Al Shabab leaving Somalia, Mogadishu,regrouping, or heading to Yemen?

Spokesmen: Islamist militia leaving Somalia: Islamist fighters who officials feared would attack famine victims pulled out from many bases in the capital overnight, a move that could speed up the delivery of humanitarian services, the prime minister said Saturday. A spokesman for the African Union peacekeeping force said the militants had blended into the civilian population, making them even harder to fight. And the al-Qaida-linked group insisted it was merely a tactical withdrawal to launch a counterattack."We shall fight the enemy wherever they are," al-Shabab spokesman Ali Mohamed Rage told a local radio station. You better be very concern they are not headed to Yemen or merely waiting for the people to get their food so they can kill the people and take it?

Government troops do not care why Al Shabab pulled out of Mogadishu? Al Shabab has fought hard and strong there for their gains even amongst other rebel groups. They did not just pull out for the UN and the starving people. The Government is now occupying Al Shabab bases and touting it as a victory. They better be very concerned. Remember it is easier to attack than to defend.

Well look at this. Fighting erupts in Somali capital after Al Shabab supposedly leaves: Fighting erupted on Sunday in Mogadishu between government troops and al Shabab insurgents a day after the rebels said they were leaving the Somali capital and the government declared it controlled most of the city, residents and officials said.

We are watching many countries in the Middle East erupt all at the same time and I am a bit perplexed at the warped amount of attention and coverage given. Syria is being given a lot of attention and Yemen not so much even now that it is openly erupting. I have to believe that is because Syria is Israel and Iran's neighbor. A democracy movement right there is no threat to Israel but it is to Iran.

However Syria is Sunni and Iran Shiite so you may think their interference in helping Syria kill civilians and quell the Democracy movement perplexing. There has been a proxy war being fought in Yemen for quite a while now and Iran has been in the forefront of it. What is happening in Yemen is of utmost importance to Iran, us, and the world.

With our air raids in the East, civil war looming in the north, pro-independence protests in the south and al-Qaeda in the background " background? where is Anwar Al- Awlaki?" threatening a wave of attacks on America, Yemen is today’s war. To top it off Yemen is running out of water! There is more Al Qaeda there than in Afghanistan, why are we in Afghanistan and not Yemen?

Somalia will be the next war as those Al Qaeda who did not flee the existing wars to help in Yemen have gone to Somalia! Al Qaeda has always been in Yemen but it has now become Al Qaeda central. Their principle targets are Saudi Arabia, Yemen, and the US, allies and allies in this so called war on terror.

The Saudi and Yemen branches of Al Qaeda have joined forces and many outsiders are moving in to join the fight. We must act in kind! Yemen is on the verge of being a failed state as you already know. Yemen is on the Abyss and we must help them for own good! What to do? They have been dealing with terrorism and insurgencies for years! They are not a failed state but well on their way and may be tomorrow! Their attention has been on survival as a country.

As many of you know by now my prime concern in Yemen was the interference by Iran in trying to get Shiite dominance there. Bush freed Iran up to pursue her version of new middle East order by interfering wherever she could while Bush was doing the same thing with his Middle East Democratization program.

The goal now absolutely is to be the country who decides which direction the new Middle East (dis)order will take. Bush started it by attacking Iraq to get into the middle east to destabilize it and start the new middle east order the idiot said God told him to do now it will be up to Iran and Saudi Arabia at least up front fight it out whether this goes the Iranian Shiite way or the Saudi Arabian Sunni way and do not forget Israel!

In Yemen once again the Iranian Revolutionary Guard is the instigator. They are ferrying weapons through Eritrea to Yemen. They are now avoiding the Arabian Peninsula as Saudi Arabia has instituted a blockade along the coast of Yemen. Iran’s Revolutionary Guard has also transported Lebanese Hezbollah fighters to fight with the rebels.

As you know, Saudi Arabia is also there fighting the Iranian backed Houthi rebels. So far there has been no direct confrontation. However I absolutely see what I have been warning about since Bush diverted from Afghanistan to attack Iraq and get back in the middle east to create a new middle east (dis)order! This is going to be total middle east war for a new middle east order like it or not, Sunni against Shiite.

