Lebanon's prime minister says deadly Beirut car bombing has links to the crisis in Sria: Investigators collected evidence at the site of a bomb attack in the Ashrafieh area of Lebanon's capital, Beirut. Wissam al-Hassan, a prominent Lebanese intelligence official opposed to Syrian President Bashar al-Assad and at least seven other people were killed in the blast on Friday.

 

Iran speaks out against the bombing but blames it on Israel. The prominent Labanese official killed though led the Lebanese opposition against Bashar Al assad so I would expect that Iran's Quds forces did it.

 

  SNC chief: Syrian regime killed Hassan: “Wissam al-Hassan had evidence [that] charge the Syrian regime [with crimes in Lebanon], which made him a target for the regime of [Syrian President] Bashar al-Assad,” Sayda told Al-Jumhuriya newspaper.

 

Sayda also said that Hassan’s assassination was linked to the “crime of ex-Information Minister Michel Samaha and [Syrian] officer Ali Mamluk. The SNC chief also said that the Syrian regime was working on destabilizing the region and would conduct more assassinations in Lebanon. Hassan was killed on Friday in a huge explosion that rocked the Beirut area of Ashrafieh

 

 Anti-Syria Rally Held in Lebanon on 'Day of Rage' Over Bombing: Thousands of supporters of Lebanon’s opposition March 14 coalition poured into Beirut for today’s funeral of an assassinated security official and for a “day of rage” against Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. Brigadier General Wissam al- Hassan. Al-Hassan, who headed the information branch of the Internal Security Forces, had investigated several bombings and plots that the March 14 group blamed on the Syrian regime. 

Three people died and 126 were injured in the explosion that killed al-Hassan, according to a final casualty count carried by Lebanon’s official National News Agency. The recent violence has raised concerns about a possible spillover of the conflict in neighboring Syria. March 14 supporters gathered at the rally’s venue in Beirut’s Martyrs’ Square, waving Lebanon’s flag and that of the Syrian rebels fighting Assad’s government. “We’re expressing our support for the Syrian people and opposition to Bashar,” said Ali Majzoub, 16, holding the rebel Syrian flag.

The crowd came from the funeral of a top intelligence official assassinated.

The total middle east breakdown Sunnni against Shiite we have written about numerous times is well under way. Sadly the world is not going to sit idly by but will and is interfering plus Israel and the Kurds are pushing for their new status in the new middle east.  We can only hope we keep it from erupting into WW3.

In closing: You know Putin just got himself reelected as President, he did this so he could be at the helm of Russia as he like me knows 100% that world war is our future. He plans on marshaling China who is rapidly building a more formidable military and whoever he can to take on US hegemony.

Russia watched helplessly as we had our way in Libya. Putin blames what is happening in Syria on our interference and Libya for training the protesters to fight against Bashar Al-Assad.

Putin is going to do everything possible to keep us from helping the Syrian people and I really feel for them. I do not see this going down the way Libya did and Iran and Russia are going to make sure it does not.

 I am afraid the Syrian people are going to be sacrificed, sacrificed in what is merely an opening salvo in this the wars for future dominance. I  heard that Russia is gathering forces to go into Iran via Armenia for a quick strike through Georgia. 
We have a showdown setting up that looks disastrous for the worlds future. It will be a miracle if we can keep this from turning into WW3!
