The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants"
Time to take our country back, this stuff is not funny! Tea partier Bachmann saying liberty will be refreshed in our country is a rewrite in code of Thomas Jefferson: "The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants"
People keep telling me "don't worry they are small, it means nothing" I hate to tell you, you better believe it does or we are in serious trouble. Do not marginalize these tyrants cloaked in Patriots clothing! I remember when Palin said to lock and load and excused it away and Republicans dismissed it as just words, just a phrase. Dismiss this at all our peril!
This is getting worse with every speech I hear. The long sought Republican second revolution is getting closer regardless of how you marginalize it. It really took shape when the tea party took over the Republican party. Dick Armey threatened a hostile take over of the Republican part by the tea party and it is now complete.
Christine O'Donnell's Tea Party win is called shocking by many but not for the real implications. She is another know nothing mindless talentless ditz. However when Karl Rove the liar who propelled the fool Bush into office to destroy us spoke the truth about her and how she knew nothing Glenn Beck berated him and told him to get in line behind the party I was floored when sucked spit and fell in line like the rest of the Republican party. The hostile take over is complete and you better be concerned.
I saw the details that emerged of an interview with Fox's Bill O'Reilly in November 2007 in which she made the claim, without any foundation, that: "American scientific companies are cross-breeding humans and animals and coming up with mice with fully functioning human brains." That idiocy is dismissed and what they are electing to take our Liberty back? That victory puts $1m in her war chest. You better be worried
Bachmann praises tea party, predicts GOP victory at Values Voter ...
Remember Armey stated: "Let us be clear about one thing: The tea party movement is not seeking a junior partnership with the Republican Party, but a hostile takeover of it." The take over is complete and I don't think it is a good thing for Democrats any more because I am very concerned how far these fools will go if forced.
Remember Palin and Beck are the new leaders in the new crusade for the dumbing down of America. I was sickened by the lies in Washington and then again in Alaska but they will continue to gather a crowd but not large enough to bring about change let alone change you can believe in.
All they have to do is keep the big Government, fascist, socialist, anti-American, anti Obama fervor at a high pitch and with the help of Faux news Beck, Palin, and the secret money of the ultra rich, they will. Who's really backing this take back America and help the rich movement? The super rich! The Billionaires Bankrolling the Tea Party
Common sensed people better wake up and realize we are in trouble if they are able to end Obama's agenda altogether. They want a return to the fiasco Bush Cheney and Rove created saying we lost our way (Rove is now sanctioning this mess too). We have not lost our way they did and we can not let them drag us into total chaos but they are going to especially if independents and Democrats do not come out to keep them out of office.
They are bound and determined to start a 2nd Revolution saying they fear the Government is going to come after them and be beating them down. They are banking on it and have been instigating for it and to end up in the FEMA concentration camps from day on. I do not like what I see coming. I feel bad for my grandchildren who are going to grow up in this Bush created mess and for my patriotic sons who the Republicans keep invoking as brave patriots we must support.
We must support them but stop using them and 9/11 as shills as Palin and Beck are, trying to gain support for their 2nd revolution. Our troops have been lied to, ill used, and abused from day one under Bush I do not like what is coming! I am sick of the damn lies! We must come out to vote and keep these fools from public office. They would mean a monumental degradation of our America and any form of knowledge or common sense much worse than the destruction Bush wreaked on us and the world.
This keeps getting more vile by the day and anyone saying not to worry about it better wake up! While speaking at the so called values summit Bachmann suddenly broke into a troubling tirade against Democrats and more specially Obama for betraying the trust of the people. He is not betraying our trust they are. She said if you are afraid of the tea party you are afraid of Thomas Jefferson. How dare her compare the two.
At a $500 a plate dinner she decries Obama and Pelosi of excesses saying Pelosi has $100,000 bar tabs on military flights. That lying scum! The truth is not an issue just the lies you tell to rile up the people and get your way. Pelosi does not even drink and alcohol is not allowed on military flights. I never heard one word of truth and she was never corrected but cheered.
They want Obama investigated for helping the real we the people when it is Bush who should be investigated for betraying them. Whether you realize it or not we have serious stuff coming down the pike some think is necessary. I do not like it or think it is necessary especially at this tenuous time. I feel for my patriotic sons fighting for the lies in our country and especially my innocent grandchildren! If you missed Bachmann's tirade Bachmann praises tea party, predicts GOP victory at Values Voter ...