It is looking like Yemen is going to be the first country down! The Middle East is right to be concerned. Yemen is going through severe domestic turmoil due to the violent activities of Al Qaeda, Houthi rebels in the north and the Southern Movement in the south. The remaining Jews are threatened with slaughter by the Shiite. How much longer can Yemen hold on? What is next?

Al Shabab in Somalia and Al Qaeda in Yemen are both reinforced by those fleeing the fight in Iraq, Pakistan, and Afghanistan. Somalia is a failed State and Yemen is rapidly headed towards being a failed State. They are perfect havens for Al Qaeda to set up new training camps in lawless regions.

Yemeni Al Qaeda previously sent arms and help to Al Shabab in their fight in Somalia. Al Shabab is reciprocating sending fighters to Yemen to help Yemeni Al Qaeda. Supposedly the so called experts say the three forces operating to destabilize Yemen from the North, South, and East will not join forces but you bet they will! Al Qaeda has been leaving Iraq, Afghanistan, and Mauritania; to use Yemen as their new base we in turn better meet them there with some kind of force. This entire so called terrorism war is barely beginning. This is not a war to end all wars but the war of all wars!

Be very concerned about what is happening in Yemen, Somalia, and the Gulf of Aden, the new front in the so called war on terror! Remember, it is better to attack than defend and Al Shabab can now go back on the attack in Mogadishu but knowing they did great damage to their reputation by starving Somali women and children a betting man would believe they left a skeleton crew in Somalia and the bulk are headed to Yemen to join the fight II would be watching the Gulf of Aden and other countries where they may be going to get to Yemen.

Russia joins the US and the UN calling for Syria to end violence against peaceful protesters but Iran will never allow it

UN rights investigators have warned Syria to stop using excessive force against peaceful protestors. In a joint statement, independent experts have called on President Bashar al-Assad’s government to halt its violent crackdown that has resulted in executions and other crimes punishable under international law.The start of Ramadan has seen no let up in the violence. That said Iran and the IRG will not stop and will not allow a Democracy in their only middle east ally.

We keep hearing that the writing is on the wall for Bashar and his days are numbered. They may be but it is a big number and Syria and Iran are not going to be deterred by what we say. I know the protesters vowed not to be deterred stating they will break the Government period but there is no way. The Syrian Government will kill and arrest who they have too. Iran will accept nothing less and they "the IRG" are in charge!
I remember the Syrian opposition saying that they would not stop and would ultimately defeat the Government saying Democratic transition would safeguard Syria from violence. As outsiders looking in we know nothing could be further from the truth. People are being imprisoned and murdered and I can not see that stopping until the Democracy movement is crushed. Supposedly this expected situation is begging for us to get involved but we damn well better not. Unless that is going to war with Iran is the goal.

Those of you that follow me know going after Iran is why Bush lied to get to attack Iraq and get back into the Middle East. Iran is helping Syria, us helping the protesters is exactly what Iran wants so they can bring out in the open the war against the United States.

I have to reiterate something I have said too many times since Bush chose to ignore all warnings of total civil war spreading throughout the entire Middle East so he could attack Iraq and straighten out the Middle East as God spoke to him and instructed him to. You know I firmly believe and have said so a million times by now that since 9/11 everything was construed to allow Bush to gain the power he needed to prosecute his new order not just in the Middle East but on the entire world! He diverted from Afghanistan to get back into the Middle East with the goal of setting up a larger safety zone for Israel and going after Iran. As expected this democratization started by Bush has taken on a life of its own.

I still see a total civil war Sunni against Shiite erupting in the Middle East because Bush freed up Iran to instigate it on their end and they are. I still am concerned we will have a permanent presence in the Middle East but feel we will have to largely leave Iraq to her own demise. We will still be there but it looks like Yemen, and the Gulf of Aden will be the prime focus unless Iran gets something going between the US and Iran.

Saddam Hussein with his lies about possessing WMD kept Iran in check. Planting our military in the middle of the mess Bush has created out of the Middle East because of his failed Democratization program is going to be a Custer's Last Stand on a grand scale if we are still there when this breaks open! Looking at the war cabinet Obama has amassed I am going to say at this point that this is going to happen even under a President Obama.

