The folks in ...A couple of things to remember here. The folks in northern Pakistan and Afghanistan have had ties for generations. They are all more tribal than nationalist in their thinking as this area was little more than a trade route. And wouldn't that kind of throw you off when you were first told the fighters against the Russians were heros then later told they're the enemy?<br />I doubt Pakistan would be thrilled with having India in Afghanistan. Their differences go back as far as I can remember.