Quote Of the Day: Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction. -Blaise Pascal!
Quote Of the Day! Men never do evil so completely and cheerfully as when they do it from religious conviction. -Blaise Pascal!
Religion, provocation, fanaticism:
We all see this and know it first hand but we can not harp on it enough as we must put an end to what is happening today!
I have been saying this for years now. Extreme unbridled religiosity is the most powerful dangerous weapon in the world. It doesn't matter what religion it is. We have it being expressed in the Muslim world by the Islamists being accused of hijacking their Nation and religion.
Worse is that we have it on the other side of the argument today. It was being pushed by Bush and his warped sense of Christian fundamentalism and corrupt democracy. the worse part is that Bush had hijacked Christianity and America and was in control of the most powerful country on the planet.
I want to say thankfully Obama is in control now but I can't in this context. He is still being pushed by Christians. We are rapidly racing towards WW3. This at a time when the planet and man can no longer survive the terrible effects of world or worse, nuclear war. This would be turning back the clock of time, and the planet like man and all of nature only run in one direction, forward.
We are acutely aware as to the increased fragility of our planet, it’s necessary for our survival ecosystems, and the fact that the planet is now capable of destroying mans life as we know it without his help!
Worse is that we appear to be ignoring all this and purposely seem to be bringing man and the planet down the wrong road as pointed out by Nostradamus. That is the road to world conflict and man’s end as we know it.
Even worse is that Both sides of the equation are bent on the destruction of man and the planet, and the U.S., Russia, and China, seem to be recklessly, willingly, and wantonly leading the way instead of acting like responsible world leaders.

Bush made me come to the conclusion that unless you are adversarial and willing to instigate war you can not be president of the United States!
He made me revisit and rethink our entire past. Some of you know I did regular updates on Bush's drive for world war and how he attacked Iraq to get into the middle east in order to attack Iran and get his new world order forever war going. We watched Bush ignore all good advice to the contrary and attacked Iraq so he could get his new middle east (dis)order under way.
We then watched him use every excuse and instigation possible to get the war with Iran under way. When the confrontation in the Gulf between our navy and Iran's IRG came about it was instantly obvious that we were fabricating much of the situation in an attempt to justify further action. under scrutiny the voices were dubbed and or came from shore and its authenticity was even doubted by the Pentagon.
Having discussions over the Gulf confrontation many were calling it another Tonkin Gulf and I agreed in that confrontation was going to happen that would again lead to war. However I was stupid! I actually fell for the lies that we were forced into action, stupid me! I watched the news yesterday on CNN and they were discussing Vietnam. I was stunned to hear that 15% of combat deaths were due to friendly fire. Then I heard that the North Vietnamese compromised our radio network and would call our forces to fire on themselves.
While I was researching this I saw stories of South Vietnamese soldiers killing Americans as we know occurred. What surprised me was the fabrication of the Tonkin Gulf so the excuse could be found to go to war. They were obvious lies and it is now called a "misunderstanding" or language problem. That is BS, we are purposely falsifying information and intelligence as we did then, as we did to attack Iraq, and as we are doing now to find a way to attack Iran.
At this point I don't know who is lying about what on any side of an issue, who really wants what, and what if anything has really changed under Obama. I suggest you look at this NSA report that was finally declassified in 2005 despite Bush efforts to keep the truth from us. Tonkin Gulf was a lie
Anyway I was having a discussion in regard to Iraq and Dave Dubya rightly said Iraq is sucking the economic and moral life out of this country. Our never ending occupation is bankrupting us faster than we realize. And most of the idiots running for president won't face the facts. Oh, and giving money to former Sunni insurgents for more weapons should work out just fine, eh? My response after being awake all night and thinking about it was The lunacy is phenomenal. After Bush ignoring Afghanistan for 7 years we are doing just that in Afghanistan. Was Iraq a success? Will Afghanistan be another of the same?
Under the idiot Bush we have expounded on every single mistake ever made only that idiot was clandestinely doing it on purpose to fight and implement his so called new order. I was listening to a program about Vietnam and Tet etc. knowing I believe we allowed Pearl Harbor to happen and Bush was instigating Iran and the world for world war while saying he wants peace I have come to the conclusion that you can not be President of the United States unless you are adversarial and willing to instigate war. Anyway now Iran has taken over the instigation to war.
Think about it! Because of Bush's purposeful war mongering I am really starting to rethink our war history as we have also had many discussions of our war mongering and profiteering. I am not very proud of our past as I am seriously contemplating why these wars were instigated and fought as we watch it happening all over again before our eyes. I decided a little research was in order! It is very interesting noticing that party has nothing to do with getting into a war situation. You will find this list of the portraits, and party's of the men we call The US Presidents
* I decided to take a look at the wars we have fought in the past and was amazed. I have never even heard of some of these wars often clandestine and called intervention wars. We have almost never been at peace. Look at these wars and now think
** Knowing in my own mind I believe the attack was allowed to happen on Pearl Harbor because an excuse had to be found to unite the American people and would give FDR the excuse to come to England's rescue. Knowing 9/11 was allowed to happen so Bush could steal absolute power to attack Afghanistan, and Iraq. Knowing we lied to get into Vietnam, knowing lies and instigation is going on once again in order to manufacture an excuse to attack Iran, and knowing everything Bush does around the world is to appear peaceful while instigating war, I am now very Leary about our past!
** Have we been instigating all these continuous wars? Have we done it only for financial gain as we have discussed in the past? Only President Carter comes to my mind as a peace President! So I have to believe at this point that a president can not be elected certainly today unless they are willing to instigate war for gain! Please check out the links and give me your thoughts on this!

