The more I learn the worse it gets: With Eternal vigilance we went from American Democracy to Fascism to Urgent Action because of our Attorney General

I was awake last night and I kept looking at yesterday's conversation involving AG Ashcroft and Fascism when of course I had to research the issue and I started putting together a story for today.

It is pretty amazing as we have discussed many times that these so called top lawyers for we the people are the ones responsible for enabling bush to underhandly control us, take our America, and turn it into a fascist state. It made me go through past conversations on the issue of Fascist America and I was surprised at what found. I want back to 2005 and from today going back to 2005 it detailed the story of this still just unfolding nightmare so I thought first I will simply give you the date and titles of our conversations and encourage you to look at our experience as it has been unfolding. That is not a pretty story for average Americans as we are rapidly being totally controlled as we have become a Fascist State and it has all been facilitated by our Attorney's General as I have pointed out numerous times. What is sickening is knowing the Patriot Act and them is what has enabled Bush to follow this destructive agenda. They are supposed to work fur us and Justice not the President and injustice. *In a nation where a police state atmosphere is permitted, the fascists will rise to the top. This may sound like a crazy, radical statement, but it is going on in America right now with the current Ashcroft led Justice Department. With the top leader of the nations law enforcement structure permitting and enacting more and more assaults on civil rights and invasions of privacy it is only natural that many closet fascists will come out into the open.

*The United States is now a burgeoning police state, with broad new powers to intrude upon the privacy and rights of its citizens. There is often no oversight of this new power, and investigations into abuses are often hampered or outright halted by the very rules set up to intrude into citizen’s privacy. The new rules that are supposed to protect national security often block inquires into use of that power, and put a muzzle on those who have their rights trampled.

*John Ashcroft, Bush's first enabler as Attorney General, our supreme commander in the "War on Terror", has ties in his past to white supremacist/ neo-Nazi groups. As George W. Bush's attorney general, Ashcroft had used the Department of Justice to support Republican efforts at voter suppression; many of them aimed at black voters.

**As bad as Ashcroft was to average Americans, our America, and underhandedly allowing Bush to control us via an underhanded illegal power grab,Gonzo was even worse and Bush calls them great Americans. That better tell you something. Bush says Mukasey is as good a man as them and he is already proving it. We better start activating quickly and start making a difference. We are rapidly running out of time!

While wer'e talking Symbolic, what are the Ramifications of a no confidence vote on Bush?

A No Confidence Vote In regard to Bush, is it possible? Can Someone tell me what the ramifications would be?
Like you I am listening to the political drama going on over the waste of time a No Confidence vote on Gonzales is. I am sick of seeing obvious corrupt people backed by Bush who says he is the Decider and what everyone else thinks and does is just a waste of their time and energy. I listen to Bush say he is more confident about Gonzales now that he remembers nothing and in light of everything that has gone wrong at least to us in this MIS Presidency and I started thinking.
We keep hearing the GOP saying trying to hold the President accountable for instigating and allowing corruption is "beneath the Senates Dignity" first I have to say nothing appears to be, including not working and looking stupid. Isn't doing the peoples work and keeping the Government and the President honest their job? Can somebody help me with this!
This morning I heard that after all this time there are still 100 unclaimed bodies from Hurricane Katrina hanging around in nondescript warehouses. That is unconscionable. What happened to caring and doing the right thing?
I understand Impeachment is the only actionable thing the Senate can do against the President or so I think. Knowing how that is going and certainly Bush deserves that and more, and that the Congress and the Senate has still officially refused to consider it, I have to ask! What would be the Ramifications of having an open vote whether the Republicans block it or not on a No Confidence Vote for the chief idiot?
I don't have to list or name the numerous situations he has mishandled whether on purpose for his new order or through corruptive ineptitude. Just say one word. Everything! He has done nothing right for the average American. He has done nothing right for "we the people" He has done nothing right for Our America. He has done nothing right in the middle east or diplomatically around the world.
Katrina, Iraq, The middle east, the world, to us he has messed everything up. To him he has done everything right as he pursues a different agenda than us and the Democratic Congress. I do not understand why a no confidence vote cannot and has not been taken against the man who would call himself a President? It would at least let the people know Bush would be held accountable and if not then it was the Republicans allowing it to continue. It may be symbolic, meaningless, and worthless for now but it would let people know that once the Democrats take everything over in 2008 there would be a return to accountability and doing the work of "we the people" and our America.
I know there would be bad ramifications around the world politically for the entire country and I certainly can't say I know how that would play it but we are driven to take desperate action to make this President do the right thing for the average American and the world not for Bush and his MIS Agenda. Would a no confidence vote on the President of the United States be doable and consequential? Please tell me what you think.

Alberto Gonzales today defended his Lies, as Facilitator of Bush's new order he must be fired!

Like Bush didn't know anything. My ass! A recently canned former U.S. attorney, who has promised to name two lawmakers he says pressured him to build cases against Democrats, is scheduled to testify Tuesday before congressional committees. Former U.S. Attorney David Iglesias of New Mexico is one of eight federal prosecutors appointed by President Bush who were dismissed in a Justice Department shake-up last year.
At least six indicate they were summarily sacked after expressing differences with Washington. They were scheduled to testify Tuesday to Congress -- four before the Senate Judiciary Committee and two before a House Judiciary subcommittee.
The Justice Department contends they were fired because of job performance. A statement from the six testifying attorneys says they were given "little or no information" as to why they were dismissed and they will refrain from speculation.
Meanwhile, the director who conveyed the bad news to the attorneys has resigned, saying his decision to leave has been in the works since June. The Justice Department says the resignation is unrelated to the controversy. http://www.cnn.com/2007/POLITICS/03/06/fired.attorneys/
You can bet those attornies were pressured to build cases against Democrats and you can bet that now that they have been fired for disagreeing with Bush as is the standard case for disagreeing with his abuse and misuse, they too will be casually dismissed as disgruntled employees. The guy who fired them quit, what a surprise! When is the lying going to stop being tolerated.
Gonzales is a worm and action should be under way to pressure for his dismissal! He fires his top aide who of course will get the blame for Gonzales's shortcomings as always happens with his master and the shit will just continue. Gonzales must be replaced!

With the recent disclosure of what we all knew would happen under the chief idiot that FBI Director Robert Mueller and Attorney General Alberto Gonzales have been abusing the Patriot Act and to me only for Bush's Political gain there is a question of whether they can survive scrutiny.
They better not! We know for a fact that every aspect of the Patriot would be abused and misused under Bush. That was my original concern in Bush having this tool. The Patriot Act under anyone else may be okay but not in the hands of the Decider who is using it to follow his new order. He is doing that with the blessings of Gonzales.
