The attack on the United States by Al Shabaab and it's foolowers is just beginning, Beware!

Al Shabaab attacks Somali Parliament threatens Kenya and the US with suicide bombers

Al-Shabab Attacks Somali Parliament, 8 Killed:  Al-Shabab at one point held large parts of Somalia, but was pushed out of major cities by the AU forces and Somali government.  The group has continued to carry out attacks, including a recent assault on the presidential palace in Mogadishu. They promised to spread out and now are.

Somali Extremist"Al Shabaab"Threatens US, Kenya With Attacks

"America is waging a war in the Horn of Africa because they are responsive to the Quran verses saying that the Islamic flag will fly in every corner of the world," Fuad Mohamed Khalaf, also known as Fuad Shongole, said, referring to Islam's holy book. U.S. officials have long feared that any of the several dozen Somali-Americans who have left the U.S. to join the extremist fighters could travel back to the United States to carry out terror attacks.

Senior al-Shabab leaders have rarely, if ever, publicly threatened to carry out attacks in the U.S.  The U.S. Treasury Department in 2010 imposed sanctions on Shongole, which froze any assets he had in U.S. jurisdictions. Shongole sought asylum in Sweden in the 1990s and has Swedish citizenship. He returned to Somalia in the mid-2000s to fight with the Islamic Courts Union, a militant group that preceded al-Shabab.In his radio message, Shongole also threatened to launch more attacks in Kenya and Uganda. Both countries contribute troops to the African Union force waging war against al-Shabab inside Somalia.

 Remember this just recently?

UN: The world must not think Al Shabab is down and out

Al Shabaab promises Kenya Mall attack just the beginning

Al Shabaab promises Kenya Mall attack just the beginning but we can all make it the end.

Kenya Mall Fact Check

(CNN) -- We're not done yet. That was the message terrorists of Al-Shabaab gave to Kenya on Wednesday, as officials still sorted through rubble and clues left in the wake of the recent massacre that took 67 lives at a Nairobi shopping mall.Read more: How does Al-Shabaab get its money? The Somali militant group handed the threatening statement to regional media, which passed it on to CNN.

We thought that Al Shabab would  disperse throughout the world once they were essentially defeated in Somalia, in fact some have shown up in Mali and Afghanistan. However they have shown up in Kenya to pay them back for their role against them in Somalia. These are not Religious fanatics, they are a gang of thugs roaming around the world taking women and food as they want and killing because they have nothing else to do.

After what happened to the United States ending with Black Hawk Down and our departure from Somalia I thought Al Shabab would never be defeated. Then I came to the realization that they could be defeated if area countries and the world rallied around the effort to make them a non entity at least as a separate arm of Al Qaeda.

Al Shabab's demise is not guaranteed yet and I still believe many have largely left for the Gulf of Aden, Yemen, and other areas they think they will have an impact. They have threatened to have an impact all over the world and the group of jobless thugs using Islam so they can stay occupied by killing those against them, will.

Now is the time to open this wide open before the extremists have a chance to take the lead on this. I would rather be on the offence not the defence. These are not Religious fanatics, they are a gang of thugs roaming around the world taking women and food as they want and killing because they have nothing else to do.Fighting and dying is their living. No feelings whatsoever!

They promise to come to a mall near you.Like it or not we are falling apart as a society but this fight against so called Islamists is just beginning. They have no reason to stop. This is their living, they know nothing else. Islamists are Muslim only by birth. They use it as an excuse to go around the world, eat. and get a stipend for having fun causing mayhem for peace loving people.

Remember, Bin Laden gave millions of Islamic thugs the excuse that they are fighting the west for Islam but they are not. They have insulted Islam and God. Bin Laden got this so called vendetta going and has incited the Islamist rancour he intended. Whether he's Dead or alive the battle is on. For Islamists this has taken on a life of its own. In reality Bin Laden is still the greatest enemy of his people.