We have become a Fascist world: Part 2
I
keep hearing rumors of being fascists so I thought it time to remind
people that we already are and not just Russia and China.
Fascism has become the rule of the day. We seem to have become a Fascist world as Nations prepare to fight for the future. Very scary! Greece, the United States, Russia, China, The world?
When Russia just annexed Crimea they did so using the excuse that the Russians there were being marginalized and Russia must come to the rescue of her people. Using that excuse Russia can take whatever ex USSR country it wants so watch out as Putin races to make Russia great again.
Now I want to relist the 10 steps listed to end a Democracy as they pertain to us and Russia and you will agree.
1. Invoke a terrifying internal and external enemy. In our case The enemy is us! After 9/11 the Patriot act was passed, fear constantly pressed on us and Bush started his power grab.
2. Create a gulag . Once you have got everyone scared, the next step is to create a prison system outside the rule of law, FEMA Concentration camps! Russia has just been imprisoning everyone that calls Putin on his power grab, lies, and deception to make Russia great again or so he thinks.
3. Develop a thug caste: Private security even at times various Governmental agencies. The police get wore and worse!Putin has his motorcycle gang that travels with Putin and takes the lead in playing the heavies as they did in Moscow and again in Crimea.
4. Set up an internal surveillance system You know this one strikes home!
5. Harass citizens' groups
6. Engage in arbitrary detention and release
7. Target key individuals: Threaten civil servants
8. Control the press
9. Dissent equals treason: We know only Bushco could commit treason as they set up their new America and you watch Putin do what he wants and smugly justify it.
10. Suspend the rule of law: The John Warner Defense Authorization Act of 2007 gave the president new powers over the national guard. He can now send New York's national guard against another State if "He" deems necessary! In Russia there is Putin's law period and there are young hooligans picking up the flag and cheering for Putin.
Remember the 14 common threads of Fascism: keep the entire world in mind but particularly how everyone of them applies in America and Russia today, more so under Bush and Putin I think. This is scary!
* 1. Powerful and continuing expressions of nationalism. Bingo!
* 2. Disdain for the importance of human rights. Bingo!
* 3. Identification of enemies/scapegoats as a unifying cause. Bingo!
* 4. The supremacy of the military/avid militarism. Bingo!
* 5. Rampant sexism. Bingo, Bingo, Bingo!
* 6. A controlled mass media. Bingo! Russia won't even allow them.
* 7. Obsession with national security. Bingo!
* 8. Religion and ruling elite tied together. Bingo!*
9. Power of corporations protected. Bingo!
* 10. Power of labor suppressed or eliminated. Bingo!
* 11. Disdain and suppression of intellectuals and the arts. Bingo! (at the link read how it does apply)
* 12. Obsession with crime and punishment. Bingo!
* 13. Rampant cronyism and corruption. Bingo!
* 14. Fraudulent elections. Bingo!*
* Now what do you think and believe? We have got to take another course The time for this is over I can understand Russia wanting a return to USSR years but that time is over. Ex USSR counties want their Independence too and they want it as a Democracy.

We have become a Fascist world: Part 1
Anti-fascist protests across Greece turn violent:
Fascism is Exploding in Greece, Raising Fears About Neo-Nazi Rule: Greece, the birthplace of democracy, could be heading down a path toward fascism. Since the beginning of the global recession, there has been much news coverage of the economic turmoil in Greece, and the rise of far-right organizations that blame immigrants and the European Union for the country's problems.
Many have come to fear that one such group, Golden Dawn, a radical party with a neo-Nazi ideology, will soon gain enough momentum to become the ruling party in Greece.
I feel we must repost this as, of late we have been losing more rights and the state has been increasingly gaining more control of us. There are those that mention a police state, nationalism, fascism, and those that feel we are stretching it a bit. It is a fact and it did not start with Obama but 100% with Bush and Cheney. Obama has not let powers go as he said he would but has been expounding on them instead.
Ron Paul: US "slipping into a fascist system" Ron Paul warned the U.S. is "slipping into a fascist system" dominated by government and businesses as he held a fiery rally Saturday night upstaging established Republican Party banquets a short distance away.
It really irks me that Republicans started as a result of Rove, Cheney and Bush to accuse Democrats of doing what they themselves are doing. It really peeves me that it is still continuing successfully because it goes unchecked.
Remember too that it was Chief Justice Roberts a Republican who gave our Nation to corporations stupidly saying they are people too and can give as much money as they want to control what they want. That finished our Democracy off and short of full armed Revolution I see no turning it around. It is time to replace Capitalism with Democracy!
The Transformation of the American Conservative Movement into Fascism, It is not a transformation but a proven fact!
Obama is in part continuing Bush's Fascist agenda only kinder and gentler!
Max Blumenthal’s book, Republican Gomorrah was interesting, had some good points but yes things are getting worse with the tea partiers and the complicit Republican party this is not a transformation, under Bush it became proven, demonstrated, undeniable fact. Odd or not Obama is pretty darn close to the new American Fascist party! The Transformation of the American Conservative Movement into Fascism
I keep hearing how Obama has us on the road to Fascism. Not in every instance but he is largely traveling on the road Bush paved. Look what we were saying under Bush! This was a common theme of mine with Bush. Not only the 14 threads of Fascism but look at the 10 steps to end a Democracy. It is a quick one and I illustrate us! They blame everything on Obama too! Fascism under Bush tomorrow.