Actually Russia, China and Lebanon have blocked a move for the UN Security Council to condemn Syria's crackdown on dissent. Sanctioning slaughter is more like it!

You have to be very concerned about what is happening in Syria especially. Iran is not going to allow Syria to fall to Democracy,Iran is in Syria helping Bashar Assad and they do not want us interfering. What we saw after the voter fraud in Iran was mild compared to what the IRG will do if this movement spreads to Iran. I really wish Bashar would step down but Iran is the elephant in the room any way you look at it. The total middle east breakdown we have written about numerous times is well under way. We can only hope we keep it from erupting into WW3.

We know what is happening in Yemen and Somalia as Islamists there fight to take over and implement Sharia law in what they want to be strict Islamist countries as the Taliban and Al Qaeda are doing in Pakistan and Afghanistan. Knowing that like it or not, admit it or not, while we let our Political children screw around here this entire mess we call Muslim extremism i.e.. terrorism is barely beginning. If we continue with the frame of mind our so called leaders have like it or not this is going to be a war against Islam. It is beginning to appear to me that the extremists, those that want strict religious law are going to prevail as they are the crazies with the guns and will inflict their will on the people.

There are some as in every country that want to rule themselves and in a Democracy but they are not the rule. You hear many that just wish we would stay in our own country and out of theirs. They will learn again to live under Sharia law or one form of extremism or another. We have to stop trying to push Democracy on every Muslim country with a small sector that wants "Democracy" as we are merely creating more enemies or is that the goal.

We are not smart enough to do it but we should leave Libya, Afghanistan, Iraq, and all the rest of them to their own demise. We should merely go home regroup and watch. Only concern ourselves with those coming after us of which right now there are not many and our biggest problems are our "mis"leaders and home grown terrorists. Those are our biggest concerns and straightening out our messes at home should be our main concern.

Here it is: We discussed how to survive this more than three years ago. Do not be fooled to think the US will not be hit because it will be and it is barely beginning now despite all efforts to stave it off. Survival: World food shortages spreading but After air, the most important thing we need to survive is potable water. This is easy be prepared! Water filtration devices can be bought at practically any camping or outdoor supply store, but if you live in the city, you probably don’t camp out a lot. You may not have a water filtration device. You may depend upon your city to provide you with filtered water from your tap. A turn of a knob and there you go - drinkable water.

But, in a widespread economic depression, we may be subjected to equipment breakdowns and/or water rationing. In fact, we are often already subjected to water rationing, but so far, it’s only applied to watering lawns. In a critical, short term disaster, the water may be contaminated and undrinkable for a while. How do city folks get drinkable water? If we have advanced warning, we can fill up jugs, pitchers, bottles, sinks, buckets, and bathtubs with water. That’s good for a week or so, and grey water can be used to flush the toilet.

If you have an ornamental pond or wading pool or collect rainwater in barrels from your gutters, that’s a good source of water, too. It can be boiled to make it drinkable. I know a lot of sources say you need to boil your water for anywhere between one and ten minutes, but in my experience, this means you are left with steam and very little water. Bringing the water to a good rolling boil and then cooling it is sufficient to make it drinkable.

Distilling your water yourself is the best way to guarantee it’s drinkable. Most stills are illegal to own, but you can make a water distillation still out of common household items. Well, they used to be common. Maybe they aren’t anymore. What you need is a stockpot, a domed metal lid in which you can drill (or have drilled) a hole at the highest part, plastic tubing (like what you have for the ice maker in your refrigerator), a bowl of cold water and a pot or pitcher in which to catch the purified water.

Fill the stockpot with water - use the pitcher you’ll use to catch the clean water to measure - two pitchers of water in the stockpot. Secure the plastic tubing in the hole and the lid to the stockpot (make a paste of flour and water to seal the edges), make sure the tubing doesn’t come near the heat or the hot stock pot, coil a couple of loops into a bowl of cold water, and hang the end out into the pitcher you use to catch the cleaned water. Make sure the bowl of cold water is lower than the stock pot, and the pitcher is lower than the bowl of cold water. Heat the stockpot of water to a rolling boil. The steam will be captured by the tubing, the cold water in the bowl will convert the steam back to water and the purified water will drip into the pitcher. When the pitcher is full, turn the heat off and the water you collect while it cools as well as what cools in the stockpot can be used for greywater purposes like flushing the toilet. Don’t use the leftover water for any purposes that might make its way into your mouth. While it’s been boiled, theoretically making it safe, it may still contain some chemical contaminants. The distilled portion is safe to drink and cook and wash dishes with.