Bin Laden is solely responsible for all this war death and destruction. He's no frigging hero to Muslims. They should have hunted him down themselves and ended this! We now have large armed groups of gangs, Al Shabaab is one and now without a country as they have been defeated in Somalia largely with Kenya's help.

They have now set their sites on Kenya and the mall attack is said to only be the beginning an I have to believe this. They should as I write be hunted down wherever they are and kill them wherever they are.

I laughed last year when "defeated" Al Shabaab joined Al Qaeda but I believe they are becoming a dangerous arm of  a largely defeated Al Qaeda that must be eliminated.

They are interested in our destruction. violence is their communication.

al-Shabaab commander, identified as Sahal Iskudhuq killed in stepped up drone attacks

*Somali militants coming under deadly US pressure:  A U.S. missile strike that killed a high-ranking intelligence officer for al-Shabab has illustrated the stepped-up pressure on the al-Qaida-linked militants, both from American attacks and from African Union ground troops.

An al-Shabab commander said one of two men killed in Sunday's attack on a moving vehicle was Sahal Iskudhuq, who helped choose bombing targets and used to be in charge of kidnapping foreigners. Commander Abu Mohamed told The Associated Press on Monday that al-Shabab will "retaliate with a bigger blow and pain against the enemy."

The U.S. was still trying to determine whether the target was killed, the official said. The Associated Press, citing an interview in Mogadishu with an al-Shabaab commander, identified the target as Sahal Iskudhuq, who is close to al-Shabaab’s top leader, the agency said.

Al-Shabaab, a militia that’s been fighting to establish an Islamic state in Somalia since at least 2006, claimed responsibility in September for the attack on the Westgate Mallin the Kenyan capital of Nairobi that killed at least 67 people.

Now we have killed one of their top Commamnders and once again they threaten retribution. We are whittling them down but we must not relent.

Hakimullah Mehsud Pakistani Taliban leader dead now kill the rest following Bin Laden's vendetta

* Taliban chief killed in drone strike: In May, a drone strike killed Mehsud's second-in-command, and one of his most trusted lieutenants was captured in Afghanistan last month."Among the dead, who are in large numbers, are Hakimullah's personal bodyguard Tariq Mehsud and his driver Abdullah Mehsud, two of his closest people," said one intelligence source.

Mehsud was killed after attending a gathering of 25 Taliban leaders gathering to discuss the government's offer of talks, they said. "Hakimullah Mehsud was a very controversial figure and he had very tough demands," he said. But the strike did not signal the end of the Pakistani Taliban, he said. "It's a very decentralized organization. They've lost leaders to drone strikes before."

* The number two commander in the Pakistani Taliban has been promoted to leader after its previous chief was killed in a US drone strike.

Khan Said, also known as Sajna, now commands the militant group following a meeting of the supreme ruling council, according to security officials. Said is believed to have masterminded an attack on a jail in north-west Pakistan that freed nearly 400 prisoners in 2012 and an attack on a Pakistani air force base in the same year.

Every time we kill one of Al Qaeda's or the Taliban's top leaders of course we are greeted with threats of retribution. You know what they say about payback. Pay back is a mother f&%ker. We are in a race now more than ever. As you know, this vendetta against the west called terrorism is the head of the hydra. Kill one and many more take their place.

Now we have to kill two more top leaders, American Adam Ghadan a theorist and Ayman Al Zawahiri appointed as the new leader after UBL's death. Al- Awlaki was computer savvy and the prime motivator for attacks on the west. This is an important development but someone else will step up. We must be more observant than ever even on the internet as there are more out there that are computer savvy.

We have to continue to kill them quicker than they can recover but when it is all said and done you may not have one central leader but now hundreds of thousands or millions of disenfranchised extremists operating on their own. Maybe they are not able to pull off the big fabulous hits but they can the small ones and disrupt and terrorize our daily lives. That is why it is called terrorism! Remain vigilant.

3% collateral damage acceptable in killing militants by Drone? Yes!

* The Pakistani government said Wednesday that 3% of 2,227 people killed in U.S. drone strikes since 2008 were civilians, a surprisingly low figure that sparked criticism from groups that have investigated deaths from the attacks.

