Col Gaddafi's regime comes under mounting pressure amid unprecedented protests in the Libyan capital and defections by senior diplomats.

Gadhafi is the Glenn Beck of Mideast dictators. He's like something out of a Saturday Night Live sketch, only the killings he orders are all too real. With 40 years in power, he's way past due for the kind of sendoff Mussolini got.

I hope the protesting Libyans, maybe with the help of some fed-up insiders, will make that happen.

S.W., after all the killings and Kaddafi telling his supporters to track down and kill the vermin as well as telling his planes to machine gun and bomb them he said he hasn't done anything yet and it makes me nervous as to how far he will go!