Another New Year brings another unwanted Republican president
Enough already!
As we prepare to bring in 2017 I want to remind you what I said about
Bush's damage because what did not come true yet sadly is happening
right now around the world.
The first Decade of the 21st century was dominated by alcoholic and life
long loser George w Bush and his damage to the US and the worlds order.
Every year under his misleader ship got worse and worse. Sadly his
damage will be felt for decades and generations to come. He started in
2000 with a stolen election, he allowed 9/11 to happen, and he followed
that with the hell of a mess he made out of Katrina. He illegally
attacked Iraq, and did his damnedest to instigate more war around the
world.
After Bush's destruction anything to look forward to would be from President Obama undoing Bush's damage but Republicans are doing their damnedest to make sure he fails us and the country so they can get back in and get Bush's elitist agenda back on track. Anyway It is New Years Eve and I want to wish everyone a Happy New Year!
After Bush got reelected in 2004 he announced that the election was a mandate, oh yeah! He said he had earned Political Capital and he was going to spend it,remember? many of us believed he was politically bankrupt even then. He had no Political Capital to spend. He had been since day one working on making us morally and financially bankrupt but I'll leave that alone today as I promised to be nice.
Every New Years Eve we have had a feeling of dread facing the upcoming year! On 12/31/05 I noted We're in trouble, Bush Promises to make 2006 as bad as 2005!! I said Today is New Years Eve and we just heard the Presidents weekly radio address. It was his last hurrah for 2005 and he was talking about how he wants to continue his abuse of the past through 2006. This had to really scare you the average American. Bush was a nightmare and he flew into the sunset proud of his societal and world destruction.
President Bush vowed to continue what to you and I as average Americans witnessed and experienced as the continued destruction of society and the country as we like to remember it. He still thinks we are the envy of the world. This is still partially true but only because a large part of the world is still behind us in their progression. Due to his insistence on continued tax cuts for the wealthy. His continued destruction of the lower classes, his continuing outsourcing of his Karl Rove’s taught 3D politics (deceitful, deceptive, divisive, politics) contributing to world disorder he is continuing to erode this envy as we moved into 2006.
New Years Eve 12/31/06 I noted Bush promised to make 2007 more deadlier than 2006 for American's and Iraqi's! He certainly did just that. I woke one morning to hear the 3,000th American had been killed in Iraq that number is now 4370. I reiterated that this Bush created Iraqi breakdown will spread throughout the middle east, being a total war between Shiite and Sunni as you can see it developing still
Thanks to President Obama's election in 2008 2009 dawned with renewed hope but the decade of Bush's destruction was still playing out and will be for many years. Millions have lost their jobs, homes, and health insurance. We saw massive bailouts for our capitalist system. Capitalism was bailed out so we still have hope. Now for us! More than a year into President Obama's Presidency we had not seen any accomplishments.
That said New Year 2010 arrived: Our troops are scheduled to depart Iraq in 2011, foreclosures have slowed down, Job losses have slowed drastically, the economy of the wealthy is recovering and ours looks to be showing positive signs of improvement so we have hope. We watch the mess in Iran, our and the worlds financial mess hopefully improving and we have hope for 2010. Again we were wrong, our hope misguided.
2011 sees the middle east just beginning to explode and not just Syria, Iran, and the Arab spring countries as our troops just came home at least for now.We would do well to remember the History of what an Arab spring often brings, "WAR" The entire world is unstable as never before in my lifetime.
With a house divided and nothing period being done for the United States or its average citizens, the too real prospect of more impending "wars", and the people's and countries situations worsening in every respect around the world, I ask you what does New Year 2017 mean to you? What do you think? How do you feel?