If you live in the city and have only flood waters available, distill the water you drink. Don’t depend upon boiling to remove contaminants. In the city, the water will come into contact with a wide variety of chemical contaminants that boiling just won’t remove. Be safe, distill your water.

China accuses Japan of exaggerating it as a military threat: The accusation follows a defense white paper earlier this week in which Japan warned that China's naval forces were likely to increase activities around its waters. The two countries have long bickered over ownership of parts of the East China Sea, with the latest flare-up late last year. China's foreign and defense ministries both rounded on the Japan's latest defense report, which laid out worries about China's military modernization and expanding maritime reach.

It is not just the East China Sea, we have talked extensively on China's instigation in the South China Sea but remembering Japan's actions against China before and during WW2 China and that Japan was ultimately defeated China said We hope that Japan will use history as a guide, and earnestly reflect on its defense policies. I believe it is China that should slow down and remember it was the US and her allies that saved her. It is time to share not fight! China has been warning all other Asian Nations not to go after the gas, oil, and other natural resources around the Spratly's, Kurils, Senkaku, and other contested Islands and areas in the China Sea.

China just launched its first aircraft carrier a retrofitted Russian aircraft carrier and is in the process of building it's first Chinese carrier. Anyway then all Asian countries better be prepared. Remember the "incident this past spring with the 10 Chinese warships including destroyers and submarines off Okinawa? This put a new light on things to me. Look at the big picture once again. Japan has got to be rethinking their constant effort to get the US Military to leave Okinawa. It will behoove Japan to have us there. This puts a whole new light on China's turn around on Iran, their monetary finagling, and their last minute turn around on whether or not to attend the nuclear summit. This latest row really has to have Japan rethinking.

Remember Just prior to this sudden mood and cooperation change with the US we were being threatened for arming Taiwan, for meeting with the Dalai lama in Washington, and threatened with slowing our economic recovery. I fell for the line of thought that the so called experts were floating that China realized that if we go down so do they.

Cooperation between China Russia and the US is critical! Obama was right to say our ties will shape the future of the 21st century. The US and China are eying each other and moving very cautiously as they try to strike a balance. A few years back I began to view our relationship with China as the most important in the world. Not because we drove each others economy but because if at the time with Bush's instigation to war with Russia China due to the fact of how our 2 economies are so intertwined that if something happened China would side with us not Russia, I just do not know any more. I never imagined that today problems between China and Japan would be the issue.

As we discussed there have been at least three cases of groups of Chinese military ships crossing through the area of Okinawa since November 2008, first 4 ships then 6 then 8 and now 10 including destroyers and submarines. That case appeared to be the first involving surfaced submarines. The group of 10 ships, including the submarines, was observed about 90 miles (140 kilometers) southwest of Okinawa in international waters.

Two missile destroyers and three frigate ships from the same group were spotted participating in a flight exercise of carrier-based helicopters April 7-9, the Defense Ministry's Joint Staff Office said in a statement The war ships were in international waters but close to Okinawa and Japan was not notified. That area as you may know has natural resources under the ocean and islands claimed by both Nations. It is important that we stay in Okinawa as China plays a more important role in Asia and around the world as she gains strength militarily and economically as we just discussed.

*China is not a threat to Asia? I am afraid they are and also to our old world balance. Japan is right and the entire world better be concerned not just Asia.

Bahrain and Kuwait of course backed their Saudi ally and also came out against the Shiite minority suppressing and murdering the Sunni majority. I wonder how long Al Qaeda is going to let this go on and they are already speaking out.

Iran and Syria seem to be welcoming this response as they are also influencing the Shiite leadership in Iraq and eager to impress their version of a new Middle East order which Bush set in motion by attacking Iraq and freeing especially Iran to pursue.

