packages are smaller, Quantities are smaller, and prices have gone through the roof. Ialways said, brace yourself because we are not exempt from what is happening to the citizens around the world.
We are better off than most but all my wife’s griping has hit me. I can no longer eat like I want. I can't even afford to eat beef. Hamburger is 3 to $5 per pound. Hell I can't even eat hamburger.I am okay but seeing a rapid squeeze from all sides. I am eating almost exclusively chicken, sausage, and spaghetti.
We are being squeezed tightly. I just hope it is not for long though I hear "you will never see food prices this low again ' and all prices will only rise more rapidly. The longest lasting hyperinflation occurred in Germany between August 1922 and November 1923 after WW1 during which prices rose at an rate of 322 percent per month, and sometimes doubled or tripled in a single day.
I hear that because of hyperinflation we are going to see prices akin to those in Germany after WW1 but I don't believe it. Maybe black market but we would revert back to ration cards for sure. Who do we thank, degrading society, politicians or economists?
* What is hyperinflation? definition and meaning: Ruinously high increase (50 percent or more per month) in prices due to the near total collapse of a country's monetary system, rendering its currency almost worthless as a medium of exchange.
*Although hyperinflation is caused mainly by excessive deficit spending (financed by printing more money) by a government, some economists believe that social breakdown leads to hyperinflation (not vice versa), and that its roots lie in political rather than economic causes.
* First Signs of Hyperinflation Have Arrived: US National Debt Can ...: First Signs of Hyperinflation Have Arrived: US National Debt Can Travel From the Earth to the Sun and Back a Stunning 83 Times!
* Fed Moves To Create Frightening Hyperinflation In The U.S.: In the United States, the reality is that the Fed is going to be forced to dramatically increase the amount of stimulus being pumped into the economy over time. Right now the Fed buys $85 billion of Treasuries each month. I expect to see that number dramatically increased, and it will cover stimulus at some point, as well as Treasury purchases.
