John Kenneth Galbraith was dead on when he said corporations were too powerful and had to be reigned in. Instead they are still getting bigger and more powerful. We are now a Corporatocracy controlled by the corporations. Our Supreme court gave them the right to spend as much money as they want to get what they want.

We are seeing right now the dangers to the planet and society of giving too much control to oil and energy companies. Remember when Bush and Cheney met secretly in the White House with the so called energy Czars? They decided what was right for them and their and Cheney and Bush's wallets while disregarding us and the planet. Cheney said they did not have to use the 1/2 million dollar acoustic valve that would have prevented this disaster.

The rest of the world by law has to use them but here they do not because this country belongs to the corporations not we the people. The companies that were working on the platform being questioned by Congress merely lied and put the blame on everyone else. Another worthless inquisition as those being questioned are in charge not that charade of a Congress. We have got to take our country back somehow!

Galbraith, who was outspoken in his support of government intervention in social and economic problems, became a larger figure on the American political scene after World War II. How the hell can you justify ignoring a source of wealth like this?

Although an economist, his impact reached far beyond economic circles. He thought across disciplines, Benjamin Freeman, a Harvard economics professor and friend of Galbraith's said, "Not just in the field (of economics), but broadening the discourse to encompass the world at large."

With having advised the likes of Presidents Roosevelt, Kennedy, and Clinton I think he had a proven record of success.

There is a Right Wing Conspiracy: We can't call it that but we damn well better stop it!

Some of the lunatic conspirators I hear right here defy any reasoning! Yes Clinton certainly screwed up and asked for what he got. However what started out as a limited investigation by Ken Star into White water turned into a lynch mob. Ultimately we can thank Clinton and Monica Lewinsky for getting the life long failure of an alcoholic elected to do to us what he had done to his life. The right wing conspirators bailed him out!

A right wing conspiracy brought Clinton down and now it is working to bring down President Obama! The right wing conspiracy I am afraid is not as small today as President Clinton thinks. He believes it was much larger and worked much harder against him. Dream on! Even though the Republican party has shrunk the nut bag conspirators has not. As they get increasingly desperate they are getting more heinous!

Yes Clinton provided the fuel but the right wing conspiracy brought Clinton down. They are concentrating on President Obama and working over time to bring him down too! We ca not let their depravity prevail. They bring him down creating his Waterloo and it will be all out Waterloo. Democrats, Republicans, and independents alike. As I said, Clinton and Lewinsky were directly responsible for getting the life long alcoholic failure elected.

Pelosi is right saying the conspiracy rhetoric we are hearing coming from the right is getting worse and can lead to violence. It will! and by design! As we speak another Birther campaign has been started around the country. They will not stop and this is particularly cynical because they are looking for a $30 donation and that will get you a bumper sticker for your car saying Obama is not an American. That is a lie and is friggen sick!

Remember Michelle Bachmann and her census idiocy about Obama trying to control our census to control demographics and the vote? Well it was no coincidence that a census worker was found hung from a rope with a sign around his neck identifying him as a census worker. The vast right wing conspiracy is more than alive it is thriving as the conspirators that brought down Clinton and got Bush the destroyer elected continue to gear up to bring down Obama too. Only now their efforts are based purely on lies and fear mongering!

They called President Clinton a murderer a rapist and a drug dealer. They are painting Obama as a Black illegal socialist who stole their country. I will concede that calling it a right wing conspiracy even though it is plays into the hands of those that dismiss its existence as lunacy. The Republican party may be smaller but the campaign against president Obama is much more virile than with Clinton!

* They are getting more maniacal as they become increasingly desperate to get rid of our Black President and his so called death panels and have their 2nd Revolution! the FBI just stepped in and shut down a poll that was on Face Book asking whether or not you thought Obama should be killed? Possible answers were yes no maybe and Yes if he touches my health care. 700 people responded before the site was shut down. This is not good!

What the hell are we waiting for , assassination? This is exactly the way it went with JFK! To bring down Clinton White Water morphed into the Lewinsky affair. he hands over the office.

Any way you look at it this is a big victory for Bill Clinton. but an even bigger victory for Kim Jong Il. Bill Clinton is back on the world stage he can feel important again and you know he loves the attention as much as Kim Jong Il does. Kim Jong Il got the big prize a one on one with President Clinton. That is big!

Kim Jong Il got Bill Clinton on his soil a three hour meal a photo op and an apology. A win, win for both of them. Kim Jong Il is in his glory. He has not looked this good in years. The little Ill Il can now go on TV and tell his starving people see how important and powerful we are. We are so important and I am so powerful that we were visited by such a powerful man as President Clinton.

I wonder if he will tell them we will now give them food and they can eat something other than rat again? I believe the biggest benefit of this will be Kim Jong Un! North Korea's ailing leader, Kim Jong Il, has settled on his third son, 26-year-old Kim Jong Un, as his successor as you may know. I would have to say a new era will begin once he takes control and the stage has now been set for that. Constitutionally a Hillary Bill Clinton ticket is Feasible but what would it to the Repug's and the Country?

I am going to take a break from my regular routine of monitoring the daily missteps of Bush and the rest of the world as it slides towards world war. I want to talk again about Hillary and Bill! I remember when Hillary first announced she would be running for President in 2008 I wrote a story wondering if Constitutionally there was a possibility of a Hillary Bill ticket? Think of the implications? I really do not think it is necessary because if for some reason Bush, Cheney, Rove, and the rest of the underhanded Repug machine did not prevent Hillary from getting elected by any one of the underhanded scenarios we have discussed we would as a benefit get President Clinton. With Hillary you get Bill. Two for the price of one so to speak. Regardless of what you think of him as a man he did a great job I thought of running the country.

I remember a way back that Hillary discussing the possibility of Bill running for VP. Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton told a talk show her husband, Bill, had "looked into" running as her vice president. Appearing on the David Letterman show the talk-show host asked if Bill Clinton could serve as her vice president should she be elected to the White House. But the former first lady acknowledged that he could not. "Believe me," she joked, "he looked into that." She also remarked that if the Constitution didn't forbid a president from a third term, "he might be running." I disagree with what was said

I researched the Constitutionallity of Bill running for Vice President and that he could but then I remember Hillary saying legally he could not. Thinking that her saying no could be a ploy I decided to check it out once more. I know the question has never been answered by the Supreme court but the question is constitutionally viable. I found this!
The 12th amendment of the US Constitution specifically says that “…But no person constitutionally ineligible to the office of President shall be eligible to that of Vice-President of the United States.”

We know the recent record of this Supreme Court but I think it is time to address this question in light of the future Bush has set up for us. Wouldn’t it be nice for Bill Clinton to actually try and then for the Supreme Court to finally settle this matter once and for all?
