This is a fact that has been known for some time now. They wanted to try and figure out a way to collect hydrates to use as a fuel. It's said that there is enough of this frozen gas laying on the bottom to fuel America for many decades. Some industrious entrepreneur just may figure out a way to collect both the gas and oil that's down there, but it won't come cheap.<br />My concern is with Fukishima.