Bushes Brain The career liar Karl Rove critiizes Hillaries brain?
Hillary's Brain: A New Classic of American Sleazance Fiction from Karl Rove: If Karl Rove hoped to generate some chatter with his cheap shot at Hillary Clinton last week, he succeeded — the political world has now been chewing on the “brain damage” story for nearly a week. But by all appearances, Rove has started a conversation that’s focused more on his propensity for sleazy tactics than the former Secretary of State’s health.
The press has been talking about Rove's sleazy tactics for more than a decade. Rove is used to that and obviously doesn't care. There's just nothing new on that front, and even if this did somehow damage Rove, it wouldn't have any effect on the Republicans actually running against Hillary in 2016.
That ass Rove was behind the mess Bush and Cheney created. The mess that
is left after Obama will be compliments of the Republicans for blocking
everything positive Obama tried to accomplish and for continuing to
follow the career long Republican parties Liar Karl Rove.
Karl Rove Career hypocrite and liar for the Republican party has the gall to call Obama a hypocrite and Biden a liar!
Karl Rove Career hypocrite and liar for the Republican party has the gall to call Obama a hypocrite and Biden a liar!
The die hard life long liar for the Republican party of course once again will say the right thing but for the party not the people as he wants you to think. Just look at his face he is a liar to the core.
In case you missed it last time I discussed the liar I read about Rove's career and how he built his career on lying and that is why those aspiring to the Presidency wanted him on their side. He never told the truth and he will not start now. Read the link, the denials and BS lies he fed Matt Lauer during his 2 day interview were too much. Even Republicans called them out and out lies. I never even heard about his Mother committing suicide or the fact that he had a second father or he was gay until Rove just mentioned it for his gain. Karl Rove: I did not pull dirty tricks BS! He is top class scum! He built his entire career as a Republican starting with Nixon because of his willingness and ability to pull dirty tricks and lie unabashedly.
First I was surprised to find out the purveyor of Bush's 3D Politics (deceitful, deceptive, divisive, politics) never Graduated from College. I find it amazing for two reasons. We, or I never heard that and he was so close to the top. And that is Bush's Brain! Go figure. remember, with life long executive privilege he can not be touched and is more brazen and dangerous than ever.
Karl Rove, 56, who served as chief strategist for President-elect Bush's presidential campaign, will manage the Office of Political Affairs, the Office of Public Liaison, and the Office of Strategic Initiatives at the White House. Before joining the campaign, he was president of Karl Rove and Company, an Austin-based public affairs firm. Rove attended the University of Utah, the University of Texas at Austin and George Mason University. He has taught at the LBJ School of Public Affairs and in the Journalism Department at the University of Texas at Austin.
After hearing on CNN that Rove attended numerous colleges but never graduated I went through numerous sites trying to find where that was mentioned and I could not find anything. Not even a mention of it in his White House autobiography. I found that surprising and that it was never mentioned. While I was digging besides the numerous interesting articles out there many which were never mentioned I found that he was "born" in 1950 and said he dreamed about being in the White House from that day.
Worse I found that his lying underhanded tactics is what got him his start in Daddy's administration and the rewards for this started from day one and as you know continue today
How Bush's Brain Hijacked Washington: Rove's ties to Bush the Elder commenced in 1973, when Poppy was the Republican national chairman and Karl aspired to be the president of the College Republicans. It was a post Rove could not win by the numbers. To circumvent them, he claimed that the organization was not adhering procedurally to the College Republican charter, and mounted credentials challenges to supporters of his opponent, Robert Edgeworth. In the end Rove essentially declared himself the winner of a separate election. The controversy got kicked upstairs to Bush, who awarded the election to Rove.
Later, in retaliation, Edgeworth leaked to the Washington Post that Rove was teaching dirty tricks seminars to young Republicans--and fresh off the humiliation of Watergate, no less.
Bush promptly excommunicated Edgeworth from the Republican Party for his disloyalty in leaking the story. Rove, along with his friend and College Republicans ally Lee Atwater, became favored Bush protégés. Rove moved to Texas in 1977 to toil as a fundraiser on George Sr.'s failed presidential-exploration PAC, the Fund for Limited Government. A year later he worked on an unsuccessful primary run for the Texas legislature by George W.
He was ruthless in chasing his goals, especially when it came to rivalries or power struggles with his own Republican cohorts. I was really surprised to see the well documented trail of underhanded Politics starting with Richard Nixon through his Fathers Presidency and now bush's and he continues to get away with it and be rewarded for it. Please read it. I wish we knew and made more of this years ago.
With Rove's proven record of lies and deceit going back to day one in the Nixon Administration along with the fact that even by Bush's father he has been rewarded for being a division causing underhanded Liar I refuse to believe he is even allowed to talk and should at the very least be censured to his destructive lies if doing the right thing for America mattered at all! Why do the Democrats continue to let Republicans in this case Rove with their obvious lies and are incapable of turning it around on them as it should be? Rove and the right are an easy target so what the hell is wrong with the Democrats? Is this another example of being complicit?
I researched the above facts on Rove years ago before I knew how to embed links and the links I had today are no good but thankfully I just found it. Here it is Don't for a minute think Rove has an honest bone in his body or that he would do anything that is right for the country. Everything is for the Republican party.