The number, which was provided by the Ministry of Defense to the Senate, is much lower than past government calculations and estimates by independent organizations that have gone as high as 300. The ministry said 317 drone strikes have killed 2,160 Islamic militants and 67 civilians since 2008.

* A surprising number of Pakistanis are in favour of drone strikes:  So when Sofia Khan, a school administrator from Islamabad, travelled with hundreds of anti-drone campaigners to a ramshackle town bordering the restive Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA) last October she was stunned by what some tribesmen there had to say.

One man from South Waziristan heatedly told her that he and his family approved of the remote-controlled aircraft and wanted more of them patrolling the skies above his home. Access to the tribal regions is very difficult for foreign journalists; but several specialists and researchers on the region, who did not want to be identified, say there is at least a sizeable minority in FATA who share that view.

I have discussed the use of drones in the past and of course I have a controversial viewpoint on this. If you think about the growing situations around the world requiring not boots on the ground necessarily but watching I believe 100% you will agree. As I always say you must look at the whole picture before forming an opinion, that certainly applies here too.

Under Obama from the beginning The United States has stepped up its attacks with the pilot less drone aircraft attacks in Pakistan even more so since a double agent blew himself up at a U.S. base in Afghanistan on December 30, killing seven CIA agents. The so called weak President on terror has drastically increased the use of like it or not what has become an important tool in the so called war on terror, drones. We should have used them exclusively in Afghanistan, we could have saved Billions of dollars and hundreds of thousands of lives.

Are we at war or not? I am not going to say the US should be able to put boots on the ground wherever she wants in this still just beginning so called war on terror but it must be realized and acknowledged that like it or not the US is a prime target if not the main target and is the prime face in the so called war on terror.

The big argument against the use of Drones is innocent people are sometimes killed. I am sorry for that but question the numbers as the extremist we are killing in every instance say we are killing civilians when we are killing them to anger civilians and create and enforce world sentiment against the use of drones.

We have been saying from the beginning that this is a new kind of war, a war like no other. We the entire world better make believe they realize that and act accordingly. Our future depends on it. Everyone who reads my reports knows I did not trust Bush and Cheney an iota. They made me question everything we have done in the past.

That said, I would hope that Obama has no designs of dominating the sovereignty of Pakistan, Yemen, Somalia, Africa, or anywhere else we have to go to prosecute this so called war on terror. Muslim countries do not want our boots on the ground so they have to allow openly or clandestinely our use of drones in this the first war of the 21st century!

The uses of Drone’s are a necessary evil even as just an observer as the events in Syria, Iran, and the Arab spring countries certainly must prove. They are our equalizer as IED’s are the militant’s necessary evil and equalizer in the new battlefront! The draw back in IED’s or drones is civilian casualties, by the extremists killing civilians is their goal not so called collateral damage. Civilians always pay the price!

That said, civilian casualties are hard to verify as the so called enemy inflates the numbers to win the media war for hearts and minds with wild allegations as we are not allowed to put boots on the ground in Yemen or Pakistan. We can not relent and we must all increase our efforts and do what we can to ensure our success and our successful future!

35 years ago I was in hardened nuclear missile silo's 70 feet underground. I am sure we are still there to counter any threat from China or Russia. We have a command devoted to operating and maintaining these systems. I agree that we should be doing the same thing with drones. Reading the link at the top I knew Drones were being used in Yemen, Somalia, and Libya but was surprised to read about the even more wide spread housing and use of Drones.

It is a necessary evil and at the very least I firmly believe we should set up a separate command dedicated to their use and maintenance. I firmly believe all our troops around the world not just in Iraq, Afghanistan, Serbia, the Philippines, Africa, and everywhere else they are openly and clandestinely should be brought home where they are needed and we should be watching events around the world with drones.

If countries do not want them there they can get rid of the so called terrorist threat by policing themselves and we will have to go home or be the unnecessary aggressor we appear to be.