Actually Russia, China and Lebanon have blocked a move for the UN Security Council to condemn Syria's crackdown on dissent. Sanctioning slaughter is more like it! I believe I remember hearing Russia weigh in against what Syria and Iran are doing but China has yet to weigh in. Any way you look at it we are playing into Iran’s hand.

You have to be very concerned about what is happening in Syria especially. Iran is not going to allow Syria to fall to Democracy,Iran is in Syria helping Bashar Assad and they do not want us interfering. It is not living within its means, shifting the weight of responsibility on other countries and in a way acting as a parasite," With everything said just think about a world without the US economy!

A parasite! Cut the crap. I have discussed this in the past but could not find it. First I must admit I do not like Vladimir Putin. When the idiot Bush looked into his eyes and saw a compassionate man and a man you could work with I saw vile, hate, and a great danger to our unification.His desire is to make Russia great again of which I can not blame him but I see Dmitry Medvedev as much more level headed and common sensed.

That said, sometimes deserved and sometimes not but I see the United States as a Definition of a pariah If the US is a "parasite" on the worlds economy it is the fault of the world no not for trusting the US but for leaning on the US instead of taking care of itself and taking responsibility and accountability for themselves.

Personally I was offended, embarrassed, and disgusted, the way our S.O.B. Political children acted during the Debt debate but I do not believe our problems should have been affecting the world. Whatever you say about the US just imagine not a world without the US which I am afraid in many instances that would be a good thing but a world without the US economy. It is good and bad for the planet and all countries!

In our efforts to grow our country and economy we have raped much of the world of its resources and with the help of our allies reset Boundaries that will have a negative effect till the end of time. Again with that said Putin would be wise to apologize to the US and rethink what he ignorantly said. How much does Russia donate to the poor and famine and disease stricken countries of Africa and the rest of the world?

I am often bothered by the fact that our misleaders are ignoring our own poor and hungry while we help those around the world but we and our economy are the main drivers behind a mounting an exhausting number of natural or unnatural disasters striking countries around the world. Many of them I am afraid are due to mans negative impact on our environment but our economy allows us to be there.

Our success in growing our economy has had many negative and positive affects on the world and its countries. Countries of which China is the best example have grown and prospered because of the US economy. Our success has allowed China and the world to overpopulate the planet which seems to be turning on us now.

Due to our so called "success" we are destroying the planet because of over population but again with that said our economy is not a parasite on the worlds countries but a necessary evil to help the needy and to keep the worlds economies status quo. If not, most so called civilized countries around the world are going to regress "shrink" and it will be painful but I am afraid necessary. I am afraid at any rate it has to happen if someone in this world is to survive and prosper somewhere on this planet.

What a mess and what a future just hold on. Regardless of whose fault it is we are in for a rough ride.

The Hamas authorities in the Gaza Strip have executed two men who were convicted of collaboration with Israel.: In May, a military court in Gaza sentenced a man to death by firing squad for collaborating with Israel. Gaza's governing authority does not want peace and executed anyone they think is working with Israel to achieve it.

Israel will never agree to share Jerusalem period and neither will Hamas .Israel will resort to war period, especially knowing the US will come to their rescue and it bothers me. This is really getting old!

I wrote about it numerous times, to hell with Israel they are the problem. Netanyahu does not want peace until he gets everything he wants which includes all of Jerusalem. We have to take care of our own and let them hang themselves. Ahmadinejad was right in one thing when he said years ago that is Europe and the US felt so bad for what happened to the Jews in ww2 they should have given them part of their country. We would have no problem then. We are as guilty as them for not enforcing UN resolution 181. UN Resolution 181 that was established in 1947. Stop supporting Israel!

Lack of a peace solution to the Israeli crisis we created keeps being blamed on the Palestinians and I for one am quite sick of it! Israel could lease Palestinian lands in exchange for Palestinian statehood: report I am thinking this can be done after all my apprehension if Israel really wanted a two state solution. With Palestine rebuffing Iran, Iran would be the one left out in the cold however Israel does not want this to succeed. Leave Israel to her own demise, I am sick of the lies!