Russia wants to start World War III and end US Hegemony starting in Ukraine
Russia already wants to start World War III.”: The events on Friday morning were marked by an icy hostility between Moscow and Washington reminiscent of the Cold War. Ukrainian interim leaders said operations to expel pro-Russian militants in eastern cities would continue, even though military action so far has done little more than prompt Russia to stage military exercises on Ukraine’s border and heighten concerns about Moscow’s next move.
“Attempts at military conflict in Ukraine will lead to a military conflict in Europe,” Ukraine’s interim prime minister, Arseniy P. Yatsenyuk, told the interim cabinet in remarks broadcast live, according to Reuters. “The world has not yet forgotten World War II, but Russia already wants to start World War III.”
Putin's goal for the last 10 years has been to steal an unprecedented 3rd term as President so he could reassert Russian greatness and lead the fight against US hegemony.
Bush and Cheney rubbed Russia's face in the fall of the USSR. Putin's goal from day one this time was to rebuild a new Russia. He has already said that not just Crimea but all of Ukraine will be part of the new Russia.
Putin is clandestinely pulling the strings so ha can have the excuse to take Ukraine. He is undermining any deals and attempts at unity and succeeding in blaming it on Ukraine.
I remember heard when I heard the statue of Stalin who ruthlessly murdered millions of fellow Russians is being put back up in his home town of Gori Georgia.
We have not learned a god damn thing from the embarrassment we put Putin and Russia through in his first term or the fact that he stole a second Presidency to be at the helm during the ending of U.S. Hegemony. I mean look at the damn facts.
Remember when Putin was rallying and uniting the world to take on Bush and his drive to dominate the world? Absolutely as the world's mayhem ensues amidst its drive to dominate as we move through the 21st century is Putin's only agenda. It is an old thought. I remember when term limits made him have to leave last time. There was immediate speculation as to him taking back the Presidency.
This
is another sobering shock. Putin's party has been intimidating and
gaming the system for years in his effort to get his fascist hands on
Russia again. This is proof positive of Russians' increasing suspicions
of Putin's authoritarianism, ingrained corruption and falling living
standards. Putin is not to be trusted and Russians have felt his grubby
little hands around their necks for 12 years as he intimidates and tries
to control Russia's future for his party.
Be scared be very scared! The USSR's Mikhail Gorbachev has warned that Russia risks six lost years when Vladimir Putin returns to the presidency, echoing rumblings of dissent over his Kremlin comeback. I always find myself agreeing with Gorbachev but that is putting it mildly. This is bad news for the US and the world!
This is very concerning. I remember back in 2008 when Putin was going to try and be President for life. He was not alone. Leaders aligned with Russia were all trying to get permanent leadership so they could be at the helm of their prospective countries to take on then President Bush when his war mongering hit the point where Russia, the 135 non aligned Nations, Iran, and others were prepared to join forces and take him and our allies on.
I remember when Bush first met Putin and he said he shook his hand and looked him in the eye and saw a man of compassion, a man who was true to his word, and a man he could work with. I shuttered at Bush's stupidity. I looked at Putin and saw a man deceitful to the core who was not to be trusted period.
We were too pompous then and were pushing the world towards WW3 with our take it or leave it, my way or the highway, interference around the world. Putin was determined to head us off, to directly confront us when we were on Russia's front door trying to instigate war by installing the so called missile shield in Czechoslovakia and Poland, and return Russia to the role of a world leader.
Personally we blew it when Russia broke up and the Berlin wall came down. We were the world leader and had the perfect opportunity to be humble, show we were the leader, and bring the world together to proceed successfully through the 21st century. We egged on the likes of Vladimir Putin who understandably chaffed under our we are the boss do what we say take it or leave it, it your face tactics of Bush and Cheney.
With the return of Putin to the Russian Presidency I am again concerned as we have returned to a confrontational relationship with Russia. Under Putin we have a re-surging Russia who is suppressing his people and Democracy. His goal hopefully with the aid of China and Iran is to put an end to US hegemony. I do not like the man, I do not trust the man, and I am very concerned as to which direction Russia and the United States are headed now and at a time when China is surging militarily.
We must maintain a balance as we try to move progressively and successfully through the 21st century! Being in a superior position puts one in a unique position of power and that power must be handled gracefully, with humility, responsibly, and not abused. That is something I taught all my sons and America under Bush did a lousy job of handling it and so it China and Russia.
Watching what is happening in Syria and Iran at this point it looks like Russia and China are going to unite to take on the United States and our allies and that bodes ill for the prospect of future war or the well being of us the world and the planet.

If we are to progress through the 21st century as we are we need Russia on our side. I am a little worried that China too is getting a little too heavy handed and abusive with her new position of power and beginning to take what she wants instead of being content with what she has which is what I constantly lecture has to be the case if we are to have a future. The time when man and the planet could handle war is over, period or else! Be very concerned for our future!

Japan expands army footprint for first time in 40 years furthering risks of military confrontation
The new base "should give Japan the ability to expand surveillance to near the Chinese mainland," said Heigo Sato, a professor at Takushoku University and a former researcher at the Defense Ministry's National Institute for Defense Studies.
"It will allow early warning of missiles and supplement the monitoring of Chinese military movements." China's
decision last year to establish an air-defence identification zone in
the East China Sea, including the skies above the disputed
Senkaku/Diaoyu islets, further rattled Tokyo.

He said the air drop was "via airplane," but did not say when it occurred nor give further details. The incident took place at Second Thomas Shoal in the Spratly island group, which is around 200 kilometres (125 miles) from the western Philippine island of Palawan and which Manila insists is part of its continental shelf.
The shoal is more than 1,000 kilometres from Hainan island, the closest Chinese landmass, but China claims nearly all of the South China Sea based on what it says are historical records. A tiny unit of Filipino marines live on the BRP Sierra Madre, a decrepit, beached former World-War-II US navy transport ship that was transferred to the Philippine navy and run aground on the shoal in the 1990s. China has long demanded the Philippines pull out the vessel and the marines.

China asserts control over vast sea area, angering neighbors, US: Vietnam, Taiwan, the Philippines and the United States have criticized China for imposing new access rules for the vast South China Sea. The latest maritime dispute among the neighbors with overlapping claims to islands and resources in the busy East Asian waterways has ratcheted up tensions in the region, coming less than two months after China proclaimed an Air Defense Identification Zone over disputed islands in the East China Sea.
The revised rules stem from actions taken by authorities on the island of Hainan, the Chinese province closest to the sea where areas are also claimed by Taiwan, the Philippines, Vietnam, Malaysia, Brunei and Indonesia. The South China Sea and coastal passages from Malaysia to Russia are of vital economic interest to all who ply the shipping lanes used to ferry more than $1.2 trillion in goods annually between the United States and its Far East trading partners.

The

with Syria, Washington’s plans for military escalation are proceeding
apace. Obama’s “pivot” has encouraged Japan and other countries to adopt
a more aggressive stance towards China.
I have been following this every step of the way for 7 or 8 years. People use to tell me forget it, it will never happen,
But it will, it's the next war front. We may largely or in part leave the middle east to embroil itself because every country in Asia wants us to take on China and we may.
Russia is the Bull in the china shop. China and Russia have been holding joint war games for years, just recently with 395 thousand troops. Europe better watch out I fear. There is too much at stake here.
It is not land now that is the issue but the riches below the China seas that are needed to propel one through the 21st century.

Speaking after a tour of the region, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for East Asian and Pacific Affairs Daniel Russel said the world did not want the spat to get out of hand. Global interest in economic stability, Russel told a news conference in Beijing, was "too strong for the world's second and third-largest economies to remain at odds.

Sino-Japanese ties have soured dramatically since Tokyo nationalised some of the Senkaku islands, which Beijing claims and calls the Diaoyus, in the East China Sea a year ago. Beijing tells US to 'shut up' over South China Sea tensions
Protests in Vietnam as anger over China's 'bullying' grows: Hands off you Bastard neighbor

Analysis: China unveils oil offensive in South China Sea squabble: Beijing claims almost all the South China Sea, a body of water believed to hold rich reserves of oil and gas and which stretches from China to Indonesia and from Vietnam to the Philippines. Vietnam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Brunei and Malaysia claim parts of it. Any conflict in the sea, one of the world's busiest trade routes, would have global repercussions given the $5 trillion in ship-borne trade carried on its waters each year. "The Chinese government's stance is clearer than ever ... They want to take on and develop this region," said an executive at a global oil major, who declined to be identified because of the sensitivity of the matter.
The Philippines put two disputed blocks on offer on Tuesday but only received three separate bids for exploration rights, an indication that there was little appetite to go up against China in the South China Sea. "China's view is that the little countries, like Vietnam and the Philippines, are increasingly stealing its resources and it must demonstrate it is serious about upholding its claims," said Ian Storey, a senior fellow at the Institute of Southeast Asian Studies in Singapore.
*Ministry of Defense: outside intervention not welcome: A military spokesman on Tuesday warned foreign countries to avoid interfering with territorial disputes between China and its neighbors regarding the South China Sea. On the eve of the 85th founding anniversary of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), the Chinese government held an unprecedented press conference by inviting five senior officers with the PLA's four headquarters to meet the press. "We oppose any country outside the region intervening in these disputes," Defense Ministry spokesman Geng Yansheng said on the sidelines of the conference.
"Any intervention by countries outside the region will complicate the problem and even deteriorate the situation," Geng said, calling for bilateral dialogue and negotiations to solve disputes in both the South China Sea and the East China Sea. The spokesman said disputes in the South China Sea mainly revolve around sovereignty and sea delimitation. "China will continue to seek appropriate solutions through bilateral negotiations and consultations with parties directly involved in the disputes," Geng said. Tensions have risen in the South China Sea, where China, Vietnam, the Philippines and other several countries in the region have made overlapping territorial claims over multiple islands.
Now we know why China would not sign the SouthEast China sea accord! They planned on breaking the accord and dramatically ratcheting up tensions by setting up a Government over the disputed Islands and seas so they would have an excuse to intervene militarily.