I reiterate: Palestinians for their part are doing their share for peace but it is futile: They are willing to let Israel control the wailing wall and just want East Jerusalem as their capital but there is no way in hell Israel is going to give that up as they swear it belongs to them. It does not belong to them. They do not want peace unless they get everything they want and they will not. This will only end in war and we will be dragged in. That is why Bush ignored Afghanistan to get into the Middle East. Right from the get go helping Israel against Iran was the goal.

Again I reiterate there will never be peace in the Middle East, period!Israel wants it her way and Iran/Syria want Israel obliterated, period, seems like peace is in Palestinian hands and depends on how much they are willing to bend because Israel will not. Israel and Iran have long been in preparation for this confrontation. As you know, when asked by a journalist how he felt upon returning to Iran in 1979 after 15 years in exile. Khomeini’s curt, one-word reply was “nothing” Whoa! From day one of his return to Iran Khomeini expressed no love for Iran only a love of the atom bomb. The drive even then was to possess a nuclear weapon though that desire is still denied until Iran can get their hands on one.

On the other side there is Israel who will give nothing and expects Palestinians to give up everything! I realized a long time ago that Israel is the world's chief war monger and we seem to do their bidding and fighting. If they get into a war with Iran we will end up coming to their rescue regardless of what they do or what is said or done and that is sad! We should in fact take care of Jewish American's and American's and our interests in Israel and otherwise tell them in no uncertain terms they are on their own if they continue to instigate war not peace and expecting us to come to their rescue. Well the heck with them we have given enough!

More fears as Britain already Announced Severe Military Cutbacks now that includes 19,000 troops

Army Cull As 19,000 Troops Are Set For Chopping block: The Defence Secretary is expected to announce a major reduction in the size of the Army - shrinking the regular force to its smallest size in 110 years. What the hell kind of sense does that make with all the current and future wars we are fighting and about to fight? We need Britain's military as is!

This really is a devastating development as these wars are just barely starting. England was always someone we could count on. We have heard for years that the US can't police the world and do everyone's fighting for them but it increasingly looks like we are going to be doling just that and this purposely caused world wide financial disaster too is going to get much worse here and around the world.

The plan also calls for the immediate scrapping of the Ark Royal, Britain’s only aircraft carrier capable of launching fixed-wing jets, along with the entire fleet of Harrier jump jets. I understand Britain is hurting but so aren't we. Can't they Bankrupt Britain like we are Bankrupting America while enriching China to enlarge and update their military to some day confront us? We are hurting too but now is not the time to cut back this in its whole terrible scope has barely begun. Remember this as we watch things get worse and worse here and around the world?

They say it ended June of last year making it 18 months long the longest since WW2. I hate to be the one to tell them but this is not over. I started Blogging in 2005 as a means of talking with those that care about we the people, average Americans, those who live in the trenches of society and want to hear the truth and discuss that and how we really feel as we never ever hear it. Those fools in the Government, the media, and corporations do not care about us or the truth only making money and playing their games. They do not have a clue and do not care period! Times have changed! I stopped writing books and started this Blog as a means of talking daily because ours and the worlds situation was devolving so rapidly I could not keep up with it. It keeps getting worse!

I started warning in 2007 of the impending financial disaster when Bush Greenspan, Kramer, and other so called leaders of the economy and the stock market were senselessly playing up how great things were. It was very exasperating!

Again, I was frightened at the portend of things to come and the truth was being ignored, maybe not seen, but it was frighteningly obvious we were rudderless and all our so called leaders only cared about themselves.

This recession is not over it has barely begun. We alone have borrowed trillions and despite political game playing cutting a few measly Billions is worthless especially in vital parts of the worlds defense.; There really is room to cut hundreds of billions of dollars in waste in the US and Britain but the right thing as usual will never be done only the things that will help one party or the other even in Britain. We really better wake up because we are in trouble and we are like it or not the worlds police force at least for now!

I was also going to discuss Bush who as Governor of Texas killed legally more Americans than anyone in history. I implore you to read the story at the link of who he killed and the fact that he was known as The Texacutioner It just absolutely amazed me that Bush is known as the biggest serial killer in history with the okaying of killing 154 prisoners as Governor of Texas. Cause of Death listed on their Death Certificates "Homicide" It absolutely stuns me that Bush can do this and still get an invite to speak at Notre Dame.