*China
Approves City Council, Military Base in Disputed Islands: China says it
has formed a municipal council for a newly established city in a
disputed part of the South China Sea, and has authorized the deployment
of a military base in the area. In a report published Sunday, China's
official Xinhua news agency says 1,100 residents of several islands
known in Chinese as Xisha, Zhongsha and Nansha have elected 45 deputies
to a municipal people's congress. The islands are part of the new city
called Sansha, and the council will be based on an island that China
refers to as Yongxing, known in English as Woody Island.
Xinhua also says China's Central Military Commission has approved the formation of a Sansha garrison command responsible for “national defense” and “military operations.” The Chinese government declared the establishment of Sansha last month, saying its role is to administer the disputed Paracel and Spratly archipelagos and surrounding South China Sea waters, which are believed to hold oil and natural gas deposits. The islands are claimed in whole or in part by Brunei, China, Malaysia, the Philippines, Taiwan and Vietnam.
*China dubs tiny island new city in sea claim bid: China's newest city is a tiny and remote island in the South China Sea, barely large enough to host a single airstrip. There is a post office, bank, supermarket and a hospital, but little else. Fresh water comes by freighter on a 13-hour journey from China's southernmost province.Beijing has created the city administration to oversee not only the rugged outpost but hundreds of thousands of square kilometers (miles) of water, aiming to strengthen its control over disputed - and potentially oil-rich - islands.A spokesman for the Philippines Foreign Ministry said Manila did not recognize the city or its jurisdiction. Vietnam said China's actions violated international law.
The city administration is on tiny Yongxing island, 350 kilometers (220 miles) southeast from China's tropical Hainan Island. The Cabinet approved Sansha last month to "consolidate administration" over the Paracel and Spratly island chains and the Macclesfield Bank, a large, completely submerged atoll that boasts rich fishing grounds that is also claimed by Taiwan and the Philippines. Vietnam and China both claim the Paracels, of which Yongxing, little more than half the size of Manhattan's Central Park, is part. The two countries along with the Philippines, Malaysia, Brunei and Taiwan also claim all or parts of the Spratlys.
This just raises the threat of conflict in the South China Sea. China's way of resolving the multi nation South China Sea issue is not just to lay claim to the whole of China Sea's but today token claim to them as being habitated by China therefore allowing China to militarily fight for them.
Highlights: Asean Summit Breaks Down Over South China Sea Disputes, Philippines says China warship is in its territory, a military aircraft spotted six other Chinese ships near the stricken vessel on Saturday. Why won't China sign the South China Sea code of conduct? (+video) The agreement, raised at the Association of South East Asian Nations in Cambodia, would be the 10th covering essentially the same territorial dispute since the 1982 United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea. The idea is that it would spell out what ships should do to avoid a clash but it wouldn't actually spell out how to resolve competing claims, according to regional news media.

Being
in a superior position puts one in a unique position of power and that
power must be handled gracefully, with humility, responsibly, and not
abused. That is something I taught all my sons and America under Bush
did a lousy job of handling. I am a little worried that China too is
getting a little too heavy handed and abusive with her new position of
power and beginning to take what she wants instead of being content with
what she has which is what I constantly lecture has to be the case if
we are to have a future. The time when man and the planet could handle
war and colonialism is over, period or else!
We are Taiwan's, Vietnam's, Australia's, and Japan's protectors. As China flex's their military muscles in the area we are not supposed to worry. Just what are we supposed to think they are going to do with their advanced weaponry, missiles, stealth aircraft, aircraft carriers and the like. Their threats are going to become more ominous until they cannot be ignored and it is too late. We have been here before. The world was not supposed to worry as Hitler built his arsenal and we know how that turned out.
Haven't we all been coerced by China and isn't it working up to now? China will go to war over this but will the US and the Asian allies we swore to protect? Is Russia going to join China in what would in reality be WW3 in an attempt to defeat us in Asia?

"It
will allow early warning of missiles and supplement the monitoring of
Chinese military movements." Japan does not specify an exact enemy when
discussing its defense strategy but it makes no secret it perceives
China generally as a threat as it becomes an Asian power that could one
day rival Japan's ally in the region, the United States.
Japan, in its National Defense Programme Guidelines issued in December, expressed "great concern" over China's military buildup and "attempts to change the status quo by coercion" in the sea and air.
China's decision last year to establish an air-defence identification zone in the East China Sea, including the skies above the disputed Senkaku/Diaoyu islets, further rattled Tokyo.
Japanese and Chinese navy and coastguard ships have played cat-and-mouse around the uninhabited islands since Japan nationalised the territory in 2012.
